Fantastic experience: This location is one of the cleanest gym in Woodbridge

Positive experience: Been to many fit4less and this gym is missing a lot of machines for this much of space. I have seen smaller ones with more equipment. This gym definitely needs one more peck deck machine, and maybe inline bar bench in the black room. Hope this helps as a feedback.

Fantastic experience: I went to this subway today and a girl working there was so nice and polite to me she made the best ever veggie sandwich with her experience and expertise that she deserves the five starts store is renovated and it looks much inviting and better thank you for the best service

Negative experience: There is a lady, colorful skin, always staying in the office behind closed doors and not available to provide any service including massage chair and hydro massage. Dont waste your money at this branch.

Positive experience: Yes, its small. And yes, the black card area has barely any equipment. But It's a fit4less, what did you expect?

Negative experience: I've been a member of Fit4less for 4 months, and I have to say I'm quite disappointed with their approach to equipment maintenance. While the gym itself has a lot of potential with its wide range of machines and spacious layout, the constant issues with broken or poorly maintained equipment are a major drawback. On multiple occasions, I've noticed that machines are either broken or malfunctioning. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their maintenance practices to ensure a better environment for all members.

Negative experience: Multiple machines consistently broken and takes a long time to repair, if you forget your membership card and staff is there they refuse to accept proof of membership payment/receipt and only accept ID.

Positive experience: Its decent. It doesn't have a lot of essential machines in my opinion. Also, far too many cardio machines and not enough equipment for weight training--especially noticeable during peak hours

Positive experience: Enjoy this gym quite a lot, been coming here for 6+ years. However, it is no longer as cleanly and tidy as it use to be. Especially the restrooms. Please find a solution for this, members would appreciate it.

Negative experience: I was very specific in my request to cancel my membership here at the gym but I am still being charged on a monthly basis to this day. I have gone in multiple times to rectify the situation to no avail. One of the biggest reason was the terrible customer service. Be weary of this gym

Negative experience: Extremely dark place very low lighting and less equipments to use there...

Negative experience: The staff at this gym were extremely rude. When I called on Friday at 3 PM to inquire about an unauthorized $70 renewal fee, the person who answered was very unhelpful. He refused to give me his name and told me to speak with the manager, who wasn't available. He said the manager would be back the next day. When I called again the next day, the same person answered and said the manager still wasn't available and to call on Monday. He then told me I wouldn't be able to get my money back, which he wasn't authorized to say. When I asked for his name again, he refused. This place is very frustrating, and I am unhappy with this gym.

Positive experience: Big space, and to just go and work out it's fine. All the usual emmenities are present, and seem in great shape. There are a few machines that you'd like to think were doubled that aren't. The WiFi's a little slow, but it's free (Comme ci, comme ca). I've been to better locations, but also FAR worse.

Positive experience: Quite busy and have to wait for accessing the equipments

Negative experience: Crowded and machines are always broken.

Negative experience: I've been a member of Fit4Less since 2018, and I recommended it to my friend. We both came to this location, but my friend forgot her card. So, I told the rep inside, and she pressed a button on the remote, but my friend didn't know when the rep presses the button, she can come in. Because there were no instructions given to her A black, overweight lady was working at that time, and because my friend couldn't understand, she made a weird, angry face and hand gestures, and screamed at her. I never expected this kind of behavior from Fit4Less employees. I've never had a bad experience at my Oshawa home branch. I'm disappointed by this kind of customer treatment.

Positive experience: Thank you for addressing this issue. Please fix the faucet for the drinking fountain by the change rooms/lockers. There is plenty of fresh water being wasted for nearly 2 months. I am notifying the establishment here in a review and being asked to communicate with them elsewhere away from the public eye. Give everything else a rest, guys .. please just get the water tap fixed .. it's not that difficult. Let me know if you need assistance with it, and I'll fix it for you. The gym is pretty good otherwise with plenty of equipment, in great working order.

Fantastic experience: Langstaff and Steeles are the cleanest and have the best staff. It's not easy to achieve a high standard these days.

Positive experience: I have one single concern, this is the fact that the males bathroom doesn’t have hand soap since I started coming to this gym which is one month ago!. I would really love if management would be paying more attention to the cleanliness of this place!!!

Positive experience: You pay for what you get. If a machine breaks, it’s broken for a month minimum.

Negative experience: Super rude customer service, no one nice to talk to about any issues here. Also they charge you for every little step (big fee for signing up, 30 day fees for cancellation), so it doesn't even end up being that must cheaper than other gyms where you're getting way more value

Fantastic experience: Her name Shiela she is so good humble nature freindly. She is very sweet and loyal for customer service She know how treat with valuable customers. She not only value the customer but also creat friendly atmosphere where everyone should feel comfortable. She also respect the gym equipment and always seeks other to do the same. Overall great personality and beautiful soul

Positive experience: A smaller location compared to those in the area and could get busy fast. The Black Card area could use more equipment, but it's still manageable.

