Fantastic experience: Super endroit pour les familles Que ce soit pour mon fils de 2 mois qui a pleinement profité d’une séance de flottaison dans le « spa » pour petit ou pour notre grande de 4 ans qui c’est amusée dans la salle de jeu Le personnel est super sympathique Bref un endroit plus que parfait pour passer une avant/après-midi en famille sans trop se casser le bécycle

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful place. I went with my nephew for an event; the activities were great, the kids had such a blast. Friendly staff, clean play area and a whole lot of fun. Awesome place to bring your kids and have a small bite to eat with a delicious cup of coffee. Thank you Wowwmoms

Fantastic experience: I have been going to wowmoms since my son was 10 weeks old! I absolutely love this place. You are instantly greeted with a warm welcome, the staff was interactive with my son. It is such a cute place for a play date with friends with the play area open along with the gym. They have a kitchen which not only provides delicious coffee but also food for mom and baby! I highly recommend going to wowmoms. It will keep your little one busy all day long they will not want to leave :)

Fantastic experience: Nous sommes allées au Wowmoms hier pour l’evenement du Brunch de Stitch. Quel belle evenement ! Merci a toutes lequipe, tout etait parfait et nos deux enfants se sont amusés au maximum. La nourriture et le cafe etait delicieuse. Endroit parfait, et tres propres pour les familles, je recommande fortement a tous :). Nous serons de retour pour d’autres evenements c’est certain ! :)

Negative experience: Not very safe. The wood slide is dangerous for kids. The chairs were over the tables. Not very clean. Kids have to remove their shoes except those of the owner/employees. Below average experience.

Negative experience: It is a cheerless place. I don't recommend this place, it is expensive and the administration killed the mood of enjoy place. There are many restrictions except for the owner or employees' families.

Negative experience: If I could put 0 stars I would, I payed 500$ deposit for the Montreal location for an event 1 week before of them closing no decency, got send to the Laval location to be told I had to pay more for what I was quoted before at the Montreal location, so I ended up losing 500$ for nothing, don’t do business with them, ain’t worth it at all, worse people that steal from family with young kids.

Positive experience: I brought my son to flotation therapy and he loved it! Despite the comments I've read on previous reviews, staff has been nothing but polite and welcoming at all times, very attentive during the session as well. As for the Bistro etc I haven't had the chance yet to try it but I look forward to it. My baby's still growing and there's many activities I look forward to. If anything on the other reviews is true, all I can say is I hope issues gets fixed, since I really look forward to spending more quality time there and I recommend it to my friends ✨

Negative experience: I have the worst experience ever. I will not recommend this place to anybody. I was not welcome well. Bad vibe and energy.

Negative experience: Nice place for kids and parents. However my daughters (one of them is 11 months old!) and their friend got sick and vomited for 2 days from the pasta/sauce they had there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this place a few times and i LOVE it! It’s absolutly beautiful and clean. My little man is now 18months and he’s always super excited, he never wants to leave. I’ve had a few mom and kid playdates with friends and also met some new people. The coffee and food are very satisfying as well. The employees are also very kind and caring about our little ones. Liked it so much we had my best friends shower there and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! 10/10 recommand!

Negative experience: Yesterday my child and I had the most terrible experience visiting a children's playroom (Univers Wowmoms World Laval). I could not even imagine that such rude, aggressive and child-hating people could work in children's playrooms. One woman, unfortunately I don’t know her name, she was on the host, at the bar and in the hall, began to show obvious hostility towards my child. She made rude and stupid remarks many times about how my child was not playing with toys correctly, that he was taking some small parts out to the table where I periodically sat (which I immediately returned to their place), that he was very noisy, that he was running around, that looks behind a small fence where there was just an empty table with chairs. I tried not to pay attention to her comments, since a small child is playing and I will not scold him because of this. But when this woman approached my 2.7-year-old child, leaned over him and began to loudly and rudely scold him for scattering toys in the playroom, my patience ran out!!! I answered her: “that she has no right to communicate like that with me and especially with the child” in response to another rudeness. And the cherry on the cake was that she accused my child of being somehow different, while all the other children were normal!!! That is, if your child is active, independent, and not convenient for her, then he is somehow not so normal. Of course, I wasn’t silent, but it didn’t make me feel any better, I came to drink coffee and let my child play, and for my money they threw mud at us. Be careful before you plan your day off in this playground, as a wonderful day with your child can turn into a terrible day of insults and humiliation!!!

