Negative experience: Able bodied staff and customers regularly use the designated "Accessible Parking Spaces" near their entrance, especially the gentleman that drives the white jeep with the lift kit and large off-road tires. When I called him out for using it, he just told me he was late for work and didn't have time to park elsewhere. I feel bad for the elderly lady who was trying to pull in when he cut in. At least she had a accessible parking permit .

Negative experience: Not the gym you want to go with unless you like being overcharged and stuck with a bunch of hidden fees they make up and it smells bad all the time

Negative experience: There are a bunch of useless staff in that gym. After i cancelled the membership and they still charging me after 45 days . I am embarrassed what kind of idiots are working there. Waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Awesome location! It’s always very clean and the staff are always friendly. Really loving the new 24 hour amenities and the black card room. It’s less busy than some other locations in the city, and I love not having to wait in line for machines during high-peak times. The manager, Kalyn, has made some excellent changes and is always incredibly attentive and helpful.

Positive experience: Gym is pretty tidy and not usually over crowded. Machines are all in working and good condition. I wish the massage chairs and beds were accessible after staffed hours. I have a black card membership but can never use the perks because I go late at night. Should be able to just scan your card and use them just like entry into the black card area. This is more to corporate than this specific gym, but maybe y’all can pass it along: The full size credit card cards are too big to carry around all the time. Please either bring back the smaller key fob design or allow the memberships to be added Apple / Android Wallet. I get fit4less is a discounted gym but the app infrastructure is already there with Goodlife all y’all need to do is rebrand it yellow and bam we have an app. It’s the small things but its just inconvenient and makes me grumble about it every time I go to the gym

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things too say about fit4less. Except there are no showers. Love too start out my workout in the message chair and then hit the free weights.

Negative experience: Can't even get in the front door. Responce... you mean to social media that doesn't exist, along with the door that doesn't open? How do you guys even get business? How can you say I had a "bad experisnce" when you don't let people even have an experience at all

Negative experience: fit4less equipment selection is laughable. some machines there just to take up space. preacher curl, tricep ext. and pec deck(rear delts) have a laughable range of motion. if you are interested in 1/4 repping your way through a workout, fit4less may be for you!

Fantastic experience: This gym is centrally located in London, Ontario, right off Highbury and Huron. Matter of fact if you live on Fanshawe Park Road, the bus leaves you within 3 minutes walk. The signing up for membership is done at the kiosk to the front and your membership card generated immediately. I found this process very efficient and it was hassle-free. The is no personnel as a security but based on how the entrance is setup, one feels safe entering and exiting. The is a wide variety of exercise machinery on location. There are no trainers nor scheduled gym sessions so members are responsible for their own work out sessions. But that is easy because with youtube or an exercise app on your phone you can follow and use the equipments to facilitate your routine. The bathrooms and changing areas are clean and well kept. There is frequent periodic cleaning by the staff and sanitization stations are all over. I commend all participants I see attending as persons clean both before and after use of all gym equipments. There are other amenities on location like a Sana room, massage chairs, energy drinks, but those require payment or upgrade of regular membership to the black card. I rate this gym a 5/5 because so far my experience has been good and as you can see all the things that matters to me are in good order.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here 3 years ago, and my life has been changed forever. The hard work and dedication of the staff, especially the morning crew, inspires me to come in everyday and give it my all. When they said it’s a judgement free zone, they really meant it. They address all issues promptly and with the upmost respect, and when they are met with a challenge they overcome it. They always know how to put a smile on my face, and it’s evident that they have that effect on others as well. Thank you my fit4less family, I’m forever in debt to you. There will never be a way to repay you guys for the positive impact you have had on my life. I highly recommend this gym if you are in the area or even across the city, as it is a home for all regardless if you are a beginner or an expert.

Fantastic experience: I am thinking of switching my GoodLife membership to fit 4 less in efforts to save money. I called and spoke to Taylor over the phone and she was patient as I had many questions and even offered to have me come in and tour the gym with her.. When we met, she greeted me at the front and showed me around, even offering to show me how to use any machines if I choose to switch! I appreciate Taylor’s time and patience with me, she seems so friendly and polite compared to other gym staff I’ve encountered!!

Negative experience: The price is right but thats about it. The only staff i have ever seen is a woman named Taylor she lets members walk around with no shoes and no socks on. There's also this miserable lady who is there every morning. I was waiting at the front desk to use the hydro bed and this woman walks up behind me and taps her card. Of course every time Taylor lets her cut the line. I told her look i really dont want to use the hydro bed after her she takes her socks off. I have never seen anyone clean one of these beds.Like come on who wants to smell feet. thats a great way to lose members. Anyone want a little toe fungus with there massage? Like come on Fit 4 less Do better.

Positive experience: It's a great gym BUT too many benches close to the dumbbells!,,. It's like walking through a freakin maze

Positive experience: Better think of fixing celling water leaks instead of raising subscription prices every year.

