Positive experience: If you don't work out in Brampton gyms. Great spot, but I'm trying to figure out why showers aren't open 24 hoursplI don't know about you, but when I work out, I need a shower. Might have to cancel soon and go elsewhere if this doesn't change.
Positive experience: It's an okay gym and good for the price. The staff are nice and have always been friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone who just wants to do cardio, or who is down to freestyle their workouts, and who doesn't mind a cluttered and busy gym. However, over the years I've found the experience working out here has declined and has become moderately unpleasant. Mostly due to the fact that it's consistently so busy and the patrons aren't the most considerate. The gym is often filled over capacity so it's really challenging to get a solid workout or stick to your workout plan because the machines/equipment you need are perpetually in use and unless you linger around the piece of equipment, good luck getting it. I end up improvising my workouts based on what equipment is available which isn't the most effective but whatever. Often people will hog the benches, or groups of teens will workout together and occupy 2 benches for a full hour which really sucks. There will be like 4 guys standing around their one friend who is working out, so the place gets crowded. Many of the patrons don't re-rack weights, and they leave weights/plates laying around all over the floor, and I'd say about 10-20% of the people actually wipe down the machines after use which is quite gross imo. Overall it's not a bad gym, but as someone who has been working out there for over 6 years, the experience has definitely declined.
Positive experience: Gym is what you pay for but Dan is absolutely amazing. ALWAYS cleaning and helping out. Such an asset, without him the gym wouldn't function honestly. He's the ONLY one that goes above and beyond and takes his job seriously. One of the best employees I've seen to date really caring about his job. Positive experience: The gym is OK. The price is great however the machines need to be upgraded. The leg machines don't function very smoothly, there are some useless machines and only one squat rack. It's busy but that's any gym, especially one for such a great price

Negative experience: Ive been to a few different fit4less locations - Brantford, Woodstock, London, Stratford & Oshawa. I must say this location has been less than ideal. Equipment thrown all over the place, no attachments for cable machines & unkept machines.(Foot pads were falling off/cables cracked). The “black room” is essentially a storage locker for the equipment they decided to cram into that room. Sorry to the people that call this their home gym.

Negative experience: This gym has robbed me of my peace of mind. They continue to withdraw funds from my account even when I wanted to cancel the Membership. I was forced to close my bank account so that these leeches don't continue to come in. I had called this place multiple times to cancel my membership. I was always lied to that a manager will call back, everytime I called the staff they advised that they are either part time workers or completely new and don't know the protocol. This gym should be reported to consumer protection agency and better yet. A class action law suit as I'm sure it's happening every where for this gym Do no visit. They also have broken equipment I do no trust these people one bit. This was my personal experience after being a client for 5 years. These guys owe me membership cost for over 1 year as well since I wasn't working out but I dint request refund ALL I asked was to cancel the membership yet they continue to charge. Extremely unethical brand

Positive experience: New Review: They've upgraded the massage equipment to be 24x7 access. Thank you so much for doing this! I'm bumping up your rating from 1 star to 4 star for making this change. Old Review: The front desk is very unhelpful. They turned me away from using the massage machine even though I came in during staffed hours. It's not truly a 24 hour gym. You can't use the massage machines unless they have people working, and many times during staffed hours too, there's nobody at the desk, so you have to wait 10-15 minutes or more for someone to show up. They need to find a way for customers to use the massage machines outside staffed hours else don't advertise 24x7 access. Truly a scummy way of doing business and they do not care for customers' experience. The attitude of the front desk guy is pathetic and argumentative. Could use some retraining.

Negative experience: very crowded, I spend more than 3 hours to workout which shoudn't take more than 45 min. i usually go at midnight, and still extremely crowded. many days I go back home without workout, after spending more than 1 hour trying to fine a free device, and I couldn't find. thinkng to cance my subscription.

