Fantastic experience: It is a very good gym, the attention of all the staff is very professional and friendly, the instructors are very qualified and very trained, they really help you shape your body, the gym app helps you eat healthy foods without restrictive diets, you can practically eat everything and shape your body at the same time, thanks to all the instructors who helped me, especially José and thanks to Evolution Chamber

Fantastic experience: Initially, I joined Evolution Chamber to challenge myself and try something different. It’s been a fantastic experience so far! I am satisfied with my progress, and I am enjoying seeing my body getting stronger. The managers & trainers are very upbeat, chill, kind, knowledgeable and motivating. I encourage anyone to check this gym out!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found evolution chamber! I have been coming here for about a month and a half now and they have completely reset the way I think about my health and fitness. From the moment I come in through the doors, both the owner and manager create such a welcoming environment and I always feel happy being there. My trainers, Jose and Sina have been nothing but amazing, they encourage me, motivate me, have shown me how to properly work out, how to enjoy working out, have helped me reach my goals and so much more. When I first started at evolution chamber, I was worried being new there and more new to working out regularly but they have exceeded my expectations beyond words. They are always on top of everything ensuring each member reaches their goals and keeps you accountable. I wish I found this gym sooner as I only live around the corner and could have began my evolution sooner. If you are thinking about joining, I 100% recommend to as it is completely worth every single dollar. Personal training can be pricey and the small group classes that I do 3 times a week, feels like personal training but at an affordable price as my coach pays lots of individual attention to each of us and customizes the workout according to our goals. Everyone who comes to evolution chamber in general is friendly, welcoming and I have met some amazing people so far. I am so excited to continue my journey and continue to see my body and mind evolve! Thank you guys so much for everything you do and for how you have transformed my mindset when it comes to taking care of my body. To say the least, for so long I have cared about everything and everyone around me and I'm proud to say I am finally putting me first because of evolution chamber.

Fantastic experience: Love these guys very professional! At this point I have reached my goal weight so Im super happy! Very conveniently located lots of parking. Except for one thing. I wish they had Shower! Only one would be enough! I go to work after my work out and that would be my only concern continuing going there.

Fantastic experience: Started a month ago and couldn’t be happier. Before I got there I was having challenges getting motivated. Now I am at the point where it has become habit as part of my day. The staff is fantastic. They’re very diligent at telling you what to do, showing you what to do, and watching you do it (to make sure that your form is correct). What I really appreciate are texts from the staff to see how I am doing. Any questions I have outside the gym, I text and the staff gets back to me quickly Lots of challenges (with prizes) throughout the program, which is even a greater motivator Definitely worth a visit to see what it’s all about. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since May 2023. Really awesome personal trainer gym. All the trailers are really down to earth and friendly. The owner is really chill. Everyone is made to feel welcome . There’s a few negative reviews posted recently by a disgruntled former client, who injured themselves in one in 1 million freak accident and is now slandering Trainers and the business. If you look at the track record of reviews for evolution chamber, there is essentially no negative reviews, except for this one individual and her sister …. Do not let this deter you, as they are not good people This place and it’s Trainer ‘s rock, and a extremely professional!

Harman is the nicest manager/trainer/my best friend, he’ll also get you settled in with no problem. Harman helped me out with my diet a lot, him and Sina are both very well-educated about health and fitness. Sina is THE BEST TRAINER EVERRR (don’t tell him i said that). Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying: "It's evolution season!" You will hear it a lot while going to this gym. The place is a great combo of personal strength training and free weight equipment, all done in style! They offer personal training sessions, as well as small group training (4-6 people), which is more affordable while you get personalized exercises and diet guidance based on your goals. I went there to gain muscle weight and I gained 5kg within 3 months. There is enough equipment to accommodate everyone, which is effectively used to diversify your evolution process. Having no prior experience in weight lifting, I learned a lot from the trainers, who are knowledgeable and professional. The place is clean and set up in style (unfortunately, no change rooms), the atmosphere is friendly and you eventually build a sense of community with trainers and fellow trainees. Basically, if you are looking for quick and significant results with intension to learn, Evolution Chamber is your place.
