Positive experience: Nice place. it just doesn't have a shower.

Positive experience: hmm well I only go for tanning now because they have a small free weight and bench section and always very crowded tou can never use the free weights . also no area to gill your water bottle . so I bought my own weights for home . to me thw gym should be more expanded and updated but forbthe price to just tan you can't beat it , so that's what we do .

Negative experience: I like the gym. Was wondering when the abductor inner thigh machine will be replaced or repaired . It’s been down for at least a month! Be nice if people didn’t use machines to relax on. Just use it , clean it and get off especially when it’s busy ! Yes water bottle station would be great ! Other than these points , sufficient for myself .

Negative experience: Travelling across the country to move to BC from NS and have been able to keep my workout going from place to place thanks to my membership. Got here to Sault St Marie and there are no showers What gives Fit4less??? Very disappointed as I will have to now wait until I hit Thunder Bay before I can get a workout in and be able to shower immediately after. Yet another reason why when I reach Vancouver Island I will be going back to my faithful Planet Fitness membership.

Positive experience: Very clean well run lovely staff

Fantastic experience: This location isn't set up for Olympic lifting or powerlifting, but it's great for beginner to upper intermediate lifters. The club is well maintained and is very clean. It can get a little crowded around lunch time and dinner time, but it's never been so bad that I couldn't finish my workout. Great value for the cost of the membership.

Fantastic experience: Great cost. Has everything you need for workouts. The environment feels safe. Building is secure. I have nothing bad to say about this establishment.

Negative experience: Paid 22$ for a day pass at a gym that ended up not having any showers or water fountains. Barbells are all garbage, 2/3 of the floor space is taken up by treadmils that arent being used. Objectively, if you have any actual experience in a gym environment, you should avoid this gym like the plague. Closest thing to robbery I've ever experienced.

Negative experience: Need a water fountain in my opinion. New system is scamming people Ive had money taken out of my account that shouldnt be taken out they're excuse, we have a new system and bunch of people are having problems. I got hit with late fees when not late, they've put me in hole hundreds of dollars and when I talk to them they give me the run around. They're inconsiderate, even couldn't give me a free month after putting me in the hole and admitting they're mistake I have proof including bank statements and receipts I paid

Negative experience: I hold a black card. I had requested for fit for less gym bag to their staff ,they refuse to give me. My friends holding black card had received the gym bag.If they get why not me . Thats strange

Negative experience: For the most part it’s ok, price point and 24 hours , clean . The issue is the idiots that show up . puffed up like their 40% body fat is cool and their form is amazing. Likely juicy . Members leave weights all over the place, nap sacks everywhere , and for some reason people tend to not clean up machines or put plates back. not all but many of the said pin heads . These are the reasons i eventually leave the gym . If they ( fit 4 less ) would enforce these things as they are written in signs everywhere it would so much better .

Negative experience: Not a very good gym. Doesnt even have a water fountain, barely multiples of machines which causes long wait times, and WAY to many members per sq ft I feel as if there should be a limit cause I cant ever find a reasonable time to visit.

Positive experience: It's a nice gym, well cleaned. But - no water fountains - day passes are absurd prices - they waste a lot of space on cardio equipment when really only the treadmills and a couple of the equipment is used whereas the weight section is hugely busy with one one squat rack. They don't have extra bars to anything on the floor if all the equipment is being used. It gives you the basics but would love to see the facility putting in a bit more effort for the fact that they keep raising prices. I'd settle for a fountain at the very least to have access to water.

Fantastic experience: Very spacious. It is always clean. Members most of the time wipe their equipment after use. Membership is not expensive as well. A yearly fee of 70$ at the time of posting this and bi weekly of $9 post tax is amazing for this facility. I dnt have the black card yet as I just started here..but I'll update what facilities u get get are basically tanning, hydro massage and chair massage. Loving this gym for now

Negative experience: Decided to check this place out while in town visiting family. How this place even calls itself a gym is beyond me. Absolute worst gym I have ever been to. You’re better off shelling out the $20 and getting a guest pass at goodlife if you want a decent workout. The layout here is an overcrowded joke. The machines are horrible. Dumbells only go up to 75. And you better bring a few water bottles with you, because if you get thirsty you’re out of luck, considering they don’t even have a water fountain. Not a place for anyone that’s even remotely experienced. Wouldn’t work out here if it was free

Negative experience: My daughter had a membership there and then moved out of town over a year and half ago. She canceled her membership and received a confirmation email. They continued to take money out for her membership. Had to call again to cancel and the lady said she did not cancel as she would remember. I had not even given my daughters name. Then she said well 10 - 15 different employees have gone through there. Such BS. WHAT A RIPOFF!! Then she informed me what was left to be paid. Please be careful!! They are dishonest and liars. Anything to make a buck!!!

Positive experience: Love fit 4 less but cone on, no Wi-Fi? It's 2022. Are you ever going to open up a connection? You keep jacking up your rates, the least you can do is give a little Wi-Fi. It's a great place to work out otherwise. Welcoming staff, the place is kept pretty clean. Affordable rates that gives everyone a chance to work on themselves and take care! Thanks Fit 4 Less! Now how 'bout some Wi-Fi?

Fantastic experience: The employees are amazingly helpful and kind. They keep the place in good shape. I loved how this location has a water fountain and one true squat rack. They keep as much equipment open as possible (even with the restrictions they didn’t unnecessarily restrict equipment.) Started at a new fit4less and realized how much better the Soo location is than a standard fit4less. 10/10 wish I could go back.

Positive experience: Exceptional service . Staff that are always courteous and helpful. Super clean environment. Always being cleaned. Lacking showers and water fountains at this location which is a big let down and kind of them trying to force your hand into buying refreshments from their cooler which is in fact not cool at all. Shame . Couldve hit a 5 if not for these underhanded tactics. Ive asked around Canada and its not standard to have no fountain available.

Positive experience: Staff is very friendly but there's not enough weightlifting equipment. I wish they would get rid of one of the Smith machines (I've never seen both being used) and put in another squat rack. It's gotten busy lately at the time I usually go in and I haven't been able to do my workout multiple times in the last few weeks. It's really disappointing to get up early and haul yourself to the gym and not even be able to do what you went there to do. I've tried a few different times and I haven't found a good one yet. If you just want cardio you won't have a problem and the machines are usually available. Just don't expect to be able to squat when you show up .

Negative experience: Not even worth the star. Owner and staff are rude and argumentative. Pathetic, no showers which makes for a really smelly environment at times, tiny change rooms that are always full... same with the jacket and boots area. The place is a mess. Don't let the $20 a month fool you, there is no opting out without paying the year and the owner with cuntily remind you of that if you try to cancel. Don't bother.

Positive experience: Fit4Less is a clean, fun atmosphere! We love the music & the employees. Some employees start cleaning up the tanning beds WAY earlier than needed (an old employee we know told us that as well).. Great for the price though.

Negative experience: Pros & Cons: Pros: individual change rooms, water massage beds, lots of cardio equipment, cheap membership, clean, updated & matching equipment Cons: No water fountains or water bottle filling stations, no showers, minimal squat racks (used for many moves, don't know why gyms don't stock up on these), machines a little too close together, pizza days like Planet Fitness does (it's shady and stupid. pizza has nothing to do with the gym.)
