Negative experience: La atención de recepción es buena, ya que no hablo inglés pero los chicos tratan de entender y tener paciencia, el equipo es limitado y mas para hacer pierna faltan máquinas ya que a veces está lleno hay que esperar, solo hay una máquina para cada ejercicio la máquina para extensión de pierna siempre está descompuesta, hay gente que tarda mucho en las máquinas y está con el teléfono eso muy molesto y hay que esperar porque las máquinas están bastante limitadas

Positive experience: A detailed review Customer Service Gym is really good and have lot of potential. Before enrolling with them I went to GoodLife aswell however their sales associate looked less interested. At this gym Erika was enthusiastic and helpful and above all honest. She comes in the morning, I also spoke to MJ evening guy however he provided me false details and was trying to trick me please don’t enrol with this guy he may provide false info and spoil your experience with the gym (not sure why management hires such staff especially in a service oriented business like gym) Gym overall Pros In the morning it is not at all busy. Gym is big enough and equipments have good substitutes for those who want to workout hard. They have turf area with boxing bags , Battle ropes etc. lots of variety in workout. They also have dedicated dinning food court area where you can also read books while having your food. Must try their Salt room Cons Some of the equipments are out of service, few treadmill are out of service, shall be problem in busy hours. Massage chair not working. Really with to have protein bar - snack area started. Wish to have boxing classes started again. Overall I would say gym is really good, spacious and must try out their 7 day pass . A week is shall be enough to test it all.

Fantastic experience: Definitely my fave places to head to before or after work! I particularly love the customer service at the front desk. Staff members like Sanchit and Harry are one of the reasons I’ve made this my home gym. They are ever ready to assist should I need and always with such a beautiful energy.

The Staff will even recommend you a few things to eat and do to change your habits so that you can gain or lose the weight depending on what your needs are.

Negative experience: Overall: 2/5 This gym is honestly way below average. (I went here for about 10 months 3-4 days a week) Price: 2/10 (average 45$/month) You’re paying premium prices for way below average equipment. I can’t justify the payment to the equipment and the gym. Equipment: 2/10 they only have 1 machine for each muscle group which is not enough for when 50 people are working out at the same time. Need a couple more cable machines at least. Atmosphere: 3/10 The atmosphere is not too bad but only like 4 people know how to put the weights back. Most of them just leave them where they were working out. And no one understands gym etiquette for sure Staff: 5/10 Staff were mostly okay except for the big Indian dude who acts like he’s better than everyone. Records sets in the gym and then gets upset when someone doesn’t notice his camera and walks by. Also kicks people out 10-15 mins before closing, Like you close at 10-11 but you’re kicking people out early? Also Victoria Day they were closing at 8pm I arrived at 7pm and as I was about to walk in, he comes out and before I can step in he tells me they’re closed…

Negative experience: This is, without a doubt, the worst gym I have ever been to. Service: Let’s start with the second I stepped foot through that door, front desk had such an attitude. I kindly informed her I am her for the free weekly pass, her response was “ huh” with an eye roll. Constant eye rolls from her and attitude towards my partner and I. On top of that she threw my ID on the desk instead of handing it to me, as if I’m a dog playing fetch. Gym: The gym itself probably deserves 2 stars, very limited on gym equipment, and on top of that almost every machine was out of order. Majority of the “working” machines are wobbly and need repair. While walking up to the front door I immediately told my partner, “ look at the machines they look like the planet fitness treadmills” we immediately looked at each other and knew this gym was going to be a junkyard of used machines. We were correct. Honestly for $20 more you can get a goodlife membership and for $15/ month ( $30 less than this place) you can get a planet fitness membership. Read the other reviews people are constantly being scammed by this place. A quick side note, this women’s classes are so disappointing. It’s clear someone who doesn’t know anything about the gym opened this place up and neither do their employees. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

Negative experience: I was thinking about checking out this gym and try out for 7 days for free … since I have read all reviews, that change my mind and go elsewhere for serious real gym … no I’m not member of this gym or yet.

Negative experience: Its been 2 months since we started but we noticed few thing which really disappointed us. First of all we do not think the staff seems to be interested in doing their job accurately they are not paying attention towards the machines are broken which need to be fixed still the same . We have told them many times but nothing seems to be working. Now, we have decided to cancel the membership because of inconvenient.

