Fantastic experience: So fun! Was here for “Parents night out” oh! I tell you, it’s totally worth it! Kids love it! And parents got 4 hours to themselves! All the obstacles ate very appropriate to a wide range of age of kids. My two kids were 5 & 7 and they enjoyed it so much they were so hungry when I picked them up at 9:30pm! I asked them, “didn’t they give you pizza?” They said, “ya but it’s not enough time and we are still hungry!” It turns out, they DID eat, and ARE still hungry! That’s how much fun and exercise they had over there!

Fantastic experience: 10/10!!!! Just had our daughter's 7th birthday party here and it was FANTASTIC! The facility is huge with a ton of great equipment. Staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish. The instructor seemed patient and manged keep all 10 girls well engaged in the activities. Was able to bring all food a decorations ourselves which I always appreciate. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Been here for several birthday parties and its so good im hosting my son’s 6th birthday in a few weeks! Professional and knowledgeable the kids truly enjoy the gym! 2 hour slots for birthday- own fridge and area so you can set up and decorate- parents can stay and watch the kids in the gym or even join the fun- make sure you sign the online waiver before you get there so its a smoother check in process!

Fantastic experience: I found this place a couple months ago for my son. He's been interested in trying Parkour, but I never found anything local. Until now! The gym is HUGE! So many different activity areas! We go for an hour drop in and at the end my son is exhausted! He starts his parkour class in a week in a half and he is so excited! Also, the owners and everyone who works there, are amazing. Really knowledgeable and so kind and friendly. I think we'll be spending more time there in the near future!

Fantastic experience: My son and his friends had so much fun at the birthday party at Momentum Movement. Instructor Owen was very professional and had a very positive way to educate kids on how to follow instructions, challenge themselves, and overcome fear. The staff are also very helpful and happy. The entire process of booking for a birthday party was easy and responsive.

Fantastic experience: Very nice spacious place with lots of activities to do. My son had a birthday party here recently and had a blast. The staff were all very kind and made sure the kids had fun within the boundaries of safety. Highly recommended for birthday parties for elementary kids.

Positive experience: My daughter visited there for her friend's Bday and like it. Then came a few times after that. The facility is decent for kids to play. Both kids and teenagers. The staffs are nice and helpful, they show the kids how to use the different facilities to make sure they know how to play safely. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Momentum Movement has exceeded every expectation we had. Great people and coaches coupled with such a large space, they have something for everyone in our family. The bouldering wall is fantastic and constantly gets updated. Truly world class gym, if you're fortunate enough to have access to Momentum I highly recommend checking them out.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym to train from beginner to the global level, and the coaches and staff are amazing they are very helpful and understanding! For example Ryan and Michael are incredible coaches and can save you on a course from falling obstacles. All of the coaches are incredibly talented in their areas of expertise and still talented outside of their comfort zone, all of the coaches are incredibly helpful and have helped me boost my skills incredibly.

Fantastic experience: My kid loves this gym so much. They hold classes for all ages. There is so much to do!

Negative experience: I had a deeply troubling experience at Momentum that I feel compelled to share. My autistic child and I visited the gym with an open mind, hoping for a positive experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but that. My child, who has been receiving speech-language pathology sessions for over two years, showed immense courage by choosing a tool to use. To our astonishment, the owner of the gym yelled at her in front of everyone, creating an uncomfortable scene. When my child bravely spoke up, explaining that another coach had given her permission to use the tool, the owner not only failed to respond but also made her feel even worse. Upon picking up my child, I noticed that she was visibly upset, on the verge of tears, and her body was trembling. I asked her what had transpired, and she recounted the painful experience. I suggested that we go back to the owner together to resolve the matter. My intention was to create a safe space for my child to voice her concerns and to express our discomfort with how she had been treated. When we approached the owner and I began to address the issue, her response was nothing short of disappointing. She turned to my child with a stern expression and attempted to talk her down. I tried to explain my child's feelings and how her initial request had been mishandled. In response, I stated that this gym was meant to be a safe place for my child, and I didn't even feel comfortable discussing the matter with the owner. Her response was dismissive and hurtful, saying, 'then leave.' Throughout this short conversation, the owner repeatedly emphasized that 'she is the owner,' as if it excused her behavior. This left me utterly perplexed and disheartened. We simply happily return to her old parkour gym - Origins Parkour Studio! It has amazing coaches!!! Yes, it is a small place but it provides a clean and super safe environment!!! and all the members are great people too. My child has attended the gym for about 2 years. I 100% recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent variety of activities to do in this gym, friendly staff, the boulder problems are high quality and hard, the equipment is new, and I had a great time. My only gripe is that the pads for bouldering are a bit hard because they're new and some of the boulders have some pretty tough last moves. Falling on the pads sideways is quite rough for now so I recommend grabbing one of the softer pads from the parkour area if you're falling off the top.

