Negative experience: Moved to this area and wanted to expolore the gyms around so I took a day pass at this gym and when I tried to get in , the staff member told me to come back the next day before 3 because apparently they have to be staffed for someone coming to workout for one day. None of that made sense. Apparently she’s a staff member only . Never gonna visit any of there locations again. Worst customer service ever. Thank you team Nobelton

Negative experience: Definitely would not come here the owner is rude and ignorant!! She has problems with the owner over at anytime in Bolton so anyone who dares to go to her location (which they are allowed to ) she blocks the key from entering.. and she won’t let anyone in from Bolton just because she has her own issues with the owner in Bolton which has nothing to do with the customers .. and plus her membership is double the price compared to Bolton just saying she’s a rip off .

The gym is easily accessible and well-connected. Trainers are knowledgeable and available. The gym is well-maintained, air-conditioned, and reasonably priced! Excellent!

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness in Nobleton is hands down the cleanest and friendliest gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are super kind, respectful, and always make you feel welcome. Plus, the equipment is in top notch shape and the atmosphere is always squeaky clean. The environment makes you feel safe and comfortable, yet motivated to keep working out and coming back. Personally I strayed away from working out at gyms because I found it intimidating but Anytime Fitness in Nobleton has changed that experience for me by helping me feel comfortable and motivated every time I work out! Thank you!!!

Negative experience: Staff often disrespects members and seeks to find any reason to charge additional fees. My first and second hand experiences have not been good at this location. I am not an active member however family, friends, and loved ones have had serious problems with this location taking money out of their accounts without authorization. This business as well as its staff do not take accountability for their part or mistakes made by their team. They have yet to correct their mistakes and makes it the problem of the member to deal with. They will bleed your wallet dry!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!! Do yourself a favour and read the bad reviews. Each review with 1 star has involved members being charged additional fees and has involved terrible staff complaints, as this business is notorious for overcharging its members and refusing to correct their wrongdoings. This facility is staffed with bullies and money-hungry individuals who are only seeking to profit off of other people. I, as well as many other former members, have experienced terrible treatment from staff. The lack of competence and respect among staff is embarrassing, and I have never seen or experienced worse staff management in my life. They have countlessly ghosted and disrespected members with inquiries that they do not want to engage in. They do not follow their own policy unless it is convenient for them, as they thrive off of money and will find anyway to profit off of individuals, as proven in their more expensive prices and hidden additional charges. The staff is terrible at responding to emails, follow-up callbacks, and any other proper form of communication from members. They do not seek to solve problems unless they are able to profit from people. They refuse to take any accountability for their wrongdoings and blame members for their own faults. They keep members banking accounts and personal information on file even after you've cancelled your membership and will find any excuse to keep charging you. This establishment is driven by money and only seeks to benefit its people. They do not care for their members, as proven by their passive aggressive emails, lack of respect shown to members, as well as the lack of accountability on their part. Regardless of the problem, the staff points the finger at the member instead of taking accountability and seeking to help the member. The staff on hand are a joke, as they are unable to make decisions or offer any support without reaching out to management. Problems are then prolonged for days or weeks while management seeks to find a way to make themselves look better rather than helping their members. Consequently, if they cannot find a way to profit, they will ghost members and provide no follow-up or response. They're own staff disagrees with their form of management as well as the way their coworkers handle issues, which tells you the chain of command holds the power over every decision they make. When pushed further, they send collections to collect obsured amounts of money from members again in a ploy to get people's money and screw over their members. This is so that you have no choice but to pay EVEN MORE and so that the staff does not have to deal with your problems. You'll regret ever going to this location, as I do now. Overall, this establishment is the worst of any of the fitness locations I have been too. Any other gym or location (not owned by the same management) would be better than this location, which is staffed with disrespectful individuals. I hope they realize their wrongdoing and hire better staff. Absolutely disgusting!! theyre response to this comment will tell you what you need to know....

This girl thoroughly cleaned every piece of cardio and selectorized equipment. I own two clinics now and used to run a couple of Anytime Fitness locations. Negative experience: A very fair warning DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. It is almost impossible to cancel when your contract is finished. They will constantly tell you, you can only cancel with a "owner/manager" that is never available nor will they share the schedule of this person who is the only one with the power to cancel your membership. As a previous employee to serval anytime fitness locations this policy of theres does not exist in the contract you sign. As long as you go in person you can give your 30 day notice. But this location chooses to string many people along and keep taking your money for as long as possible because they will never communicate to you when the manager/owner is in to cancel. I have been paying dues for almost 2 years after only signing a 6 month contract. On going emails and phone calls trying to get a membership canceled that I only used 2-3 times MAX. And they still had the nerve to send me to collections with no warning, for a fee that I have a paid receipt for. I paid $143.56 in April 2023, August 2023 I received a notice from collections for that amount along with another amount. Keep in mind Ive been trying to cancel MONTHS prior to this. Many people have this same problem on here as you can read for yourself. So if you don't plan on paying dues for life please don't come here as it is impossible to cancel. If you are having this same issue, the only way to stop these shameful un professional business handlings is contact Anytime Fitness Head Office and let them know. I have no problem paying dues that are rightfully owed. But a gym should not be taking advantage of members and pro longing cancelations only to keep squeezing money for as long as they can. Refer to your Cancelation contract . NO WHERE does it state that the owner/manager has to be present to cancel. So don't fall for their SCAMS.

