Fantastic experience: I have been going to Physiomed /Anytime Fitness few years for the treatment of my lower back pain and little bit of gym workout. The gym manager introduceded me to Ali the Kinesiologist to fix my lower back. Ali is a very knowledgeable person and has been helping me manage my chronic low back pain with soft tissue releases and modalities, he pays great attention to detail when assessing my posture and overall general health. Along with lower back problem Ali corrected my technique for lifting weights and worked on strengthening my core by various flexibility exercises. Overall I'm very satisfied with this facility and would rate it 5 start.

Fantastic experience: It is a great gym, opens 24 hours, 7 days a week- even on Statutory holidays-is an absolute game-changer. It is incredibly convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. The staff are another highlight of this gym. They are consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to help with any questions or needs you might have. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: You'd expect members at a $70/mo gym to have basic weight / cleaning discipline which was the experience that I was getting in Anytime fitness Markham (And McMaster gym at Hamilton for similar price level). Welp Not at here. Good amount of people never put back their weights, and even when they do it's never organized. This makes finding the weights unnecessarily difficult. People run around looking for the weights in an already limited space, and take weights off other people's rack mid-set. Some people never clean the equipment even though the staffs already made the sanitizers easily accessible and conveniently can be carried around. Not sure if it's more of a Mississauga problem though The staffs and some members here are very nice of course. But there's only so much you can do I guess

Fantastic experience: Great sense of community in a gym surrounded by restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. I once lost my wallet and someone courteously returned it to the manager who gave me a call so I can pick it up :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this gym for over 4 years and it honestly is the best gym I’ve been to. Shane and his staff are the kindest people and they go above and beyond to ensure the members are happy and satisfied. All the machines are well maintained and always clean. It’s a peaceful gym and it’s open 24/7 so you can go anytime you want. This gym has everything you need!

Fantastic experience: Shane is probably the best gym manager I will ever come across in my lifetime. Whenever there is an issue that I have to deal with like membership issues, holding or freezing my account or transaction problems, Shane makes it the easiest most courteous interaction ever, everytime I go in thinking I'm not going to have it go my way Shane surprises me and takes the service above and beyond what he has to do to make sure his members are happy and comfortable. He makes the commitment to gym that much easier knowing he has your back no matter the situation, let alone the way he cares for the condition of his gym and it's functionality. 10/5 best gym manager to ever step foot in Mississauga, probably even all of Ontario.
Negative experience: Avoid this gym at all costs. It’s very small there’s barely any machines. You can go to powerhouse or la fitness and that will be a much better option. The member fees are ridiculous even with their new “summer student special” it ends up costing $75 monthly. You’d be better off going to LA Fitness which includes a better deal for your money.
Fantastic experience: to be frank this gym is one of the nicest gyms i’ve been in. going all around the gyms in mississauga i found a lot of problems with having to stop my air-pods every second to ask others if they’re using the machine. and making my schedule based upon the gym instead of the gym based on my schedule. which irritated me a lot. Some days i would have planned to go to the gym however i would have to work overtime and the gym would’ve closed. Here i don’t have that problem the gym works around my schedule instead no matter when i get off work i can come here and workout because it’s 24/7. It’s a peaceful gym i’ve been coming here for some time and i’ve never had to deal with a toxic member or a member who’s hogging the machines. everyone’s nice and it’s close to my house. So whenever i need to no matter the time i walk here as cardio and workout

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at this specific gym for over 10 years. It feels like home; the staff are welcoming and the equipment and environment is regularly well maintained. The manager/physio head, Shane, is polite, welcoming, experienced and great with his clients. This gym is one of the cleanest gyms in the GTA! Not as crowded as other gyms in the area. This gym has all the essentials needed for your fitness means and it WILL get the job done.

Fantastic experience: The gym isn’t too crowded, plenty of space to move around. All the equipment has been maintained well. The staff is really nice, especially Daniel and the manager Shane. Shane really went out of his way to get my airpods case when it fell into the StairMaster. Shout out the 2 of them

Fantastic experience: I've been using this gym for 3+ years. Never had a single complaint. It's very clean and very well kept, and they have a good selection of equipment. I especially love the fact that it's 24/7 so I can pop in anytime (hence their name). Also, their staff is also very friendly, especially Shane. I'd definitely recommend this gym.

Negative experience: Most expensive gym with very small area. In this much money you can go any other big gym with lot of other facilities like pool, massage chairs or more … stay away
Hello Manpreet, Our prices are corporately set as we have 6700 locations. We are a small neighborhood gym in a plaza. When you came in for the tour you saw the facility but I think you missed what makes our location special. This is a community and we have a small amount of members, so you never have to line up even during peak hours. This is unheard of at other facilities. And we are true 24/7 gym so we never close Even on holidays. We are sorry that you find our prices too high but again this is cost of running a business in a very busy local plaza with high rent. Hope you will think about this and reconsider us . Happy new year
Negative experience: Bad management, they don’t have a minimum of honesty, making a tricky contract with new people especially the new comers to the country by making them sign contracts directly without reading and telling them (don’t worry) it’s just contract showing you as a members and you can leave any time because you pay biweekly , but when you want to stop this membership then they show you other faces of tricks, they start asking you to pay for the end of contract and put an intrest for the amount, as a former members we are going now to the lawyer just to let everyone know about this situation and this place
Negative experience: Me and my husband wanted to try the gym and see how it goes so we saw on their website that they are having a free trial for a week, we were like that's a good way to check out the gym and get the membership as it's close to our house. So we went there and told the staff about the trail he was like let me talk to the manager he came back saying sorry the free trial is ended like then delete it from your website so people don't waste their time. We were like okay let us workout for 30 min he is like sorry staff time is gonna end soon and plus the gym is not free like it was free he just did not wanted us to workout. And now they just lost 2 people from getting the membership. Please update your website and do not just take someone's money if you do not provide a good customer service.

