Positive experience: Staff don’t know how to treat guest. They have very rude tone.

Positive experience: Anyone reading this review; take a shower AT LEAST every two days. Every day is great too. If not, you're gonna be single forever, no matter how jacked you get. The one star off is for not having a water fountain...like, raise the fee a dollar a month and plumb one in. You would have an excuse to raise prices!

Fantastic experience: Had a great workout here today. However, im really wondering if your weight scale is accurate? I tried asking at the front desk, but couldnt find a staff, then I called all afternoon and havent gotten anyone. Would love to know because I dont have access to another scale outside the gym.

Fantastic experience: Greatest Customer Services, stuff are ultra friendly. Specially Manager of GYM VERY HELPFUL.EVERY TIME SHE IS SUPER BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS AS WELLAS CLEANNING. I have membership in this GYM since over 5 years. Very Discipline, clean, new equipments and specially massage chairs are very good. I don’t have any complaints or concerns about this Gym. I liked this Management.

Positive experience: I was a long-term member. The gym is clean and welcoming. Some of the equipment is showing its age. The reason that I cancelled my membership, however, is because of their frequently changing/increasing fee structure. That is why I gave 3 stars.

Negative experience: Working out here from last one year the receptionist at evening time is really rude and don't know how to communicate with customers i don't know if she don't like to talk to brown people or what but every single when i talked her about any kind of help she just behaves rude .!

Fantastic experience: Came today (Sat at 1:30pm), the employee was really nice, accommodating and was busy cleaning equipment when he wasn't helping incoming customers. Good vibes , thanks for your help buddy - better than the women I've encountered there. Nothing wrong with them, he was just a lot more helpful and friendly. Wasn't busy at this time, lots of open equipment- seems to be a good time to go if you don't like a lot Of people around. Had a good time. Good rates enjoying the membership!

Negative experience: Broken machines, half of treadmill’s belt slip They need to maintain their gym or else people will start switching. Star track cycle keeps reducing its level on its own after level 13 Cheap management

Fantastic experience: Cheapest place to work out in the city. Definitely won't break your bank. If you are after a straight work out only and do not mind the basics, then this is the place.

Negative experience: Why was Thursdays August 22nd fee taken out Monday August 26th ? Now your company take extra September 19th? Not my fault ! Black mark on my credit too. Thanks alot...

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day working out at this gym, and it was so amazing! I loved it. The only thing it doesn't have is a water fountain. But, all magnific.

Negative experience: So many people are coming in groups and take a long time in one or two equipments before you have the chance to use the machine. Not a clean mostly people to equipments Waste of money coming here.

Negative experience: The gym is small, not enough space to workout especially during peak hours. So many people with uncontrollably bad body odour. People are coming in groups and take a long time in one or two equipments before you have the chance to use the machine. Limited machines available, so you have to change any routine or exercise. The lockers are small, can’t even fit a large gym bag. The washroom is stinky and dirty, nobody cleans it. Waste of money coming here!

Fantastic experience: By far, the cleanest Fit 4 Less I've been to. Each morning I came in, the weight trees were organized, and so were the racks and benches. The staff, when they arrived, were straight to replacing disinfectant and changing garbages. While no gym is perfect, they seemed to have created a culture of respect for each other and the equipment. Great job!

Positive experience: Nice place, but sometimes we have people that weren’t introduced to basic hygiene and ruining the vibe by their smell, enough equipment to hit all necessary muscle groups, not crowded, really good price

Positive experience: Good budget-friendly place for startups. Gets busy after 6pm and won't be able to find much equipment when busy.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Environment can seem a bit off sometimes though, so I wonder if we could have fitness challenges to bring in the community essence. Love this gym!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the cancellation request, asked the manager Sabrina multiple times to cancel the membership but still the Pre-authorized debit is coming out of my account, I asked the staff to provide an email address so that we can request the cancellation by email but the staff and the management is very rude and declined to provide an email address.

Fantastic experience: Giving 5 stars only because it's 24/7 & clean tidy and 4 stars for equipments, there is only one machine for calf and no machine for trapezius. But price wise it's good.

Negative experience: I would have give them zero star its available No water dispenser which is basic in every gym

Positive experience: I really like the gym and the equipment, but man this place needs a remodel to have proper change rooms, and please get a water dispenser!! The changerooms are dirty every time I come. I don't think I've ever seen the floors actually get cleaned right to the corners. Maybe that's me being picky but I hate even touching my socks to the floor in there

Positive experience: The gym itself is fine, has enough equipment and variety, it's fairly cramped in the free weight section so going at slower times is key. I've been followed by the homeless people in the parking lot a few times while leaving the gym regardless of time of day. It's terrifying. I've had a few men follow me to my vehicle and turn around once I get in, and I'm not parking far from the gym doors. I just don't feel safe so I'll be cancelling my membership. I started coming here for it's convenient location. Unfortunately it's confed, and there just isn't much you can do about the safety issue.