Negative experience: First and foremost I would like to mention that all the bad comments I had heard about this place unfortunately turned out to be TRUE. Please avoid this place at all costs. The service is bad & customer service=0. I booked a floating therapy for my 4 month old baby at Wow mom Laval but our baby caught a cold and we had to reschedule. A staff member rescheduled our appointment for Saturday April 27 at 4pm. (Please note that I did not ask to be given that day and time. The staff member decided it and I just took it).The staff member mentioned that usually there are swimming lessons at that time but that this Saturday in particular there were none and that they would reschedule our session for that day and time. A day prior( Friday) I called to let them know I was going to come with my friend who also has a 4 month old baby and they said "yes no problem" I asked them if she had to pay right away as I had done but they mentioned that she could pay upon her arrival as I had already technically payed and reserved. (By the way they charged her 45$ instead of the 34$ they charged me... interesting) On the same day (Saturday) a lady named Kim called me 2 hours before my appointment to say that they were going to cancel & reschedule because they close at 4 and it's not possible. I told them right away that I was given that appointment on Tuesday and that I even called on the day prior to reconfirm and to add my friend with her baby. I also told them that my friend lives 2 hour driving distance and that she was already on her way. If there was a problem they had plenty of time and days to let me know! I already found it unprofessional but whatever I brushed it off. Once I get there this same lady tells me " I don't see your payment. Did you pay? Show me a receipt" How disorganized are these people?First off your appointment does not get secured if you don't pay so I didn't understand her questioning. I had to show her my bank statement on my phone for her to believe me. It seems that the staff lacks knowledge. When the girl was putting the floater around my baby's neck she asked me if it looked ok...and I said "how am I supposed to know?, you are the expert here". That same girl spent 10 minutes trying 4 different floaters around my friend's baby's neck just to end up saying that they were all too big and that there was nothing smaller. The Kim lady throws out an excuse that they had to throw all the smaller floaters out. Obviously Lies. My friend's baby had to wear another type of floater that is basically a regular one that defeats the whole purpose of the floating therapy. Towards the end of the session, 5 minutes before the end, my friend found a smaller floater for around the neck that would actually fit and asked if she could put it on her baby so that she could experience at least a little bit of the experience. This Kim lady answered very rudely saying that No it was not possible as the session was 30 minutes and that it needed to end at 430pm because the alarm goes off automatically and they need to close!Have you ever heard such LAME EXCUSE AND LIES? Keep in mind that this same lady had said that they had thrown the smaller floaters out. Keep in mind that they made my friend loose 10 minutes of her session and they were not even able to give her the right equipment. Out of decency they could have given her another 10 minutes for her baby to enjoy the floating therapy with the right floater. But no, all they cared about was going home. Live up to the fact that you gave us that appointment on that day and at that time! Not our problem. If you weren't so disorganized and lacking knowledge none of this would have happened. This Kim lady continued confrontation after we started exiting, threatening by telling us to watch what we said behind their back! LADY all I'm writing here I said to your face.You need a reality check + need to take a class on customer service & decency. Do not go to this place. If you own a pool or spa, buy a neck floater for your baby and make them float in it at summer time. Save yourself the hassle.

Fantastic experience: Nous venons de faire l’activité de camion de pompier c’était super Marcus de la pat patrouille étais présent . Super activité éducative sur la prévention incendie avec en plus un tour de camion !!! Les petits étais très heureux . Super organisation ainsi que café excellent !

