Fantastic experience: I was a member of Planet Fitness, but a location in a different city. Joined for one month. In that one month, I had lost 25 pounds as my weight had went from 265 down to 240. I did 5-6 hours of cardio a day on the different machines. My goal weight is 150.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, they welcomed me and my Friend in a respectful way. They guided us honestly through the entire signing up process. The tour was really great and informative. They answered all our questions honestly and clearly. The gym is really clean and it has all what I need in a gym. The spa area also is neat and unique Big Thanks to employee of the Year Madi

Negative experience: It is pretty bad that they changed their hours after it used to be 24/7. I was a member at this gym and used to love it. Also, I was going to sign up again soon, but after they made this big change of hours just to save some money, it proved my point in which they don't care about customers at all. What a disappointment...

Negative experience: It will be helpful if they can start by 5.00 am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday so I can benefit from using it before going to work . Other than that it’s good clean facilities and little bit of maintenance need to be taken for threadmill because sometimes I see belt slips while running in threadmill.

Negative experience: They reduced hours, not 24/7 any longer. This does not fit my schedule. Customer support is terrible. They seem to be more concerned about the bottom line than the customer. I also had items stolen from the locker room. Customer beware!

Positive experience: Everything about this gym is amazing from the people who workout here to the employees, except for their employees that lives in his van and uses the gym as his own personal bathroom, in the middle of night he pisses in jugs and tosses it all over the parking lot, then we are walking in it and bring it in the gym. Had an amazing experience with him on ester weekend. Apparently he thinks the parking lot is home and will come and shoot you the finger and flash his high beams at you for sitting in your car before entering. He does not like people sitting with their lights on. He pulls his van up front leaves it running and walks in the gym to use the bathroom and creep on the girls in here

Fantastic experience: Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Negative experience: Great staff clean gym, great equipment but can someone please fix the broken stuff... Clock and TV's haven't worked in over a month, front door only opens halfway. I've been to Enterprise and none of these things are issues there.

Negative experience: I went gym shopping yesterday and went to planet fitness in the hopes of looking around to see if I wanted to sign up. The person at the front desk initial said she was working alone so could only go through the membership options, then another employee came behind the desk. While seeing that I said okay can we look around the gym now ? She said no. I am working alone (even with the other person there..) and I you are not allowed to walk around on your own to look. Super weird vibe! Not sure why two people not in gym clothes couldnt have a quick 5 minute look around. Absolutely will never give these people my money. Front desk person wasnt helpful or warm or welcoming. If you have any kind of anxiety about working out this is NOT the place.

Positive experience: Planet Fitness is great by far my favorite gym. Staff is super friendly. Place is clean and members are also friendly. The only thing I wish is PF had heavier free weights.

Negative experience: they say free training but they not even give proper direction for new commers how to use the machines. when we ask them which one to start,they tell which ever you like.

Fantastic experience: Love this location! It's practically spotless! Super friendly staff, great size with new machines I haven't seen at other PF locations. I love that the tanning beds actually get you tanned..lol ***absolutely hate the new hours. It's difficult to get there, and if I do make it during the day, it's crammed with everyone trying to fit in their workout during the new hours.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout for the price. 17$ taxes in for the standard membership. Cleanest gym I've ever been to. All the equipment is always in clean working condition. Very friendly staff. Good comfortable environment if you're a newer gym goer. I'm getting back into the game and felt that this was a great place to start. If you're thinking of joining a gym join planet fitness.

Negative experience: Too many rules, there’s a dirty little man that follows you around, making sure that you’re wiping off machines. Literally if you don’t do it on his time, he will follow you around and single you out. If you answer your cell phone even on headphones, he will do the same thing. Overall it’s not an enjoyable experience. I have since cancelled!. I always wipe off my machines by the way, I was just picking new music so I was scrolling on my phone and the man had a problem. Being aggressive with your clientele lol it’s a no for me!.

Fantastic experience: Vow ! such a fascinating gym. I love exercises and workouts and this could be the best place , I never saw such a great variety of gym equipments any where elase. Every piece of equipment carries a user manual as well. After every use , every user is required to disinfect the part of the machine being used with nearby disinfecting material .

Negative experience: Today I came into this location and in the middle of my workout I got a phone call from my business. I happened to be speaking arabic at the time. A female patron felt that it was necessary to tell me that I should be speaking English instead. Not only is it not her business what it is I speak about, and to whom and in what language but I felt that was unnecessary and a bit racist in my opinion. I have already canceled my membership and will no longer be coming to this gym or any other location for that matter. I have spoken with management but it seems like they just pushed it under the table. A gym is not supposed to be a poisonous environment .

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Planet Fitness for about a year now and the service has always been professional. If I ever leave one of my belongings behind I never fret it'll be stolen for I am confident a good team member shall retrieve and return it as usual. I left my bracelet behind the other day and a kind lady named Dipanshi had it ready for me in a plastic bag when I asked for it at the counter. I always love good service!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Unfriendly staff specifically Sulux who is very displeasing and rude.

