Fantastic experience: I very appreciate the property of the place and the more variety of the machine we can use and the schedule is very helpful for every person but you need to check for old materials and change them.

Positive experience: It is becoming difficult to do a workout without waiting for a considerable time to use a machine. People playing on their phones is quite common. Have spoken with management but was told there is nothing they can do about it and yet they keep signing people up without regard for over crowding.

Negative experience: Literally ONLY one out of the six precor treadmills is working...whoever is managing this gym is doing a TERRIBLE job!

Fantastic experience: Joined in August. Really good value. 24/7 access is great. Wish showers were available at all times.

Positive experience: Staff are friendly, its a decent sized gym, change rooms are big and the showers are nice. Good variety of equipment….when you can use it. They could be a little faster with maintenance as there’s been a broken treadmill for weeks now, but otherwise it’s a nicely equipped gym for the price point, which sometimes you can’t say the same about other fit4less locations! One thing I would like to mention (not the gyms fault), is that the etiquette of others here is ridiculous. People are taking up the abs/stretch section by laying down on their phones or socializing with their friends, or just sitting there doing absolutely nothing for 5-10 minutes minimum. Plenty of people taking pictures in the locker areas as well. Last time I checked, it’s not a social club. The gym also gets ridiculously busy after 5 pm to the point where I had to leave because I couldn’t get on the mats or on the treadmill since they were both swamped with people and I ended up going home to workout instead. So that kind of sucked, but it was the first time that’s happened to me, so I’ll see how it goes in the future!

Negative experience: Whenever I contacted them for changes in my membership, they hung up without answering any of my questions. This has happened around 2 -3 times.

Negative experience: The manager there Kyle ( the ginger guy ) Is just rude and sucks at customer service and his job over all, He should be replaced to avoid from people switching gyms

Positive experience: I have signed up at this gym over a month ago now. I would say my experience has been okay for the most part. It is kept fairly clean however I am disappointed at the lack of maintenance done on the machines. There is a lot of machines that are broken or are wearing out.

Positive experience: Had to edit my review because things are going downhill. Still has excellent tanning beds. The crowds are getting out of hand though. (A South London location is needed) Emphasis on cleaning has gone away. The amount of hair on the floor and dust around are indicative of this deficiency. Afternoon workers just sit in the office or stand at the front desk most of the time. Unfilled towel machines are a problem too. Desperately needs a second pec/fly machine. Showers get turned off at 930pm and 330pm on weekends. That’s annoying. I like that it’s open 24hrs.

Negative experience: I got a membership here specifically because I was told they have showers as I will be using in between work shifts. NOT ONE WORKED!!! I want a refund!!!!

Negative experience: Will stay as a one for now but my experience last night was unbearable.. I get it everyone sweats but there was some that reeks so bad.. the smell was so bad, it spread through the whole gym.

Negative experience: Lots people just sit on press machines and watch their's smart phone. They waste my time and I couldn't use that machines often.

Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience with AJ at the front desk. He was aggressive and rude, and his behavior was highly unprofessional. It was clear he was not doing his job properly, which made the entire interaction very frustrating. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to address this issue

Negative experience: I am amazed at the sharp decline in this gym. I need to start by saying the staff are amazing. The place is kept clean, they are friendly… none of this has anything to do with them. The quality of the members and equipment has almost bottomed out. The gym is now insanely busy with people who completely lack etiquette. Machines are regularly broken and unavailable. I am just recovering now from a horrific incident where a member ran into me, in the middle of my bench fly workout with a 70lbs dumb bell. I have watched this develop for over a year now with no resolution in site. This gym is two mins from my home, and I will now only go when I am desperate.

Negative experience: cancelled my membership at a kiosk and still getting charged for it a month later edit: I have reached out by phone and by every possible channel of communication other than actually going to the gym and I still haven't gotten a response.

Positive experience: Decent gym, likely because it used to be a good life. Facilities are clean, and there's lots of equipment, however, more often than you'd like you may encounter broken equipment.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym layout. Equipment is well kept, staff is awesome and people are friendly.

Positive experience: I enjoy my old location in Stratford better ..but the equipment is great the staff is great and it's kept clean . Just a bit crowded for my liking and on the smaller side . The. Black card room is very small

Negative experience: This gym has gone to hell. Used to be a lovely place to work out with a great vibe. Now it’s an awful place. The vibe is not good! Not enough equipment available to suit the number of members and foot traffic they have. What equipment they do have is often broken. Members are crawling over one another. Interrupting people’s workouts. Staring people down etc to ask if someone’s done with something despite it actively being used. Cancelled my membership. Disgusted!

