Negative experience: I went Fit 4 Less Surrey location. It was very disappointed with the condition of the gym. The place was very dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The floors were messy, and some of the equipment looked like it hadn’t been wiped down. The overall cleanliness of the gym was below what I expected, especially considering how important hygiene is in a shared space like this. It made me uncomfortable to work out there. I really enjoy using this gym, but I believe the cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. I hope the management takes this seriously and starts maintaining the gym better for the comfort and safety of all members.

Positive experience: Nice gym, its economical and its is located at very convenient place. Its open all the time

Negative experience: I’ve been to a few fit4less gyms.. but I truly don’t understand why this one has so many broken machines all the time. This location is obviously extremely neglected. Right now, out of the 11 treadmills… 5 have been broken for the last month. Like really???

Negative experience: Disgusting. It’s almost been a month the some of the machine are under “maintenance in progress “ . Nobody is responsible to repair these equipment’s on time !

Negative experience: Not a good experience, I moved out of BC but still I had the membership I called many times to cancel but their phones were either busy or not picking up, recently my annual membership renewed and $67 deducted I wasn't aware even not told about auto renewal at the time of registering 1st time. I kept calling and finally their answer was can't do anything it's policy and even on the cancellation two more payments have to pay before it gets finally cancelled.

Negative experience: NO APP FOR ENTER THE GYM ALWAYS NEED YOU TO BRING CARD. HARD TO ENTER IF YOU FORGET YOUR CARD AT HOME .

Negative experience: nowadays thay dont have the machines which works perfectly. almost every 2 nd machine has loose wire . you cannot lift weights with losse strings machines. really disappointed

Negative experience: This Fit4Less location has honestly been one of the worst gym experiences I’ve had. The majority of the equipment is broken or visibly damaged, and it’s clear that no one is making any effort to repair or maintain it. Machines that were broken weeks ago are still out of order, and when I’ve tried to bring it up to the staff, they only respond with excuses like, “Oh, the repair guy comes once a week” or “Parts are on order,” but nothing ever actually gets fixed. The lack of attention to even the most basic sanitation is frustrating, they don’t even keep hand soap stocked regularly, which feels like the bare minimum a gym should provide. It’s obvious they’re more interested in collecting membership and annual fees than delivering any real quality of service or upkeep. This place just feels neglected and unprofessional, and I genuinely regret signing up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this gym, you’ll save money and avoid constant disappointment.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE AND SMELLS LIKE BOOTY

Negative experience: The place is filthy, The employees suck (except for the young guy with the turban, he’s chill) The place smells HORRENDOUS and they need to make deodorant mandatory ‍♂️ !!! There’s a new machine is broken every week AND THE LIST GOES ON… (DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…SRSLY)

Fantastic experience: Very cheap monthly package. Not to many people and no overcrowding. I would recommend it.

Negative experience: This place is filthy while attendants spend more time on their phone and socializing with guests than cleaning. The clientele never wipes down the equipment and the attendants are too lazy or apathetic to enforce it. Customer service is also a joke, taking 2 weeks to get back to me about my initial request and then never following up. The owner will now post a standard stock answer to DM on one of the social channels - pushing off any responsibility. This is the method I used in the first place. One month later, and I still have not actually talked to someone in "customer service."

Negative experience: Staff comes in late, they used to clean but the people working there now are usually just on their cell phones. Paper towel dispensers are left empty. Weights are all over the place. People working out don’t put their stuff away or wipe down machines. Clientele is rude compared to going to a community center.

Negative experience: everyday, every second machine is under maintenance. Worst gym I have ever seen

Negative experience: "Half the machines here have taken early retirement. If I wanted to work out my patience instead of my muscles, I’d just go to a government office."

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever. Maximum bang for your buck. To all those haters...you want 5 star service...pay 3x and go somewhere else. As for weights all over floor...I wonder who put there. Not mgmt. Not staff.

Negative experience: Worst gym on the whole planet. Most of the equipment is always out of order, and I got charged for about $60 on top of the normal fee. The staff were indifferent and rude. And if you’re a female, guys harass you to the max. Almost 100% of the time random guys would come ask me when I would be done with my session although I had just started it and they would stay so close to me while I was working out, which was disgusting! If you take into consideration the joining fee and that $60, you would be much better off to join Club 16.

Negative experience: RUDE STAFF, who doesn’t acknowledge the clients. machines are so outdated and have broken wires most of the time. will not recommend this gym.

