Fantastic experience: Been going to Ola for over 6 months now and I am so incredibly happy I went with this gym. Not only is the amount of equipment substantial, but the staff are all fantastic! You always get a great vibe when you go in! Also the classes they started doing (part of your membership, no additional cost) are all great! Emma, Selina and the rest are great coaches and give you new work out ideas if you feel like your routine is getting stale. While it may seem alittle small, I've only ever felt cramped in once since I started and that was during peak peak hours. Otherwise, it's the best I could have asked for. My wife joined after a few months of me going and she is loving it as well. Thank you to Ola and his staff for running a fantastic facility! Can't wait for the next workout!

Positive experience: Good gym!! I was looking for a month to month- or at least so I thought that’s what I was getting… I had given them my credit card info and was unable to continue using the gym. So i was emailed I was being charged for outstanding billing even tho I gave notice of my cancellation before the month was up and was no longer using the gym for the next month. I was not actually billed. But it was a bit confusing as It took over a week to clear it up. On a follow-up phone call/email contacted after the fact, I felt belittled a bit and spoken over as I had to explain myself that the contract had been unclear and so was the explanation about cancellation procedure. The automatic emails about cancellations and billing may need to not be automated in these circumstances perhaps.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, Very clean functional space with plenty of equipment and weights. I went for twelve sessions with Anoop, which worked out to be one session a week for three months and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Im an electrician and I was worried about being too sore or tired for work the day after a personal training session but Anoop was very knowledge with a well rounded skill set and great at adapting to how my body was feeling. Highly recommend to anyone looking to change up their routine at the gym.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I signed up for a 12 week couples personal trainer program (including fitness and diet) for some needed motivation after years away from the gym. Ola has created a personal and friendly atmosphere in his gym. I found our trainer Anoop to be knowledgeable, personable, and motivating. He helped us achieve our desired results and we now have gained the motivation to continue regular training on our own. Smaller gym but very well maintained, clean, and a positive atmosphere.

Ola provided the tools to help me lose over 25 pounds in 5 weeks .Not only is Ola Fit for life gym a place that has everything you need in terms of a gym and personal training but it’s also a fun, comfortable and respectful team environment. Fantastic experience: Ola has been a great inspiration for working out. I have a back problem which ola knew about 2 years ago. He told me if I want to keep moving, I have to work out. Negative experience: Pretty decent gym and very clean. No complaints with the infrastructure.Actually liked it though didn't go enough. However, issues with cancellation. Again. What's it with gyms and cancellation. Despite checking my contract end date twice, once by calling and second by personally visiting the gym, they screwed it up. Ended up paying 1 month extra and annual maintenance fee! Since I didn't get anything in writing, obviously it's my fault. Well well. Perhaps I should record all my calls and use bodycam 24x7!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined Ola Fit for Life three months ago. It was our first time back in the gym since the beginning of the pandemic. Ola and his team were so welcoming and helpful. This gym is extremely clean and organized. We both receive personal training from Ola and Cynthia. Our sessions are so motivating and fun! Fantastic experience: Honest Review: I was hesitant to join this gym as I came from the YMCA where you also have a pool, gym, and fitness classes to choose from. My biggest hesitation was the size of the gym. It is a smaller gym and was worried there wouldn't be enough room to workout. I was definitely wrong. They make great use of the space and have every piece of equipment I need/want. Added bonus is that there isn't a crazy amount of people working out at once like there is at bigger gyms, even at peak times. They also keep the gym super clean and tidy! It's nice to see them replace worn out pads when needed and all equipment is where it's supposed to be. No wild goose chases for equipment. I've been working with Melvin in training. I don't think it's really needed for me, but it's nice to have that extra motivation once each week. All the staff really do value each customer! Can't recommend this gym enough!