Negative experience: Je comprends maintenant pourquoi les autres succursales ont fermé. J'aurais aimé pouvoir mettre 0 étoiles. Ils nous ont donné RV samedi à 16h, mais le jour même, ils ont voulu annuler, arguant qu'ils fermaient à cette heure-là. Comme nous habitons loin et étions déjà en route, ils ont fini par comprendre qu'il était ridicule d'annuler à la dernière minute. Nous avons perdu dix minutes à essayer trois tailles de flotteurs pour notre fille de 4 mois, mais aucun lui faisait. Elles nous ont dit que c'était les tailles les plus petites disponibles, et j'ai finalement trouvé un modèle qui lui aurait fait, mais il était déjà trop tard. En résumé, nous avons payé 45$ pour seulement 15 à 20 minutes d'utilisation d'un flotteur que nous possédions déjà à la maison.

Negative experience: Horrible! I subscribed for swimming lessons in brossard. I only used 2 out of 10 , they closed down.emailed us that they will contact us back for refund .its been almost 6 mths.NEVER heard back from them and their email adresse is now erroneous!! Scandalous!!!

Negative experience: I called the Montreal location on Monday and they let me book swimming lessons for this week and they failed to mention they are closing permanently the location the next day.

Negative experience: The Montreal branch took my payment for a subscription a couple days ago knowing not mentioning the fact that they were closing. Closed their doors on a dime and stole my money. Don't trust them and definitely don't subscribe to any of their plans.

Negative experience: Mal organisé. Prennent du retard dans les cours et n'avertissent pas, double booking et laisse les parents sur place s'organiser avec le problème à savoir qui ira en premier pour le cours dans l'eau. Ils mettent la faute sur leur système de réservation en disant qu'il fonctionne mal et qu'on devrait arrêter de l'utiliser. Tous les cours suivants sont décalés et personne n'avise les parents qui se présentent et ont maintenant 1h de retard. Aucune personne à la réception pour gérer le tout. La monitrice dans la piscine fait son possible pour gérer la situation qui est hors de son contrôle. Je déconseille à tous

Fantastic experience: Nous avons prit un cour de natation pour mon fils de deux ans et il à adoré ! Apres plusieurs cours fait dans des piscines municipales c’était très difficile pour lui en groupe mais cette formule de cours cours individuel dans un bassin chauffé WOW ! Leur café était excellent je le recommande fortement !

Negative experience: I registered my child to an event on Dec 26. Wowmoms cancelled the event the day before on Christmas Day and did not include any information regarding refund. I have been trying to get my refund since Dec 28. Back and forth emails, left voicemail and don’t return my calls. Horrible service and not surprised they have a very low review rating. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: De l’événement Spiderman a la journée de semaine régulière, nous sommes toujours satisfaits! J’adore l’espace ouvert ou je peux prendre mon café et faire du télétravail tout ayant un œil sur mon fils et lui permettant de faire une activité hors de la maison. Je recommande fortement!

Negative experience: Yoël est un excellent professeur de natation, très bon avec les enfants mais le management de cette entreprise laisse à désirer. Annulation à chaque semaine, à la dernière minute du cours de natation de mon enfant. Les explications ne sont pas plausibles. Ils ne comprennent pas que la natation est une compétence de vie. La nonchalence durant les annulations est décevante. Si vous voulez que votre enfant apprenne à nager avec un programme consistant, je ne vous recommande pas cette entreprise, tout du moins celle de Laval.

Negative experience: My kid was registered for an event, wow moms canceled the day before the event and they now refuse to give us the refund they told us they can offer only store credit. Don’t ever book anything with them it’s a complete scam to take your money.

Negative experience: Nous avions réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance pour une baignade thérapeutique pour notre bébé de 3 mois. Le jour de la réservation, nous nous présentons a 13hrs tel que prévu dans notre réservation pour nous dire qu'il n'y a plus de place alors nous devons attendre à la prochaine séance de 15h30. La réceptionniste met tout simplement le blâme sur le système et jamais une fois ne s'est excuser de l'erreur, en plus de s'obstiner avec nous sur l'heure de la réservation . Je trouve ça inacceptable de nous faire déplacer pour rien avec un bébé de 3 mois. Manque de professionnalisme et d'organisation. N'y allez pas à moins que vous voulez perdre votre temps.

