Negative experience: Just giving the one star because its the best fit4less gym and i don’t want it to be overcrowded.

Positive experience: Pretty decent place with quality equipment. However its busy most of the times. Try to come early or superlate if you are trying to workout with less people around.

Negative experience: Charged me $73 and when i went to cancel they charged me another $45 i was paying for 6 months without even going doesn’t make sense to charge me even more for cancellation

Negative experience: Disgusting and rude service from the brown lady at the front. She was extremely rude and moody with the way she was talking to me. I understand doing your job and following rules and regulations established by the facility, however, there are much more respectful ways to enforce them. She was speaking to me as if I was some sort of criminal/ convict? I’ve been going here for quite a while now and I’d rather transfer to another gym after this unpleasant experience with her!! The only reason this is not getting a 1 star is because the white guy on duty was extremely nice and empathetic towards us after seeing that lady torment us. He helped us understand the situation much better, please have him retrain that lady.

Fantastic experience: The place is nice, fun and you feel comfortable while training.

Positive experience: Great gym, big, lots of space, rarely wait for machines. HOWEVER, many machines out of date, things can be under maintenance for weeks, and machines can be broken for a while. Also maybe 1/2 the gym is black card only, not a problem if you have it but without it could be less attractive

Positive experience: Takes a while for handles to be repaired, rope attachments, machines etc. Other than that pretty good.

Positive experience: The most clean out of all gyms I have been to in the past 5 years. However lots of equipment breakdown for some reason.

Positive experience: Great gym for the price, they just need to improve a few things. They need extra carabiners, cables are either missing or you need an extra one for that exercise, I dont know where all their D handles have gone and i wish they took action for the people who leave a mess of weights. Other then that, cant complain.

Fantastic experience: Well lit, very good size, proper ventilation, a lot of different work out machines, lots of space to work out, and extra space for black card holders which is surprisingly pretty decent. I felt like I was working out at GoodLife or la fitness. Definitely a great gym. Better than most locations.

Fantastic experience: The gym is big and clean. The prices are very reasonable for 24/7. I always enjoy the massage chairs.

Negative experience: very rude front desk lady. Needs training or a replacement immediately.

Fantastic experience: I don’t often leave reviews but one employee named Wes went above and beyond to ensure the gym was clean especially the male bathroom It felt really nice to know that the washroom was kept extremely clean, well done Wes I hope he continues to work at this gym. One of the greatest gym employees ever!

Fantastic experience: This is the best Fit4less gym in and around GTA. The backroom is huge. It's always clean. Even the number of people in there is not too many.

Negative experience: I would give a negative rating if possible. The way customers are treated here is unacceptable, particularly by the front desk staff. The service from the Indian girl at the front desk was especially disappointing; it's surprising that such poor customer service skills are tolerated. I won't be returning to this gym. It's disheartening to see such behavior.

Negative experience: Decent gym for the price. Poor ventilation in the black card area where the dumbbells are. A lot of people here don’t wear deodorant and it stinks.

Negative experience: This place is so bad. Not only the place but the people. Stop showing attitude, i get you might be unhappy about your pay but do not take that out on normal people trying to go to the gym to gain some muscle unlike you. These people need to stop replying to every review with the same statement using copy and paste, instead improve and look into these reviews because this place, its people, the admin and everything about it is absolutely horrendous.

Negative experience: Cards not working .. early morning. No staff. Felt disgusting. Just watching others using their cards and entering while ours both card declined without any notice. Using same location since 2022

Negative experience: Reply to owner comment: I sent a message via facebook, planning to call the location today , what time you will be onsite so that I can contact you directly? ------------------------------------------------------------------- I am trying to contact manager at the Millcreek location, staff at the phone rudely hang up , when I call back and asked for manager name she said she cannot give the name of manager , what kind of business is this? My question is regarding cancellation of service, as per the agreement there is no clause for 30 days notice, the print out they have at the location also does not have anything about notice, the consumer protection act protects customers against these type of policies. If I do not hear back from manager or owner, I will report this location and company.

Fantastic experience: Not such a bad gym after all!

Negative experience: Love how the dumbbells can automatically roll to the person next to me so they can use it. Good work on leveling the floors

Negative experience: One of the worst staff. Friday morning front desk lady is so much rude and arrogant .. she needs to get more training regarding how to communicate with the customers.. I was with my family member ( got a tour pass)and she was watching me how operate the trade mill not even a minute the front desk lady came to us and said why is she working out. I explained she just stepped on the machine and before i said anything she told my family member to get a guest pass or just stay in waiting area and make sure this never happened in future. The person with me felt disrespected because the front lady did not even gave a chance to speak. I never imagine that i will be experienced this situation. I had this membership over 2 years now. went to the front desk cancelled my membership because of her rude behaviour towards potential customer.

Negative experience: Worst gym location in whole GTA… arrogant staff.. specially friday morning front desk staff..

Negative experience: A gym is a place where one goes to sweat. The temperature is too low and doesn't allow one to sweat properly.

Fantastic experience: No human interaction with the reception! I LIKE THAT I love the place

Negative experience: Some of the staff just hate to be here. Like it ruins my day when I need to interact with them. That’s what you get for being at a budget gym.

Negative experience: I did not like the service at the front desk. Very rude for no reason and only thinking of themselves. They denied to even answer simple and reasonable questions. I am very disappointed in this location.

