Positive experience: While the gym itself is decent, there are quite a few things that need to be pointed out. One, the card they issue is of very poor quality and the smart chip dies after a week or two. And if the staff is not on site, we'll be prompted to pay $23 to buy a replacement card. Two, some high intensity machines are "under repair" for over a month or two with no ETA on when it will be fixed. But apart from these few shortcomings, a decent gym with very cheap pricing
Negative experience: You can only cancel membership in person. I call that horrible coustmer service. It's funny cause when I go back to the gym I'll go somewhere else. So they lose money in the end.

Negative experience: Gym is well maintained. Massage chair and hydro massage is amazing. Make sure you don't forget anything , after scanning your card it locks you out for 30mins. This happened to me once,. I forgot my water bottle in my car. I can't enter, my card is locked and I have to wait for 30 minutes. What a waste of tiime!! When I asked the staff to open the door for me, she was so rude despite my apologies for forgetting something in my car.

Positive experience: Staff is great and courteous to answer any questions I have. Tanning beds are clean and not often busy. Overall the gym is not so busy that I cannot get in a killer workout. Tons of weight, never have to look far to find a couple extra plates. Awesome variety of equiptment. Only complaint is no water fountain but not the first gym I've been to without one. Very happy to be a member here!

Positive experience: This is a clean gym. There is a sufficient number of free weights and cardio machines.. There is not enough variety of equipment to complete various types of workouts. I have been to various gym but in this price this gym worth it. If administration reads my review than they have to focus on mirrors because in cardio or stretching section there is not even a single mirror, so how the individual can see their alignment and posture when exercising. At last staff is very good.
Fantastic experience: It does get a little busy, but I can’t complain because it’s so affordable. The staff on the other hand are so nice & incredibly helpfull. My account was accidentally cancelled, and they helped me replace my card, reinstate my account all in one week. Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had at a gym, the two ladies who helped me were excellent!

Negative experience: I have been a membee of fit 4 less for a year now and its been a lot of times my card didnt work through the scanner and there were barely any staff to support me
Negative experience: There have been several occasions on a weekend morning after 8 where my card or my girlfriend’s card does not work properly when scanning in. One of us will be let in where the other will have to wait 30 mins for a chance to re-enter. the main annoyance is that the club is NEVER attended by staff on weekend mornings, which is ridiculous
Negative experience: I got my membership online and went yesterday to get my card and do some work. When I entered I was clue less how to enter or what to do. One staff member was at front desk she pointed out at kiosk to get my card then she left. Me and my sister were struggling there very long that how this self service work. Anyway we figure it out and got cards. After that we were expecting someone will show us around. But we couldn’t find that one staff anywhere. Later we seen her chit chatting with her friends.I will give 0 to their customers service. Their should be no staff at all. Gym is wasting their money to pay those lazy staff. I will give 5 star to their gym package and 2 star to gym itself. As their is no water machine, no weighing scale and not enough machines.

Positive experience: Super cheap membership price and you have good variety and options. It's clean and has Lots of machines (treadmill, elipticals). There are other eminities if you have a black membership and there are plenty of free weights but barbells/squat rack, can get filled up quick depending on the time of day. Overall great gym especially for the price you'd paying compared to other places.
Negative experience: Being at this gym for several months wasn’t bad until I encountered a rude staff. I have forgotten my pass only once or twice before. And I told her I forgot it again she would not let me in unless I buy another pass which I find ridiculous and was extremely rude about it infront other people. Her name is Michelle she seems very snobby and kept saying I have been doing this every Friday nights which is false and got me mistaken with someone else. Thankfully I canceled my membership and will never recommend this location to anyone else. I always see her around and her engagement to other people is very rude and I’ve seen it many times.