Negative experience: J'y ai été avec mon amie et nos filles. Une entrée à 25$ pour 2 heures n'est déjà pas donné alors je m'attendais à quelque chose de très intéressant et garni. Cependant, quand j'ai vu l'aire de jeu, j'ai tout de suite désenchanté... Il n'y avait que la structure de jeu, mais pratiquement aucun jouets. De plus les prix pour la nourriture et les breuvages étaient beaucoup trop élevés et ne parlons pas du temps d'attente pour avoir un bagel... Mon amie et moi n'y retournerons plus.

Negative experience: L'entrée pour deux personnes au prix de 25$ ne valait malheureusement pas la peine. Grands espaces pour peu de jouets. il manquait d'ambiance, de musique, de jeux montessori. Peu de diversité et de contenu dans les aires de jeux. Je ne recommande pas.

Positive experience: J'aime bien le concept de prendre un café pendant que notre enfant Joue. Par contre, l'air de jeu fait un peu dur. Des maisonette et un seul bonhomme. Un coin vétérinaire et un lit de poupée mais il a seulement un seul toutou. Presque pu de jouet. Avant ce n'était pas séparé mais maintenant oui. Il a un espace 2 ans et moins, c'est très décevant car mon garçon A 3 ans et 1 mois et dans cette section il a Des jeux intéressant pour lui, je trouve ça plutôt ordinaire cette séparation. Également avant il avait des crayons pour dessiner mais la que des crais qu'on peu dessinée sur un petit bout de mur. Également l'air de jeux est sale. Je suis arrivé a 9h30, cela n'a pas été long qu'on avait le dessous des pieds noirs. Plutôt ordinaire La fille au café qui fait la nourriture est très fine et la nourriture c'est très bien.

Fantastic experience: Did my girls birthday in May this year ! Was an amazing experience Noemie and Beatrice to care of us from A to Z . Noémie is there to assist you and respond to all your questions for a perfect birthday party. From a nice coffee to different Birthday theme . We pick sky from paw patrol and my girls are still talking about that day to this day ! :) I am recommending Wowmoms Laval for birthday. We did a private event and it was truly amazing, you have the Center for you.

Fantastic experience: Nos enfants ont été au camp de jour toute l’été. Les activités varies et amusantes pour les enfants. Éducatrice formidable , réceptionniste très chaleureuse et souriante. Elle prenait soin de nos cocos les matins et les soirs. Nous avons pris un abonnement au Wowmoms Laval pour la prochaine année. Ce centre a tellement été améliorer depuis la dernière année. Notre cocotte débutera pour la 3e session les cours de ballet en septembre. Elle est tellement heureuse. Un endroit que je recommande à tous. Surtout aux familles avec des enfants en bas âge :) ! Certain que mes enfants seront de retour l’an prochain pour l’été complet au camp de jour.

Fantastic experience: Magnifique expérience au Wowmoms Laval. Nous sommes venues plusieurs maman ensemble afin de faire un cours de sensoriel. Les thématiques chaque semaine sont très plaisante. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Une place que je recommande. Ils ont même ajoutée une glissade, plaisir assurée pour les plus vieux. Que dire de la nourriture du café, c’était délicieux comme repas. Nous venons tout juste de faire l’achat d’un package de natation. Un endroit que je recommande pour tous les familles, avec des enfants de 0 à 8 ans :)

Negative experience: L''espace est petit, il y a peu d'options de jouets pour les 0-9 mois, les ensembles pour 1-4 ans sont endommagés, l'aire de glissade est peu sécuritaire et le prix est 10$ de plus qu'à Brossard (que j'avais adoré!)! Vraiment décevant que la franchise de Laval soit aussi poche...!

Negative experience: Aucun accueil. Manque de chaleur dans le peu de service que nous avons eu. Non respect du temps réservé en thérapie de flottaison et beaucoup trop cher pour rien. Les filles sont froides et ont l’air peu intéressée.