Fantastic experience: Value for money

Positive experience: Working out wise. It’s great place. However if you need someone at the desk during desk hours. Good luck. Everyday im working out I see someone standing 5-15 minutes waiting on an employee. I’m here right now and someone was standing there for over 15 mins. Someone even went through the door and the emergency alarm went off. And that lady still had to stand there and wait 5 mins for someone to even come.

Fantastic experience: I work out there daily. It is great place to be a great place to get in shape. It’s not too busy friendly service and I have lots of equipment for all kinds of exercises.

Positive experience: Even though most of the people clean the equipment they use , some of them don't clean . So that kind of behavior worry me a lot. Because any sick person could spread to everyone .

Negative experience: I canceled my gym membership because I found a better gym I like and I am still getting charged the membership fee! I called to see why and they said “there’s a 30 day cancellation policy” I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP!! Why TF are they still taking 2 mf payments from me when I CANCELLED IT! IM NO LONGER GOING TO THIS GYM HENCE WHY I CANCELLED IT!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at Fit 4 Less for a few weeks now and I am satisfied with the gym. The equipment is decent and there is enough variety to suit my needs. The gym is also clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that I work out at night and I can’t use the black card facilities such as the massage chairs and the hydro massage beds because they are only available during staffed hours. I wish they would extend the hours for those amenities or make them accessible with the black card at any time. Overall, I think Fit 4 Less is a good value gym and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a low-cost and convenient place to exercise.

Negative experience: I think they need to replace the hvac filter or get the ducts cleaned out ... every time I go there it smells like spicy B.O

Positive experience: I really enjoyed the look and layout of this location of fit4less. I drove out of my way just to experience it and see what the the other locations have to offer.(home base is westmount). Love the vibe of the mirrors and the machines. Many of the machines seem a bit worn and may need some attention. And not too sure if it was just because it’s a Sunday but all of the garbages were over flowing and some empty spray bottles as well.

Fantastic experience: I was paying $75/month, for Good-Life premium, at their downtown facility. Switching over to Fit4Less saves me ~$57/month. Getting therapy, and making radical social changes, is always bankable, for stress reduction, over the Black Card premium "sensory pods", or massage chairs. If you tan, the Black Card is the cheapest unlimited tanning, in London so, that's good. I was tanning, for seasonal depression. However, my research revealed that all of the Seasonal Affective Disorder issues go away with any 500watt, 10,000 lux light bulb. And the UV or "full spectrum" isn't required to reduce cortisol levels, and trigger melatonin production, which is the real reason for the depression: low melatonin, and unproductive sleep or insomnia. For ~$17/month, I use the same 30 minute express circuit weight machine rotation, that covers all your major muscle groups. Included on all membership levels. Same one as was in the premium Good life club. I can Google research anything I need to know about fitness, so I wouldn't use any of their coaches. And, if I'm not going to be able to push myself to hit a target, no one else can do that for me. Showers are just as nice as downtown. If you're a self-starter, and internally motivated, Fit4Less is missing nothing the Good Life experience has in it. For your needs

Positive experience: Good share quipments and service ..but its always crowed and busy..though not much waiting.

Negative experience: Argyle London gym is terrible for staff and service. Multiple staff stand around chatting at the front desk while paper towels are empty, toilet paper is empty in the bathrooms and tanning beds are dirty. When they’re not standing around chatting with each other they’re standing in the middle of the gym flirting with guests. Good luck finding one to help you at the front when this is the case. Twice I have gone to tan and the host “forgot” to press the start button. Super convenient to find out when you step in ready to tan and it doesn’t work. I’d love to speak to a manager but it’s impossible to find a contact email for any club or general customer service. Garbage service.

Positive experience: Clean gym with proper sanitation of equipments at required intervals. However, Only card is accepted in this gym and we can’t use mobile app bar code to enter inside like Planet Fitness and other gyms. I hope that gym will employ a bar code entry system soon.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst gym in the country.

Positive experience: Good equipment available. However, the gym staff here is unprofessional, and the workout equipment is often unclean. It’s exactly the kind of gym experience that you expect for the low membership cost. Nothing more and nothing less.

Positive experience: Good gym, having wifi now is great! It would be nice if there were visible signs around the gym reminding members to wear proper shoes while on the gym floor. It would be a mess if a weight dropped on someone. If there was an option to post photos with my review I would add ones showing members barefoot using equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great price for memberships. I'm there early, so it's not too busy. Excellent equipment also.

