Special thanks to a young guy -Den , who was working with my on back flips that day! Was so much fun!

Fantastic experience: A great place for kids parties! The floor is unreal, the staff are fun and put their heart into their work.

Negative experience: This place needs a deep cleaning and be checked for safety! Staff lack a lot of training to learn how to speak with a paying customer. Kids had a lot of fun though. So, I generously gave it a two star.

Fantastic experience: I had my son’s 7th birthday party here today and we absolutely loved it! Ty and Steve were our instructors and they did an amazing job keeping all 16 kids engaged and having fun. The party room was spacious and clean. We came the night before and the instructor Q was also very friendly and helpful. It was a great place for a birthday party and we will definitely be coming back

Fantastic experience: Fun place for parkour, but you gotta be careful when playing tags and rapidly switching obstacles coz you can hurt yourself. Coaches very friendly.

Fantastic experience: This place is SO much fun! I took my 4 year old here and we had an absolute blast. There's so many climbing and jumping options and depth for mobility. Highly recommend if your toddler likes to scare you to great lengths with his need for adrenaline. Shout out to the front desk gentleman who helped us. So kind and welcoming and very personable. 10/10 definitely worth the price and absolutely plan on returning.

Negative experience: Broke my ankle here in 3 different places, i needed serious surgery.. off the foldable mat from which I landed in a Crack.. 1 employee handled with professionalism and kindness. By calling ambulance. All i can say is Glad it was me and not my one of my kids after reading all these horid reviews. Sad part is management said they would call me and follow up and didn't.. i called them....very insincere and can care less unfortunately. Now On a road to recovery its going to take months of my mobility and time.. all I can say is be careful, bc I came into the monkey vault and left in a stretcher. Not worth it IMO.

Positive experience: We held our son's 8th birthday here and the staff was great at giving our group their full attention during our time slot. The kids and parents had a lot of fun. My daughter age 5 even participated fully but she's a no fear kind of kid. We ended up adding another hour when the kids still had energy and the parents didn't want to jump into traffic to get home. We vacated the party room but chilled on the couches until time was up and we had to beg the kids to leave. One note: The fridge was dirty when we arrived but staff quickly apologized and cleaned it for us completely - with cleaner and all :) It was a great party. Highly Recommend. Ps. Not a lot of photos because that was how good their staff were - Parents got to relax and chat and the kids ran around.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and unkempt. I got hit by a shoe twice by the same group of kids standing there watching my son play. I understand that happens, however I took the shoe to the staff and explained the situation. They simply shrugged and brought back to the group of parents and kids. My son played around for a little over half an hour and said he found it boring and we left. He's 7, usually spends a lot more time basically anywhere else. Avoid

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to a birthday party here yesterday. I wasn’t expecting much given all the previous negative reviews. This place was great. There were staff around giving the kids instructions for safety. The bathrooms were clean! My kid is afraid of heights so she didn’t do as much as the other kids. Every one there seemed to be having a great time.

Fantastic experience: My son has been participating in group sessions for a couple of years now and the experience has always been fun, exciting and most importantly encouraging. Going in for the first time, safety was a top concern and thankfully, we now know that safety is a top priority for the staff! Really pleased with the facility and staff.

Positive experience: Had both my kids birthday parties there and been a half dozen other times. Place is great for kids 5+. The only issue is the bathrooms are very dirty and desperately need a cleaning.

Negative experience: Sketchy vibe when speaking with a staff member on the phone. He refused to answer a question by claiming i "wasn't listening". Decent facility, but i don't think it's a good place for families

Fantastic experience: One of the greatest places in Toronto to train in. Lots of amenities such as the spring floor, bars, vaults, walls foam pit and a fully loaded gym stocked with Olympic weights, punching bags, rubber bands and more... Monkey vault is for children, adults and families. It is an incredibly versatile and well-equipped training area.

