Positive experience: I really like this gym. The location is convenient, and the staff is very friendly. It’s also clean and well-maintained. My only suggestion is that it stays open a bit later, as it currently closes earlier than other gyms. Extending the hours to 11:45 or midnight would make it even better!

Fantastic experience: Bon rapport qualité prix. La nouvelle disposition mélangeant cardio et machines a permis une meilleure répartition du monde.

Positive experience: Excellent gym with a variety of equipment. Usually not that busy and there are always machines available. However, the machines are not super high-quality and some of the machines break often. Not a high end gym, but still has everything that most people will need.

End of the day all want to be healthy and not all like to go to Gym.. Hehe.. This the best option after hectic work hrs.. Hope you will consider it...

Positive experience: The Gym in this place is nearly perfect, equipments are amazing, feeling new, very well maintained. You can pretty much train every part of your body with the large amount of variety machines here. You can even find a multi-functional foe arm machine which is so rare. However, the yoga mats are disgusting feels like 50 years old...

Positive experience: There are lockers and free badminton rackets you can borrow. You just need to bring your own lock for the lockers since bags are not supposed to be brought to the court area. There are no court mats though. The badminton courts are essentially just a basketball court with markings. Water fountains available.

Fantastic experience: Upon playing badminton for 2 hours so tiring but its worth is the Constant AC temp. They had and its not the same to other badminton courts its like an sauna. I rate ETS, 10 out of 10.

Negative experience: Le centre sportif est un endroit très agréable pour faire des activités sportives. Cependant, le service client n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous. En effet, j'ai constaté que la réactivation de la carte prend toujours une éternité... Il est difficile de comprendre pourquoi après avoir renouvelé un abonnement, on doit toujours perdre du temps à demander qu'on nous donne accès aux vestiaires et aux salles de sport. De plus, s'il vous plait former correctement les 2 personnes (une jeune demoiselle et un jeune homme) qui travaillent les weekend (en particulier le dimanche matin). À mon humble avis, ils ont besoin d'être bien formé sur comment communiquer au sein de votre équipe. Je doute fort qu'ils vous fassent parvenir les requettes ou les doléances faites par rapport au problème de réactivation de carte auquel je suis confronté depuis que je me suis ré-abonné pour la session de printemps. S'il vous plait, dites leur que leur travail serait plus simple si les personnes abonnées pouvaient accéder aux vestiaires et aux salles de sport sans qu'ils aient à se lever en tout temps pour ouvrir pour toutes les personnes inscrites dont les cartes ne sont toujours pas réactivées. De grâce, former ces deux personnes qui semblent ne pas savoir ce qu'elles ont à faire pour ceux qui ont ce problème de cartes non réactivées. Je vous remercie d'avance pour l'aide que vous nous apporterez en leur ré-expliquant certaines choses dans le cadre de leur formation.

Fantastic experience: Good clean gym that has the equipment the person needs to workout. It also has basketball court

Negative experience: Great facility, with underground parking. Not a good venue if you are not a student. Staff make you wait forever to let you into locker room if you don't have a membership card nor do they give you one when you rent venue. I got a membership after specifically to shoot hoops since they have 3 basketball courts. I made that clear when I got membership, they told me usually it is reserved for students only but if it isn't being used or since its end of season, it shouldn't be an issue. I went in for the 4th time after getting membership and staff refused to let me use basketball court because there was one student in gym (who I played with before). Pretty ridicules, non-community driven attitude. Management and staff are pretty weird characters. Other members have walked in and played with my group on pretty much ever occasion during my rental. Also good luck if your english only. Reply: If ETS CS has 3 basketball courts and 2 of which are empty, how would it bother management or ETS regulations if a non-student paid member uses it when EMPTY, vs using the weights room/gym when full or empty. Really doubt ETS is so private that it has taken zero advantage of one government education subsidy in Quebec, in an educational community driven context, to put forth such a non communal attitude. Horrible.

Positive experience: Magnifique centre sportif accessible aux publique. Beaucoup d'équipement, très grand et vue imprenable sur le centre-ville. Gros Bémol...une distributrice de boissons ultra sucrées contenant entre autre du Pepsi et Guru sur le même étage. C'est dommage que l'Éts doit se financer à partir de sources aussi peux santé ! Dernier point que j'ajoute trois ans plus tard et non le moindre. J'ai fréquenté plusieurs gym depuis les 30 dernières années et depuis un an, s'entraîner à l'heure de pointe, soit de 16h30 à 19h00, il est très difficile de s'entraîner tellement il y a du monde. Il est très souvent impossible de faire son programme d'entraînement. Je n'avais jamais vue un gym aussi bondé dans les heures de pointe. Je n'ai finalement pas renouvelé mon abonnement. J'ai transféré dans un autre gym de Griffintown ou l'achalandage aux heures de pointes est plus normal. Dommage.

Negative experience: Outdated equipements and it is super crowded between 7 to 9. New prices are also much higher than before. THE ONLY PRIVILAGE IT HAS IS ITS LOCATION AND THR FACT THAT THE MAJORITY OF the CLIENTS ARE EDUCATED PEOPLE. OTHER THAN THAT, THE MANAGMENT has been AWFUL recently.

Fantastic experience: Un des meilleurs centre sportif. Le gym a une bonne variété d'équipements, le stock est assez récent et non endommagé. Beaucoup de banc et de poids libre. Pour Les machines ils y a que le nécessaire pas besoin de plus quand tu as des dumbells et de l espace. J'ai fait quelques gym à Mtl et je reviens toujours à celui-ci . Malgré les heures de pointe rien à comparer que la plupart des autres gym du centre-ville

Fantastic experience: We rented a salon de badminton for one hour there for 16$, that's the most reasonable price comparing to other salons(YMCA, etc.) It was super clean and very nice. Will definitely go back there again. The membership is expensive thought, 300$ / yeah.

Fantastic experience: Quoi dire de spécial.? C'est mon centre de gym depuis deux ans. Équipement haut de game. Les étudiants de l'ÉTS côtoient les retraités comme moi. Étudiants du monde entier mélangés aux gens du quartier avec un esprit commun: aller vers une meilleure forme, une meilleure santé. Pour certains, rajouter des gros muscles, mais ce ne sont pas les plus nombreux.