Negative experience: Gym used to be great but now it's too busy there's barely any space especially after 5pm - Midnight. That's when most of us get off work and want to enjoy the workout but it's too crowded. I thought the VIP room would be any better but there is people coming in and out of the small room all the time. I cancelled mine and moving elsewhere. Cheers
Negative experience: Too bad I could t give this gym a Zero it is the dirtiest of all fit4less locations. Weights are everywhere and club employees don’t give a damn even when complaining. Positive experience: The place is great and offers good value for the price. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and very positive. However, the gym could be even better if some patrons re-racked their weights. It's frustrating to spend 10 minutes removing multiple 45-pound plates from machines like the leg press before being able to use them. I highly recommend that staff members call out individuals who don't re-rack their weights when they see it happening. This would set an example and remind everyone that this is a shared space, not their personal home. While I understand that this isn't a high-end gym, teaching proper gym etiquette is important for everyone’s benefit.

Positive experience: This location is over capacity most of the times, some people hugging the equipment/benches like there is no tomorrow without considering that other people are waiting. One could take a bench for an entire 30 minutes including resting, just sitting, playing with a freaking phone or chit chatting with others. Only 3 stars because of that, otherwise no other complains. More rules enforcement and more **awareness** needed for sure.
Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I came to this location and their staff members, Ethan and Heath, were very helpful. They gave us a tour, showed us how to use the machines, and considering that we’re both relatively new to the gym, their demonstrations for these machines were incredibly effective! They both thoroughly explained the membership details as well and since we’ve been back, they always greet us with a smile and with conversation.

Fantastic experience: I love the gym. (Milton, Mall location)I’m here working out multiple days a week and thanks to the supervisor Dan at the front the experience is always amazing. He brings a really good energy to the gym and is always ready to help and really caters to each clients expectations. I’ve brought new members to the gym and will continue to recommend this gym because of the great customer service along with the gym equipment. Dan is really nice and committed to creating a good experience for each member of the gym and i am always looking forward to saying hello when i make my way in.

Positive experience: The crew of the GYM are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. The GYM itself is lacking alot, no fountain water which makes you always walk with a huge water bottle, the machines are always busy, and wish you never encounter one of those days where half of the machines for some reason are out of order, broken. As id they have a service day once a month or every two months, so they pile the service orders for one time shot! Otherwise the washrooms are clean, the GYM is clean. The TVs are all on the same channel about gambling , wouldn’t recommend unless its near to your home then its worthy to encourage you to work your bottom off, there is plenty of parking spots, never full

Negative experience: It's been a while since I've been a member of this gym, but it's quite annoying to witness people sneaking in all the time with one card. I swear in 30 minutes at least 3-4 people sneak in after hours when there's no one at reception. Two people either walk in together or they give the card through the door. How is it fair for those who actually pay. No wonder this place is over crowded. Half of the machines are out of order, poor management. There should be security at all times to avoid such incidents and value your customers.

Negative experience: This particular location is a joke. half the machines are broken, or in disrepair the "policing" of the clientele is abysmal. The black room, dedicated to people who pay extra to have access to a closet sized area of equipment is a complete misnomer... just knock on the door and it magically opens for anyone. plates everywhere, paper towel dispensers empty and don't get me started on the hypodermic needle collection in the bathroom. This "gym" is a great place to socialize and get your supply of weed when you run out. Thank God the Millcreek location is only a 10 minute drive away.
Negative experience: Too busy, takes too long to repair broken equipment. Only one of each type of machine so you are always waiting, no proper locker room and showers only open during staffed hours which is very inconvenient. One very weird thing at this club is a shower in the handicap washroom. This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. There is no curtain or screen so water flies everywhere and the entire place is like a lake if somebody uses the shower making it unusable for hours after. This is just crazy, they need to get rid of that shower in there. Only reason I come here is because no Planet Fitness in Milton

Positive experience: The 2 issues are, they dont have water fountain and if you went out to grab something and the staff are not working at that time, you can’t get in with the same card for at least 30-45 mins. Other than that its a nice gym

Positive experience: They have added new equipments but just for black cars members 4stars. It can get very crowded sometimes, like every equipment is occupied 3stars. You just got to know which hours are less busy. 2 star for the main men's washroom is filthy. I don't see anyone cleaning it and I imagine same for the women's. But at least they have one and change rooms. So I would give it 3.5 stars.