Negative experience: Employees don't charge the same rates when it comes day pass. They upcharge from $5 to $11 which is already bad as the monthly pass is 50. Paying almost a week amount is crazy. And infront of me today, they charged another customer 10 dollars(not 11.00). Also, the billing for the grow fitness is automatically for some odd reason. They took 350 from me and charged me for 6 consecutive months. I came back to tell them and they didn't even try to refund. BTW I haven't even attended to the gym with those 6 months. Great gym!

Negative experience: Its expensive gym ive encountered. $44 cad for monthly or 120cad for 3months. Not like on FP its only 27 cad for black member.

Negative experience: Gym smells, so many people who come to that gym don’t have good hygiene.it’s the same reason I canceled my planet fitness membership, i hope the gym management takes that into consideration.

Negative experience: Absolutely frustrated with Grow Fitness! My attempt to cancel my membership has been a nightmare. Despite multiple calls and emails, my requests are ignored, and they continue to charge my card every month. It's impossible to get ahold of the manager, who is supposedly the only one who can handle cancellations. The staff are clueless about his schedule, leaving me in a loop of endless waiting. Poor customer service is an understatement here.

Negative experience: Will not cancel billing! Aside from the semi-professional (at best) operation of the gym, they refuse to cancel billing after many months and many requests. Phone calls are not returned or ignored, emails are not answered. How desperate and sad a company must be to keep charging customers who stopped using their service 6 months ago? Update: The membership is in my son's name, and drawn from my bank account. You have several emails and phone calls from me about this, it shouldn't be hard to locate. Emailing details again now. Update 2: I'm told "Only the manager can refund, only the manager can check email." Oh, and "the manager is never here." Apparently, he drops in randomly a few days a month.

Negative experience: If you take the gym seriously, the price of this gym does not reflect the quality of the gym. Floors for squat rack are uneven without mirrors for form. Gym does not carry many essentials such as trap bars and turf for sled is overcrowded with other things. For a price of 45 a month, you are way better going to a Planet Fitness or Fit4less with more gear than here. Furthermore, the gym smells and many of the equipment are bought used (planet fitness treadmills). The atmosphere is not made for a focused lift and the gym is not optimized for serious lifters who are willing to pay that price. I believe most people that go there are casuals who live in the area. Sauna is tiny and other gyms provide far more amenities for a similar price.

I was actually present when it happened, and I thought it was important to provide another perspective. It seems there might be some misunderstanding about the situation. From what I witnessed, the staff at the front desk handled the situation professionally. The individual in question was politely asked to rack up the weights after using the equipment, which is a common practice to ensure a safe and organized environment for everyone. Unfortunately, initially, the person below said that they did not use the weights, and after they refused to do so and made a bit of a scene. It's important to note that the front desk staff remained calm and tried their best to resolve the situation amicably. In my opinion, the responsibility for the incident lies with the individual who refused to comply with the gym's rules rather than the front desk staff. I've been a member of this gym for some time, and I generally find the staff to be courteous and helpful. It is a pity to see a negative review based on this single incident, especially when the situation could have been avoided with a bit of cooperation, as it could affect the business looks of other people. I understand that everyone's experiences may differ, but I felt compelled to share my perspective on this specific incident as the person in question wrote a review with the intention of damaging the business's reputation.

Negative experience: The equipment here is second hand, currently quite a few cardio pieces from Planet Fitness. That is fine. What I find ridiculous is there is now a temporary immigration shelter in the closed bank in this plaza. I am not against immigration or racist, however, we are paying good money towards facilities you can not use. The men's showers, of which there are 2, cannot be used at all. There is a constant stream of people into them. The women's washrooms as well. Hence, with the traffic of people showering, brushing teeth in washrooms, it is not at all being kept clean and tidy. Now that the weather has turned colder, these people now congregate at the tables in the juice bar area using wifi and seem to loiter and sit in the only 2 massage chairs they have. FULL PAYING customers should not have to suffer and be subjected to reduced services while management makes an extra few dollars renting out their washrooms. Also as we have now moved out of Covid, people who are newcomers to Canada are now streaming in and out of this facility. Are there airborne checks for ventilation here? I have noticed a few regulars who showered and left in the morning have now gone and havent returned. I am thinking I will soon follow as this situation is not a long term solution. They may think they are helping but at the same time they are killing their business with bad customer service to full paying members with a total disregard over this matter.
