Negative experience: I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 3 months. Each time I have tried to call they refuse to answer. Each time I have went in no one has been there for service, during scheduled hours. The kiosk did NOT allow me to cancel the membership and there social lines have no customer service representatives. It is ridiculous that you cannot cancel online or through the ways you say to. If I could attach the videos I have recorded regarding this situation I would.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for 4 months now and it has a great atmosphere with equipment always available. Being new to working out this was a good choice as you never feel like your being judged. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Why are showers locked when staff is not around???

Fantastic experience: Pretty good place. You get what you pay for and a bit more. Wide variety of machines, cable machines, and weights. It can get packed and such but it’s what you buy! Definitely come here if you wanna good gym for cheap :)

Negative experience: While visiting Red Deer for a couple of weeks I looked into some gyms and stopped in at Fit4less to see what they had to offer. I was told that I’d have to sign up, pay the fees and then cancel my membership at some point. The representative didn’t even bother to invite me in for a conversation and tour of the place. Poor service so I went next door to Good Life. Much better service.

Positive experience: Equipment are good but either massage bed and chair need to be automatic tap or receptionist need to be there before 10...which usually did not there during working hours to make premium users to use massage chair n bed

Positive experience: Good equipment options but there is a whole "virtual fitness" room that could have more yoga matts with a set of kettle bells. Maybe a stand for the weights that are in there. Some smash balls. Definitely could use a few kettle bell sets. Also maybe a TRX set. Only some suggestions to keep the customers from moving to Good life fitness.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to work out. Early morning is next to no one, people and staff are friendly, and lots of equipment so you are not waiting for anyone. The membership price is cheaper than anywhere else in the city. I would 100 % recommend it to anyone just starting out or if you do not like crowded gyms.

Positive experience: I take my granddaughter to Good Life next door and I think part of the Fit4Less gym. She loves it there.

Fantastic experience: Been either delivering to this location or working out since it opened years ago. Friendly staff and good equipment for the price. And don't forget to utilize the awesome massage chairs and water beds

Positive experience: Love meeting up during Thursday night cruise nights at the north end parking lot. Some great rides and great people.

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN FIT4LESS GYM. I joined because it was affordable. Was supposed to be a every 2 weeks payment and they charged me twice in 4 days. Called them 3 Times to report it to them and they refused to pick up the phone. Check my account again to find out they gave me back $12 and stole $45. For no reason. They continue to rob me and not pick up the phone. NEVER JOIN FIT4LESS!!!!!!

Positive experience: Maybe doesn't have as much as some other gyms, but it's nice, clean, and has a good vibe. Also very little judgement, it's nice to not be scared off or overwhelmed by overly buff gym dudes when walking in because you don't fit that same type Wish they had a water refill station instead of using the washroom sink, that part makes it a little disappointing.

Positive experience: Overall decent gym for their price, though I find the equipment breaks down often and takes a long while until it's repaired. Staff is usually late and the paper towel/cleaning spray isn't monitored and often empties. The entry doors aren't the best as they often glitch making you unable to scan in on the odd visit unless you don't mind waiting 30 mins to try again if staff isn't there. It's a good starter gym and offers good but basic equipment.

Negative experience: The price is great, equipment are easy to use. We had to cancel yesterday our subscription as my wife's workplace has a gym. My wife was able to retrieve her shoes,thanks to the guy that helped us yesterday. Unfortunately,mine was stolen. My wife gave those shoes 7 years ago as anniversary gift. Good as new, as I don't always use it. Hopefully Management in Red Deer will do something about it.

Fantastic experience: Very developed town ☺️

Positive experience: Good gym, affordable price. Good vibe. I can finally run on a treadmill on my own and work on my endurance without paying an overly expensive fee. The only complaint is the lack of a water fountain. I've never been to a gym without one? Bring extra water bottles unless you want to drink out of the bathroom sink.

Positive experience: Gym has lots of cardio machines and 2 of each workout machine. The weight area is a bit crowded as most of the space is used for the cardio machines. No water fountain or showers. Great gym for the basics and can't beat the price!

