Negative experience: Sorry, most of their instructors were young and inexperienced. It's more like a very expensive childcare center. They gave your kids medals every now and then but my daughter learnt nothing there.

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s been attending Splitz for almost a year now and I have been really impressed with the facility, instructors, & really appreciate how they offer makeup classes!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter (turning 6 years old) has been going here for about a year. She loves it! The instructors are younger but they are supportive and good coaches. It's a great place for kids to have fun, learn and grow physically.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending classes here close to 2 years now and absolutely loves it, so much that every minute of everyday she spends practicing skills at home! Her current coach Alex is amazing at coaching, she is very clear with instruction and is very professional, she has been able to help my daughter out of her comfort zone and achieve new skills my daughter thought she would not be able to do which has helped boost my girls confidence. The admin team here is also super amazing and is always super helpful and kind while providing the best service possible. I would highly recommend Splitz to anyone with an aspiring gymnast.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, trying to get more money , I went there for enrolment and they said you have to pay for membership for pro rata and when i said ok , they say you have to pay for 6 months membership it’s not pro rated but discounted , for 2 classes they want full 6 months membership and they want to charge again for full year in September. Come on stay on your words .

Fantastic experience: We love Splitz for our child. I get extremely upset when I see other kids in class that are coughing up a storm & parents do not keep their kids back from class. I greatly appreciate that Splitz takes health & safety protocols seriously as we do as well (thank you for doing this, Splitz, never change.) In terms of instruction, Coach Jordanne provides clear direction & is very professional. She is amazing at what she does and provides high quality coaching. My child is so comfortable with her. She is the best instructor my child has had in an activity so far. I see my child attending Splitz indefinitely. It has given her an outlet for her energy & helped her develop confidence and skills.

Negative experience: Instructor very good and patient but the place is really stinky they really need a air filter or do something for the bad smell since you open the door!

Fantastic experience: Splitz Cloverdale has been a great experience for my daughter. Clean and well-equipped facility, great coaches, and staff. We have been with Splitz for almost 8 years and have had wonderful, caring coaches.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE it here!! The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Coaches are encouraging and have helped my daughter grow confidence in herself.

Negative experience: My daughter had gymnastics lessons here for only two months with coach Megan. Coach Megan was incredibly unfair with my daughter and made her embarrassed in-front of her whole class multiple times, I will NOT be enrolling my daughter again.

Fantastic experience: My son attends the bounce classes and loves it. The coaches are patient and skilled. He has fun every class.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with fantastic coaches!

Negative experience: I will start by saying that my children do have fun here. I chose to send my kids here because of their Covid protocols. Although way more expensive than the other locations, they have makeup classes if you need to miss one - but good luck finding a class that has a space - unless you have time every day to be calling them to ask if there’s been a cancellation. They won’t put you on a list and give you a call if an opening comes up. Because of the increasing Covid numbers, I gave my notice. Since they closed and are doing online, they won’t credit my payment back - only my Splitz account (which doesn’t help me as We won’t be there another month). They didn’t let us know that they’ve rescheduled the online time and they’ve cut the time down to only 20min (from 45) and are only crediting the account 50% even though we get less than 50% of class time and no equipment. I’m extremely disappointed in the experience here. I understand that they are doing what they can to keep running the business during these times, but I don’t feel that this is fair at all.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly researched gymnastic programs before entering my three year old into one. I selected Splitz in Cloverdale and have been very happy with the program, the level of instruction, the Covid proceedures they have in place, and the communication I quickly get if I have any inquiries. The facility itself is clean and bright, well equiped with all the necessities. Most importantly, my daughter loves coming here and gets excited every time. She keeps asking me when gymnastics is. Thank you Splitz for taking such good care of my little girl. Splitz rocks!

Fantastic experience: Great coaches and office staff! Very helpful with information and kids advance at their own pace moving up as needed! Seen great improvement since we changed to Splitz a she was getting too old or the kiddy gym. Except for the lack of legal parking that allows people to access the building this location is great!

Positive experience: Awesome facility!! My daughter absolutely loves going to gymnastics and she is learning so much! I do wish they had a second bar placed lower to go up the stairs so the younger kids have something to hold onto, or maybe some grip on the stairs could also help. But if you are looking for a fun and caring gymnastics coach, coach tara is the best especially for the younger kids. Many other coaches are awesome too and you can't go wrong choosing Splitz :)

Fantastic experience: Split was recommended to us over another gymnastics centre that was actually closer to home. We couldn't be happier with our decision to sign up at Splitz. Our now 3yr old has been taking a class once a week for 6 months now. Our oldest was very timid and careful. Not exactly a wild and rambunctious little toddler. Splitz hasn't just boosted confidence but given our oldest skills that they use with other children at parks, at home in the backyard or where ever. I highly recommend at least trying out Gymnastics for a month or two for any toddler whether they are a bit cautious or not. Its absolutely worth it.

Negative experience: Overall my daughters experience here was awful. She learned absolutely nothing from the coaches and learned most things her self. Her coach was very rude and acted more like a friend than a teacher. She would constantly put down my daughter and boost up other kids. I don't want to say names but i hope this coach can improve on her skills with the kids. Overall had the worst experience and now my daughter is in enrolled at white rock gymnastics and she has learned a lot more and gained much more respect from the coaches. Waste of your money do not recommend

Negative experience: All my 3 children learn gymnastics here. Both girls complain narrow of instructions, mostly like self learning. They just show the first time and not much correction to each person. Each class has more than 7,8 students. Only some instructors able to work with all students. Another star off is for my boy kindergarten. They requested almost 2 month of withdrawal. He didn't want to attend first Friday day of the month. I tried to take him in next Friday if he still didn't like it, then cancelled. CS didn't let me cancel next month, so I had paid one more month for nothing.

Positive experience: Parking is horrible, but staff and coaches are great.

Negative experience: I think this place is extremely rude especially the front reception when you call in. I took my daughter out of gymnastics because I believed they were unfair, they had my daughter in tears because they did an award ceremony and her cousin and majority of her class moved up while mine was behind. I thought this place was a non competitive place that was meant for kids to learn and have fun not put them down. I would pick another gymnastics studio for the future.

Negative experience: Sent my kid there for 6months; classes are crowded and no attentions for every kid to develop skills. Coaches are nice but not all of them have experience in dealing with kids, they rather engage in side talks with each other rather than engaging with the kids during class time. Parents area is so unorganized but looks like they stopped investing in this place since long time. You have to give 30 days notice before if you decide not to renew after which is not a customer centric policy but they care only about money and not about clients. Good luck in finding a parking spot if you decide to attend your kid class.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful facility with great coaches!! Activities are all designed to build gymnastics skills in stages, breaking down complex actions into simple, manageable tasks. Some of the coaches give too many instructions up front though, so it's hard to follow everything at times.

Negative experience: Went in there inquiring more info on glasses for my kids and get some info on pricing. Met some of the coaches who were great and very knowledgable. They introduced me to the owner to get everything set up and I was very surprised how ignorant and disrespectful she was. This woman should not run a business with children involved. She was very stuck up, acted like she was the only one mattered. My kids on the way home said to me "Dad we want to go somewhere else. She was mean" that's coming from children who just met her for 10 minutes. I feel sorry for her staff and the other businesses around her that have to deal with this woman. Never would I leave my kids there.

Fantastic experience: High quality teaching programs: the staff are clear about what the children are learning, what the targets are, and how far they are coming along in those goals. Class sizes are a bit large for the younger kids who have a hard time staying on task, but not excessively so. Sometimes teacher interaction could be a bit higher, but they always make time if you ask. We've been going there a couple years now and plan to continue!