Fantastic experience: We had our kids birthday party here, i have to admit that I was expecting more of caotic disaster of a place, meanwhile everything was quite kept together quite well, the staff is polite and helpful, the place is fairly clean, considering how many kids are all over the place, great job and great place, your kids won't be disappointed and you'll have a good piece of mind with the good staff.

Negative experience: My son jumped off a high ledge into the foam pit, which has deteriorated foam and looks / smells gross. He hit the bottom of the pit hard and sprained both ankles and heels. Couldn’t walk last night and moving very slowly today. No staff saw the jump, told us “sprained ankles are pretty common here.” Advised him to keep walking on it or else it’ll take longer to heal, which doesn’t sound like great advice if they can’t identify the severity of the injury. All 3 kids who attended said they don’t want to go back. I wouldn’t let them if they wanted to: a foam pit that doesn’t sufficiently cushion a jump is a spinal injury waiting to happen.

Fantastic experience: Love the vibe here, the teachers and owners are so kind to kids. The lessons are absolutely worth it and my kids of various athletic ability ALL enjoy them. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great for birthday parties! The coaches kept the kids busy and having fun the entire time. I was impressed by how good they are with kids. Our coach even got them into the party room and supervised to make sure the kids didn't wander away at lunch/cake time. Most of the parents told us their kid had a great time at the party. Negative experience: Avoid for kids and for a birthday party. My son was badly burned with a Boiling water fountain available at kids height in their facility.

Fantastic experience: Nice place to practice some flips and tricks. You can take one of their classes or do open gym. Of course classes cost more but you get taught by one of the instructors. Open gym allows you to use the entire facility. They have a parkour section with ramps, ledges, bars, ladders, mats all around including a foam pit. The other section has a gymnastics floor where you can practice different tricks. It has a lot of mats, trampolines, blocks, beams, etc that you can use. Overall, a great place to let out some energy.

The instructor was super engaging, and ensured all the kids were accounted for the entire time making my job as a parent stress free. Everyone had a great time - I will certainly be recommending The Monkey Vault to other parents looking for a great party venue!

Positive experience: 2023 July 4★ A nice place to burn energy. It's really just an open area with space to jump and climb on, do a bit of acrobatics and even a small gym tucked away on the side. Great for the kids both big and small. Classes and camps are available. Drop in starts at noon each day and admission is 21$ as of time of writing. Bring water. Change rooms and showers are available if required. Bring your own lock.

Fantastic experience: Started to take the adult classes and for someone who has never done parkour before, the coaches are all amazing and very supportive. They all take the time to show you the techniques and progression to complete the movement/run. Definitely have seen an increase in my mobility and conditioning since adding the parkour classes into the workout mix.

Fantastic experience: My boys love coming here! I have never seen them exercise for 3 hours straight before!! The intro class and open gym is a wonderful rainy day outing. Just wish they had a cafe nearby;)

Just when you think they couldn't possibly find a more dangerous thing to climb on or jump off of, they do! Oh man! The staff are very nice and friendly, hence 3 stars.

Negative experience: Wow. What a disappointment. Cancelled my daughters party, after demanding more money than originally quoted. Bad staff and owner. Probably a good thing, since I now wouldn’t trust them with my hamster, let alone kids.

Fantastic experience: An absolute amazing place! Originally came with my niece for a birthday party and the staff were so great, patient, and talented. Everyone made us feel welcome and they are great with teaching! I ended up coming back for lessons and couldn’t rave about it more. They take their time teaching you rather than rush you thru the hour and even after the lesson is done you’re able to stick around and practice. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: I always have a good time whenever I come here. Everyone is so kind - the staff and other class participants. I've taken some adult classes and it's hilarious seeing a serious-looking parent turn giddy (and it's a fairly regular occurrence). If you're training during open gym time, random instructors tend to gravitate toward you with advice, they can't seem to help themselves and it's fantastic! Really friendly atmosphere - if you're feeling nervous or shy, this is your sign to just show up!

