Fantastic experience: I recently joined F45 Streetsville for a 2-week trial (which has now transitioned to a full membership). The staff are extremely knowledgeable, motivational, and supportive. They add a dimension of energy even at 5:30am when you need it most. The members have been very welcoming and you can see the community they have created while they are always cheering on the people around them. With up to 7 classes available during the week and 4 classes on weekends, this place gives me the flexibility I need to balance a work/family life and still get my workouts in. I appreciate that there is continuous follow-up and management is always listening to suggestions/questions/concerns.

Fantastic experience: A week ago, unexpectedly, the F45 I attended closed its doors and I was devastated. I immediately joined F45 Streetsville hoping to replicate my previous experience and I have not been disappointed. Everyone has been so warm, welcoming and responsive to my every question and request. I have been made to feel at home, immediately, and the staff (trainers and behind the scenes people like Carmen) are so helpful and kind. Positive experience: I just started at F45 Streetsville on a 10 class trial. So far it has been a very good experience. I haven’t worked out in over 8 months due to shoulder injuries, so naturally I was a little hesitant about joining a gym…. But the hands on help given to me by all the coaches , especially Coach Taya and Navya, have really helped put me at ease.

The terms and conditions are clear. Since this is a business you are signing up on their terms, which are fair, reasonable, and comparable to other similar businesses. Notwithstanding this, they are flexible if and when you need pauses for vacations, medical reasons, etc. I highly recommend F45 Streetsville

Fantastic experience: I started a trial a week ago and have been pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying it. Normally, I don't enjoy doing classes and find them too long or boring, however I have completed multiple 45 and 60 min classes and have loved every second of it. The coaches are amazing and very supportive. They really encourage you and push you to do your best. The positive energy you feel from the moment you walk in is amazing!

Positive experience: Not a big fan of working out but I’m enjoying these sessions. Coaches are very encouraging and helpful, especially Navya. Also, the app is great and easy to use for booking classes. My only complaint is that I wish they had more class options for later in the evenings as the latest class is 6:30 pm. Updated: While I can't say anything bad about the actual workouts and most of the trainers were really great, ultimately I didn't renew my membership for the following reasons: -It is a VERY expensive membership fee and was not within my, or indeed most peoples budget. Perhaps they've updated their fees since I stopped going, but at the time a 1-year commitment cost $50 weekly. - Not many class options, as I stated above. - The app was easy to use for booking classes, but the meal planning, home workout, and rest of the app were under-developed, especially considering the membership fee imo. - EXTREMELY aggressive sales calls and tactics, which really soured my overall opinion and experience. In the 2 weeks leading up to the end of my membership, I was bombarded with calls and emails. Sometimes I'd get an email and then 1 minute later get a call. The frequency was overkill. When I finally decided not to renew and explained it was out of my budget, the sales person tried to shame me into renewing by telling me I must not be very invested in my health. I asked them not to call me again and to remove my contact information. I continued to receive calls and emails. The cherry on top was that I wrote my initial review halfway through my 1 month membership because they were offering a free workout session for a friend for reviewing. I reviewed so that my husband and I could do a session together, but of course the free workout wasn't offered until after my membership ended.

Negative experience: Disappointing! I visited this location 5 days ago. I got there shortly before noon and the door was locked, I stood by the door waiting. Nichole opened the door and said I needed to come back in 7 minutes. It was a cold day, so I waited in my car and came back after 7 minutes. The door was still locked, I waited for a few more minutes before she opened again. asked to check out the facility and for more information about their programs, pricing...etc. She was not very friendly, but that's not what bothered me. She gave me a 2-minute overview, that was not really very helpful. She told me to contact someone online named May for more information. Some guy walked in while I was still there, they started having this loud obnoxious conversation about nothing of substance while I stood there waiting for them to finish so I can ask her a question! Before leaving I met Micha who was friendly and pleasant - it's why I gave them more than 1 star in my review. When I went home, I signed up online as suggested by Nichole so I can get more information about their pricing and programs. No one has contacted me yet; it's been 5 days. I tried calling the number on their website, but it doesn't work. One thing came to mind, what would happen if I signed up and wanted to cancel my membership after a while, how long would I have to wait before I can speak to a customer service rep? All in all, my experience was not very good.

