Positive experience: Honestly it has a great atmosphere, the staff are polite and helpful. The community inside the gym as from what I’ve experienced, doesn’t judge but rather likes to see others succeed. Great place!

Fantastic experience: I’m recently retired and one of my goals is to finally invest in my health. I tried a few gyms before deciding to ring the doorbell at Anytime Fitness. Mel greeted me warmly and was able to meet with me right away to explain how membership works. I wasn’t ready to make a commitment on the spot and the sad truth is that I wasn’t sure my health was worth the price tag. By the time I’d walked to my vehicle the decision had been made and I walked back in to sign up. It's the BEST DECISION I’ve made since retiring. In my seven months here I have grown in confidence and am slowly but surely getting stronger and healthier. The vibe at AF Steinbach is calm, nonjudgmental, and it feels like home. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's super clean! I feel inspired to work out in a space where others are also working out and I love that all ages and abilities are part of the community. I meet with Mel for training weekly. Some things I appreciate about Mel are her friendliness, humour, knowledge, patience, support, and the way she challenges me. Without a regular training time with her it’s doubtful I’d still be going to the gym.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Steinbach is an awesome, clean and friendly gym (I do not say this lightly as someone who needed every ounce of courage just to walk through the doors the first time) I have been training with Mel for awhile now and she is 10/10. She is helping me reach my goals. She explains the exercises and helps me so much with my form so I don't injure myself. She is so positive and kind. No judgement from Mel....just encouragement to keep moving forward in this fitness journey. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Mel! You will not regret investing in your health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Anytime for over a year now and after getting a few different trainers I met Paige and she was awesome! She’s great at her job, and she genuinely wants to help you reach your goals. She will always communicate and talk to make sure she’s in the moment with you and always explains whatever needs explaining no matter what. If I had to choose another trainer I’d choose Paige!

Fantastic experience: The team at Anytime is so good, id give them 10 stars if i could.

Negative experience: Beware they still charge you every month even after you cancel your membership.

Negative experience: Rip off of a gym - you sign a gym membership for a number of months and they autotmically renew it and continue to charge you even when you don't step foot in their gym and the contracts over. Refuse to cancel it till you go in physically to do so. What a scam and con artist business!

Fantastic experience: I travel a bit for work and this gym got me excited to keep up with my exercise routine while away from home. Lots of space, very modern equipment and they even have a sled and a tire flipping machine. I'll definitely return when I go back to Steinbach!

Fantastic experience: I travel for work and have been to well over 20 different Anytime Fitness' and this is bar none, hands down the nicest Anytime I have had the pleasure of using for exercise. The cleanliness is off the charts. You'd be hard pressed to find anything that even looked dirty. I assumed it had to be a newly built Anytime and it has been here for 8 years! Equipment is in great shape and they have machines that most Anytime don't! If you live in the area and aren't going to this gym, you are doing yourself a disservice! 100% do recommend! The staff are all friendly and welcoming! Perfect gym for seasoned fitness or beginners alike!

Negative experience: Awful membership plan, cancellation is a problem. You still have to pay twice on the cancellation deadline day. Horrible customer service, stealing from people. Do not visit. Snap Fitness is better!

Fantastic experience: Walking through the doors, at Anytime Fitness as an out of shape 55 year old woman was probably the hardest thing I have ever done. With the encouragement of my adult children and the support from my coach, Mel I am doing it!! All of the staff at the Steinbach Anytime fitness Center are wonderful, super knowledgeable and all extremely supportive! Thanks to Mel, for holding me accountable and keeping me going!! I’m just at the beginning of my journey…and looking forward to seeing where I end up!!

Negative experience: Worst gym in whole town. Just keep deducting money from account even after contract is over and doesn’t even call or comtact in any way to confirm for continuing the gym. Staff is super rude and disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a couple ATF in Winnipeg and I will say that the Steinbach location is the best. Wonderful layout, equipment selection, multiple multi use areas and kept so clean. Linda was awesome and makes the gym a super welcoming place!

Appreciate the staff on a daily basis, whether it is asking for help with technical aspects, sore joints, nutritional advice or even hooking me up with a new water bottle. Negative experience: First time going to the Steinbach location and I forgot my shoes at home. Once I started my workout the staff member working told me that she was going to fine me $50 if I did not put on my indoor shoes... Disappointing first interaction with staff at this location.

Fantastic experience: I spent years scared to get a gym membership, worried I'd be too overwhelmed to succeed. The staff here is amazing and so welcoming to everyone no matter your experience level. Everyone at the gym is super welcoming and I've never felt out of place or in someone's way. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Also a shout out to Sage. Starting with a personal trainer is intimidating, but he's super helpful, down to earth and very knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the personal training I've received from him.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, machines are in good condition, can be a bit busy during peak hours but they recently expanded so that should help with that. There's a broad spectrum of people that go so I never feel out of place for not already being as fit as can be.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, Spacious, and CLEAN gym with friendly and welcoming staff! I have yet to feel overcrowded when coming to AF Steinbach. Their layout is wonderful, leaving so much room to workout in your own space. They have an abundance of weights, in many areas which means im never waiting for weights to complete my exercises and can always find a quiet, or secluded area to try something new! Everytime im here there is always someone cleaning an area of the gym keeping it in tip top shape! Thank you AF Steinbach for being the best gym around (:

Fantastic experience: I would strongly recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone that loves to workout, if u r just starting not sure how to go about to start. I would recommend a trainer for the first year. It is so worth the money, not because I have lots. I made arrangements with my trainer so we can workout twice a month. I wish I could afford once a week but what I have is workout well for now. I enjoy working out that is the number one. U have to like or love doing it or u will never stuck to it. The trainers r very well educated in their profession, I trust them to help me workout for my benefits and what I need to do to reach my goals.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Personal Trainer Sage Alexander since September. The goal was to learn a better lifestyle and correct forms for doing exercises. When i came in i had a back sciatica pain. Sage gave me exercises for my upper and lower back which i did and by the end of 6 months my back pain was gone, i stand taller with a better body posture and developed a regular habbit of training every single day. He has a knack of understanding clients strength and personality and giving them exercises related to those which keeps the client interested and encouraged. Overall my life and attitude was enriched by the experience. The staff were friendly and cooperative. Very recommended!

Fantastic experience: Staff is fantastic. Inside is Clean and the patrons are very friendly. Good selection of machines, and the cardio equipment allows you to watch Netflix. They also have additional perks like a tanning bed and fitness consultation. Price is around ~$30 bi weekly. Depends on the contract you go with.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for the past 3.5 years and I’ve never had a better experience at a gym. It’s always a clean and welcoming environment where both the staff and members are encouraging and helpful, which is great for beginners or people who are nervous about working out publicly. The best part about having a membership for me is the workout app that’s included, it contains a long list of different exercises where you can create your own workout plan or follow pre-made workout plans, such a great idea.