Negative experience: this is the worst gym i ever seen in my life they got their 8:39 dollars their biweekly fees then sent me mail that i missed the payment and after 15 days they charged 25 dollars plus 16 dollars hell…i would never suggest anybody to join ittt don’t go guys this is a kind of scammer

Positive experience: Good workout place if your goal is simply to stay fit for less.

Negative experience: Too crowded, machines aren't fixed quickly enough. Weights are all over the floor.

Negative experience: I made the mistake of paying for the 20$ guest pass, although in the end I'm glad I did to avoid the temptation for a sub. This gym is like a motel exercise room with a bit more space. Easily 25% of the machines were broken on a Sunday afternoon. AC almost non existent in the summer time. Zero water fountains. Even club 16 has water fountains. The dumbell rack had sketchy broken holders and weights max at 75lbs. Quite a few of the machines and cables had odd fluctuating resistance: poor maintenence. The Leg press is in bizarre shape and likely needs replacement. The Benches for barbell and dumbell exercises had rips and were quite narrow. Two stars because 8$ every two weeks is cheaper than most other places but that's the only redeeming factor.

Negative experience: Leg press, pec deck and cable are mostlt under maintenance and it literally takes forever to fix it and it works only for couple of days and breaks again Its a cheap gym though, can't really complaint but these are most important machines of them all.

Negative experience: Everytime there machines are on Maintaince. I specifically came to this gym as it was nearby my house. Out 15 (7) machines they are not working and its not worth money i paid.

Negative experience: Equipment breaks down and isn't fixed for months. No new equipment for years. Cleaning nonexistent. Staff just sit there or hide in the office. The men's washroom's sink has been broken for weeks. Management communication doesn't exist. The only plus is it's cheap.

Negative experience: Not the best place for women. Even the employee "Jabarjang" is a pervertt hiding behind a false "religious" identity. You get what you pay for.

Negative experience: To be honest, It's not a pleasant place to go, especially due to the permanent skunky body odor from some people, that includes women. I think hygiene is not part of their vocabulary

Negative experience: Not a well maintained gym. Gym upholstery is worn out and gym overall is not clean. Not a good vibe.

Negative experience: Dirtiest gym I have ever been too. Absolutely disgusting. Been to many fit 4 less gyms, this is absolutely the worst gym in the chain for cleanliness. I will drive the extra 30 min next time to the Langley location.

Negative experience: They always have machines on maintenance and take months and months for a wirefix. But yes never want to waive off fees for no service.

Negative experience: If you are a female be prepared to get looked at all the time. Even from the mirrors after you catch them starring at you. GUYS will follow you around and pretend to need the machine right next to yours even though this place has easily 100 machines to choose from. Not a safe workout gym for women who are not used to getting objectified.

Negative experience: Place is a dump. Worst fit4less I’ve been to out of 5 provinces. Small , and so messy. And dirty! Not impressed

Negative experience: A lot of machines are broken specially the most used ones like pec fly, cable rows . Tried to complain it to the girl at the front but she was way too rude and didn’t even look concerned about it at all

Negative experience: This is one of the basic gym i ever visited i am using fit4 less gym all over canada this is worst location actually, air conditioning not working , machines are broken and its over crowded. I mean this is very basic.

Negative experience: The girl on the customer service desk is so rude. I called to ask for promotion and she said that our prices are always fixed and after that hung up the phone. Owners of this gym should do something about this

Negative experience: The body language and the customer service of the girl on the customer service desk was like " You go to hell I don't care " I would better pay more money to go to some other fitness place than this where there is absolutely no sense of dealing with the customers.

Negative experience: The smell of curry is so strong I can not stay here longer than 10min

Negative experience: Really need to do a better job cleaning. Some of the surfaces are absolutely disgusting. Please look into this.

Positive experience: All the machines jammed in a little place. Treadmills covers 60% of the space. Just one leg press, that too horizontal. Just one Smith machine.

Fantastic experience: working out here since 2019 here, I’ve seen so many staff work here and go but I never seen the gym this extra cleaned, neat and hygienic like now more then ever during my years of active special thanks to Jabar Jung, Mandeep Kaur & Nevneen manager always with a smiling face being very friendly… they deserve a special applause for taking very good care and maintaining the standards of our Gym

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best locations of Fit4less. The staff member who assisted me yesterday evening was above and beyond amazing and helpful.

Negative experience: Cheap Gym doesn't have water cooler, which is a must-have thing in the gym and even dont have a wifi, Cheap gyms in India also have these things.

