Fantastic experience: My 5 year old loves the classes. Great place

Negative experience: This was my favourite gym: I was going to the gym like every single day but one time they denied me access (without any warning) because of an ongoing exam. At least give the ppl who pay for your gym a warning that the gym will be closed. It was turned away and told to walk away without even a single warning prior to the “exam”. That’s why I don’t recommend this gym. Very unprofessional behaviour

Positive experience: Big, well equipped space with good coaches. However the MMA Teenagers classes are way too crowded (usually over 30 students), students get little attention. Wishing they would offer smaller groups classes so students can advance faster.

Negative experience: gym is no where near 5 stars they just delete all the other reviews that aren't good this gym can probably teach you how to make money out of people instead of fighting because the coaches don't give it their all to see the people succeed in mastering the marital art instead they lecture you about not wearing their uniform I've seen people get more feed back on the shirt than they do their fighting technique the gym is a business and not a gym you should attend if you want to reach your highest potential or even compete in the martial art your doing in conclusion the gym is money hungry no heart and quite pathetic because they view the gym uniform more valuable than the people who are training to become the best versions of them selves and like I said before they delete every honest review and keep all the fake reviews that they put on the walls because if you give them 5 starts you get something back from the gym for free that's why it has so many 5 starts and on top of it they delete every review that's saying the truth like mine.

Fantastic experience: Excellent MMA courses at Sherbatov for kids. My son loves it and gave him a lot of self confidence and endurance. Great instructor and Keeps my kid safe and away from electronics. He tried few places in the past but Sherbatov is by far the best.

Negative experience: J'ai frequenté ce gym pendant quelques mois et je le deconseille fortement. Les entraineurs ont souvent un manque de patience et d'enthousiasme. Il peuvent meme aller jusqu'a se moquer de tes coups lorsque tu n'as pas la bonne technique. Cela enleverait l'envie a nimporte quel nouveau revenir s'entrainer. Les remplacants sont en general plus competents que les proprietaires du gym eux-memes pour enseigner les arts martiaux. Aussi, on sent une pression par rapport a l'achat d'equipement qui doit obligatoirement etre acheté chez eux car on nous le rappelle a chaque entrainement (ils ont leur propre marque comme par hasard) J'ai l'impression que les motifs profonds de ce gym sont plus basés sur la rentabilité que sur les valeurs sportives et l'amour du sport.

Les cours pour enfants sont très bons, l'enseignement du respect est vraiment un point gagnant et les entraînements donnés par de grands professionnels. La possibilité de pouvoir s'entraîner là pendant que fiston a ses cours, c'est vraiment pratique, à un coût très abordable en plus. Je ne me suis jamais sentie de trop ou pas à ma place en m'entrainant là bas. Et aussi, le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable et toujours souriant. Un lieu que je recommande vivement, pour les jeunes et moins jeunes

Everybody is super friendly and not judgmental. And the Friday Muay Thai coach is amazing

The gym in general is very friendly there . They have multiple companies such as Venum,Fairtex and etc.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing power boxing and kickboxing classes for about 6 months now and have been addicted since then. It is very fun to be consistent at something. You especially must try the Tuesday power boxing class.

Negative experience: Absolute horrible experience !!! Waste of money! Trainers are supposed to be patient and I can say theses ones are not professional not patient and a waste of time! Plus on top of that they deleted our previous comment! So unprofessional !!!Never going back to this place ever!

Negative experience: This gym is absolutely pathetic. the workers here don’t even properly train. You retake over 30 people in one class with not even enough room the trainers are not professional trainers. You pay $50 a person. It is just an absolute waste of money. The staff and the front desk are very polite but the trainers themselves are rude , terrible at teaching, and a lot of them have anger issues when you don’t perform proper for your first time , this is also my second review because they always take it off. Don’t be fooled from these rats.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at 3 different gyms in Mtl and Laval and this is by far the best one. The gym is spacious and clean and the coaches are exceptional and attentive. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great MMA gym in Laval. There are many martial art classes available and they have a full weightlifting gym. The coaches offer a personnalized approach to students and are helpful for any questions. The free trial is definetly worth it.
