Fantastic experience: Valentina is amazing! Her coaching style is one that I love. Her attention to form and motivation was a perfect balance. She is much more than just a trainer. She also took the time after class to chat with my husband and I, getting to know our goals and connecting with us on a personal level. The circuits were easy to follow and mapped out really well. Having two coaches allowed them to motivate and fix our form if needed. Great music and a great sweat session. Will definitely come back for more. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: I have always loved workout classes but this is so much more! Strength training, muscle targeting and the classes are always changing week to week. With the trained staff, it is like having a personal trainer present- always checking form and ensuring proper technique (and encouraging you to go heavier if you’re not pushing yourself). I would highly recommend this!!
Fantastic experience: I have taken a number of drop in classes and have always had a great F45 experience. The workout sessions are consistently well organized, and I find its a great and efficient way to get a woekout in!

Fantastic experience: Great workout. Love the 45min system as you know what you are going to get each time and can get your workout in, efficiently. This location is clean and has lots of equipment. Coaches are great and music is always fun and upbeat.
Fantastic experience: We’ve tried F45 at several different studios across the US and Canada, and this is by far our favourite location! What makes it great is the staff, who are all wonderful. Kevin is an awesome trainer and is so much fun. Located in a convenient location in Leaside just down a set of stairs. The studio is a good size, and there are change rooms and a water fountain available. Definitely give them a try. F45 is challenging, but a lot of fun!

Fantastic experience: The staff at F45 Leaside are all very friendly, helpful and motivating. Great environment to workout in and have fun. The gym is very clean. F45 is a great program and I have been able to achieve my fitness goals. Workouts change and I do not get bored. The other members also make working out daily a pleasure. F45 is highly recommended for any level of fitness.

Fantastic experience: Came for a drop-in class. It was my first visit. Was greeted right away by Kevin who is the program manager. Kevin was great and very supportive to new comers. He was consistent with coaching to everyone. He did an excellent intro which was easy to follow and then class began. It went by so fast, definitely an amazing quick workout that anyone can fit into their schedule. Location is conveniently located directly on bay st. Lots of street parking and green P is nearby. TTC accessible as well. The class was not overcrowded. The people were really welcoming and engaging. This location is a real reflection of how great Kevin is and the respect that he has for his clients. Would definitely recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Leaside F45 is terrific. Escaping out of the basement to train in a team environment is very motivating. Workouts are varied and effective, and Kevin along with his team monitor form for safety and cheer you on. The recent addition of post workout stretching is also appreciated.

Positive experience: Angry bird workout was the usual. Gym was messy upon entering, weights were all over the stations. The class was packed which was amazing to see. One coach, the other no showed. The coach requested the participants assist with putting the equipment away after the class because they were by themselves. As a coach of F45 I was in awe that was even a question. Clients pay a premium price and this experience may have been a one off. But unacceptable for the F45 brand.
Fantastic experience: I have been to several F45 locations and Leaside is by far my favourite! The coaches are incredibly supportive and there's always a positive, energetic vibe whether it's the 6am, 7am or 6:15pm class. The community is very welcoming and engaging to newcomers. The studio is very clean and sanitary. Kevin is very open and receptive to feedback and genuinely cares about people. I highly recommend this location as well as F45 in general!

Fantastic experience: Kevin is beyond professional and someone who just wants to see everyone succeed in their goals. He goes above and beyond for everyone. He is super sweet but also can be tough when he wants you to lift a bit heavier and push a bit further. All the trainers and amazing. I used to go to a different location and had a bad experience but F45 leaside has been the best experience.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other F45 locations and this one is different in that the trainers literally train each and every member at every session. They are great at what they do and they genuinely care about their clients.

