Fantastic experience: Great place except the music they play when nobody is in the office. New hip-hop is not what older people want to listen to at 4am.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best Anytime locations I’ve ever been to. The grounds are always spotlessly clean and the team & coaches are effortlessly helpful. I couldn’t have completed my personal 100lb weight loss without the support of this location and the friendly and encouraging staff and members alike. Fitness keeps my personal life and my business running strong. This location is above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I am happy to share with everyone that anytime walnut grove change my life when I started my fitness journey this gym was my first gym and my home for almost 2 years in the beginning I didn’t have any idea about gym or something so my trainer Ester who is part of it helped me out with my training I got in love with the gym I felt so sad when I has to moved to an other anytime because I moved to an other home I miss it so much so now I visited a couple times. Now this journey comes part of my life. Thank you for everything

Positive experience: I spent nearly every day here during my year commitment and transformed my life and body. The staff was friendly, the equipment is mantained and clean. It can get very busy during peak hours but that is expected. My only real gripe is that there are not enough 2.5lb and 5lb plates. Every visit, I would walk to the free weight area and have to scrounge from all around the gym to put together a complete set capable of hitting all the increments needed. Lots of 10/25/45lb plates though.

Fantastic experience: AF Walnut Grove is a great gym at a great location. This is one of my favourite gyms i’ve been too as it’s never super busy and i can always get my workout in. Additionally, it’s super clean and organized! Staff is also very friendly :)

Negative experience: I will not recommend this place to anyone as I had very bad experience dealing with staff and Manager. I am pregnant with helath condition and I requested them to cancel my membership as I never been to gym since my pregnancy started as per doctor’s recommendation however paying my monthly fee with no use of services. I requested to cancel my membership with doctor note they are still making excuses to cancel. Even I called so many times . I will make sure that we will never use anytime fitness in furturw and I will recommend my friends and family to do the same . They are justing keep our money with silly excuses. I am just frustrated that what proof exactly they need from me to proof my helath situation. This is not done

Overall, this Gym has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and effective fitness experience.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a big zero! I was a member for one whole year and this year I did not renew my membership because I was moving and I didn’t want to continue anymore. Despite of that they deducted my maintenance fee and charged me three times for my last month. And when I emailed them asking why am I being charged for the maintenance fee for this year when I’m no longer a member, they just didnt reply and I’ve been waiting from three days!

Negative experience: Worst experience. I requested cancellation, an individual cannot use the services after providing proof of address change (since I do not have any anytime fitness location near me). There is no rational to charge him for the whole month even after providing you the sufficient document. Yes, the confirmation email and agreement does say that it take a month to process, but once a person has moved how can he use the services, thereafter, what is the logic behind deducting biweekly payments. Moreover, no agent told me that I will be charged for a month even after I move out from my residence and request cancellation.

Positive experience: Excellent location, so very convenient given its proximity to entertainment and shops so you could get your daily necessities without going out of your way. Great equipment! newer equipment n better models than other nearby Anytime locations. Only downside however is the gym is packed with equipment, I can't imagine how bad it would be to navigate through the gym when it's busy, even in the middle of the night with 5 others in the gym it felt tight, so much so that I knocked two stars down, otherwise this would be the best Anytime location I've been to

Fantastic experience: Staffs are very friendly and I always feel welcomed when they say hello. Trainers also have high understanding of weight training and know what they are doing as I gained 11lbs as a beginner. Moving out of this gym because I’m moving out of town but would love to continue working out in this gym.

Positive experience: I have been using this location before work in the mornings. The gym is spotless every day on the floor. Weights are always re racked, and the functional fitness area is always pretty tidy and organized. The layout is really nice, and although the gym isnt huge the space works really well. It isnt too busy in the early mornings (5-6:30). They only have one spin bike and it isnt very good which sucks as its my favourite type of cardio. The one draw back is i dont see a regular cleaning being done in bathrooms and stuff. Maybe im just oblivious to it but they look the same every day. I shower there, and dont want to be showering in a place that isnt regularly cleaned with proper cleaners... if issue isnt addressed i may have to speak to management. They are always stocked with toilet paper and hand soap so they must do a quick wipedown but not sure about the showers themselves. Anyways, this wont stop me from going to this location. Members are friendly, staff is welcoming. Good location overall.

Negative experience: Trash. I was a member on and off for years. The gym is small and stinks. It's usually always over crowded especially during peak hours. Still i kept my membership because it's close to my house and i could usually go late at night when things died down. Then life happened and i wasn't able to go regularly, but i kept paying my dues monthly because everytime i tried to cancel it's like they hold a gun to your head threatening higher rates in the future. And well, they aren't lying. I have since inquired several times about possibly coming back (again for the late hours and close proximity to me), but everytime i'm met with insanely high rates. There is zero loyalty from the owner towards his customers. Walnut Grove is his little cash cow and you can clearly see he hasn't reinvested a penny into upgrades or his customer base. If you're looking for a gym, you can do much better for the money elsewhere. Those are the facts.