Negative experience: Have been going to this gym over 3 years ! Or more and know all the staff and members recently i went to the gym saw a new staff working I introduced myself and im a friendly person so this person complaints about me saying I was being to friendly ?? Which is not right if they don’t want anyone friendly nobody is gonna go there I was amazed and shocked and in this gym there’s always a change of staff and management ! Over the years I noticed I was shocked and amazed regarding this and the one of the managers was very rude to me I feel disgusted honestly i know 50 percent off the people that’s how social and friendly I am I guess the new lady that worked there didn’t like my approach of being friendly !! I don’t recommend this gym to anyone I would like to talk to the owner of this gym!! Thanks

Fantastic experience: I've worked out at probably 40 or more Lower Mainland gyms over the years and this is my favorite. I've never been to a cleaner, brighter gym and this is due to the hard-working staff. They have excellent customer-service skills and especially Amy who is usually there. She always welcomes every guest with a cheerful, warm greeting and is super-helpful if you need anything. LOVE the Hydro-massage bed and chairs and it's a smaller gym but it has every piece of equipment I need in a gym. Highly recommended!
Negative experience: Super disappointed in the one girl that works there. (Clara) is super snotty and rude. Not to mention she gives you dirty looks when you work out. I’ve also noticed after work she smokes a joint right outside the front door. I find this very inappropriate and unprofessional. Her manger Marsha is also super unhelpful and very disrespectful and rude. I give this location a 1 out of 10. Should hire better employees.
Fantastic experience: After being at a different fit4less location, and moving to this location, I was able to see how fit4less should be run. The Langley location is just awesome. The staff are so friendly, smiling and always greeting and saying goodbye. I hope that they get praise because they are constantly working, cleaning things, putting equipment back, I have even seen staff help show people how to use a machine. This is exactly how a gym should be. I think it was a blessing moving this way and having to change fit4less locations, I couldn’t ask for anything more for an inexpensive gym choice.

Positive experience: Wonderful! Very friendly staff. Affordable. Exceptionally clean. Only downside members should not be allowed to use more than one machine at a time. Also members playing with their phones while other members waiting to use the machine.

Negative experience: Showed up at the gym this morning Sunday bright and early . I scanned in forgot my water in the car . Gate would n it allow me to scan back in saying dl entry. What a joke .
Positive experience: the cardio equipment could be newer. Most of the equipment is aged more than most fit4less. Floor space could be laid out more efficiently. Bosu ball is only half inflated, the smith machine’s block (arm stopper) is over knee level and doesn’t serve full range of motion to the floor. Both Stair mills are solid and have built in Fans. Staff are ALWAYS working, keeping it clean!! Bathroom are always spotless.
Negative experience: I don't give my bank account information as payment for gym memberships. If paying cash, debit, or credit card was an option, I would join. This is quite unacceptable to force clients to give their personal bank account information. Shame on you! ***GoodLife has spent years ripping people off like this and causing headaches and hassles to clients trying to get their money back***!

Positive experience: I’m a big fan of this gym because it works for my schedule, meaning I can go at non-peak or less busy times of the day, where I definitely get my money’s worth for $11 a month! However I wouldn’t even attempt going beyween 3 -8pm on a weekday when it gets insanely busy. I also don’t like how they have those free gym days every month to try and up their business because good luck even getting near a machine those days! They could also throw in 1 water fountain, that’d be nice. Other than that, this is a good gym. 95% of the time it’s very clean and well maintained. Its big enough wth lots of cardio. It’s open 24 hours. It’s a central location. Staff are friendly enough. Again, for $11 a month after taxes, you cannot be too picky and it definitely gets the job done. Nice to have a no-frills option.

Negative experience: I had this membership since prior to CoVID. At that time I had asked them to either freeze my membership or simply cancel it, they failed to respond to my 3 emails. They kept charging my account. Then due to lockdowns they stop charging my card, but then they opened during CoViD, and I am not comfortable going to the Gym at that time, they still continue to charge my card. I had asked my bank to stop their payments. Now 1 year later, I am asking to renew my membership and there's not a single response again!!!! The employee keep saying talk to the manager via email but the manager doesn't reply to emails... This is utterly nonsense

Negative experience: This is the probably one of the worst companies to deal with. The employees lack professionalism and knowledge.
Negative experience: This establishment deserves NEGATIVE stars. None of the staff or management know what is going on. It is clear that none of the staff are even trained. They repeatedly asked for a deceased member to come in to the facility to cancel their membership even though a death certificate was offered if needed. There was no sympathy and to top off appalling experience they emailed the confirmation to the deceased member and refused sending a confirmation to the person speaking to them. How is this helpful ? Stay far away as possible to this company, there is a severe lack of common sense and professionalism.

