Positive experience: Good spot when you know what you want to do. Showers are not great

Positive experience: love this gym but the amount of stuff that lives on top of the lockers is nuts lol theres been a spider man blanket there for a month or more

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Lots of space. Lots of everything you need in a gym. When organized, always clean. Always open. Not expensive. What else can you ask for? Notice that I didn't see much mentoring for newcomers. If you are new to weight lifting, be sure to get some advice. To use the lockers ,you need to bring your own lock.

Negative experience: If you like attachments all over the floor. Plates mix and matched, plates left on all equipment and broken pullies. Then this gym is for you, serisouky between Clayton park and this location. No clean up. Staff don't do anything in fact there all highschool kids hiding in the office.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, the people are very nice.

Positive experience: Fantastic especially for the price. We go at "busy" time and have no problems getting treadmills or bikes. Huge place and most people seem to use the "black card" spots anyway.

Positive experience: Overall, it's a reliable facility, although maintenance for the gym equipment may take a little time at times.

Fantastic experience: The price is right, you get so much more as a black card member. I have a service dog and she feels right at home by the staff.

Positive experience: A nice gym with spacious space. Just try to avoid peak hours when it becomes crowded. You can workout conveniently whether you are a black member or not. There is a separated area though for Black members. I love it compared to the other ones across the HRM.

Fantastic experience: This is hands-down the best Fit4Less in Atlantic Canada. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The equipment is diverse and plentiful. The atmosphere is great.

Negative experience: Whenever rains comes this is what happens in Bedford Fit4Less it’s all leaky dangerous some day it might light up with power , today it’s May 9th 2024 . Management needs to do something this is not the first time it’s always same when it rains ….The staff are Awesome 5 stars for their great work Love the staff, nights no staff and if this happens when it rains it’s very dangerous fire hazard hope they get this fixed

Positive experience: What can I say, staff don't give af, the single men's and single women's washrooms have been closed for " cleaning" since I got here, only one staffer on and she hasn't been in either.

Negative experience: Everything is always broken, ( 5+ of the exercise bikes currently) the roof is leaking, but I've already paid my annual extra fee.. So let's stay My 16 year old has a membership but can only go in when they are staffed, and that's very limited on the weekends

Fantastic experience: Good spacious gym. More than 1 machines for each training that is a major plus. Although I've never seen much crowd probably cuz i go there at midnight. Back to 5 Stars cuz now we have "WATTAH IN DA GYM". thank-you for adding water fountain. it was a much needed addition.

Positive experience: I love it and am happy with their service. I wish they had more aerobic equipment. But in general and based on the low monthly payment, it is good enough and I highly suggest you Fit4Less.

Positive experience: It's definitely a budget gym. It's obvious for very basic workouts, which is great for a lot of folks. Anyone looking to do more "uncommon" workouts will have a lot of issues. For the price, and availability I would recommend it

Negative experience: Place is normally pretty clean compared to the location in Sackville a few km away, but why even have showers? This is the third time this month I have been here on a weekend at 11am with no staff so no showers. I could understand if it was overnight, but a Saturday and Sunday at 11am???

Negative experience: good gym with great staff the only issue i have with Fit4less is the hygiene of some of the people using this gym, not so much the one in Bedford mall but the one in lacewood drive halifax is just nasty a lot of people that just don't use deodorant it just stinks..

Negative experience: Place was flooded and closed, and they wouldn't let anyone freeze their memberships like they did during lockdowns. Also pretty sick of seeing CNN (sadness/anger generator) playing on the TVs.

Negative experience: Every retailer in the Bedford Place Mall has communicated with their clientele about the status of their business after the flood. This is helpful to keep patrons informed. While I understand that this situation is difficult, silence isn't a good communication policy. Please communicate with you gym users.

I hope the management shows them the respect they deserve and continues to ensure hiring practice that reflects the calm and welcoming vibe those who work here already give every day. Negative experience: All locations bathrooms are disgusting. I've gone multiple times in a row and same pee and dirt on bathroom floors it's disgusting. Plus I emailed them regarding a possible refund and was completely ignored. Will never return. Might get tested from hovering over Toilet seats at 8 months pregnant. Yes I was pregnant going to the gym. Plus staff are hardly to ever be found.