Negative experience: Right as you open the door is the notable stench of feet, the staff don't pay much attention to cleaning considering the fact that someone left their underwear on top of the cubbies for more than a week. This location is frequently busy but most people are really nice and respectful if you don't mind the crowd.

Negative experience: Staff is friendly 4/5, unfortunately their facility isn’t the cleanest. The showers have weak pressure and are infested with flies coming from the drain and the shower floor is dirty and slippery with soap residue (meaning they don’t clean it very well.) I’ve been in there right after they mopped and the floor on the tile was still dirty. They don’t scrub just give it a quick wash with the mop. They don’t scrub the shower tile or disinfect it in anyway. It should be scrubbed with a brush and disinfected with spray 9 or bleach daily. They expect members to clean the equipment they use but the parts staff are responsible for are filthy. I showered there once on a Monday and on Thursday the same piece of string was still on the floor in the same spot. 1/5

Negative experience: Too small and crowded with equipment. Ive been going to different anytime locations in BC and this was quite disappointing Abbotsford is sadly the best location I've been too and they don't even have a massage chair. Sadly anytime seems to have dropped the ball in BC hopefully they make some changes for the better soon.......

Negative experience: Been an anytime member for 10 years. Recently moved my gym due to wanting more equipment choices. I did not know when you cancel your membership, they will force you to pay 30 days of membership you will not use. Very disappointing as this 30 days policy means absolutely nothing but a cash grab. I really dont care about the money but the principle behind it is just sickening

Fantastic experience: My home gym. Always clean and something available. Cable machines are not calibrated though, so if you want to track weight freeweights are the way to go.

Negative experience: Website claims a 7 day free trial but this location offers 1 day only which is not enough to actually get a feel for the gym. I doubt the gym owner works out himself, so they probably don't understand that you need a few days to get a feel for the gym. Overall very pushy too and don't seem to care about customer experience. I will be going to a different gym that values its customer's experience.

Fantastic experience: Gym is smaller but has everything a person needs to efficiently get in shape. Gym is clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. Mornings are not to busy. Trainers and coaches are extremely knowledgeable.

Negative experience: I don't know how this gym has good reviews. I called a few times to see what the memberships rates were and if I could get myself and my wife signed up, but no one bothered to answer the phone. I wanted to swing by and give them the benefit of the doubt and check out the facility but I found out there is a golds gym down the road that has staff that actually care and has a bigger facility. Save your money and time and don't bother with this place.

Negative experience: I came here several months ago and the customer service was great and it seemed like the place was running nicely. However, recently I came after a break and noticed that a lot of the usual staff were gone and replaced with people that don't really know how to run the place. The gym can get grimy and rules are not being enforced properly. I am seriously considering cancelling my membership and going to a gym that values its members.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Sadly I moved away from this location and it doesn't make much sense for me to make the drive to it. Unfortunately the location near my house is not as great as this one - this one is welcoming, clean, and always had friendly staff (during the staffed hours, of course.) Even the cancellation process was easy and one of the fees was waived for me, which I really appreciated and did not expect. I would happily return to this gym if I move back into the area, and highly recommend it.

Negative experience: I’m really sad to give this location a poor review. I hadn’t been here since before covid started (my home gym is in another city) but I’m sad to say they’ve made no changes to the mold issues. You can smell it when you walk in and see it in the bathrooms.. that means it’s been growing for at the very least… 2 years.. The gym is small so I get it but its so cramped in there and so not a great layout for social distancing.. oh and speaking of, if you wear a mask and respect the mandates and rules around them I would not go here, hardly anyone was wearing one.. made me rather uncomfortable to be completely honest. The staff have always been very kind and welcoming here but unfortunately this will be a last resort option for me.. there are some very clear inconsistent standards across locations :(

Fantastic experience: Love working out here almost never have to wait for a machine or weights at the times I go. Staff is friendly and welcoming equipment is new and it is clean.

Negative experience: Extremely rude staff, and purposely unclear about the terms and conditions so that they can use their own loopholes to scam you out of your own money. When I asked for clarification on the cancellation, they asked me if "I even bothered to read the terms and conditions". Who even says that to someone who just wanted some clarification? For anyone asking if anytime fitness is worth the 24/7 service, it isn't.

Negative experience: I have never had the desire to write a negative review until now. The Walnut Grove location of AnyTime fitness is terrible! I’ve used a lot of gyms over the years and never been so disappointed in customer service! After getting into a bad accident that has left me unable to ever work out again, you would think that with a drs. note and available X-ray that it would be an easy companionate cancelation. But it took 6 months and several dr. notes to cancel. Finally they agreed to cancel and charged me 2 more times within 2 days of each other. Extremely disappointing to say the least. A friend of mine cancelled a few months back a Total Fitness a block away with much more space and equipment, no back lash at all. I highly recommend checking out other gyms before giving up your first born to this one! I guess everyone needs to write at least one negative review in their lifetime this is mine!

Negative experience: Very pushy sales people trying to sell memberships. Then texting repeatedly after despite one telling them not to anymore. Never got the free workout session promised online-it’s a scam.