Positive experience: A good place for regular gym. Patience is a virtue at this place. Update October 21, 2023: the PEC Fly machine continues to be in a state of disrepair, close to a month if not more. This could only mean two things; one they have scant respect for their own gyms state of affairs; two, they don't care about who comes and who goes. So either way it is a poor reflection on Goodlife and its management. The staff continues to be cordial and kind. The only saving factor. Update October 10, 2023: One of the two PEC Fly machine has being out of commission for more than 2 weeks. Posting pictures of the same to encourage management to get it working. I would still recommend this place for it s affordability and staff service. Keep up the good work and get the machine working. Finally the said equipment works.

Negative experience: Poor excuse of a gym. Machines are always brokwn down, crowds of teens are always sneaking in at night. I see from these reviews that nothing is ever done to resolve these issues. I'm already predicting the "response from the owner" based off the other review... "Hi Smith. Well here is a test to see if the owner really is paying attention. How about instead of DM'ing you on one of your social channels, you answer these simple questions as a response...rather than your generic scape goat response which helps you avoid any responsibility as a business owner? Or perhaps its one of these college kids you've hired at the front desk that's "handling" this? Question 1 - Why are the machines so slow to be repaired or replaced? Question 2 - Why are there always people sneaking...actually its not quite sneaking when its repetitive but never stopped, and there is an alarm blaring every time ... sure, sneaking in at night without repercussion. Question 3 - Why are so many of the issues in the reviews never resolved and why can't you address them directly and what you'll do to take care of these problems. Avoiding these reviews wont make the problems go away. Do better. This is a business. We are customers. We pay you, with money. The money shouldn't just pay for your car payments, but back into fixing the issues in said reviews. Good luck. EDIT: So I was right, the "owner" responded with the generic response below. For the benefit of anyone wanting to see improvement in this gym, I'll be escalating this above the store/gym level. Hopefully we'll see a respectable service in the near future.

Negative experience: Not impressed with the customer service. My son wanted to join Fit4Less, so I called ahead to check if this could be done online or I have to come in to sign waiver since he’s a minor. I was told that it would be better to come in. Few hours later I headed to the gym. Nobody answered the intercome ( staffed hours). So I called from my phone. What a weird conversation! I was standing in front of the locked door having a conversation with someone on the other side over the phone. Initially he didn’t want to let me in, said in order to enter the gym I would have to sign in for membership either at the kiosk by the entrance or online. I asked him why would I sign for something that I didn’t have a chance to see. Finally he let us in. My son took a look and decided to sign up. But I couldn’t do it at the desk, the staff member told me to do it at the kiosk or online. I tried the kiosk since I was already there. As soon as I tried, the message came up that since he’s a minor it can’t be done at the kiosk. At home I tried online- the instruction said that after signing up I would have to go with my son back to the gym to sign the paperwork. I literally just got back from the gym where not very knowledgeable and friendly “customer service” guy told me to sign up at the kiosk /online. Even though I made it very clear it was for my son who’s a minor. After that not very welcoming experience we decided to sign up somewhere else.

Positive experience: I’m in the gym and this group of teenagers are fooling around. Think one of them is named Christ or something but I’m doing my sets and he runs into because his friend pushed him then doesn’t even ask to help me set up again.

Positive experience: Meh, you get what you pay for. The price is affordable & if you go in the non-peak hours you get your workout in, in a timely manner. I didn't mind the loud music in the black card gym it blocked out most of the grunting from the other guests. They finally replaced their stair climbers. The tan is a +!