Fantastic experience: Cold Showers . Almost freeze to death.

Positive experience: I forgot my black card at home today and I was welcomed in after verifying my identity. However, I was told that I have to buy new card even though the last time I forgot my card was few months ago. She explained in an unpleasant language that forgetting the card more than three times then I’ll not be allowed in unless I buy new card. I’ve been a member for several years. Most of club workers are nice. But treating me like I’ve done something so bad and make me feel uncomfortable ruins the gym experience. Overall it’s good gym. Nice and clean and all variety of body building equipment will be found here.

Negative experience: Poor excuse for a gym extremely dirty it has mice running around which doesn't make sense cause they don't sell food. recently a bunch of homeless people started living here. one digs through the trash then touches every weight and machine in there and yells as he lifts he then sucks the entire water fountain with his vile mouth. staff sucks too if bathrooms are dirty they just close it instead of cleaning. if a machine breaks it'll take about a month to get it running again music shuts off half the time I get its cheap but this is disgusting

Fantastic experience: Helpful advice on the phone!

Positive experience: It's cheap, so you get what you payed for. Has been getting crazy crowded lately, you would have to wait your turn on most equipment. This was my case around 8-9pm. Lack of choice for equipment too, and I only realized this after I went to another gym. The reason im not giving it 5 stars is due to a lack of supervisors or a head office. If you have a problem or complaint, they dont care and no one would be able to resolve it. There are some nice employees, but they have very limited resources. I specifically had an issue with a payment, however no-one was able to resolve it.

Negative experience: Terrible service and when calling to speak to a manager…..nobody on site”just host” had issue with my credit card. The host did not want to identify himself. Unable to resolve the issues. Had no problem charging my credit card. Do not recommend facility. No customer service

Negative experience: Disappointed at how long it takes to repair some machines. For example the shoulder press has been down for almost 3 months now and still not repaired. Earlier this past summer the leg extension machine was down for about the same amount of time before it got repaired.

Positive experience: Black card area is small and has too much space wasted on cardio equipment. Not the worst 4less location but not the best

Negative experience: Seriously disappointed in this gym. The only reason I switched gyms was because of location, its closer to where I work now, otherwise I would have stayed at my other gym. I work out in the morning before work and these are the issues: 1. There is no proper change and shower area, there are rooms for changing, rooms for shower (both with no mirrors) and a tiny shelf in the communal women's bathroom to use as a vanity to get ready. 2. The gym floors are so dirty, and that is not to blame the gym team solely, it has everything to do with the people who use the amenities. 3. The morning staff is not friendly.

Positive experience: Membership is dirty cheap and for the price the equipment variety is good and well maintained. Downside is the absence of showers. There are lockers for a backpack and you need to bring a lock, you can change in a small room and put your clothes in your backpack. There are hangers for a jacket. Is very good and very cheap if only thing you do is lifting weights. With no showers I wouldn't suggest for sweaty cardio.

Fantastic experience: This 5 star review is not for the facility but for their 2 employees Alex and Sheila. They are so amazing at what they do. I go to 4 different Fit4Less locations and these 2 employees do so much more than combined the entire other employees. My hats off to you two. Keep up the great work.

Positive experience: Good gym but there are always problems with the showers… It gets really annoying specially when you only have time to go to the gym before work and you’re not able to shower. Please invest in fixing the showers

Positive experience: Sammy the bull gravano and john gotti said when they were in prison, the prison guards use to raise the temperature on them on the water in the shower so they would scream and burn. They couldnt get out and would bang on shower walls. Anyhow, sammy the bull gravano and john gotti came to Fit4Less on langstaff, and both said the showers in prison were cold in comparison. Thanks.

Positive experience: Can you please fix the machine in the picture 9/10 times it's either broken or has an out of order sign on it. Kindly repair or replace at your earliest convenience before someone seriously injures themselves. Thank you

Negative experience: Terrible costumer service skills, would definitely not go to this one. The blond lady at the front seat is disrespectful and has no manners. As someone was trying to come in but didn’t have their card on them the lady was looking at her and purposely was not attending to her. She had ask someone to open the door that was at the entrance without knowing it was an emergency door. After the ringer buzzed out she finally go to her after waiting for at least 10 minutes at the door. She was screaming at her and being very disrespectful and I got uncomfortable as a person who goes to the gym to clear their mind And not be disturbed. Horrible employees and needs to be changed. Hasn’t happened once but many times she was very rude and not respectful to other people. Always on her phone, doesn’t even care for her job. Managers should re- interview these workers terrible people

Positive experience: Good affordable gym, smallish gym, only complaint is the lack of gym equipment. Most weight training equipment has only one per excerise, so if the gym is busy , good luck.