Fantastic experience: It was a a flipping good time!!!! I use to go to the old location and I can say the space they have now flows way more then I expected. If you are going to train or have fun you can’t go wrong here! Place is also good for all ages and if you are ready to dive into the sport they also have classes that cover many different areas. Last thing I have gone here as a team activity too and it was one of the best team building places we could have gone to.

Positive experience: Kids enjoyed it and appropriately priced for what it is. But there isn't much to it really, and it would be nice to have a little more to the space for parents as they wait/watch their kids.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place for kids (of all ages). Staff are super inviting, knowledgeable, friendly, and they actually get kids - they let the kids explore and really test themselves on scary/challenging stuff, but in a decently safe way. We need more of this in our city/society IMO.

Fantastic experience: Took a beginner class and we have so much fun. We were laughing it other but at the same time learning a lot of technique. The instructor was very helpful and watch our attempts closely to suggest more tips on how to improve on next attempts. Would recommend for laughs, working out and to learn to jump in a more cool-ly.

Positive experience: Great place to take the kids for a few hours. My 7 (boy) and 9 year old (girl) loved it, they didn't want to leave but were hungry and exhausted after a solid 3 hour stay. Very reasonable, just pay the flat $20 fee and they can stay as long as they want. Would recommend. Staff are really nice too.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Monkey Vault enough! I hosted my son's 7th birthday party this past weekend and it was FABULOUS! The staff were INCREDIBLE. They were soo attentive and engaged with the children and able to adapt the activities to the varying ages and skill levels. Booking was perhaps the easiest I have ever experienced for a birthday party. I did not have to have a firm number of attendees, they charged me for only the kids that showed up. The atmosphere was so relaxed and the staff were so accommodating. We had access to the party room for the entire 2 hour duration of the party which was so helpful in allowing us to set up and have a place for kids and parents to leave their things. The actual facility was amazing and there was able space for parents to watch on as the kids learned new parkour skills. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: We brought 8 twelve year-olds for a birthday party and they loved the experience. The instructors were fun and supportive and gently nudged the kids to push themselves. We brought our own food and the kids were able to run and snack and then run around again! Good old-fashioned fun and everyone was tired and happy in the end. Thanks!

The pricing was very affordable, better than xplay, the instructor, Steve I believe, was AMAZING. So invested in teaching the kids the proper way to do things, knew his stuff and was genuinely interested in our group of kids. We will absolutely be returning customers again and again. Well done. Fantastic experience: Just had my daughters 9th birthday here and only have glowing reviews!! Kids had a BLAST!! And a good workout!! The staff were amazing and patient with all the kids (who had varying skill levels / athletic abilities). Some kids who are more tentative of heights / monkey bars might struggle a bit but there is lots to do no matter what the skill level. Highly recommend for birthday parties or just for fun. We will be back!!

Fantastic experience: We just finished up a birthday party for our 10 year-old...he had a blast and so did all of his friends! The staff were super helpful and flexible as we organized this at the last minute due to our original plans getting rained out. Very grateful to all involved. The structure of the party worked really well: 1 hour of play; 30 mins for food; then another 30 mins of play.

Fantastic experience: Boys love it. (17 and 14). We used to go to true north for climbing near here, now they are doing gym/parkoure here and get much more sweaty. And maybe also more fun for them. They offer teen classes, and open gym. They also usually stay after the class until their mussels give up :)

Fantastic experience: I can't express in words how much my daughter loves this place! We are here for a minimum of 3-4 hours every time we come here. The staff is super friendly, great with kids and laid-back. My kid always has someone encouraging her as she tries out new things and she always has someone to hang out with as she flips and climbs and jumps. $20 for the day and they are open until 10pm. Be prepared to hang out for a few hours!

Fantastic experience: I really wish this was still in the stockyards! My kids loved it, it helped them get over some fears and my son was able to play out some of his ultimate beastmaster aspirations somewhere other than on our furniture. We did the intro lesson which helped for my kids to get more comfortable with what to do and how. Hope to be back though the hanger is a bit of a pain to get to (for us).
