Negative experience: I have been a member for over 3 years now, I love this gym, great location, staff are so friendly. My only disappointment is that its always busy, pack Machine are never available to use. I just drove to the gym and back, due to the fact, it's so pack I just had to leave especially when they are no Machine available to use. It is unfortunate I may have to cancel my membership even though I love this location!!

Negative experience: The gym is great. The owner and stuff not so much. Owner is very unprofessional. Texts his customers instead of calling. Says he’ll text and never does. Staff says they will put your account on hold BUT won’t and money will still be withdrawn from your account. I cancelled my account, owner confirmed and guess what? Still took the money from my account. There is a reason why other gyms are more expensive, they have guidelines and rules for withdrawing funds and they follow them to protect you the customer. This place is a scam. Check you bank accounts if you cancelled or put your account on hold.

Positive experience: I go in the wee hours in the morning. Gym could be better maintained, free weights and plates are all over the place that it's a bit annoying to find what you're looking for. Can't complain though, there's a variety of equipment that as a long-time hobbyist weight lifter, it's good enough for me.

Negative experience: They changed me extra for a month at the time of cancellation

Positive experience: Fantastic gym! The staff are great, it’s always clean, new machines are great and the espresso machine is a great touch by the owner! If I could change two things about this gym they would be (1) consistent hot water in the showers and (2) limit the amount of time people can hold a machine while talking!

Fantastic experience: Adrian and his staff do a great job managing this location. It can get a little busy but the equipment as well maintained the gym is clean. There’s adequate equipment as well. If you’re considering a gym membership I would recommend this place if you live in town

Fantastic experience: One of the larger anytimes around, can accomodate large crowds on Mondays relatively well compared to some. Good amount of machines, bottle filling stations, and nice variety of people Not just gym heads. Bathrooms clean and staff is nice. Not much more one can ask for

Negative experience: Worst gym ive ever been to. Very crowded and the equipment is all over the place, the 5-15 dumbbells are hidden away and you have to do a treasure hunt around the gym to find it.

Negative experience: After not going since covid. And note they were closed for most of the time. They now decided to put me in collections in May 2023 after I canceled in 2020. They said just give them 1 month of membership payment and they will remove collections. I said fine send me an email stating what they said. Am yet to receive the e-mail. This is extortion and fraudulent behavior.

Negative experience: This is for anytime fitness cotrelle location. ⚠️These guys are fraud. I bought their membership last year in September. While buying the membership I asked her that I will have to cancel the membership in 3-4 months as i’ll be moving so will there be any fees or any charges that I will have to pay even when i’ll not be using your services. She straight up said to my face that no there’s no such thing. That is the reason I went ahead with the membership. three months later I asked her to cancel the membership and she asked me to pay $600 to close the membership for the whole year. These charges were never even discussed. When I confronted her about the conversation we had earlier, she refused completely. They have been harassing me ever since. Guys please be aware. I have been using goodlife ever since and they have been great. Anytime fitness guys are thieves, will loot you out of your money, they lie to your face. They will do anything to get you to sign their membership and these people will then threaten you to take your credit score down and to the collections department. Please guys your credit score is way more important than a few bucks. Rather go to goodlife or la fitness instead. Anytime fitness will keep harassing you through phone calls and emails endlessly. Don’t ever take their word of mouth, they will change their wordings in an instant to gulp money out of your pocket.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have ever been to in the world. There is not much to say about equipment ( they are just normal everywhere). In Bolton, the location staff are kind and the ambiance makes you feel really good. You are just going to see people who work out there. Highly recommend this place. + there are free massage machines. Staff 5 Cleaning 5 Washrooms 5 Ambiance 5

Negative experience: This gym is absolutely disgusting!!! Extremely dirty not maintained. Super old machines and equipment . It’s messy, disorganized. Not a healthy environment.

Negative experience: Signed up 4 days ago and will be canceling my membership. Consistantly packed with lots of people and groups of kids with limited equipment, so expect to wait to use benches and machines . Not a comfortable space to exercise. Would not recommend this place.

Negative experience: They charged me for months on end for almost half a year until I finally had to cancel my debit card despite cancelling my gym membership many months earlier. No rebate. No cheque. No service. The only thing that consistent about this gym is my monthly charge. If that wasn't bad enough they even had the audacity of threatening to take ME to collections. Do yourself, your wallet, and your hard earned cash a favour and stay away as there are better gyms around.