Fantastic experience: Good gym at wrong location. Got my bike stolen outside from it . Would be much better if they were on East part or atleast away from danger zone .

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! Very good value here. This gym is awesome & if I still lived in Saskatoon I would attend here! Very clean. Tons and tons of machines . Everything and more you could need.

Positive experience: Ok gym for the cost. Has just about everything you might need. The padding on the machines leaves a lot to be desired and bruises lol Would recommend bringing your own water. As there is no fountain. And the idea of refilling my bottle in the bathroom is something that irks me.

Positive experience: Open 24/7 works great for my hectic schedule. Very good membership price, always clean, have not had any negative experiences with other members or any of their super helpful staff. Now for the dirt.. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is they do not give you a warning for your annual fee and so you can imagine my surprise when I saw a 60 dollar charge I wasn’t expecting that resulted in a 50$ nsf fee on my account. Had I gotten a warning or reminder that my annual fees were due I would have had the appropriate funds in that account and it wouldn’t have costed me money I didn’t have in my budget. This in turn caused me to take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and accessible facility. There's plenty of machines, and i've never had to wait for one to be free. The parking can be hard during peak hours, but overall not an issue.

Negative experience: I prepaid for full year black card membership & got there and staff didnt even welcome me or say congratulations and I basically had to hint at gettin a tour as it was my 1st time at fit4less, Gym set up is great, No water bottle refill depensers, you are expected to drink lukewarm tap water from bathrooms, No showers in gym. I tried using the bed water jet massage n staff seemed annoyed I was asking questions about it. I did get a gym bag but only free shirt sizes this place has is small or medium size. Guess I will just work out & hope the year gets better for other customers

Positive experience: Cheapest subscription fitness in town. Doesn't have the bells and whistles of some other fitness places aka personal trainers etc but not what im looking for anyway.

Positive experience: went in to ask a few questions and check it out. got stopped at front gate as obviously i dont have a key card. waited 5 mins for staff to finally look at me with a rude look and ask rudly what i wanted. after being looked at like i was unwelcome i turned around and left. dont want that every visit. try motion fitness, theyre better

Negative experience: The staff was the worst one I have never seen and when I call her for help she was very rude and un professional and what to get paid for free. I came from motion fitness to them but they are very rude and I think they do not know how to speak. At 8:30 pm the start was the worst. I think they dont know how to speak to a customer this kind of person should be fired from work. Therefore I am moving back to motion fitness.

Negative experience: Don't bother trying to phone them, they just let the phone ring and ring and ring. The sound of the phone must help them get their pump on. 9 times I've phoned in a row now and still no one comes to the phone. What a great way to treat paying customers. THEN when they finally do answer the phone they tell me to call back because " I wasn't nice about how i told them i had to phone 9 times to get an answer" great customer service

Negative experience: Very upset.my wife and i joined first week of February .March 16 closed for covid. Tried to get a refund when gyms reopened was declined our money back after only 6 weeks of use. Paid in full. Monthly people put a stop payment but i cant get refunded Talking to a family lawyer.

Fantastic experience: A great place to workout for an excellently affordable price. I have never witnessed any kind of body shaming and there are all kinds of age groups and fitness levels enjoying their workout. Many different kinds of fitness equipment to use and the place is clean and Covid-19 respectful.

Negative experience: Poor everything and apparently terrible communication for the employees to contact any kind of head office.. My opinion this company specializes in theft..

Positive experience: PROS: This is a nice place to workout. They got all basic equipment you will get from a $10/month gym. I will highly recommend if you are not a gym freak. CONS: This gym need a personal WiFi, not everyone is registered with shawgo. No Wi-Fi makes a workout very boring. PLEASE GET ONE.

Positive experience: 4 stars because of the cheap rate for the gym. 1/5 for the service, one of the workers there wasnt friendly or wasnt in the mood to give service. The other workers there 5/5 they always gave a friendly smile and help with what ever was needed. The massage chairs, only time your able to use it is when the workers are there. They should have a note where its seen so gym goes dont go and sit down expecting it to work. The gym is clean, just alot of the gym people dont wipe down there equipment after each use. I wish they had more locations with in the province, since they only have one I'm Saskatchewan. If they had mutiple threw out Canada like in all the major cities, I would prob cancel my main gym(different provider)

Negative experience: The young man working in the mornings during staffed hours has no customer service. He acts annoyed whenever he has to step outside of his office room. Not friendly attitude or face. The gym is good though for the price. No water fountain on site. Should have at least 1 water fountain.

Positive experience: Very clean, modern gym at a value price.