Positive experience: This is the cheapest gym in Milton and you get what you pay for: - 5-10% of the machines will be out of service - the plates will not be where they’re supposed to be - the gym will be packed during peak hours - people will not wipe down machines after using - there will be a guy randomly practicing taekwondo on the triceps press machine 2 things suck: 1 - There is no water fountain. If you’re thirsty you have to buy water or use a sink in the washroom. Gross. 2 - The music in the black card area is ridiculously loud and can’t be adjusted. Having said that, the staff are friendly and it’s a 24 hour facility. The space is adequate. I’ve been coming during the day since November and I’ve never had to wait for anything. If you’re looking to work out on a tight budget this is a pretty good option.

Negative experience: Devin Lucas the manager at this location has mistreated my sisters by being rude, aggressive and showing unprofessional attitude towards my family. It all started, because he denied the use of the tanning beds to them saying that one of them wasn’t me and she wasn’t allow to use it. I had read the policies and procedures on their website and it clearly says that she was allowed to use it. I had a situation with him before where he stated that I forgot my card way too many times and wanted to charge me for a new one. I asked him to show me proof of that and he said he didn’t need to. That time I let it go and moved on. Not this time. I had spoken to other customers about him and they shared the same negative views. It’s a shame that a “manager” can behave and act like that. It’s just unacceptable in every aspect; unprofessional and as human being. The gym is supposed to be a place where you feel welcome, respected and at peace with yourself and others. Everyone else working there has been helpful, friendly and kind. I’ve been trying to get in contact with higher management, but I haven’t been successful.
Negative experience: (Manger) has no customer service skills. Devin has yelled at my family and I followed by shutting the door on my face (subsequently giving up the peace sign). Devin could not explain the polices of the black card within family members, and then got very upset when asked for clarification. His energy was terrible - This is a spot where people go to feel good and not be mistreated by the MANGER. This is my home gym, all the other staff here are kind and respectful towards customers. It’s a shame that you have a disrespectful young man managing this gym and dealing the public on a daily basis.
Negative experience: Devon Lucas the manager got violent and yelled at two young girls and slammed the door in their face when he got overwhelmed. Clearly he has no customer service skills. I've always had problems with this man too, unhelpful, and yells at customers.... I went to go talk at the front desk after he yelled at the girls and he didn't come out of his office, he was avoiding everyone! Unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly is getting away with horrible behaviour.
Positive experience: They have everything you could ask for except it's full after 2pm for whatever reason. There could be another set of lat pull down and row machines. Those are always in use, forcing you to take the mediocre machines that do 60% of the work for you. And another chin-up bar would be great, just take out the circuit bikes at the back, those barely get use compared to the row on the front.

Positive experience: Just joined a few days ago and actually prefer this club to the Goodlife in Milton which has lower ceilings and feels outdated compared to this gym. I can see it getting busy but I go at off hours so haven’t encountered that yet. I find it really odd that they don’t have a water fountain so that people can drink or fill up their bottles. Aside from that the rates are great in comparison to others, gym is fairly clean and the equipment is in good shape.

Negative experience: recently moved to this location and it's awful. I understand that it's a budget gym and this location is a little smaller than others, but it is never clean, weights and plates everywhere and I hardly see the staff doing anything. I know it's our responsibility to put things back when we're done, but a really frustrating example that I have to lift 2-3 45lb plates off the calf raise machine to be able to use it, but I have a shoulder injury so lifting something heavy from such an awkward angle is dangerous, and I also have to clear tons of weights off the barbell rack to use it while stepping on and around tons of other plates thrown into piles on the floor. most times now i just give up instead of completing my workout. staff should be walking around monitoring a little bit more to make sure people are putting equipment back, and management should be monitoring to give these slobs warnings so we can keep the gym tidy. if it looks like this, I can only imagine the level of cleanliness it actually is.
Positive experience: Gym is good, the water temperature for shower is super hot... need to adjust it...