Fantastic experience: Looking for a great workout with a group of people who aren’t judging your abilities and not a mirror in sight? Then this is the place for you. F45 workouts are hard - but they’re also adaptable to your fitness level, any injuries you might have or anything else that’s dragging you down. The trainers here are great and make sure that everyone is doing their exercises properly / they are always ready with advice and adjustments. The atmosphere is fun, the music is great and the protections in place for COVID are spot on This is somewhere you can come to work out no matter your age, your fitness goals or your fitness abilities It may look intimidating - that’s what I thought when I ventured in - but it really isn’t. This is fitness that lets you be yourself. I’ve been a member since this location opened - I may have lost some of my gains due to COVID but I’m back and working hard to get back to where I was. Stop by and check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Positive experience: They were ok to begin with and they cancelled my wife's subscription once she decided to cancel it. Overall a good staff and nice training provided . I would recommend to anyone interested in joining the virtual gym classes at f45 leaside training .

Fantastic experience: I have tried a lot of gyms and various workouts - F45 is convenient and there are a ton of classes To fit in your workout. The trainers really know what they are doing and everyone is part of the team. The equipment and gym is nice and the workouts are varied and really well thought out. They are always there to answer your questions and modify and exercise if you need that done and to motivate you and help you with any thing you might need help with. I was actually going to three or four different places trying to get an all inclusive experience and I couldn’t find it all within one place but F45 really covers it all. So happy I gave it a try - and I’m excited to see the changes for summer. Great experience - maybe a bit more than a standard gym but you get what you pay for and worth F45 they certainly give you that extra that makes a huge difference

Fantastic experience: I've been going to F45 Leaside for about a month now. It has definitely been the most positive gym experience I've ever had. I've gone to Goodlife and similar gyms in the past but never enjoyed it or felt it to be a very encouraging environment. In comparison, at F45 Leaside I find everyone, from trainers to other gym members, to be very supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental. It makes me want to go and keep coming back. Kevin and his team of trainers are excellent. I would highly recommend this F45 location to anyone.
Fantastic experience: After many years of failed gym memberships and attempts at home workouts, I found Kevin and his F45 team and haven’t looked back. The early morning workouts are key for my schedule and feeling accountable to the trainers and other members really help me stick with it. The workouts are as challenging as you make them and the trainers are great at keeping you motivated. There are always alternate moves if you need to accommodate an injury or personal need so it’s a great option for all abilities.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoy F45 classes!! They are very structured, organized in each class, with the instructions from the awesome trainers to the screens that demonstrate it as well. The functional workouts are doable by all levels of fitness and they are productive, challenging, heart-pumping 45 min workouts! Kevin & his team @ Leaside are awesome, very motivating and encouraging and ready to correct form or suggest modifications!

Negative experience: Very sales-oriented staff which seem more interested in their profits than your health. The owner called me at 7pm on a Friday night to try and have me sign up. The classes were disorganized and chaotic- Leaving you stressed and barely sweaty. Would recommend many other fitness institutions in toronto over this one.
Hi Richelle, Thanx you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry you've had a less than stellar experience at F45. Firstly, I would just like to confirm the location you attended. I've searched our database for recent visits and did not find anything by you to our studio. We are located at 1669 Bayview Ave (just south of Eglinton) I'd love for you to come in and experience our location. I cannot speak for everyone but as an owner/operator/husband/father there are times only so many minutes, not hours, in a day to connect with members. I am always extremely apologetic anytime I call someone's home, no matter what time it is, because truly, when is the perfect time? I do however try to be considerate of time...:little one's sleep time and family meal time. I would typically not call after 8pm on any night unless invited to. If I idid call you at 7pm on a Friday, which happened to be an inconvenient time for you, please accept my apology. Your experience with F45 may have been a one off and will be completely different here. The staff is definitely not more interested is sales.... In fact, the staff doesn't do any sales whatsoever at our location. We are fairly new location and not a single trainer earns commission or has been trained to sell, so they don't. Truthfully, It's just not what we are about. We are the exact opposite of the high pressure sales tactics you'd experience at some big box gyms. I will apologize for any poor experience you may have had at an F45 location. To make amends, I am inviting you to come to our location on a one week complimentary pass.