Positive experience: Has majority of the equipment you need and is kept clean BUT it's always packed to the point of having to wait for equipment and is fairly small

Positive experience: I go to several fit4less locations, so I know this one is lacking with no water fountain to fill your water bottle, among other things. Some locations that used to be a GoodLife still have showers as well which reminds me how this one doesn't. BUT, the staff are helpful, and they keep it clean. ( edit - I am referring to Sarnia location)

Positive experience: Gyms good, has a lot of machines. It's very crowded after 7 on weekdays. Overall the place is always clean, tidy and affordable.

Negative experience: No hatred against anyone but this is out of control now, it’s not safe anymore to keep our stuff in lockers and neither it’s safe to carry with us since there are people roaming and we never knew when they will steal our stuff, management needs to do something I clearly have no idea that people can sleep by just buying a membership.

Positive experience: You get what you pay for. They do not have that much equipment, and the sanitizers and tissues are always empty. Nonetheless, I think this is the most decent fit4less I have ever been! The other ones are way more worst.

Fantastic experience: Love coming here but tonight after returning to my locked locker I saw the doors were busted open. Had me really worried and checked my belongings. It doesn't seem like anything was taken after going through my stuff, but damn... that was a shocker.

Negative experience: Update: So, a few months ago, I gave a poor review for fit4less Dundas london. Today, I go online to check out busy times throughout the day, and I decide to go thru the reviews . The owner ONLY responds to good reviews and doesn't acknowledge the complaints! Shame shame. ALL reviews should be dealt without. The equipment offered ALL of it, including the sauna, should be working and readily available I find it funny that the "owner" will say thank you to good reviews but completely ignore the poor reviews. The tanning beds have burnt out bulbs and rarely get changed as well as I've been told they change them out with used bulbs .. so why wait 48 hours to tan ?? The lights have minimal effect! I was also told by staff that at one point, it took over 2 yrs to change the lights .. wow, that's maintenance at its best ... NOT!!! The idea of a sauna is AMAZING, but it's locked, and the staff says the owner won't open it ... WHY??? it's there, and ppl should be able to have access to it. The circuit area is not activated !! Machines break down .. I get it .. but fix them. There is an area with 4 bikes that at one time had a TV and computerized riding workout .. tv is gone, and there is no computerized workout ( I used to enjoy that) Told by staff. . It's fit4less, not goodlife. We get the bottom of the barrel, and goodlife gets the attention.... lol ... really? ... so the paying customers at fit4less are not as important. lol, good to know Yes, you can get better equipment at a cheaper price at other gyms .. the ONLY good thing is that fit4less is close to my home.. if I lived near planet fitness or crunch, I'd definitely be going there instead. I hope that the owner reads this and makes the best decision for his company ..

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym for a fantastic price. Why pay for what you're never going to use?? If you're not interested in a bunch of classes this place is for you!! Convenient locations, great staff, and well equipped. Black card membership has more than enough perks!!! Access to any location, black card only rooms (where available), massage chairs, aqua-massage beds, and tanning booths. ALL INCLUDED.

Negative experience: I got accused of being homeless and leaving all of my belongings at the entrance when I was trying to get a replacement card for my membership. Then I proceeded to get yelled at by a man to get out and “take all my stuff”, when in reality, none of it belonged to me. You shouldn’t judge someone of the way they dress in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Has everything you need. Everything is clean. Hydrotherapy chairs and tanning for a one stop is super convenient. Staff is all awesome.

Negative experience: Just lacking compared to competitors. Has a sauna but has never been available to use. No wifi? Seriously... Customer service is great, just lacks compared to other clubs like crunch and planet. Fit4less Club costs the same but offers nothing different to beat competitors.

Positive experience: The Fit4less at Argyle Mall is a 24 hour gym and I love that! I don't have much of a complaint because there's an abundant array of machines and equipment to help with your weightloss goals. The only critique I have is that I wished the staff would clean the facility a little more. For how much people visit the gym on a daily, cleaning would be most beneficial; especially in these times. Aside from that 4 stars.

Positive experience: I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge an amazing hardworking staff member. I came into the gym today around 1-2pm and while working out I noticed that there were three staff on duty, but only one was working. There were two staff’s behind the desk talking, laughing and scrolling on their phones while the one other staff member was vacuuming, moping, and wiping down machines. The hardworking staff member was about 5’9, black hair dark skin and nice shoes, I really hope he is admired and acknowledged for his hardwork.