Support a small business that treats you like family — not like any of those large franchises. Ola and his team treat me like family every single time I come in. As a national level and varsity athlete recovering from major knee surgery, the strength training and holistic wellness approach at Ola Fit For Life does not compare to the previous facilities I’ve trained at. Super secure (access via key fob otherwise door is locked), clean and showers. They also have a lot of supplements and pre/post workout that are often on sale or at really affordable prices.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Ola Fit for Life since January. I have found Ola and his staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Fantastic experience: Ola fit for life is an incredible gym. The staff there make you feel like family. Ola is very motivating and goes out of his way to say hi to everyone working out when he is there and asks you how your doing. I have been going there since January and have already lost 35lbs. I have an amazing trainer Andrea that I work with once a week. She knows just how much to push you to get you to your goals. There is no judgement ever in this gym. Everyone is always encouraging each other. It is just such a positive place to be.

From Staff to customers you feel welcome, nobody judges and everybody is supportive and encouraging. Ola builds you a system for your goal and if you stick to the plans you will see the results. After being at my heaviest ive ever been in life and following the program and working with my trainer Anoop ive never been or felt in this great of shape and this is only the beginning. Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2020 and I can’t say enough about the staff and facility. I started training with Ola and felt completely comfortable in the Gym. I’m a member for life now. It’s an affordable membership and close to home for me. I feel like I’m part of their gym family. Totally inclusive and welcoming. Also, with Covid happening they were quick to implement safety measures and protocols to keep everyone safe. ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: OLA IS AMAZING!!! When I turned 34, I hit a very low point in my life after losing a parent & used food and wine to console my pain. With a warm referral from a dear family friend, I was introduced to Ola. Walking through those doors took all of my courage as personal training was never something I understood or considered for myself. Within the first few months of commitment I dropped 35 pounds of weight which helped me learn to love myself in the mirror again. The process was very challenging for me, and I know for a fact I never could have done it alone. Ola's endless guidance & support, partnered with the amazing staff & fellow members who truly feel like family, are what enabled me to take control of my health and maintain it for 2 years straight now. The gym is modern, ultra clean and has good vibes all around. There is a very exciting expansion in the works which is only going to add to all that the gym already is. Positive experience: This gym is fantastic!! Friendly staff and everything you need for equipment both free weights and machines. The owner is personable and motivating, and ownership has done great job with Covid. Only reason I gave 4 stars is due to amount of floor space when booked up. After the expansion I’ll surely post to 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Ola Fit For Life is the best gym I have ever worked out at. Ola has not only created a gym, but a healthy community. The staff are always there with a fun, positive, and friendly attitude, making sure you feel at home. The gym is extremely sanitized, never crowded, and has a variety of well kept equipment for everyone. Ola goes out of his way to push me to do my best. This gym includes ZERO judgement and is full of inspirational quotes on the walls. If you are planning or debating on joining a gym, I would only recommend Ola Fit For Life because, you will feel welcomed and motivated. Ola Fit For Life also takes healthcare guidelines extremely seriously by making sure members are following sanitizing protocol.

Fantastic experience: I started my weight loss journey the moment I set foot inside Ola Fit For Life for the very first time. It was a Sunday late afternoon at the end of June 2020. I had noticed the gym while out for a walk. I honestly didn't think anyone would be there, however I knocked at the door and was met by a charismatic, outgoing gentleman whose name was Ola. He took the time to show me around the gym, explained the mission and values of the gym and a bit of his story. I immediately felt at home and knew this was the place for me. It just felt right! It is now 10 months later, I have dropped 40 lbs and I continue to share my story and how this gym has become a part of my healthy lifestyle (you can follow my journey @mindfulweightlosswithjess ). I train twice a week with Ola, a dedicated owner and truly caring individual who has become one of my good friends. Fantastic experience: Best gym ever! Very friendly environment, non-judgmental staff & members, it's like one big happy family! I started personal training 3x per week with Ola 7 months ago. I came with serious health issues and injuries that he was so in tune with, he literally brought me back to life! He is very encouraging and obviously takes pride in his work, most of all he truly cares and commits to helping you reach your goals. Ola and his team diligently follow all safety and sanitizing protocols. The gym is very clean and masks are mandatory. I feel very safe there! I would highly recommend Ola Fit for Life!