Positive experience: Newer/better machines and some different machines than the Dartmouth location. Overall both Fit4Less gyms are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ value and I am yet to have a bad experience. Edit: Recently the wait times for broken machines has increased greatly, sometimes either not being fixed or being broken back to back (gym fault or member fault unknown) My next big gripe recently has been the increase in no music being played- before, maybe a couple of times a month there would be no music, at the current time… their system is in a Windows restart 2-3 times a week (at least 3:30-7:00am time range) For these reasons I have reduced the rating to 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: Come and sweat it off in this cool place at Bedford Area. Multiple equipments to choose, huge spot, clean and organize.

Positive experience: The only thing about fit4less. Not doing 2 hour cardio and not listening to tv. I do workout there but I work across the highway to here, I work out after work to focus on chest and abs. I havent had abs in 12 years. I was bullied in school and already had plan lose weight, I made worst friends in high school and should not lose focus on best friends. So far I lose 48 pounds

Fantastic experience: Very good Gym and very affordable for most, offers a lot of various machines and free weights to be able to achieve any of your goals in the gym, it’s never insanely crowded which is a nice touch, lots of parking available nearby and I highly recommended for people who can to go to the gym casually

Negative experience: You can't freeze nor cancel your membership online anymore. When you cancel in-person, they require a 30 day notice. Great job making it as hard as possible to cancel.

Positive experience: I did see at least 2 people not cleaning equipment when finished using it, found that a bit concerning COVID or no covid. Instead of having staff sitting in the back of the office maybe checking once in while to see that protocol is being followed could be a possibility.

Negative experience: Low level management (manager), accusing people and assuming others have bad intensions while their policy is not clear. Offensive communication and low class customer service. Yes, you get what you pay for.

Positive experience: Clean, affordable and plenty of equipment. Too busy right now (smh New Years resolutions) and social distancing definitely isn’t being enforced in the free weights section (you can avoid it though). Honestly, my biggest problem is the meatheads that go there constantly check themselves out in the mirrors lol. All in all, it’s pretty decent.

Negative experience: I've had a membership here for 2 years. I might of used it 3 times..mostly due to Covid. Decided to cancel. However you can't get through to a live person. Call not returned so I contacted their H/O customer service. It was only a recording and no call back. Tried emailing them to cancel my membership... again no return call or acknowledgement of my request. I am having the bank stop payments tomorrow. Customer beware.

Positive experience: Bedford Fit4less is definitely my favorite HRM fit4less location. It's spacious, members are friendly and the gym is accommodating. Gym is clean compared to other locations, staff are always around and I usually don't have to wait to use a machine or weights. Membership prices have jumped a little, but still extremely affordable for the amenities they provide.

Negative experience: When you enter you are expected to fully sign up with a self serve kiosk that only accepts bank information, no credit card or debit card...

Fantastic experience: Quite clean and my favourite place to go for exercise. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Clean and well kept gym. Spacious and offers new amenities. Most members who go are respectful with social distancing, cleaning machines, and sharing equipment. There’s always staff around to help, answer questions, and oversee.

Negative experience: I’m so disappointed at management of April 1st Time 3 to 4 pm. I’m distant runner and I need in my training to run more than an hr: 1. I can’t book two slots connected to each-other in your system. 2. Employees here always let me to stay and finish my training and I always make sure to clean my treadmill. MOD of April 1st,2021 time between 3 to 4 pm forced me to stop my training immediately which led to a huge pain in my leg muscles. Did she even know or care about well being of members?! I doubt! When I raised my concern, she reminded me that I already paid the whole year money and can’t get it back!!! Did I ask you for refund? I asked you for respect. I know there are rules of 75 min each slot and I’m grateful staff always helped me to reach my training (except today) but as a big facility like this its your management responsibility to make sure to meet client’s needs. I dont even know why they call us VIP. There is nothing VIP about this centre. What if someone wants to do their long run at gym?!

Negative experience: Have been trying to reach someone off and on at this location for 2 weeks by phone...is it not staffed Online login continues to say wrong password even after resetting.

Negative experience: Got the mail for mask must be required last week and just saw some ppls walk around without mask lol, there had no stuffs around and warning them, kinda disappointed on the part. Everything else is good.

Positive experience: The first bike I got on didn't work. Not a big fan of the booking times.

Positive experience: Much better post black card member update at Bedford place mall. One thing I should point out is that one of the fly machines has been misaligned since this place opened and has never been repaired. It looks like a simple correction but just simply has never been done. This is a bit ridiculous but all the other gear is good and new.