Positive experience: Super small gym, it’s okay. Overall okay. Water fountains have some calcium build up that should be cleaned. Showers say “sanitize before/after use” but there are no sanitation supplies. This gym seems to always be busy. Which is great for them. Sadly it’s the only 24 hour gym currently open in Langley area.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member moving to langley and haven't even been to this gym but based on how helpful Japleen was over phone and that they have a heavy bag, Am giving 5 stars.

Negative experience: Disappointed in Walnut Grove. It took them just shy of a year to put plexiglass up between machines. There wasn't even machines taped off (being too close). Then with the new reservation requirements, I booked a 7am slot online. The app accepted it and then when I showed up and tried to key in I found a temporarily closed sign. Please update the website / social media accordingly.

Positive experience: Professional gym, a little small but they use the space well. Very clean.

Negative experience: This morning some man coughed up a storm while he walked on the treadmill for an hour (not a normal cough). Staff did not ask him to leave, nor did they ask him to pull his face mask up. This man and staff jeopardized the health of fellow members at this facility.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym. Friendly staff, great equipment, clean, and quiet. I've recommended it to several friends who, after seeing the facility, have left their previous gyms to join AF Walnut Grove. They also have an amazing photographer who pops in to snap some photos and record member experiences for sharing on social media. She does great work and it's pretty awesome to have a talented in-house photographer on stand-by.

Fantastic experience: Top Notch Service! Since the new Manager (Marlo) took over him and his team (Rachel & Amanda) have been doing an excellent job! Always welcoming you, keeping the place clean, and there's always sanitizer/wipes located around the gym. Highly recommend this Gym.

Fantastic experience: I havent worked out this whole year and i wanted to start working out. I registered for a personal trainer for the first time and the staffs were super nice to explain to me what they were going to do and helped me feel really comfortable during the process which I appreciated a lot. Also the place is really clean and I feel comfortable working out even during the pandemic. They keep it comfortable and safe for me to work out here. Also the trainer makes me feel confident and makes the work out actually fun to do. Really amazing staff and comfortable place to be!

Negative experience: I signed up and there was no follow up and information and I’m going to cancel my membership!! Nothing works in this Gym!

Positive experience: Nice decent size gym with a good amount of equipment around. Also provides sanitary wipes there for when you finish with your machine/equipment which is nice. Please use them.... Can't say much about the trainers/workers as I have little interactions with them.

Fantastic experience: I signed up membership with this AF location since the day it opened. Sadly, due to my own laziness, I didn't use it until 6 month ago. This summer, I finally decided to sign up a one on one training program, Shane was a great help. He suggested Grant as my personal trainer, and Grant is the best! The gym is small but not too busy most of the time, staff are friendly and professional. Grant is very professional and friendly, he helps me develop the habit to go to gym every day. If anyone is looking for a good personal trainer, I strongly recommend to ask for Grant. The only complaint that I have is the gym has so many TV but never turned on... lol I guess the owner really want to save the electricity, which is bit ironic as the gym opens 24/7 with full lights on all the time. I only wish there is a loyalty reward program in the gym could offer better deal for long term members.: )

Negative experience: Boyfriend and I were interested in this gym because we work very long hours in our particular industry. A 24 hour gym would’ve been perfect for our work schedules. However, when my bf called to get an idea of pricing, this aggressive guy named Shane refused to give any info unless we came in, all the while talking over my bf and being quite arrogant. Due to our work hours we would have to use our lunch breaks to go in and sign up, and we’re willing to do that, but not before we have an idea of the total costs and have had time to decide; not be pressured on the spot to join. Shane was totally dismissive and had a non-customer-friendly attitude. My boyfriend mentioned that any gym that is secretive about their pricing is a red flag to him and moved on. Their loss! We had no problem getting pricing over the phone from 2 other locations that are convenient on our commute and will be choosing one of them (and pricing can vary considerably between locations due to being privately owned, we’ve come to learn).

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the customer service and management. The treatment and experience, along with the story I was "sold" upon signing up was entirely different from the one I experienced when inquiring about cancelling. I was completely disregarded, the Manager wanted nothing to do with me, my buisness as a member or showed any compassion and willingness to try and find a solution to leave me wanting to come back. When I entered I went in with the intention of becoming a member again at an anytime fitness when I could, after my experience today I can say without a doubt that I will NEVER become a member with Anytime Fitness again.

Fantastic experience: Courteous staff, well maintained facility. My trainer Olga does a great job of making me workout hard, while observing my limitations.

Positive experience: this location is one of the better ones that i go to with anytime fitness. the best part is they have more then just one power rack to use. the trainers here have a much better attitude and they don't pad the sessions they actually get right to the training. if you are go=looking for a great gym and a great place to work out this is the one to go to.

Great equipment, always well maintained. One thing that has made this gym different has been how friendly the staff has been highly recommend this location.

Negative experience: My friend Johan told me to visit this gym because it’s 24 hours, but upon my visit I had the worst experience at a gym! I think Shaun was the name of the rep had given me a high pressure sales pitch. Made me late when I said I had 10 min and wanted to see prices.... thank you not coming back
