Negative experience: This was the first time I felt so uncomfortable. Even after I finished the one-year membership contract in this gym, my membership fee was deducted for three months in a row. Every time, I had to spend a lot of time contacting the manager for refund, and we didn't cancel it even for the third time. He didn't seem to be trying to help me cancel. I think it's a joke on the TV show that once you get a gym membership, you can never cancel it...

Fantastic experience: Just signed up and haven’t had a workout session yet but I’m already amazed at the face ID entry (no gym badge needed) and no activation fee. I think I’ve been gaslit in the past into thinking that all gyms are supposed to have expensive activation fees. Looking forward to trying out puppy yoga.

The facility offers a wide range of training equipment and they also offer different programs such as puppy yoga, boxing and muay thai. I highly recommend MBS fitness to anyone looking for a really good training facility

Fantastic experience: I had never tried yoga before, but when I saw that the gym was offering puppy yoga with Sasha, I decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be an incredible experience! Sasha guided the session with expertise, making it accessible for beginners like me. The presence of adorable puppies was a bonus that added joy and a unique twist to the practice. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and genuinely impressed with the overall atmosphere and the wonderful combination of yoga and furry companions. Highly recommend for both yoga newbies and dog lovers..

Fantastic experience: Great training instructions for all level. I came with no experience in Muay Thai. The basic of learning in incredibly and his knowledge is really out of this world. I 10/10 recommend him as your instructor!! Also the MBS fitness is such a great place to train and staff are super friendly

Fantastic experience: A great group of people. The staff here are super friendly and approachable. If you're worried about the overly packed, sometimes pretentious atmosphere you may find at most gyms...this gym if perfect for you! A good amount of equipment to get all your workouts in. Clean and organized. Side note....last Friday during one of my mid-session workouts I was invited to partake in a free ginger shot with a couple other gym members (whom I've never met before) provided by Itay (owner). Not that one should expect this but it just goes to show you the character of the people at this gym. Also...did I mention this gym had a sauna?!?!

They are happy to help answer questions and work with you to their best, for your best! Aside from loving their tunes lol, they have a really cool and intuitively designed logo to match the gym's spirit, and a great dedication to help you feel your best! Staying true to their motto, and full of legit moxie! My family felt very welcome and comfortable here, and we're thankful we were referred to this amazing gym by a great friend of ours! Even have some nice boxing equipment available, a basketball court, and a host of added benefits and options to try. ((Of course the thought of puppy yoga is hugely tempting!)) Thank you all for the experience, and anyone looking to go on a new fitness journey or even continue one, look no further! All shapes and sizes going down a road of confidence and boosting our health together! And they have a dry sauna available in their locker/washrooms facilities as a bonus. ;)

Fantastic experience: I love this gym so much. I was looking for a perfect gym for me as its my first time working out, gladly i found this one. All the people here are so nice and the trainors will really do their job to give you a good workout session. Highly recommended Its also kinda private unlike the other gyms that are crowded.

Negative experience: I have a disability and I want to work out. I found MBS Fitness and emailed them, letting them know that I have a physical disability, and I can’t walk. They got back to me and said that they have highly trained trainer suited for my disability. Yesterday, I went there because I had an appointment. One, I couldn’t even get into the building. It was not assessable. Two, the trainer was not there. Someone made a nice gesture that they would pay for the next session and let me know if my trainer is coming in, but I have not heard from them all day.Overall, if you have a disability and you want to work out it’s not the place for you.

Fantastic experience: My experience at MBS was amazing. MBS provides all the equipment you need to complete your workout aswell as a half court basketball net for anyone to shoot around on. They even provide the basketballs so you don't have to bring your own. Staff is amazing, super friendly and welcoming and gave me an all around great first time experience!
