Fantastic experience: I love this gym. After every workout, I never feel like leaving. They have a lot of workout equipment, and it's always neat. The price is affordable, too.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, worth the money, the cheapest in the town. Great Machines for workout and amazing heavy weights as compared to other gyms they have the amazing quality or weights and machines. Everyone sanitizers the machines they use so it's clean all the time. The only thing that lacks is no shower area apart from that you get everything worth the money. Also you have massaging chairs and tanning machines. Open 24/7 and always less crowded.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, started out not really liking this gym or feeling comfortable. The more J kept going and continued to workout and be consistent. the more i felt comfortable. They maintain their gym really well, staff are really helpful and always welcoming. Their Manager Stan, is a very outgoing and welcoming guy, he always has helpful tips and always makes sure he’s has amazing client care

Negative experience: Joined recently the person who helped me in that told me to get the diamond card so that i could use the hydro massage machine. Since that day it has been broken and there has been any day that i used it. So now i got the membership changed. Sorry the lady who was there was extremely rude. I think she should know how to attend and help customers. Couldn't be any bad.

Fantastic experience: Just want to give a shout out to an employee by the name of Stan. Since i have been working out here for the last 5yrs he has been a steady, polite, hard working and respectful employee. Stan has an abundance of energy and is always up for the task of keeping the Sarnia facility spotless(which he does above and beyond). I consider him the face of this establishment and just wanted to give him the possitive feedback he deserves. Thankyou for your tireless effort Stan. To the Sarnia gym, hang on to this guy as this type of worker is few and far between in this day and age. Kudos to you Stan.

Fantastic experience: Good gym with all that you need to train. The place is usually not too crowded and the staff are very polite and friendly.

Positive experience: I was generally happy with the gym minus decent bathroom / change facilities but when I decided to join another gym that allows me to bring a guest AT THE SAME TIME, and is more purple, they just had to make it super inconvenient and frustrating to quit. You can’t do it online, you have to go to the kiosk in the front lobby of the gym and when I get there finally I find that I have to pay for an additional month even though I was told it was month-to-month and I can’t downgrade to a lower membership to save half of that money because you can’t do that at the kiosk you have to go inside and there’s a three day wait (for reasons) which pushes it past when my membership comes out again so impossible unless I wanna pay more again for a second unused future month! Why do you have to go and make pausing or quiting one more cash grab and why do I have to search your site forever to learn that I have to drive around to jump thru more hoops to then find there are more hoops that I’d have to come back tomorrow to jump thru…all to make it harder and more expensive and carbon heavy to simply stop you from charging me any more than the extra month you’re stealing from me. Made me glad I left…that’s bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: Big kudos to Jordan who works the desk there, that guy is an excellent employee with stellar customer service, he should get a promotion. There are not enough Jordan’s in the world, keep up the good work.

Positive experience: I came from London to visit family and popped into this location last night. I haven’t been to this particular location since its opening over ten years ago.. not a lot has changed. Unfortunately there was no handsoap in the bathroom.. and a lot of the machines seem older and a bit on the rough side. Maybe a nice little update would do this location well. I did enjoy that there weren’t a load of people there on a Sunday between 9-11pm!

Positive experience: Good price for a gym membership. I’ve been coming here for years and enjoy it. They have a water fountain now, which is a nice addition as you can refill your water bottles. I know some people don’t like the fact there are no showers, but personally I don’t mind at all. They have a wide selection of free weights, and a few squat racks which I’m very happy about. It would be nice if the weight area was a bit bigger, though I appreciate the cleanliness of everything. You definitely don’t have to worry about a lack of cardio machines though as there are more than enough. Half the gym is cardio, so you’ll always have something to use.

Fantastic experience: I love fit 4 less and I look forward to coming here 5-6 times a wk , it is a very clean and welcoming environment the staff are great and always smiling and saying when you come in and always saying have a good day when you leave !!!

Positive experience: I find it very clean & friendly. I was going with my Sister in law & now I also have my husband going as well. The machines are easy to use & well maintained. Stan is an amazing advocate for the gym. He’s always accommodating with any needs that might arise.

Negative experience: The door system only lets you scan in once per 30 minutes, so if you forget something in your car, you can't go get it. If the door doesn't open first try you're just locked out. Brought this issue up to head office and they basically said they don't care. Their priority is preventing people sneaking in over paying members being locked out of the gym.

Fantastic experience: 24/7 friendly staff, clean and comfy place. I love the black membership as it is unlimited massage bed, and chair use also, unlimited tanning

Negative experience: Friendly staff and people working there. Equipment is good and well maintained. I don't understand why there is no place to fill up a water bottle, or a water fountain at all. I had an issue where I lost one of my cards, but had one from before which could I was hoping to be reprogrammed as the new active card. However, the employee was saying they can't do it, and I would have to buy a new card instead to be reprogrammed. I thought it was a little ridiculous considering that there isn't really any difference between the two.

Negative experience: The gym is fine however it is no longer 24 hours making it impossible to actually get a workout in. Now you have to book an appointment (understandable) however good luck with a feasible time slot if you work full time. They really need to hire night time staff so they can get more slots available and get back to 24/hr.

Fantastic experience: I workout here. I started working out here last Spring. Fit4Less was the first to offer working for cheap in Sarnia.

Negative experience: The gym itself is okay, and in decent shape, the equipment is in decent working order. What bothers me since I was last there was the fact that they took out the water fountain? I think at a gym this should be illegal, I see they sell water, but I'll go to superstore to buy water just to spite the fact they took it out, annoyed I cannot fill my water bottle.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, never really crowded in there. They have tons of equipment and no one ever bothers you there. And for $11 a month you can't go wrong.

Positive experience: Nice cheap place to work out. Staff is polite and friendly. Theres alot of cardio machines and plenty of weights and machines. No water fountains or showers, the plates are all rubber so its hard to slide them when you need to and theres an alarm that sounds if you drop the weights too hard

Positive experience: Very affordable gym. Missing quite a few standard machines you would expect such as hamstring curl. No water fountain either.

Positive experience: It's a gym. It can get extremely busy / crowded during peak hours (4pm-8pm weekdays). It often times does take a while to get various machines repaired if they break down. Recently there was a machine that went a full 4 weeks before it got repaired. Generally there is more than 1 type of each machine so if one breaks it's not a big deal. I enjoy going, but the saying "you get what you pay for" is pretty consistent here.

Negative experience: Stood waiting for 20 minutes for staff to arrive at 11:00 am as posted on the door. No one ever showed. At 11:20 I and another irritated customer left and went to Goodlife fitness instead. Turns out Good life is so much better!

Negative experience: Poor customer service and pathetic management. The so called boss LIZ at FIT FOR LESS says she is as high as I can go with my concern and laughs at my situation. I still have not got my refund. I signed up for the premium black card annual membership and had to move because of my job right after. Instead of helping me to cancel the membership, they said if I do that my credit rating will be affected and I should keep paying them for next 11 months. Now they auto renewed my membership and the big boss LIZ says she cant reverse the charges to create a better customer experience. I dont even live in Sarnia and still paying them because they simply do not care!!! The most pathetic part of this is, when liz says "I am the high as you can go in fit for less company, but I dont even have the authority to reverse a small amount back to you to create an amazing customer experience." I hope there was another way to stop these guys. Its all about customer experience and satisfaction. I have already paid them 11 months as I signed a contract, now they laugh at the situation and says their hands are tied. what a pathetic company!