Fantastic experience: It was an incredibly joyful evening! The kiddos had a blast. If the party room's backdrop, the table and chair setup could be upgraded, it would be perfect!

Fantastic experience: A favorite ninja and bouldering spot with super nice n' friendly pajama-wearing comfortable acting, talented route setting and obstacle course setting group of 1st place winning staff and coaches we really like too!

Fantastic experience: Im astonished with this facility, especially with the staff. My 4 year old son is typically afraid of things like these, but one of the staff members/coaches made my son feel like a superhero. It was really cool. My 9 year old daughter amazingly scaled the wall in her first try, but was extremely scared going down. Another staff member stood by her side the whole time, teaching her multiple ways to get down, and eventually brought her down. She conquered that fear within minutes. This facility is amazing, with amazing people. Will be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Did open gym, so cool!! We were able to move things and just be create and explore. Wish I got the one guys name but he was so helpful with showing technique and explaining things so they made sense even though we weren't there for a class

Michael (owner) was incredibly attentive and responsive in answering my questions and following up with us. Owen (instructor) was a blast and the kids loved him and his energy! The facility is fabulous and the kids were exhausted by the end of the session. My daughter has already said she wants her birthday party at Momentum Ninja Gym. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: One of the coolest and best places to bring your kids for a fun physical activity. The staff are amazing here and they play with the kids and setup different activities. They even ran a Chess Tournament. Highly recommend. Thanks Movement Academy!

Its a really good place for kids to just let loose, try out different courses and challenge themselves. My son and his friends had a blast. A core memory for him. Fantastic experience: We just had my girl's 9th birthday party here. I believe all the kids had a lot of fun! The coach is fantastic, and great with kids. Lots of different stations for kids to work on snd they played differnt gsmes during the 90 minutes session ex. Hide and seek and floor is lava. Easy parking. I have nothing bad to say about this place and the team. If you kid wants a great birthday party, this is definitely one of the places to be considered.

They reconfigure the set up of the area every few weeks and so there are always new challenges to overcome. We had a birthday party here recently and it was the best one we've ever had. Fantastic experience: Great place for kids and adults who want to strength the muscles and have so much fun. The people here really care about the kids, my son loves coming there all the time. He plays have fun, and exercise all at the same time. For me is like an adult playground every time I’m there I want to jump and climb.

Fantastic experience: Five stars for the team at Vancity OCR! We had our sons 9th birthday party at OCR and the kids, as well as some adults, had the best time at the Ninja Gym! The group of kids were assigned a coach for the time in the gym. The coach did an excellent job of maintaining direction of a group of 9 years olds, coaching and, most importantly, making sure the kids had fun! The warped wall was obviously the big hit with the coach spending a fair amount of time with the kids working with them towards the big wall climb. The kids were given support from the group and time to make it up the wall. They all felt a great sense of accomplishment as the moved onto other challenges . Everybody had a great time at Vancity OCR with a well planned and supported birthday party. I highly recommend Vancity OCR and found their staff very professional, extreamly friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: WestCoast Ninjas is an amazing training facility! The coaches (Michael, Brandon, Ryan & Jace) are phenomenal! My teenage son started at the summer camp, then drop in classes and is now a member of their competitive team. He loves it!

Positive experience: Super fun for my 8 year ninja in training, fun activity on a rainy day, however check in, can be tedious especially, if it's busy. Lastly not a fan of the strong Diesel like smell coming from all the rubber mats. Good fun in pinch.

Fantastic experience: Been doing the adult ninja training and having a blast. Much more enjoyable way to workout for me. The classes are very scalable to your personal ability. The trainers are super positive and supportive.

Positive experience: My son went for a ninja them birthday. He loved it. Great exercise and the party leaders really encourage the kids, especially the timid ones like mine. My kid wasnt as brave as the others but thanks to the staff he left feeling like a super hero.