Positive experience: J'ai reçu en cadeau une séance de flottaison pour ma fille. Ce n'était pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais. Une bouée a été enfilé autour de ma fille et on l'a mise dans l'eau ( un gros spa pour enfant) avec des jouets. Le but est d'y laisser l'enfant flotter par la tête pendant 30 minutes en essayant bien que de mal de lui faire apprécier la séance... Ma fille n'a pas apprécié et nous non plus en tant que parents. À peine 15 min et nous avons quitter. Je m'attendais à autre chose que cela. Heureusement que c'était une cadeau car 50$ pour 30 min c'est cher payé.

Negative experience: I was told by the employee to come without reservations for a tiny party of 5 little girls and it was ok to bring our cake because it’s just a snack. Showed up on a Friday and they refused us and accused us of lying and said it was full so we ended up going to Funtropolis which happens to be in front of it. Lifesaver, we had so much fun!

Negative experience: I recently had a highly disappointing customer service experience while attending the Moana activity at the Laval WOW Mom. Here are the details of my unfortunate encounter: 1 . Late Start: The Moana activity was scheduled to begin at a specific time, but it started significantly late. This lack of punctuality was frustrating for attendees, especially for those who had made arrangements and planned their day accordingly. The delay resulted in a disorganized and rushed experience for the participants, ultimately diminishing the enjoyment of the event. 2. The stark difference between what was advertised and what was actually delivered. Specifically, the activity promised a foam party experience, but there was a complete absence of foam. 3. A Rude blonde lady further exacerbated the negative experience. Instead of providing helpful assistance or addressing concerns raised by participants, the manager displayed an unacceptable attitude. Their behavior was disrespectful and demeaning, which is not acceptable in any customer service role. It is crucial for event organizers to uphold their responsibility in providing accurate and truthful information about the activities they offer. Misleading attendees through false advertising only serves to create dissatisfaction, tarnish the reputation of the event, and discourage future attendance.

Positive experience: Used to love going there, but they’ve made new changes and not for the best… Now they charge all adults for the play area, and if I pay for an organized activity I have to pay extra for the play area… personally I think that’s a bit too much considering the price we are already paying for the activities. And there’s not enough food choices in the bistro considering we can’t bring our own food (for example for pregnant moms or for young babies) and the prices are sometimes ridiculous (11$ for a smoothie?!). I’ll still go sometimes because my daughter loves to play over there but I won’t be going as much because it’s too much money for me for a couple of hours…

Negative experience: Unfortunately i have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. I went for swimming classes with a specific instructor and that was changed due to a pregnancy. Which is understandable. Unfortunately the manager took over. She was always late, wasnt concentrated on the class, did not show up for a class and cancelled with 3 hours notice. Wasting mine and my husband's time but if i would have done that they wouldve definitely enforced their cancelation policy. As for the owner i spoke to her to try and resolve the situation and she said " i have alot to deal with and i dont want to argue" i had to persist to have my classes refunded because i was not happy at all! Everyone except 2 girls who worked there were extremely rude! They charged me twice without my knowledge and i had to ask numerous times to be refunded. I also went for the sensory bin which started 15mins late and was mediocre at best. All in all stay away! There rude and dont really care about making you have a great experience. I suggest the montreal location. Very well taken care of, staff is great and the owner cares. Thats where i will be!

Negative experience: Nous avions si hate d'y aller. Mais Quel déception nous avons vécu et ma fille à détesté son expérience spa pour bébé. La jeune fille lui a mise une bouée autour du cou malgré mon inquiétude me disant elle va adoré... Nous n'avons aucunement profiter de notre moment. 35$ pour 30 min Pour 5 bébés mais seulement 4 flotteurs amusants. Smoothies 12$ c'est vraiment hors de prix nous y retourneront pas c'est certain

Negative experience: We went for Blippi event (40$). When I arrived they say if your child wants to play in a play area you have to pay for that. We went there for many activities and they increased prices from 15$ to 40$ and now they ask for additional prices. This is not worth the price and I won’t go there anymore. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Negative experience: Usually they didn't charge for play area when they charge $40 for activity. Recently they charge top of $40 for play area. They charge you just when you enter they don't tell you in advance. Last time they charge Kids activity for Cocomelon as I pay always via phone ask them do I need pay for adult. They said no. But the day of activity they said you need to pay for adult. They change roles all day and time. They do whatever they like and charge what ever they want.