Regarding the free trial, we do not participate in the 7 day pass but we do let local residents try the facility for one day during staff hours only. It also state that the pass is only valid at participating locations as each location is independently owned and operated. The website is corporate site and that's why it says to contact the location before to find out more and to book . I think it was a little misunderstanding and I invite you to call me at 905-812-7669 (Shane) and I will make sure that we can change your experience as you are our neighbor and we are a gym that is proud to be a member of our amazing community .

Fantastic experience: The 10th Line location is clean, well-maintained and has a good selection of machines and free weights. There are regular upgrades to the facility and the staff are helpful.

Negative experience: This anytime fitness location is poorly maintained. Free weights are mismatched, grips of the weights are worn and outdated. Benches are trash. Machines are outdated and are missing weights. The studio is only for physiomed and apparently not for members. Also only 2 bathrooms. No one cleans machines or anything . The only good thing this gym has, is the cable machine and the cardio machines are decent. But compared to other anytime fitness locations in the GTA this place is ghetto.
Hi Kiran First I would like to thank you for leaving a feed back for us . We value all the feed back from guests. We did not find you in our database as I wanted to reach out to you personally and ask you about how we can improve more on the facility and guest experience. We have about 7 bench at the facility and all are in good shape without any tears or rips in the cushioning. I'm very proactive to send any part of chairs or benches or machines to our leather repair shop and get them fixed. Our repair person for the machines is actually a member of our facility and he's very proactive in fixing all the machines as he uses them all the time himself. I would like to invite you to give me a call at the office so I can get some more feedback on how we can make your experience better in our facility. I signed a one-year contract without automatic renewal with this branch and when my membership was nearing its end, I went in person and spoke with the manager himself, Shawn, to request and assure cancellation of my membership (I also sent an email requesting cancellation and haven’t gotten a response at all). Turns out it was never cancelled and they kept taking money from my credit card. I got in touch with Shawn to discuss the issue and he refused to give me my money back. Stay away from this gym if you value your money.
Fantastic experience: Great neighborhood gym. Never too crowded. Their physiomed service is one of the best features as you can have your insurance cover it. The space is not too big but enough for you to have a good workout. Definitely give them a try. All the staff working there are also very friendly.

Hi Sal The most important part of our business is transparency. We're a neighbourhood gym with limited number of members. People come here because we are clean and quiet. No one is just a number here. And we have the most options between all the gyms in the area. One year , six months and month to month memberships . So people can register for something they're comfortable with . I will definitely invite you back to come in and try out our facility. You are always our guest and we are always here to help you make the right decision for yourself.

Negative experience: It's way too expensive for what it offers. Gyms in this area are like 10 to 15 dollars A MONTH, and these guys charge 30 bucks every other WEEK. Way too much, nothing against the staff or gym itself, just way too expensive, and it takes the management forever to fix broken machines.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I've been going to this gym for a few months now. I have a year membership. Plan on visiting other locations however this one has pretty much been the home base. It's never really crowded, it's a good personal gym. You'll find everything you need to work out here. Plus it's open 24/7. The staff are friendly, owner of the place has a good vibe. You just might not find everything in the correct place but if you've been going awhile it's not really a problem like it's not for me. Plus there's people going in at morning, afternoon, evenings, and nights. The music playlist isn't that bad either should you go without your own headphones. The place really has improved a lot and Shane (the owner) is only working harder to keep implementing change. He's essentially running 2 businesses at this location. And if you have any problems just go and talk to him, he's really an outstanding guy.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a gem for me. Location is perfect. I can get groceries, coffee and eat in different restaurants nearby. The clean and organization are excellent. If you like to have a personal gym, this is for you. The few people here makes easier to use all the equipment without lining up. The most important that this new owner cares about members. You would feel incentive and happy to exercise here.

Negative experience: Wasn't allowed to use my free trial bc I don't have ID from here yet. Was also told that their 7 day trial is a lie and it's only 1 day now. Daily drop in is $15
Hi Edward We don't understand what is the reason for the one star even you have never been to our facility. We are very sorry about your experience calling our location. Almost all of ATF locations don't do 7 day trials at this moment. And as per our regulations free trials are only for people living in proximity of the facility with ID showing the address. Free trial mean it's for people that live nearby to figure if it's a correct location for them . So this will stop people just visiting and looking for free access to a gym . It also states on the website to call and make sure if the location does 7 day trials.
Fantastic experience: I love the place very accessible, and management is doing a great job of maintaining it. The only downside is the people who come to train without using deodorant.

Fantastic experience: Great place, welcoming, accommodating, we had some issues with our membership, they didn't care, invited us in and let us work out anyways. The place is a great place, plenty of great equipment, and is a very good environment with lots of extras physio, athletic therapy, etc.

Negative experience: One of the most pathetic places to be around. Would not recommend to anyone. The management is stubborn and doesn't care about its members at all. They cancelled my membership for a lame reason and I believe its just because of racism. One star for this place means that was the bare minimum at google as they dont allow you to post the review. Its pricier and goodlife and other fitness facilities are far better than this. Commute is the only convenient point that Anytime is currently leveraging to exploit its members. I was one of the loyal member at this place and it has proven to be a disgraceful and distasteful experience of life. Unprofessionalism at its finest, this location takes the award on this one. To anyone thinking of joining , DON'T! I highly recommend you reconsider !!! I am moving to other fitness facilities that takes care of its members and can offer value to its clients/members.