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym at night time

Negative experience: The only problem I have with this location is some of the members think their mommy works here and they don't have to rerack their own weights. The staff needs to put up more signage explaining gym etiquette. Also maybe a little detective work on the cameras and the log in records. I know that for sure it is someone that comes after the staff goes home and leaves before I come in at 230am cuz I clean up after them almost every morning. It is sad and disappointing. We have rules for a reason basically its cuz most don't have enough integrity to do what's right when they think no one is looking. These pictures show the mess I have to deal with every morning

Negative experience: I have joined around 8-9 gyms in my life and this is probably the first gym that doesn’t even have a water dispenser in the gym whereas they have a vending machine from where you can buy water Heights of selfishness literally:(

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic Gym. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone. This is a cheaper gym but all the equipments are updated. Specially I appreciate the hard work and honesty of Mr. Jabarjung singh about his work, Calm and Soft spoken with positive attitude. Highly recommended to join this Gym Thanks

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a customer at this location for a couple of years, it’s a great gym and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend joining! Jabarjung is definitely a standout, his customer service skills and attentiveness are A+ My only suggestion of improvement would be to add another leg press machine, if possible

Negative experience: Garbage gym this indian guy was playing music on speaker in the gym when I complained to the staff she went up to him and told him that people complaining he said tell the person talk to me she said ok and went back to that staff room so dumm these people think it's there garage gym should be tell that person to stop other wise cancel his membership Garbage gym and dumm staff too

Positive experience: I like that it's cheap but some days I wish instead of a t-shirt they give people deodorant when they sign up. I understand we're all working up a sweat here but dang! If you're a gym nut you might not like this place but if you're casual about your passion for the gym this is an excellent option

Negative experience: If you can avoid this location , do it! I went to the gym for years. After moving, I am now at a different fit4less in a different city, but sometimes visit. I talk to the staff at the current location I go to, and tell them how filthy, and awful the Surrey fit4less is, and how the staff literally do nothing, and they are shocked! The people who go to this gym, don’t know the first thing about gym etiquette, from stinking without deodorant, to not unracking weights, to leaving dumbbells and equipment everywhere. This gym is disgusting, honestly. I can’t believe the staff members get away with weights being left everywhere.. an actual safety/tripping hazzard. I promise you the staff never clean the tanning beds, so make sure to clean it yourself before using!

Negative experience: Didn't even finished my workout, that gym is not clean at all, i did a few fit4less gym and ive never been that disapointed, it smell weird, broken machine and the rack for the cable machine dont have a lot of bars n starps and they were all over the floor, even the bench of the changing room are dirty...i am impressed but not in a good way

Negative experience: I always want to go to gym after work, but this gym closes early at 6, like seriously?? Apart from,that on week days its 6am to 10pm. Due to short hours there’s crowd in the gym. Unexpectedly closing the gym anytime according to their own will, doesn’t even inform us why do they unexpectedly close the gym‍♂️. First of all if claims to be 24*7 open and then they introduced new timings i.e 6am to 10 pm. Now they don’t even follow that. What a worst gym. I come to gym after driving for about 20 mins to check their gym closed. Anytime fitness is much better or Get planet fitness membership if you want an economical option.

Negative experience: do not get a membership here. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year, you cant do it on line, you have to do it in person at the facility, I dont live near there anymore so I have traveled there to try to cancel serveral time during "staffed hours" but there has never been staff on site. The only way to contact this company is by phone # but no one ever answers it. they should have their business license revoked. they are a bunch of theives

Negative experience: Doesn’t even wanna give 1 star.. Changing gym timing according to their own needs. Went one day signs.. says we are closed even though supposed to be open. Went the other day 2 hours before the gym closes and was told gym is closing in 2 minutes .. This is getting ridiculous.

Negative experience: Not me but my husband has had a terrible time with you. Cancled his membership without telling him. Is told to phone to talk to manager who is never there. Now is saying they are taking him to collections for a service he hadn't been able to use. This is poor service.

Negative experience: There equipment needs maintenance & many good ones aren't working all time. Communication is always lacking and pick up the phone as its always not answered. I went there on Sunday but it was closed even though the store hours mentioned its open till 4pm.

Negative experience: Closed multiple times in the past week, did not inform members and is not truthful about when it will open again. Deeply unhappy with the lack of professionalism! I understand we are in difficult times but not even a simple email to let those paying to use it to know they are closed? Very inconsiderate to those who walk/bus/transit to attend. Not happy.