Positive experience: Good gym, has barbell racks and wasn't too crowded at peak hours. Unlike other gyms isn't packed to the brim with cardio machines. Dumbbells also go up to a nice heavy weight.

Positive experience: Good gym never had any issues. But this morning around 4:30am the gym was closed and my access card would not work. It appeared the gym was empty so I assume others had the same issue. There was no signs or email saying the gym was closed. With no reason or explanation this was a little frustrating.

Positive experience: I’ve been going here for three years now and I would recommend to everybody starting out. It’s a small gym but the community is friendly and willing to help newcomers figure things out. The staff is kind of slow to maintain cleaning stations but they’re very good with greeting and helping members. No showers here. You have all the equipment you need for basic exercises and even some more advanced variations if you know what you’re doing. Highly recommend to newbies and casual lifters, but powerlifters would probably be better off at a different location.

Negative experience: Need to add self serve massages for black card members. Less equipment than the other branches. Staff not always available.

Positive experience: The gym itself was nice BUT no showers and nothing for people with disabilities

Fantastic experience: Never had any issues here, people mind their own business. It's not too busy unless you're there at peak times during the week. For beginners and intermediates there's lots of machines and things to do.

Negative experience: Several different times I have tried to re confirm my membership. Yes I understand if you don't use your membership you still pay for it. That's fine. The fact I've tried to re establish it 4 different times, come on, even management was useless. Off to Crunch instead. Truly disappointed.

Positive experience: Great place and absolutely clean

Fantastic experience: Update: This gym now has both a water fountain and WiFi. A little barebones as far as gyms go, but a very attractive price point. The lack of facilities (showers and locker room) are a little more than inconvenient, but if you live nearby that's not really an issue. The gym itself is always very clean, and the staff is always helpful. The main draw for me personally is the 24/7 access. While staff and features (tanning booth, massage chairs, hydro bed) are only accessible until around 9pm, I can still get a workout much later in the evening.

Negative experience: No internet, no water fountain or dispenser, which is a necessity in gym, they were adding a water fountain but its paid to fill water, equipment is ok and not many freeweights, the crunch fitness down the street is much better

Positive experience: Never been there, gonna try it in a few weeks hard good news and stuff about it and it's the closest to me but but I don't know the monthly fee

Negative experience: Worst gym ever, no customer service, staff looks like they hate their job and no staff on weekends to help out with anything.

Negative experience: Found most of the cushioning on the equipment was rock hard and hurt you while trying to use the equipment. You should look into finding softer cushioning.

Negative experience: If you don’t have a flavoured water membership , bring your water bottle from home coz they only have paid water here, first fit4less to have this system, just amazing

Negative experience: The lockers are way too small and they dont even have enough room to put your own lock on it so you can even lock up your own stuff

Negative experience: Gym is good. Partially clean. Mostly at some of the stations no brown papers for cleaning( Multiple stations at the same time even when the staff is in). Sometimes no sanitizers.I pay for black card but can't use the massages - reason , have to use only when the staff is in. No water fountain. Which makes black card not very useful unless you travel a lot and use multiple locations to workout.

Positive experience: It's a good space but there is no water fountain!!! No showers either. And no dedicated space for Black Card exclusive users. So if you want any of that, nearest branch is in the Argyle place.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean and good assortment of equipment and everything is kept in great shape

Positive experience: Staff are good. Equipment gets the job done. However, this gym has emergency closures randomly. It has happened twice in the last month with no notice or explanation. It would be nice to receive an email when this happens because everyone's email is on file. I pay for 24/7 access but am not receiving it.

Negative experience: Its a great gym. Love the staff and good machines but I am giving one star so it stay less crowded.

Negative experience: Came today morning at this location. The gym is supposed to be open at 6am but I don’t know what happened they didn’t open on time. People are waiting here outside since long time. The picture below is as of 7am still closed.

Negative experience: Can't cancel online, you have to go in person during a global pandemic to cancel, not to mention I moved and now have to drive all the way to London just so they stop charging. Have some pride and let people cancel if they need to. Gyms are the worst.

Fantastic experience: Smaller space than other Fit4Less gyms but it's a 'plus' if you dislike large crowds of a gym. Has everything you need for the average gym-goer. If you're a serious lifter or advanced you can have limitations as the dumbbells are limiting in weight and doesn't have unique machines.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership! I waited and waited all of covid for them to open up the tanning again. They reopened and you can workout on limited amenities. Tanning is not offered and I find that strange as it is one room there for you schedule your time for tanning and they clean the room. Also staff are not friendly or helpful.