Positive experience: Very clean gym and not as busy as other gyms!

Negative experience: Very Bad business Practice, You call this location up and they are charging you Double the yearly amount of other Anytime fitness club within driving range of the nobleton location. They are taking an Advantage of the Nobleton residents because of the Area we are in. I suggest everyone reading this Review that do not support this location and submit a complaint to Anytime Fitness Co-operate office. Price Gouging has to stop for the residents living in Nobleton. Very bad and Really Disturbing to see your local Business Charging DOUBLE the fees.

Negative experience: If you are an Anytime Fitness member DO NOT go to this gym. We are avid members and consistently attend Bolton, Maple, and Woodbridge. We tried to enter and were stopped at the door because my girlfriend does not have a picture on her account. When this happens at other gyms we have to show a piece of ID to prove who we are. We were then told we had to leave the gym, regardless of proving who we were. The staff member who helped us said she has gotten in trouble before for letting people in even if they can PROVE who they are. It sounds like the owner of this gym is a whack job. Once again, DO NOT GO to this gym. Look at all of the other negative reviews that have been left for this gym that has only been open for a few years. If you are in the area and are looking for a gym, this is not the one you want!

Me and my buddy both have memberships to anytime fitness the staff refused to sign us in and accused us of trying to sneak into the gym for free, even though we both have memberships. Then we were kicked out. All they had to do was search up our names on the computer. Terrible gym. Rude staff 0/5 stars.

Negative experience: I only put 1 star because it’s not letting me put 0. I went a couple times to this Gym and I signed up at the Bolton Gym. The owner told me that if I don’t join her location and cancel the Bolton membership, she would ban me from entering the Gym. After speaking to many other members, this location has done the same thing to others. Her excuse is that her Gym is exclusive and much better then the other locations so we need to pay more to use her location. It’s ridiculous. Worse Gym I ever been to and the staff has the worse attitude. I have never put a bad review on anyones business but this location is one to avoid.

Negative experience: Just moved to nobleton. Came in to ask about membership. Unfriendly and not that helpful. Rep didnt seem to care. Whatever... I'll join a diff gym that would want my business.

Positive experience: Good gym, but could use a few more things. There's only 3 barbells, so if people are using bench press you don't have a bar to squat with so the squat rack sits there uselessly empty. There's a dumbbell being held together with duct tape which gives a shoddy appearance to a "boutique" gym. And I have to pay extra to use the studio, even though it's so seldom used, I've actually never seen anyone use it. We pay good money to begin with it should all be included. That being said, good equipment for the most part, but definitely need a couple more barbells. Also it is kept very clean by the owner who is always walking around mopping and wiping.

Negative experience: I’m new to the neighbourhood and I’m looking for a new gym to try out. I called a few gyms I the area to see if I could try them out before any commitment. The person on the phone offered me a free workout. I get there. Vanessa showed me the facility. I was going to go workout to try it to see how I like it. And she wanted to charge me. I didn’t bring a wallet or anything. Drove a half hour and wasted my time. I asked to speak to a manager and she said their not in this week. I asked her to honour what was mentioned on the phone and she said no sorry. Sorry I ever came there. Unprofessional. 0 stars

Fantastic experience: I gave my boyfriend a membership to this gym as a gift and it was so great that they had options for monthly memberships. It was great they have them a chance to try them out and he ended up loving it. Even though he didn’t end up staying with them throughout this crazy pandemic he would definitely be looking to come back. In addition, I was able to participate in personal classes and our trainer Melissa G was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely recommend to do a class with her if you can!

Negative experience: Warning this gym is unprofessional. I lost my membership due to covid. I called when all gyms shut and was told all memberships were frozen. Without my knowledge or being contacted they unfroze my account and sent billing to my line of credit. When I called to find a resolution the manager Anna was disruptive, aggressive, and beyond rude and unprofessional. Don't sign up for this gym they do not give calls to inform their clients they are breaking their contracts. When asked to speak with the owner she refused and hung up throwing a tantrum like a child. Never seen such a display of unprofessionalism. I'm also pregnant and will not be vaccinating and she medically discriminated me and wanted me to pay for a service I can not use. I'm not allowed in their facility but am expected to pay for a service they can't provide and a contract they broke...

