Positive experience: Solid gym. Not very big, but well equipped. Kept clean and the monthly is reasonable. Number one for me because it’s close to where I live and open 24/7.

Fantastic experience: Super helpful and awesome community. Both Kevin and Matt helped me get started as someone who has pretty near zero experience in working out. Gym was always intimidating, but they were extremely welcoming. All of my questions about the process were also answered in complete honesty and transparency. The community is very friendly and it doesn't get too overcrowded either. Awesome place to get started and the vibe keeps me accountable and wanting to work hard. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym location.
Negative experience: Had to Renew my payment information which I did late 2023. Early 2024 I suffered a stroke, and was not capable of any communicating for some time. In a short time I've apparently racked up $638.90 in fees. Was told they had my info with new payment before the stroke. Terrible company to deal with. I am currently on disability pay and now have this at collections. Thank you Anytime !! NOT!!

Negative experience: Make a long story short, Always read the fine print when canceling your membership at Anytime fitness. (Such a scam) Kevin the Manger needs to listen to his clients and NOT speak over them when talking. I've been training at multiple gyms and I must say that this gym is very clean thx to the ppl that work there. Amanda, Lucy, and Rutwan you guys are fantastic

Negative experience: The gym itself is fine. Dealing with this company for a membership and the cancelation process is something I will never do again.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of money . We can’t even cancel coz they sign you up in a contract for 12 months . Pay bi-weekly 31.64 plus every 6 months 21.47 club enhancement fee which is ridiculous coz there’s no change or improvement in the gym no extra workout equipments were even added . Think many times before signing up
Hi Sukhman, We are proud of our facility and the care we take of our equipment and of our members. The club enhancement fee is for items such as the maintenance of the club and upkeep and replacement of equipment as required. This is to limit any inconvenience to our members. The 12 month commitment does provide the most value however we do offer a variety of different short term options to accommodate the individual needs and fitness goals of our members. We believe in the importance of forming long-term healthy habits which allow our members to create lasting change in their lives. We don’t want health to be “just a phase”! We would love to discuss this further and help make healthy happen for you!

Fantastic experience: I like going to this location as it is very convenient. They have plenty of workout equipment to train with. The fact that it's 24h is also an added bonus. I enjoy working out here as I can get workouts in quick without having to wait for equipment. The staff are also very down to earth and friendly to help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: I come from out of town 3/4 days a week and frequent this location more than my hometown location at this point. Location is convenient, quiet, clean, etc. I have yet to deal with any of the staff as I go at night, however, any communication via email has always been prompt, courteous & extremely well written. Already had 2 of my buddies sign up with anytime and I’ll keep recommending anyone else that enjoys the “smaller” gym vibe (in comparison to some mega giants like GoodLife or Crunch).

Negative experience: .Amanda , the person who is in charge of the office had given me 10 days for trial.. But I said said , I am not interested and i will come on Saturday for canceling the plan, actually before 8 days I had already said to her, because of work schedule , I haven't been able to go the there on weekdays for canceling, so I took a appointment on Saturday for canceling, but she is simply scamming and saying that I have exceeded 12 days and without my consent, they started taking money from my account.
While we normally appreciate feedback. In your comments, you failed to mention that you and your brother came into our club and caused a disruption to the point that the police had to be called.

I go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and I see a lot of the members in the gym, they are all respectful and follow the gym rules. The 24 hour excess is great! You come workout whenever you want. Overall the best gym I have gone too.
Fantastic experience: Met with Amanda at their Cambridge location. Very friendly staff and clean facility. They have one on one training plans. Not the group workout training gym, if that’s what you are looking for. Overall it’s a grate place!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Not only are the staff (shout out to you, Lucy) and members friendly and supportive, but the gym is clean, well equipped and generally not busy. I also love using all the other AFs in the world(!) for free as part of my membership (although this location is my favourite)!

Fantastic experience: My experience in this gmy is fantastic. The reason I'm here is because lucy help me a lot. In the beginning I wait for response of the gmy and anyone tell me nothing. But lucy call me and tell me she give training free to see If I liked. I accept and I loved the way she explained she is amazing person. This gmy have wonderful people I feel very good in this gmy. I know have more gmy cheaper but lucy is in this gmy if a need some information she help me. I feel in home and more stronger and I want to continue here. Fantastic experience: I don't go to the gym nor do I live in this city, but I do go to weddings. Me and my friends were stuck in the parking lot getting ready for a wedding not being able to make it to our hotel in time and back to the venue so we stopped at anytime fitness, I called in and asked if we were able to use their washroom to quickly get ready because we had no where to go, I was promptly put on hold as the very nice lady asked her manager, sadly by the time she came out and said it was okay, we were done, we used the car mirrors and got ready in the car! But that doesn't mean they don't get 5 stars for agreeing for us to go in our time of need! Such a great management team. I'll forever be grateful anyways, thanks for letting us use your parking lot! Also, everyone including customers are very friendly and it's a wonderful atmosphere! I highly recommend this gym for FITNESS only!
