Fantastic experience: I chose this Anytime Fitness location to workout at while I was visiting from out of town for the week and I am so happy I did! I really enjoyed the environment of this gym, the available equipment, and location was convenient from where I was staying. I am very thankful they offered the affordable week pass as my accommodation did not have a facility and I wanted to maintain my fitness routine. The manager William was lovely and made me feel so welcome every time I came in. If and when I come back to Ottawa, I know where to go!

Fantastic experience: I find this gym has a great location, good equipment, not too busy, and has friendly staff. Making it easily my go to gym everyday.

Fantastic experience: This place is a gem in the downtown core. The space is always clean and well kept. All the equipment is top-notch and well maintained. William is always there to greet you by name when you arrive and send you off with a wave. This location is an oasis for your physical health. While it can be busy for a short time, it's never overcrowded.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this gym for the better part of a year now and I have consistently had great experiences. All the staff ensure their patrons are comfortable, supported, and have a tidy and clean environment. William is a great manager and a wonderful joy to see in the office, always ready to greet, help, and chat with you - definitely helps the gym feel welcoming rather than intimidating! Highly recommend this spot for gym-goers of all experience levels :)

He helps and guides me throughout the workout. Great gym and community. Equipments are clean and well-maintained. Gym is 24/7 too so I can go anytime even during holidays. 10/10 gym and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A great gym for me. It’s a conducive environment to train, filled with courteous gym goers and helpful team members like Will and Henry. Everyone is plugged in and quietly going about their workouts. The crowd here shares the equipment, are helpful when you need a spotter or may have some trouble with a lift. The place is also really clean, well maintained and convenient!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have ever gone to. I was recently diagnosed with an illness and it took me about 3 months to recover. Will was the one who I had kept up to date regarding what was happening. He was very helpful and very understanding. Very supportive. I’ve never had a gym where they can help you out and allow you to take the time to get better. Communication was perfect! The gym is also always cleaned daily. I see him cleaning every time I’m there. I love coming into the gym where it smells like it just got cleaned. I go early in the am, and it’s looks organized and cleaned. I know how busy he can be at the gym as well. Thank you Will, for all of your help. Keep up the great work, and keep being awesome!

It was extremely clean, the machines were well taken care of, the equipment was always put back where they belong. Huge thanks to William for being as accommodating as he was. Other gyms can learn a thing or two from anytime fitness!!!

The washrooms are very clean and the gym is so clean and its nice to see the staff being so friendly and sanitizing the equipment non-stop! highly recommend this location as it has all the essential equipment and a great atmosphere.

William and Kenny both go the extra mile to get to know you and create connections. the equipment is well maintained and the bathrooms are always very clean and stocked.

The facility was clean and stocked with an outstanding array of exercise equipment. Additionally, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I am just passing through the area and got a day pass, not knowing exactly what this facility would be like – – I am so glad that I did and, anytime I am in Ottawa, I will certainly return to this Anytime Fitness (pun intended)!

Fantastic experience: God bless Henry. He is very kind and understanding. It’s good to now that the owners of this place are good hearted people. He knows people by name and is passionate about creating a safe environment for people to workout. The Rideau location is very safe, security is very tight and there are many cameras everywhere. I highly recommend signing up at this location! They have many machines and it is a spacious gym.

The gym itself has some nice equipment, couple of power racks, plenty of machines, rowers, treads, Straight bars, hex bars, etc. Look if you work in the market area, & you really want to get a lift in before work, it's super freakin convenient. pull the trigger, it's dirt cheap in cost and gives you a local gains station in the market.
