Positive experience: The gym is good in many aspect. It’s not too crowed. Clean. The staff are nice. The biggest flaw is their hours. The Weekend, they close at 6pm. Which is way too early. And during the week at 10pm. Due to my work schedule, especially the weekend, I can’t go to the gym.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean gym.It has everything you need for a good workout.The machines are very good and well maintained.Gym is not too crowded and everyone is respectful.Peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: J'ai pris rendez-vous avec Karl-Gabriel Labissière pour de la physio. C'est un très bon physiothérapeute, il a pris au sérieux la blessure que j'avais et il m'a aidé à me récupérer rapidement. Je le recommande pour ceux qui ont besoin de physiothérapie.

Positive experience: Tout les gens sont sympathiques à ce gym. Et c'est rarement trop achalandé. Par contre la propreté des douches est quelquefois douteuse. Et les réparations aux vestiaires se font attendre. Mais c'est globalement mieux qu'ailleurs.

Santo , the owner takes pride in his gym , always willing to listen to clients feedback and pointers ; making sure everyone has a great training experience.

Negative experience: Je ne sais pas à qui donne 5 étoiles à un gym qui charge pratiquement le plus cher pour offrir une superficie que dans la moyenne. En plus, ils chargent des frais pour toutes les raisons du monde. 2X un « frais de gestion » dans l’année de 70$ en plus de ton frais mensuel. En plus, Ils ont eu le culot de charger un “frais COVID” malgré que les clients devaient nettoyer les machines eux-même dû à la COVID. Ensuite, je dois résilier mon abonnement parce que je déménage sur la rive sud et ils veulent rien savoir. Soit je transfère mon abonnement à quelqu’un, soit je paye 240$ de frais si je connais personne. WOW comme s’ils allaient faire faillite à cause des quelques membres qui déménagent chaque année. La seule chose qu’ils veulent c’est votre argent mais il y a beaucoup mieux si vous voulez payer aussi cher à Laval, et même pour moins cher!!!

Negative experience: They discriminated against me and stated they do not serve people with medical exceptions and are NOT allowed in the gym. That was disgusting on their behalf.

Negative experience: J'aimais ce gym oui oui j'aimais! Avec la crise que nous vivons ils continuent à prendre les versements MALGRÉ le formulaire de gel de paiement! Aucune aide n'est offerte de leurs part. J'ai bien hâte que mon contrat soit terminé pour que je m'inscrit ailleurs!

Choose your trainers carefully i changed my review for this gym. George eats while training , stares at women not focused,always texting with women in gym ,always changing time schedule cause he must train women .trains while training me, this guy is not focused and imature. While bench press a plate slmost fell off george was texting with his phone . I dont like when im paying a trainer to train me than thinks im a fool plays with my time and money. Im at another gym where trainers care and mature professional service. Manger said i undrstand we had multiple complaints for that trainer after few month got out of hand for problem with their transactions was gerring annoyed with their system.and gueas what trainer stops communicating with me.i guess hes all for money not for goals for clients. Manger than changed her story.what a joke. Good luck ......
