Fantastic experience: Really personable staff. Not busy at night!

Negative experience: They scammed me for 70$ to buy the keyfob for 7 days free trial, and promised me that i can return it after that. They didn't accept to return it after the free trial is over.

Negative experience: The new manager Robin is really rude, very aggressive and pushy selling techniques, took money without my consent from account, then when i asked for explanation, he yelled at me and called me all sort of things. Can’t believe this person even works in customer service. Truly awful person

Negative experience: Everyone in your gym has earphones. So why do you blast music so loudly when it may not be to everyone's taste? Is the onsite manager setting the volume? You can do better anytime fitness.

Fantastic experience: Petite salle ouverte 24/24h et 7/7j très utile quand vous pris par le temps. Les différentes machines et accessoires sur places vous permettent de vous entraîner très convenablement et à un niveau élevé !

Negative experience: Je m’entraîne ici depuis plusieurs années avant tout était correct mais maintenant depuis un certain temps les nouveaux employés ne nettoie pas le gym ça traine partout c’est extrêmement bordélique on à de la misère à marcher tellement les poids traine partout. De plus il y a 4 semaines ils ont retiré beaucoup de machines et il ne les on pas remplacé….

Negative experience: The worker was very rude she’s vacuuming at 2:30 disturbing peoples work outs I was doing a set on the purple carpet because they’re not a lot of room and she decides to vacuum right beside my head and then un plugs and walks over with a serious attitude saying move to the side and do ur set over there ur disturbing people meanwhile the gyms open 24/7 and she needed to vacuum the clean gym at 2:30 when it’s already small and there is 10 people here I wouldn’t spend my money to be told mid set to move when they’re isn’t much space anyway and if I was doing a sled workout on the carpet I would’ve been fine very rude wouldn’t pay for the at all! Small rude staff would avoid

His help exceeded my expectations and I am more confident than ever that I'll be able to reach my goals. I can't recommend Anytime Fitness, Hull enough! :)

Negative experience: I am giving it a one star because of the ventilation, you feel in a prison there, not good ventilation at all, they sometimes open the door so the fresh air can go in but it’s not enough, you feel tired so quickly.

Fantastic experience: Je n'ai jamais vu une salle de sport pareille, Coach hyper sympas, respect, propreté, sécurité, écoute active du client et disponibilité de tous le matériel. J'y retournerai dès mon retour au Canada. Je recommande à tous le monde, vous n'allez jamais le regretter.

Positive experience: No staff to greet you when you go even during opening hours to get a membership. But when I went there during office hours, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Totally changed my experice

I have been with Anytime since 2019. This gym has given me immense support and good memories. I love all Anytime Fitness branches in Gatineau! Negative experience: Don't go there. Gym environment should be quiet, non discriminatory and should refrain from hiring insecure, unprofessional people as staff! One of the TRAINERS made fun of me with her little gang. She said "why bother coming to the gym if you're already skinny" and made fun of me for drinking Gatorade. She kept glancing in my direction and was louder than the loud music playing, it was the weirdest experience! At least management let me cancel my trial period without any issues.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 management, Fergus is really friendly and has fostered a great gym environment. Everything is clean and works well, and it is very well kitted out for a small space.

Fantastic experience: I’ve lived in Hull for the past few years and I’ve very much enjoyed going to this gym. It is a small space, but this was never an issue in my experience. The staff is friendly and they do a good job keeping the space clean. I unfortunately needed to cancel my membership because I am moving to another country. Although I had some communication issues with the staff in attempt to cancel my membership… the management really stepped up and responded to the miscommunication with integrity and respect. The management’s capacity to take responsibility for their errors really showed me how much they care for their member’s experiences. I really appreciated this. Thank you for this great local gym in Hull :)

Fantastic experience: I met with Fergus Pearson this afternoon to finish signing up for the “free” trial period. I was overwhelmed, when I first arrived but after I was taken on a tour, Fergus answered all of my concerns with ease, explaining details I wouldn’t have known to ask. He was definitely the right person to introduce me to this next journey in my life, as he has a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry, along with suggestions on how to pace myself going forward. Positive experience: Salle de sport complète, assez fréquentée mais tout de même agréable. Beaucoup d'espace, beaucoup de machines. À éviter aux heures de pointes, mais parfaite en pleine journée avant 16h et les soirs à partir de 19h. Tarifs intéressants mais pas très adapté à un abonnement moyenne durée.

Fantastic experience: I have signed up for gym memberships before at other gyms but never kept them up, but Nathan K the manager of the Hull location made the sign up process so easy and welcoming that for the first time in my life I actually enjoy going to the gym! Every time I go with my girlfriends we are greeted a warm smile and an enthusiastic greeting. I would recommend this gym to anyone wanting to work on themselves from beginner to advanced. :)

Gym includes all the neccessary/important equipment for you to work at your 100% potential on your physical health goals. Totally recommended!!!