Positive experience: I am a member of the PF by Lauzon Prkwy and found out that my basic membership doesn't include the use of the PF Walker location. Didn't get to check it out yet. The staff at Lauzon is pretty friendly and I'm pretty sure they would arrange for me to try out the other facility for a day at no cost.

Positive experience: Wonderful gym, great starter gym. very comfortable and easy to move around, know where which equipment are, friendly staff, easy to understand pictures and description on machines for those who might not know right away how to use it. Only reason why I switched, unfortunately, is because I maxed out on their dumbbells (max is 60lbs), no barbells (45lb) to add plates, no chest press benches, lack of variety of machines, only smith machines, it is not the worst, but if you want to level up or hit PRs, this might not be the gym for you. otherwise I loved my time at this gym it was a great environment

Fantastic experience: Nice Gym with neat and clean environment. The staff is friendly, the washrooms are clean. the lockers are also clean. There is good amount of sanitizing stations with good supplies.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Great set of equipment, good support staff. None of the members bother anyone. Adequate cleaning stations to sanitize equipment after use. Don't forgot to try out their water massage beds and chairs.

Negative experience: The customer service is terrible. There is a one guy, Gio. I've had many problems with him. And the manager madison Was not very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to work out, so much equipment and very judgement free. Lots of treadmills and ellipticals. Machines count your reps and there is a timer for your intervals. After your work out you can tan in their stand up or lay down tanning beds and also there is hydro massage beds and chairs as well! Membership price is low with no commitment. Overall just a wonderful experience!

ALL of the staff is always helpful and SO friendly, especially Ryan B - always going above and beyond to make it a great interaction and experience for gym goers! Most definitely improved the Walker Rd location's environment. Appreciate that they polietely enforce the rules in place to keep it safe and comfortable for everyone.

Negative experience: Stretching room and classes are mediocre in comparison to other clubs, and barbells were no more than 60 lbs. I was accused of swearing (I don't swear very much), and grunting (which I don't do intentionally like some people). Was told to lower my weight which is basically a quitter thing and was labeled as "intimidating" (I don't even look like a tattooed bodybuilder). Asked if they knew anything about fitness and they claimed it didn't matter (took that as a no). Got kicked out for disagreeing and so I canceled my membership the next day. So unless you just want to lose weight and are on a shoe string budget, this place is not for you

Fantastic experience: My wife and I visited Planet Fitness a couple of weeks ago to join as well as to make use of the promotion (one month free membership), Camille helped us in the initial membership setup and a walk through the center. It is one of the cleanest gym I have been to and a very friendly staff you would encounter. As a Black card member, I was able to take one additional person for free. If you were couple, I highly recommend choosing a Black card membership to make use of the Hydromassage, Tanning, and Total Body Enhancement as well as you could take one partner for free. It is a good GYM for beginner, intermediate as well as advanced. My wife and I are beginner and have enjoyed visiting Planet Fitness. I highly recommend this GYM.

Fantastic experience: This planet fitness was very well maintained.. not only did I disinfect my equipment but they also had staff walking around cleaning as well. The locker rooms were very clean and well maintained as well. I was just a "guest" at the club, but I was welcomed to utilize all the amenities. Overall I had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: With a plethora of equipment, well staffed, clean and they are always maintaining the cleanliness of the facility it is hard to find a complaint. With the black card, the added value of services makes the cost savings pay for itself to be honest.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a local gym to join since gyms have reopened this summer and have taken a look at a couple facilities recently. Cleanliness and COVID protocols are very important to me in a time like this and I’m happy to share that this gym takes it very seriously. I came in and was greeted by a friendly staff and they were committed to providing a comfortable experience. An associate named Mady took the time to show me the spotless facility and helped answer all of my questions about their membership options. I don’t usually write reviews, but this time around was a unique experience where I felt really excited to be part of their community. Looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: It’s a great place to work out at. It’s very clean and organized and the staff are very friendly. Me and my husband have Been helped by Stefan when we first wanted to join and he had a big role in us joining he would go above and beyond to help the members. It’s always nice to see his and camille’s welcoming face when we get there. I would really recommend this place for anyone who would like a friendly clean and safe environment to join.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym in Windsor and I love working out here. It is clean and all the machine work perfectly fine. They have professional employees and trainer whom you can ask anything and Stefan is one of the great guy and teachs a lot about fitness.

Fantastic experience: Best gym As a student it’s hard to keep up with all the fees and charges going through my account, but after going and asking for some help, Ryan helped solve all my problems, made it a great experience and even gave me some great advice. Out of all the gyms I’ve been to, this one is the most user friendly and helping gym I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: Stefan is a wonderful employee! Constantly doing something; ie cleaning, checking in guests, communicating with staff. He acts like a friend behind the counter which makes working out a little less intimidating. Planet Fitness Walker has A+ staff and is a very clean gym! 10/10 do recommend.