Negative experience: 3rd event I go. First time it was Encanto.. didn't go that well but I was happy they offered a 2nd visit at no charge... the 2nd visit was better We went to a Mario obstacle course today. MARIO WAS EXCELLENT. Not sure what it is with the staff there. The girls are always moody, not very friendly either. The event started 20 mins late. Playground was clean as usual but toys were missing again (the animals for the vet clinic as an example).

Negative experience: Kid center with a great concept and great potential Problems are inconsistency with classes and events (frequent last minute cancellations), poor customer service and communication with customers and condescendant and defensive attitude of staff when confronted (respectfully) to an issue People including myself will probably continue going there occasionally because of a lack of options to entertain small children during the winter season or rainy days in Quebec

Negative experience: Customer service is really bad. They don’t value their clients and very rude receptionist. They are ruining the image of Wowmoms World. Place is dirty

Positive experience: Le concept est super. Ma fille a apprécié la flottaison à partir d’un mois. J’ai néanmoins eu plusieurs expériences négatives. Il y a eu une erreur d’horaire pour la réservation dans l’application, conflit d’horaire avec une autre activité, tente d’appeler la semaine le jour sans réponse ni retour d’appel après avoir laissé un message. J’ai pris l’abonnement. Lorsque jlai voulu annuler, j’ai transmis les documents une semaine avant le renouvellement et j’ai quand même été chargée. Il semble avoir chez vous de gros problèmes de gestion. Dommage… j’espère que ça va s’améliorer dans le futur.

Positive experience: Très bel endroit pour parents avec jeunes enfants il y en a pour tous les goûts sans oublier les événements spéciaux !!

Negative experience: After having visited another location of WowMomsWorld, I expected more from this branch. I think it would help to market this location to kids under 4 years old. There’s not much for the kids to do. There’s wooden toys but none of them are complete with the proper pieces. The staff was rude. Not in uniform and telling the kids what to do. Wasn’t sure she even worked there because her own child was using the play area, and hadn’t realized until I saw her discussing with a woman in uniform. I’ll say, I was thankful that the washrooms were pretty clean. Not a great experience.

Positive experience: I came here for the play area with my child, a lot of toys are missing and not cleaned at all, there was hair in some of the toys and dirt, it is a fun environment but only if they hired someone regularly to take care of the place and sanitize and replace toys that are missing or broken. don't think I will be back at this location unless there is some changes

Negative experience: Mon expérience était terrible, qu'il n'ont pas vérifier la température de l'eau, était froid, et mon enfant est devenu, bleu après 3min. Je ne conseil pas cet endroit et au moment de demander un remboursement c'est ennormement difficil même si c'est leur faute à eux!

Negative experience: I had booked a swim class for my little one, I got a weather alert advising me that we would be getting some bad weather .I wrote to wowmoms at 9pm the night before the class to let them know that I understand the policy is 24 hour notice but that seeing the weather and that I am driving all the way from the West Island if it was possible to push my class to the following day. I did not hear back until the next day at 1:15 pm (15 minutes prior to the class) saying that they could not push my class as it would not be fair to the other moms that did show up . First let me start off by saying that I completely understand corporate policies. However, In this particular instance I would like to think that some flexibility should have been shown. Seeing that they open in the morning, a simple phone call or even a reply to let me know that it was “not possible” and given me the option to decide.. but 15 minutes prior to the class is basically letting me know “sorry not sorry and too bad so sad” This is not the first time I hear awful things about wowmoms, I had done my sons birthday at the decarie location, I spent over 1800 and it was terrible from start to finish with price gouging and awful service. I transitioned go the laval location and it is the same type of experience.I digress Long story short Save your money mommies..

Fantastic experience: Nous adorons le wowsmom. Notre bébé peut faire les flottaisons pendant que le grand joue dans la salle de jeux et participe aux nombreuses activités (trop le fun) proposés. Le personnel et le service est exceptionnel. Pas de cassage de tête, les petits comme les grands peuvent manger là-bas, etc. Nous sommes vendu à cette place. Toute la famille adore!