Positive experience: Great gym for a low price. Some equipment has been broken for over 3 months though which is disappointing. On 2 separate occasions their turnstile has locked my son's card out even though it was scanned properly and payment is up to date. This happened at 6am when there is no staff on site

Negative experience: So arrogant and ignorant manager. Does not know how to professionally answer or resolve the customer’s problem. She is so rude. When somebody sign up for the gym the people working over there have completely different attitude and when you ask them to cancel the membership they will come up something new sort of terms and conditions which is not mentioned at the time of joining and they will accuse you and won’t admit that the mis communication was done from there end. I completely remember before signing up i asked them at least couple of time , if in future I would like to cancel my membership do i have to pay something and the front desk guy told me that i just have to give them 1 month notice , there is no cancellation fee and don’t have to pay them anything for the cancellation. When today I called them to cancel my subscription the manager answered my call and was so rude and full of attitude said no we never say that thing to anyone. Instead of resolving my problem she started yelling and accusing me. At least be professional and mature enough to admit your mistakes. You were the ones who mis informed me. I hope somebody from the top management will read this review and start working towards hiring professional and nice staff who have skills to help out the customer because nobody deserves the attitude and embarrassment just for asking a simple question.

Fantastic experience: I work in the front desk made it so quick and easy to check in when I called on the phone same thing that's why I came here also get a free shirt and gym bag works out to be cheaper than anywhere and it's decent and has everything you need super clean and tanning massage chairs can't complain

Positive experience: Its an alright gym, great location great price. I dont know if they have a maintenance person though as some machines have been out of order for a while and others are in need of a little grease in the sliders but its a good workout every time.

Negative experience: A water fountain would be nice but I would take having the equipment fixed first over the fountain since it’s the main reason I come and pay for. FIX THE BRKOEN EQUIPMENT PLEASE! I have communicated to head office months ago. Even sent pictures. Gym was shut down for a while. Lots of opportunity to fix things. It’s absurd you take customers money and can’t deliver what they pay for. You provide a disservice!

Negative experience: Red deer worst gym I've been in for service!!!! If you can get their heads up from using their phones your lucky!! Just got snapped at by the manager because I tryed to walk in 2 mins early for my appointment.. Where every other gym I've been at gives you a 2 min grace period because most people's watches dont run at the same time!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Fit4Less (Parkland Mall) has a very friendly staff and a very comfortable atmosphere. Inside the gym is always clean and spotless. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!

Positive experience: Very big fitness center that is kept very clean and i absolutely love this place and would definitely recommend this gym over any others...Things that i see need improvement. - Need a water fountain to fill water bottles, super unsanitary filling water bottles in the washroom. - Hard to get a good workout in with the 1 hour covid-19 time frame, this is a huge facility with lots of room to social distance, we shouldn't be limited to 1 hour. - When equipment is broken it takes forever to get repaired, I've seen equipment locked for over a month.

Negative experience: Would be a great gym if they would fix the equipment. It takes months for things to get fixed, so whats the point in signing up if you cant use alot of the equipment. Theres no point in telling the staff that things are broken because they dont care. When you tell them it takes them over a week to put a damaged sign up.

Positive experience: The gym is very nice and clean. The equipment is great. There is one major issue and that is that there is no water fountains anywhere. I think this is a major problem as I was told to fill up my water bottle from the bathroom taps. It’s fairly cheap to install a water fountain and I think is an absolute must in every gym.

Positive experience: Best bang for your buck workout - sometimes It's too busy but overall my last year going here has been good. Only thing they're missing is water fountains...

Staff , especially Trevor are great. He always takes interest in what my client is doing. Great clean place to workout .

Negative experience: Went for a tour. The staff seemed friendly until I ran into a woman in black who I assume is the manager or something, yelling I can't let the kids on the machines. Could have politely informed me of the policy instead of yelling at a potential customer.

Fantastic experience: Great pricing, doesn't have as much as good life but still a great place to go and work out and save a bit of cash. Be sure to bring extra water as they don't have water fountains, but they do have sinks in the bathroom that you can fill up from
