Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a physiotherapist in the Richmond area go see Winston! I had hip and hamstring pain for months and saw a few other physiotherapists in the city who, to no avail, could not help me solve my problem. After speaking to a some friends who have also had injuries, I was told to try Winston. I was feeling quite helpless but he offered me solutions to overcome my limitations and also manage pain. We worked on stretches and exercises to help relieve the pain and address balance, ROM and floss my irritated nerve. Within weeks I was able to do Bulgarian split squats again which was ultimately my goal in rehabilitation. Highly recommend (:

Fantastic experience: First of all kudos to the friendly staff very warm and accommodating. The gym facility is jam packed with outstanding equipments, you basically find everything you need here. Very clean and nice vibes, the playlist doesn’t miss. I would recommend dropping by and checking the facility out, who knows this might become your second home.
Fantastic experience: A stunning facility with welcoming and friendly staff. The management is accommodating to your needs and are always willing to help. Always a highlight of my day with its great music and high energy. Everyone and the atmosphere are super motivating. The memberships are well worth the price. I decided a few months ago to also get month to month Personal Training from Winston. My ability to move alongside feel confident with my lifts has increased dramatically. He built me a personalized program tailored to my limitations and needs as an athlete and goes out of his way to update the program if I have any new goals or issues. He’s a great teacher and his exercises instructions are in depth yet easy to understand. I feel lighter, stronger, and more resilient to injuries. He’s one of the most qualified Personal Trainers and Physiotherapists I’ve met in years in healthcare. The way he is able to balance and synchronize both are bar-none. Overall great venue and amazing people

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Fittopia Gym! The facilities are modern and super clean, with a wide range of equipment that meets all my fitness needs. The manager is fantastic—always approachable and genuinely cares about the members. Every staff member is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The trainers are very professional and have provided me with great guidance to help me reach my goals. The positive and motivating atmosphere makes every workout enjoyable. I highly recommend Fittopia to anyone serious about their fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: I believe this is the best gym in Richmond. I purchased a month of private lessons here and was impressed right from the start. The front desk staff didn't pressure me into buying a large package of lessons. Instead, they thoughtfully suggested I try three trial lessons at a lower cost and recommended three trainers based on my needs. The entire process was professional and considerate, unlike some gyms that aggressively push sales. My fitness trainer, Justin, has been exceptional. He is patient, down-to-earth, and highly professional. He adjusts the training content based on my real-time performance during workouts and is always punctual. Having worked with four trainers over the past three years, I can confidently say Justin’s work ethic and fitness knowledge are among the best. The gym also boasts a great fitness vibe and comprehensive facilities that cater to cardio and strength training needs. The staff's friendly attitude creates a welcoming environment, which always puts me in a positive mood for exercise. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in Richmond and the surrounding areas. I’ll work out here again once I’m back in Vancouver.
Fantastic experience: I usually don't write many reviews but I felt like I had to today. Iv been going to this gym for the past 2 months. It's clean, staff is friendly. No complaints. Today while I was working out I noticed a personal trainer with teen. Pretty sure it was the teens first session. I just wanted to say, the way the staff treated this young man, with such kindness and respect. The trainer was asking him about school and his favorite classes. He cracked some jokes with the young man. You could see them both smiling and laughing. Starting at a gym, especially being young can be very intimidating. But this staff member went over and beyond to make the young man feel comfortable. Honestly it almost brought a tear to my eye. I just wanted to commend fit topia on hiring such AMAZING staff. These people really love what they do. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Your clients notice what great and friendly staff you have. Even the staff at the front desk. There's one gentleman I usually see in the mornings. He always say hi with a smile on his face, and wishes people a good day when they leave. Like sometimes I'm having a horrible day, and my whole day changes just because someone says "have a good day" so thank you. It's the little things that make such a difference. Fit topia. You guys are the new standard <3

I have been taking personal training classes here for three months, and my physical fitness and posture have been greatly improved. I am very grateful to my coach Leon and manager Ethan, who have provided me with a lot of help. I also recommend this place on other platforms to people who are looking for a gym in RMD.

When I first walked in, I was so shocked by the super sleek black theme they had. The strip lights on the ceiling definitely gives the gym a super nice touch! Great work Fittopia team!

At the front desk we met Ethan (manager), he is so kind helpful and welcoming ! All the staff are exceptional! Caring hardworking ,extremely professional and knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions you might have or even just a motivational boost ! ( thanks Camron and Michael)The facility is beautiful, with attention to the smallest detail. Love the black and gold, amazing lighting, and the brand new equipment is top tier in my experience, spaced out perfectly! Washrooms are so classy and well kept, the upstairs cardio equipment is beautiful and I definitely need to explore more in that area In the very short amout of time I've been going to this gym I have improved more then I have in years at my other gym. Possibly because my experience is so good here , im having so much fun working out in this environment and not just trying to go through the motions and get out... .. all around best experience at the gym I've had in my 43 years ! Too many positives to mention about fittopia ! If your like me and going to the gym is a big part of your wellbeing I strongly recommend you checking this gym out ☺️

Fantastic experience: all new equipment and hard working lifters, perfect lighting and perfect location for a photoshoot. the gym looks awesome. very nice staff, i appreciated their warm welcome. you can do drop ins or a 10 pass, if you are just visiting. there is a big parking upfront as well.

Fantastic experience: UTOPIA OF GYMS!!! This gym really has everything you need, from all Arsenal branded equipment, Olaplex in the showers, and lots of free parking. Staff members are also super knowledgeable and really nice too. Factoring in the environment, equipment, amenities, and location, the price you pay is completely worth it.

Negative experience: Surrounded by several big daycares, NEVER go there before 6pm, parking is very limited.

The whole plaza is free of parking. All of our members and guests never experience any issue with parking availability. Feel free to visit us still. Thank you!