Negative experience: first visit at this location, Half of the cables are full of rust here are you kidding me no one wipes up the machine after use

Negative experience: So its 10 right now i’ve been in the gym since 9:45 pm trying to contact the front desk guys and literally waving at them calling them out as i just bought the membership and the kiosk wasn’t working so i was calling them to help me and my boyfriend out but they literally ignored us saw us waving at them and did nothing and said that we are closed i mean the timings says 7am to 10pm and they said sorry we close at 9:30 only like i just bought the membership and this was the thing that happened the first day, literally i feel like i did a mistake buying the membership cause this is how welcoming and helpful the frontdesk staff is, moreover i work too i know if it says that we’re closing at 10 that means that’s our last call and we are closed that doesn’t mean you close early even when people are coming by to seek help at front desk. You guys really need to know what’s the meaning of front desk. I also have the pictures and videos of the time and stuff just waiting for someone to contact me and i’ll show ya’ll.
Negative experience: Use to be an excellent club with attention to equipment maintenance and availability of cleaning apparatus, now more than half of the equipment is out of order for months and no one bothers to fix it, the front desk staff apologizes for the lame attitude of the management. Planning to cancel my membership and moving to LA fitness . We are a group of 10 people each with black card membership. Time to move.
Positive experience: Pretty decent place to work out, but since I joined qbout 6 weeks ago there have been a large amount of machines that are marked as put of commission. I've actually had to change my routine based on this and many remained unfixed after being down for weeks. Still recommend it based on price and if it is close to you, but be aware it will get insanely packed on weeknights which is made worse by the diminishing amount of machines.
Negative experience: Machines are broken down alot, equipment isn't the greatest either.
Negative experience: Lately, the music is so loud it makes imposible to listen my own music. I asked one employes to help with that and they refused due to new management instructions.

Negative experience: My wife is been trying to cancel her subscription for months, as she was pregnant and could not leave our place, for obvious reasons. Cancelling is a nightmare almost a SCAM, as they demand you to go to any locations and cancel in person. Never going back and would never recommend ANY of their locations to anyone.

Positive experience: Well, it’s a budget gym! It’s better to go during off peak to actually get a good flowing workout in, otherwise it’s packed and not too worth it. And the only thing I’d really complain about is that there’s no water fountain… so whenever I find myself at this location I have to fill my water jug in the bathroom sink if I run out.

Positive experience: Lots of machine options, but you get what you pay for. Got to find off peak times to workout, haven't seen a waterfountain in sight. Place is maintained and machines do get repaired as needed.

Negative experience: One of the worst fit4less clubs. This club is filled with teenagers, and is massively over capacity constantly.
Positive experience: Considering the price it's a pretty great deal but just a heads up there's no wifi and no water fountain if that matters to you.
Positive experience: Despite equipment constantly being broken it is an okay gym for the price.
Negative experience: Very bad management. They don’t care about customer safety today May 6th- 2022. At 11pm a group of guys came inside without membership with the help of inside guys. I complained many time but due to poor management nobody notice it. Secondly at same date after using treadmill due to shortage of hanging space I hang my upper inside the changing room during my workout one guy go inside and thruway my upper outside. He was drunk I analyzed when he was mis using gym equipments. I’m attaching that guy picture I request everyone be careful because you are responsible your own safety nobody care you. Even Management helpless. Once more time I requested to higher management please check CCTV video during 11pm to 12am. From the same recommended date. I request to owner and higher management if you guys didn’t stop this stupidity or bad manners then you can reduce your gym rating and then finally one day people move to another gym.

They resolved my account issue with a friendly way. The Best customer service ever in Fit4less after I visited some branches in GTA. I Recommended Milton Branch for their customer service. Negative experience: The only plus of this gym is the price. They are missing very necessary machines and they don't have a water fountain, which is ridiculous. I've had my membership for a month and I will be canceling it. I'd rather drive 15 km's more and go to planet fitness, that is the same price and is fully equipped.
Negative experience: I'm trying to cancel my membership, and I'm told the computer are down.... the only way to cancel a membership is for you to go into the gym but when you go in the computer is "down" make no sense and should be illegal.
Negative experience: My complain is against the policy for lock in my membership rate (11,25$) every 3 months!!! And cleaning annual fees. I'll Pay (100 $ Annually + membership monthly) this is a hidden fees