Negative experience: For this specific location, some employees are great, but others will hide in the back office and I have to call the location’s phone number to get them to come out to the front desk. There are other locations in the city with better equipment. This location is lacking overall.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership and was told in my contract I agreed to give 30 days notice if and when I wish to cancel, so I will be charged an additional $5.99 on what would have been my next scheduled payment date plus $3.22 in 30 days. Which, I mean, yeah, I can understand that, it's a gym, of course they need a month of notice, there's so much work to be done to prepare for my absence. They need to advertise an opening, list my spot, wash the windows, put up a fresh coat of paint for the new member. They couldn't possibly just end it here, now, and charge me the prorated rate for the month we're currently in, they need to add an arbitrary clause in my contract that states when I'm ready to leave they have the right to charge me in full just one more time, plus snag 3 more last minute dollars from me because... why not. Gyms, man. Gyms.

Fantastic experience: Good place to gym, nice and well equipped

Negative experience: Yesterday London's COVID19 cases set another record high, and this morning I learned that Fit4less does not enforce the mask rule and allows "exempt" people from wearing a mask when in their gym. I for one am not comfortable with this whatsoever. When I spoke to the staff they voiced that it makes them feel unsafe as well but unfortunately they could do nothing about. This is extremely disappointing

Fantastic experience: Great gym at a competitive af price

Positive experience: Its a decent place to workout considering the low cost! I wish the treadmill speeds matched up with what you are actually doing...but you get used to it. The weight section layout is good, plus lots of weights and machines to use. Don't forget to bring your own water as there are no fountains.

Negative experience: The staff are fantastic! Unfortunately the equipment is not as good as it is at other fit4less locations in London. No stairs. Old treadmills. Outdated weight machines...the definition of "less".

Fantastic experience: Are you still open 24/7 ?

Positive experience: This place is rather great if you hate social gyms, people don't talk to you and you can get real work done! Pros: - good machines - clean machines - nice staff - washroom and change room - lockers Cons: - No water fountain (kinda a deal breaker for a lot of people - no shower - expensive drinks (even with discount)

Positive experience: Clean facility following all precautions to ensure clients safety. Good gym in overall.

Fantastic experience: Good customer service friendly people

Negative experience: just got charged 60$. how is that possible? the gym has been closed for 3 months, so how can I be charged. Just because your company lost money does not mean you can steal money from me. I hope this is a mistake. PS this was my first 3 months as a member.

Negative experience: The gym is great, however if you are a person of colour who does not present wealthy, you will most likely be questioned at the door, or receive remarks that make you feel like you don't belong at the gym. All of the employees seem ignorant/rude minus a few quiet friendly ones. No water fountains either. The gym goers seem friendly, staff have just been rude to myself and other POCs entering their facilities.

Negative experience: If person is setting up account on system clarify them that what kind of membership he is going with. Because system doesn't shown up next step after selecting black membership on screen rathar it's 1 year commitment or not. My money going right now it's okay but I don't want to let it happen again to anyone else. Please be specific on computer machine system and verbally as well when customer is joining.

Fantastic experience: Picked up a membership and had my first gym experience today. And I am definitely glad I picked Fit4Less to be my gym! I personally have a large weight loss goal in mind but feel very confident about making it thanks to these guys. For $22 a month you get a whole lot with the black card membership. Only downside is no water fountains, but there’s a drink cooler on site.

Positive experience: I was going to this gym for a year and although it has everything you need to have a good workout, it’s lacking in a couple things that should be mandatory at all gyms: - no water fountain (WTF?, NO I don’t care how inexpensive the gym is, this is a big No No) - no showers (You have to deal with your stench until you go home, the option should always be there if you want to clean yourself right after your physical activity.

Positive experience: Good gym for the price point. Pros : clean, spacious and more than enough machines. Positive vibes from everyone to date, re: members and staff. Cons: should be able to use all amenities 24/7 for those that don't workout during the staffed hours. No showers. No kettlebells. No battle ropes. No water fountains. Still very worth it!

Fantastic experience: This gym is excellent. The price is very fair and has all of the equipment you'll need. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The gym is very clean as the floors and machines are cleaned thoroughly every day. One downside is there is not a dedicated deadlift/Olympic lift platform, and there are no bumper plates for deadlifting. This is not an issue if you're lifting 225 lbs. and above. There is plenty of space to deadlift despite not having a dedicated area. Overall, the gym is perfect as long as you don't want to take classes or want a fancy change room.

Fantastic experience: Cost to join was about $54 first payment then every 2 weeks it's about $5.73... it's a basic gym no frills... if you pay an extra $6 biweekly you get use of the standup tanning bed, the hydro massage beds and the massage chairs, you also get 1/2 price drinks and can share your pass with friends or family when you arent using it someone else can but not at the same time. Lots of cardio machines and I've never had to wait to use anything. It can be busy at times but even then I dont have to wait for a machine. There are no classes here. Overall I'm happy. Location is close and it's open 24hrs.

Positive experience: If you must choose between them and good life go with them... but it’s the same management so don’t expect much! They don’t have showers even!!! The only upside it’s open 24hrs but there’s no staff after 10pm if I remember correctly. I had a horrible experience with good life gym and not a great experience with this one either but that was my options in distance to where I live! Till now..
