As the name suggests, Back2Fitness truly brings you ‘back to fitness!’ I had been away from the gym for a long time, mainly because I couldn’t find one that met my needs: convenient location, quality equipment, and a crowd-free environment. It’s been six days since I joined, and I’ve never seen the gym overly crowded—especially the Whalley Blvd location. This means I can complete my workout without delay and move on with my day. Highly recommend it for those looking for a hassle-free fitness experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of back2fitness for 4 months now, and, my experience has been very positive. The facility is well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. Additionally, the gym offers flexible hours, which is perfect for my busy schedule.The gym is not very crowded and overwhelming Overall, the gym has a fantastic environment and I would recommend it to anybody looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Negative experience: Every morning I come in there is hundreds of lbs on the squat racks / plates other machines. Always having to rerack others weights in the morning/ night/ weekends and clean them down as management does not seem to have a system in place to ensure ediquette is being followed when they're not in - for a pleasant experience for proper ediquette users. This also makes most equipment not approachable as it's not clean, you don't know if it's in use and you have to unload someone else's weight before racking yours. There's also matts, dumbells and kettle bells strewn upon the gym everyday and the hand sani stations have not been restocked at all this month, and the paper towel for machine sanitization has been empty for a week - i even brought it up to management but its clear there is no regular procedures for sanitary stockings. The gym has great equipment, lots of space and a good price, but the ediquette is quite annoying. I really hope management in the future can step up in ensuring poor ediquette users are monitored and spoken to.

Fantastic experience: Overall - Limited, but GREAT place for weight training. Applicable to SURREY CENTRAL location only. Pros: Limited membership allows this place to be almost quite all the time. Even the busiest evening time slots are moderately busy here. Weights, Strength and Cardio training machines are in really maintained conditions. Changing rooms and toilets are always clean. Conveniently Located. Cons: If you are not sure about the length of your training, this place may seem like an expensive affair. Subjective affair. Special Mention: I goty limited 8 session personal training from Lovepreet. Easiest trainer to deal with. Humble in behavior, quite clear about what he wants to do in every sessions. He broke down my entire program in micro milestones, which made things easy to grasp. Made me independent in gym, which was my intention to buy personal training sessions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOVEPREET. Special shout-out to PARTH, to accommodate my case on special consideration. Quite helpful he was.

Negative experience: It's crucial for gym-goers to be mindful of their body odour, especially during intense workout sessions when the smell can be particularly potent. Additionally, late-night workouts are often plagued by weights left unracked on the floor.

Negative experience: I recently tried to cancel my membership at Back2Fitness and was shocked to discover they charge a $150 cancellation fee. While the gym itself is okay, this fee seems excessively high. I understand the need for a cancellation fee, but $150 is unreasonable. It's disappointing that Back2Fitness would prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I want to warn others about this policy before they sign up. I hope the gym reconsiders this fee to better align with industry standards and customer expectations.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the gym about a month now. Getting trained by Siddhant , great experience overall. Helped me with weight loss and strength gain. Really happy to have him as my trainer. Definitely going to continue for another month or maybe more. It’s really fun working out with him, makes me feel comfortable and encourages me to stay focused. I have noticed a big difference from when i started my training. He made it so easy with the different workouts and diet plan to be consistent. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym this much.

He's one of the best people I have ever trained with. he taught me a lot about different workouts, diets, and gym etiquette. The whole team is great but my trainer SUVENDU DEY is a best trainer. He understood my goals and modified my workout and meal plan. During the training sessions he always give his more than 100%. Fantastic experience: One of the best workouts I've had in a while! Just joined and so far I am SO HAPPY I found this place. Its not huge, but has everything you need for a solid workout. Super clean, new equipment and most of all not crowded. And the people that are there, are there to work out. Not hang out in groups talking, or taking up machines texting.

Fantastic experience: Can’t express how much of an asset this gym is. Not like your typical public gyms with broken equipment, messy toilets and weights all over the floor… This is hands down 5 stars for cleanliness, working equipment and genuine/helpful staff members (such as Kunal). I’ve never been to a gym where I can just go from machine to machine without having to wait 20 minutes for it to free up. Every machine is easily accessible and pretty much close to brand new. If you’re tired of going to sweaty gyms with broken equipment and people sitting and hogging machines then Back2Fitness should be your immediate destination.