Negative experience: I canceled my membership here and the guy in the office doesn’t have any clue about cancellation policy. I was told I wont be charged but yet they did charge me. I tried calling them and he told me to email the issue and the owner of the gym will respond but nothing happened. I called them back again and now they are saying I should have canceled my membership 30days before to avoid any payments. I didn’t knew about that because they didn’t notify me at the beginning. Misleading information will ruin the gyms reputation if you have clueless people working for you.

Negative experience: Choose any other gym in town or build a home gym!

Negative experience: If you’re into 60 maskless peeps breathing heavily in a 1000 ft2 space with “gently used” equipment, this is your jam. Other franchise locations have a booking system, signage requesting distancing and masks when moving between equipment and functional sanitation facilities. None of that applies here, and staff seems quite proud of this.

Fantastic experience: This is a really great gym, the owner Adrian consistently goes above and beyond for his members. He was incredibly helpful to me and over delivered. Regarding the gym itself, its very clean, excellent equipment, never felt overcrowded anytime I went in there. I can't say enough good things about the experience Adrian gave me, extremely accommodating.

Positive experience: Great place to workout at,with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner is a really nice guy with a friendly smile and a "hello sir" whenever he sees me. (I guess I'm getting older...bring called sir). They have to do something about the "aroma" that is prevalent sometimes in the early morning. I understand people are sweating but in the early mornings it is alittle strong.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for over a year. Is great in size, equipment gets updated every so often.

Negative experience: I signed up in 2017 and have been a member up until 2023, the past 8 months I have been getting charged after freezing my account and have been compensated with “free months” instead of the refund at some times. Other times the refund was given as all these charges occurred when the account was frozen. $59 was charged when my account was frozen I have spent months with over 10 emails asking for the refund but they refused and then told me it is considered a cancellation fee even though I signed up in 2017 with one year contract and NO cancellation fee. Stay away from this gym all they care about is money

Perhaps add a section for less conventional equipment such as sleds, ropes, hammer/tire etc... Lockers can be moved.to hallway where bathroom stalls are and front entrance near office. Has potential, really a 4.5 but not possible on Google.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are incredible. I've been a member at this gym for neatly 3 years now! Currently, the gym is in a new building. The facility is bigger, very clean and has a modern feel to it. An abundance of equipment is available; and they are constantly acquiring new equipment. 2 Assault treadmills are the newest additions here.

Positive experience: I'm a member here. It has upgraded its location and many areas inside, but I'm still a little disappointed with the change room/wash room set-up. And for a newer facillity, the cleanliness of the place is poor (especially the time(s) I go at). I would be interested in knowing who is responsible for the cleaning and how many times a day it gets done.

Negative experience: Some staff seems unprofessional. The equipment is alright. Wished they gave me more information about the membership. There was a promotion for $1 for one month and then ended up paying $30 as the initial payment? The members there are sometimes rude, but that's not Anytimes fault. Just a warning...

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership because I moved out of town. I've heard that cancelling was a hard process but it was so quick and easy with the help of Adrian! Very professional owner and staff. The gym is kept very well and clean. Private change rooms with showers was a very nice feature of the gym as well as the many squat racks and benches. I would go to the almost everyday after work and very well recommend it !

Positive experience: Private showers and change rooms are very nice and most of them have a scale. There are lots of lockers however no full length ones if you have a longer coat. There are lots of machines considering that it's a small space. It does get pretty busy at popular times and you might have to be patient while grabbing weights from the power racks and be cautious of others while your doing squats. Need towels and spray for machines and benches. Unlike other commercial gyms they have free weights and don't seem to discourage training hard which brings in the 'bros' some of them swearing a lot and occasionally some obnoxious ones doing more chatting and flexing in the mirror than working out, bring earbuds or headphones.

Negative experience: Horrible! Do not sign a membership. I cancelled with an employee only for them to not cancel and put it on hold so a year later I got hit with late fees! The management is horrible and trying to get ahold of someone who can deal with issues is impossible. Still waiting for a call back.

Negative experience: Management at Anytime Fitness absolutely destroyed my trust in gyms. It was a nightmare trying to cancel, awful customer service on managements end. I signed the cancellation papers and was assured that payments would discontinue. They didn't. I started to receive phone calls and bills from a third party billing company, who said I needed to contact the management at Anytime Fitness Bolton in order to stop the payments. I constantly tried to contact Anytime Fitness leaving messages, emails, and when I would reach someone, they would tell me they'd call me back. They would take my name and number but fail to try to contact me. I had to cancel my credit card in the end, and even then I received emails asking if I had changed my credit card.