It has enhanced my mental well being in ways I cannot express. I have been going to F45 since October of 2022 and I can honestly say it has changed my life. It truly is the one thing I do every day for MYSELF. The coaches are the reason I can get up early (never have been a morning person). Fantastic experience: Since I started f45 I dont look at the gym as something on the to do list but rather as a fun part of my day! Im usually not a morning person but I make an active effort to go to 6:30 and 7:30 classes because im excited to! All of the coaches are so supportive and help you push yourself to new limits. Fantastic experience: I've been going to F45 Streetsville for 6 months now and I can confidently say this gym has bettered my life, not only physically, but mentally as well. I work as a nurse and work shift work so my fitness journey naturally suffered when doing home workouts and I found my motivation was lacking during COVID. When I decided to try F45, I started with the fall kick start unlimited month pass just to test it out and from there I knew I wanted to implement this apart of my lifestyle/routine. Now I come 4-5 times a week and I love the impact it's making on my overall fitness and well-being. I have way more energy and drive. I even find my caffeine intake has been less as I have more energy now. Although it's more expensive than other gyms it's definitely worth it!! I guarantee it. I love the community and people here it's a great vibe, all levels of fitness and ages welcome. Why does this gym stand out more than any other F45? THE COACHES here are a real asset! Honestly they are what makes this gym this gym. Especially Head Coach Dany, the dedication and effort he puts into his work is evident. Without him this gym wouldn't operate the way it does so Kudos to him. Positive experience: I appreciate the format. Intense workouts, with lots of variety, that don't drag on. I'm in and out with a win for the day, and that really helps me build momentum. All my past gym memberships did not last more than a month or two but I absolutely love coming to F45 Streetsville. This place has a very positive and electric vibe. They are on top of keeping it clean and tidy. The coaches are amazing. Dany, Daniel, Alex, Martin, and Mia are all wonderful. They are always there to help and push you (especially when you are trying to find an easy way out ;) I love their workouts. Unlike other group fitness classes where you are just following the instructor, no one is there to help you, correct your form or offer you an alternative; here the coaches are always there to support you. Negative experience: The exercises are good, but the environment and the culture/community is heavily lacking. Some trainers try to establish an immature aggro power dynamic from the start which I find counterproductive to the whole fitness community. Not really my scene and I think that they should focus on improving their social and communication skills not simply "encouraging" which comes across as aggressive and annoyingly pushy.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Getting back into circuit training after covid and this place has been great! The trainers are kind, encouraging, enthusiastic and motivational. The energy and vibe of the gym is positive, up beat and super welcoming. The coaches not only motivate you but also help you to improve your form as well do weigh ins so you reach your goals. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get into functional/ circuit training with support and guidance.

Fantastic experience: Enjoying my workouts at F45. Whole workout is 45 mins, planned out, just have to show up! Coaches are super supportive and provide modifications, and posture correction. They tell you about the stations and the targeted muscle groups. Leave soaking wet with sweat, so you know you worked out. And never the same workout. Really enjoying the sessions. If it's easy you're doing it wrong.

They have a Motivator, a Challenger, a Modifier and of course a Cheerleader. They have it all. Would recommend this place. You just got to show up and try. It's intimidating at first but it isn't at all. You become part of the family right at the get go. Special shoutout to Coach Danny for the morning workouts. Fantastic experience: Honestly I was so nervous to go back to a gym and I havent stepped into one in the past 4 years due to injuries. But finally realized that fitness was long overdue and I walked into F45. After the first workout session I wanted to quit as my body was so sore. But I am so glad that I didn't. It's been a month since I started working out and I would say it was one of the best decisions ever. I feel my stamina improving and I have definitely lost a couple of pounds. The coaches are so friendly and encouraging. They always give me alternate work outs if my body cannot keep up and the pure joy of finishing a 45 minute workout is beyond words. The best thing about F45 is the variety of workouts and group workouts are always a big motivation. Give it a try and I promise, you will never regret it.