Negative experience: The gym itself is fine, if I could give zero stars for their customer service and utter audacity with dealing with customers I would. I know they will post the usual "reach out so we can discuss how to improve" but I know it won't happen. I tried cancelling a membership for my cousin who has recently deceased and not once did the girl who answered the phone listen to what I was saying nor did the manager, I had to explain what being dead and gone meant as they kept saying they needed his consent to cancel, told them I can come in with the death certificate but apparently, they do not know what any of that means. Utterly disgusted by the lack of compassion as this is a difficult time for the family and having to repeat myself about 8 times on the fact that he is no longer with us to give you the consent you "require" is beyond disgraceful. This organization should invest more money into hiring competent employees with some common sense.
Negative experience: The staff need to be better trained on policies and procedures since they lack basic common sense. It’s understandable that when dealing with a deceased person’s membership, it’s a sensitive issue, however you would think there would be some form of compassion or professionalism for this matter. The lack of comprehension, empathy, and problem solving skills are just unmatched. I will not recommend anyone join this environment where the staff do not care about the well-being of a former member, nor able to resolve an issue of a deceased member, because let’s be real, death is no joke. It can happen to anyone, at any time, and to make our lives more complicated than it already is with the passing of a loved on, Fit4less staff will still require a dead person’s signature.
Negative experience: Staff do not enforce the Public Health Orders with respect to masks. Many people enter the gym with their mask on, only to remove it or wear it on their chin. This poses a risk to staff and clients. There was a covid exposure here a month ago, and nothing has changed. I question their commitment to safety. Also, only three working treadmills is not sufficient. I’ve been coming here for four years and equipment repairs have always been an issue with items out of service for weeks. Given the reduced equipment available for physical distancing reasons management should make a greater effort to ensure the uptime of the limited equipment.
Negative experience: This gym will never be the same after Covid. Cancelled my membership and pay more at another gym but it's worth it. This place just keeps going further downhill.
Negative experience: It becomes impossible to book for any appointments in the next 2 days after last session! I understand of covid situation but for 20 people capacity is way too overreacting, 2 weeks ago capacity was 35. so It’s restricted more than during the outbreak. Very disappointed, if you are lucky, working out 2 times a week is ur max for this location.

But the staff pushes the garbage down the trash can with the sanitizer spray bottles, thats VERY disgusting - defeats the purpose of us wiping every machinr after if we're gonna touch a contaminatrd bottle to do that. Negative experience: Be careful guys, They charge me fee all year around even though I’ve canceled my membership long time aho. They’ll stop charging you for a while and then start charging again until you notice on your bank statement. I called and emailed them several time and manager said she gonna look at it and cancel it. After fee few weeks they started charging me again even after I’ve them to cancel my membership. Positive experience: Pros: Extremely affordable. Has all basic equipment. No trainers harassing you to sign up for personal training. Cons: smaller gym. Older machines. There is always at least on machine that is out of order, though to their credit, they have maintenance there regularly fixing things. It's just that the machines are old.

Positive experience: The place is pretty good, like all gym's when they are busy its hard get on equipment but that's everywhere. Only problem i have is there is no wi-fi or drinking water to top up our drinking bottles which is a real downer and could do with wall supports/straps at the rear to do body weight pull ups or help with pistol squats, etc. Overall its good.

Negative experience: Totally unacceptable customer service , I was at the gym today dealt with Terra ( sorry if the name isnt spelled correctly ) she was extremely rude , aggressive and volatile. I have a year membership but unfortunately my Gym pass was in my other car so I couldn’t get it. Right of the bat she told me she”ll charge me a drop in fee next time I don’t have my pass with me which is clear cut bullying and harassment for a paying member. She also falsified info that this info is right in front of the gym when it doesn’t say anything like this. I had already paid for years membership and than getting yelled that I’ll have to pay again doesn’t gain much confidence in the organization. Totally wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else unless you want to be double charged and want nightmarish customer service.

Positive experience: Definitely cannot complain about the price! Only issue of mine is the staff not being welcoming at all. I came in as I signed up online and there was no smile, no hello, no welcome, when getting my card she just said do you want a shirt and your bag? I said sure, she gave it to me and then pointed washrooms and change rooms are down the end to the right and equipment all around, I was not even shown around the gym where anything was so this was quite overwhelming being extremely busy my first time. I still don’t know where half of anything is but I’m sure I’ll fine my way around. Definitely need to step up there customer service as I felt like I shouldn’t be there, I hope the attitude and lack of a tour around the place doesn’t discourage others from sticking around.