Negative experience: It's not possible for an establishment to charge so much and not care at all. The manager/ staff dont care at all, not helpful in membership issues and they only seem interested to talk if you paying some money. This place literally has a shady, greedy vibe. In a place like nobleton you wouldn't think to see places that role like this but I guess not. It's just not a proper gym

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Facilities are always clean, friendly and healthful staff. I love all the new equipment too. They also have stuff there that you won’t find at most big gyms. Koodos to them for staying open, giving people a place to continue their fitness journey and helping people with their health needs. If you’re thinking of joining this gym, no more thinking is necessary. Just do it! You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I can confidently say in the past year, Anytime Fitness Nobleton has saved my mental wellbeing and my physical state numerous times. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and the facility is clean, organized and well maintained. Showers & wash rooms are both spacious, well sanitized and always available. I can barely remember a time when being a member of an organization granted me so many amazing perks. Incredibly proud to be a member, and look forward to supporting them going into the future:)

Negative experience: I was excited to join Anytime Fitness in Nobleton and signed up during the December 2019 pre sale prior to the club opening. My contract stated that it expired 12 months after the club opened which was December 2020. I went to the club semi regularly until March 2020 when COVID restrictions came into effect. In August 2020 I met with the owner (red hair lady) and mentioned that I wasn’t comfortable with the club facilities anymore due to the pandemic. She informed me that I was under contract for 26 payments. I did mention that my contract did expire 12 months after the club opened and was told that the 26 payments were still required. As I was understanding of the difficulties that her new business was facing during the pandemic I didn’t pursue the matter any further. However I did inform her that I did not want to continue my membership with Anytime Fitness Nobleton. Over a year later in September 2021 was still noticing payments coming out of my account and asked for a statement of account and was told there were six payments remaining. After review I informed the club owner that there were only five payments left that totalled $124.25. She agreed that five payments were left but then mentioned there was a ‘club enhancement fee’ for the year 2021 which was pretty much a payment and that the final balance owning was $147.19. My club membership expired in December of 2020 and I haven’t been to the gym since March 2020 so I did not feel like I was responsible for an additional club enhancement fee so I wrote a cheque for $124.25 and along with the entry fob, gave it to the club staff. A few hours later I received a email from the owner saying that the total was not correct and a cheque is not an acceptable form of payment. On December 29 2021 I received a email from a collection agency called Kingston Data & Credit saying I owe Anytime Fitness Nobleton $273.04!!!! I cannot fathom a professional customer service "person" let alone a business owner conduct business with clients like this. Please do your homework. Call Anytime Fitness Nobleton, ask for the managers name, or the franchise area sales managers name, it will not be provided. Most businesses want to provide transparency and build customers for life. Well my experience with Anytime Fitness Nobleton was the worst customer service I have experienced. When a small business in a small town sets out to be extremely difficult to deal with and does not try to deal with customers in a professional manner with customer resolution approach mindset, that's a huge red flag. Please read the other reviews and do your homework and asks anyone you know about this facility.

After Covid they put me in Collection and Not even 1 call or email I received about that . Now I’m paying 6 mounts upfront for automatic renewal membership as well But I’m not coming back to this location any more.

Negative experience: With regret, I find myself posting a poor review. I am an avid supporter of local business and when Nobleton Anytime Fitness opened I was excited to enrol in a membership with personal training. I was happy to agree to Anytime's terms and paid over $800 in personal training sessions at signing the membership contract. I had attended the gym with trainer approximately 4 or 5 times pre Covid19. I was understanding of gym membership fees being charged and then postponed due to Government restrictions. In or about the spring of 2020, with no access to gym, I purchase home gym equipment. I sent a registered letter to Anytime Fitness expressing my reason for cancelling the membership contract, returned the gym fob and offered the balance of personal training to be kept by the Gym to offset any fees. I never heard from Anytime after that date. Today, June 8 2021 I received a Collection call from Kingston Data & Collections. I was being notified that Anytime Fitness put me and my account into Collections for $213.50. I am extremely displeased with Anytime's handling of this and their lack of business relations. I have never been sent to collection before and I take umbrage to the fact that Anytime Fitness had no regard for my personal matters. I reluctantly paid the $213.50 - I will never attend an Anytime Fitness gym ever again, and I will tell all of my friends and family about the poor experience I had with Anytime Fitness. Customers always come first... a courtesy phone call, text or letter would have been nice to receive if the $213.50 was owing. Let's be clear, the management of Anytime Fitness were not all that busy for the past year... a minute phone call could have avoided the collection process.