Negative experience: The gym is good. Then why 2 stars?? I wished the showers were open 24/7 as well most of the things we cant use without staff after staff hours, but shower is one thats available at most locations but here uts when staffs present.

Fantastic experience: I go in the mornings and there is a lot of machines and weights for the amount of people at that time. After 6:00pm on weekdays though, goodluck finding equipment!

Fantastic experience: Good gym and affordable price compared to amenities and services included. You can access them anytime it is usually busy in the peak hours rest. The gym is perfectly good to go. A few machines are under maintenance that to very less. Usually the crowd is also good you make a lot of friends you socialize, and the best part is you hit gym together. All in all must go if you’re having a black card membership it’s going to give you another area where equipments are vacant and you can have your private exercise time.

Positive experience: I've been going here for a few months now. They have everything you need to get a good workout. My only criticism is that the showers close at 10 pm and the cleaning supplies after hours sometimes run out.

Negative experience: Absolute trash of a Gym. Disgusting and dirty all around. I guess that’s what you expect from fit 4 less.

Positive experience: Good gym, best bang for the buck. Only issue is how busy it gets and the constant push to get a black card (they made a black card only section)

Positive experience: Have been visiting firforless from last 4 years and never had any problems with exercise but yesterday treadmill weren’t working properly, I hd to switch to another machine 3 times.

Positive experience: It’s alright to workout at this location but one thing I noticed, It’s dirty beside and under the machines. Request to employees please clean it.

Negative experience: Visited this gym because its close to work, and I commute for an hour. No showers available, changeroom is just tiny stalls off the main gym. No outlets available for use. Newmarket location is better. Cancelled gym membership and signed up to a better gym.

Positive experience: The location is nice and for a budget gym, it has a lot of weights and equipment. However, these past few months I have noticed a decline in maintenance- floor is dusty and dirty, some spray bottles and paper towel dispensers are empty.

Negative experience: I am currently at Fit4Less Langstaff to begin my membership, I arrived during supposed staffed hours and there is no one here??? How am I supposed to proceed?? It is 11:34am, posted signage says staff onsite from 11am-4pm.

Positive experience: Frustrating gym. I really like the location and staff are very friendly. I do find it dirty more than before. Washrooms, Empty spray bottles, not paper towels etc… TV’s are rarely working lately. Price is great but improvement’s in cleanliness and get the TVs working please. Makes the workout go by faster . I get that it’s a budget priced gym but with the amount of staff walking around no reason for it not to be clean.

Negative experience: Good place, when it works. Machines stay broken for months at a time. Be aware of that if you need a specific machine and if it breaks down.

Negative experience: Not a fan. Conjested gym with older equipment compared to other Fit4less locations. Less than half the size of the Fit4less I usually go to, and has no "black card" area. Lacks equipment in general, many of the machines are only 1 in quantity. Update edit: still using this gym since it is cheap. They made a small room in the corner as a “black card” area now (previously U used Mississauga’s Millcreek Fit4less, and the black card area there is almost as big as this entire gym). The equipment still lacks big time here. One pec fly machine in the whole gym, and it has been broken for more than a month… never go during busy hours

Positive experience: I just started this gym, I find it to be cleaned and the equipments needed for a full body workout is available. The only downfall is, the showers aren’t open 24/7. I usually go in early before work, so having the showers open would be something to consider.

Positive experience: The gym is nice and equipment is in good condition, can find whatever you need here. It can get quite busy even to the point where only cardio machines are left, but that's expected considering the price. The owner should look into getting professional full cleanings done for the showers once a week as debris and dust builds up its very noticeable. Would rate 4/5 if the showers were cleaner.

Positive experience: Plz start cleaning the washrooms more regularly & making sure the soap dispensers are always full, they are so disgusting. As for gym equipment & staff no complaints. When i see washrooms in a more respectful condition I'll raise my rating!

Positive experience: Its a nice and clean place. Staff is cooperative also. But i have didn't see any trainer there. Some treadmills are not working from couple days ago. I hope they will maintain them.

Negative experience: This is message to gym manager or regional manager of Woodbridge Langstaff location. I just bought black card membership today. 2 of 4 massage chair is not working. 1 of 2 hydro (chair) not working. You don't have hydro (beds) only hydro (chairs). For the broken massage chairs, leg massage works but not the back massage. For broken hydro (chair) water pressure is super weak even at highest level. Yes, I've been to fit4less location in North York, so I know how the machines work. I already told the front desk staff of the issues, but I want these broken machines fixed asap and not brushed off. Very bad first impression.

Considering it is 24/7 and at a great price, I went in with low expectations but was highly surprised at the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff particularly, Ana Avalos she appeared very professional cooperative, and humble. Negative experience: Used to be a good place to work out. However, last 2 times I’ve been here there was no vaccine passport check and the other time no one was even at the front desk. Anyone with a pass can walk in. Makes me really uncomfortable being in such a high risk area where the one thing that makes it safe isnt implemented.