Negative experience: The ladies at the front desk are very rude and inconsiderate. The gym is also very small. One of my family members came along with me and he was 15 and literally 2 weeks away from turning 16 and still didn’t let him go even though he was accompanied by an adult. He had to sit on a small bench waiting for me to finish my workout. Mind you we also drove a great distance to get here!

Positive experience: The people that are writing and complaining about busyness probably just come during busy times lol, the people complaining abt smell it’s a gym what do you expect bruh (how could that be the establishments fault too), the cable equipment usually gets fixed pretty fast (saw one dude complaining) and all the attachments you will need are available. You do have to use 2.5s if you want add ons tho. (At other fit4less there’s usually these lil add on thingys) Staff resolved something with me when I was having a bad day. You can also usually get a tour if you want it, you just gotta ask, it’s fit4less.

Negative experience: Incredibly rude staff. I’ve had multiple occasions where I’ve been labeled by staff as “not disabled enough” to use their disabled washrooms, and been talked to in rude fashion.

Negative experience: Machines are older and in need of maintenance. Lots of machines but doesn't matter if only half of them work properly. Plenty of massage chairs and hydrobeds but you have to go to the front desk to activate them and then run back to the machines as they activate them immediately. Wasn't a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym. My favourite fit4less location in the GTA. Clean and spacious.

Negative experience: When you change your direct deposit. It sends an email that you have to click and confirm in order for the changes to occur. Be wary, this isn't really written anywhere at the Kiosk. The Kiosk simply says "A confirmation email has been sent" which could easily be mistaken for a receipt. Been going here 12+ years, back when it used to be a Good Life. I just canceled my membership today. But otherwise a good gym.

Fantastic experience: Not has much space but still got enough machines and equipments and affordable. This is place is very busy all the time. 24/7

Positive experience: I am a member and have been for over 15yrs. Great facility and the staff are really nice. The mens washroom could use a little more attention to detail when cleaning and SMELL. I get it's a gym but it is not kept well.

Fantastic experience: Newly renovated and spacious. Staff is always busy with cleaning up the place. For the money we pay we can go and have a good workout.

Negative experience: Too much rush and specially they do not work on maintenance, machines are broken nobody care about repairs. If you go talk to staff they behave rude most of the time, not clean as much

Negative experience: You cannot get into gym to see the quality of their equipment and services they have you have to pay no refundable annual fee $50 plus tax and biweekly fee minimum $9 plus tax to checkout if their gym is good place to goo. Now a days customer service is something people dont have.

Positive experience: Cheap place in all terms..like cheap subscription, cheap services, cheap equipment. You get what you pay!

Fantastic experience: Honestly amazing gym quite and clean. Homie Wes at the front counter is amazing very kind and out going, I was visiting from out side of the city and definitely would come here again!! Thank you to Wes for the hospitality!

Negative experience: Terrible gym, don’t go here, too many people with poor hygiene who smell very bad and stink up the place. There are tons of kids who don’t know what they’re doing and ego lift and slam weights and damage the gym equipment and break it, then it takes the staff roughly a few months to fix it. Also cable equipment goes missing sometimes and I’m suspecting that people are stealing them as they’re gone forever and can never be found.

Negative experience: It was 5 stars since Dec 2023, now terrible smells, haven't seen them cleaning the floor or the mats, equipments are damaged since a month now with no any actions. Whats happening here?

Positive experience: Lots equipment, unfortunately they do not maintain them . Some equipment are always out of order. They will you weekly, bit then comes to cancel you have you give them months notice. Fine print to maximize profits.

Negative experience: The employees are rude

Fantastic experience: Went in with a customer service issue and the attendant Wesley made sure to handle everything in polite manner! He made sure all issues were solved! Please ask for Wesley if you go into the millcreek location with any issue. He will definitely make sure the problem is solved!

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed. Staff are present yet they are closing the massage chairs. Just say your facility is not upto date and the features are not fully available after staff leave. It honestly boggles my mind why they charge so much when they don’t allow people to get access to the massage chairs. It doesn’t make sense to only have them available during the day. Are most of your gym customers unemployed? If no change takes place to this stupid irrational policy, I will be cancelling my membership.

Fantastic experience: Great place to exercise and get the most out of a gym

Negative experience: The absolutely worst staff to ever exist. I have been a member to multiple commercial gyms & I have never experienced such bad hospitality before. People are coming to this gym to learn & better themselves. This should be encouraged not seen as an inconvenience. They are not at all helpful & EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Do better fit4less.

Fantastic experience: Best Fit4less location in the GTA, always very clean with friendly staff and lots of equipment. (For free weight bar lifters you'd probably need a Black membership as most of the power lifting racks and benches are there - for normal members there's a wide array of cardio and regular weight machines).

Fantastic experience: Best Fit4less I’ve been to. New machines, very large space. Several squat racks and benches. Black card gives you access to weights upto 100lbs. Excellent value

Positive experience: Decent price and has lots of stuff. Unfortunately things are constantly broken. Hooks and straps are always missing even the pins for the weights are missing on machines. Dirty as well. I guess that's why it's so cheap. Don't know what the staff do all day

Positive experience: Would give this gym a 8/10, downside to this place is that it does not have a it's own locker room. It just has like 3 changerooms, which gets taken up quickly. Otherwise, it has great quality machines and workout equipment.

Negative experience: Today 12-dec-2023 at 9:30 pm staff is so rude i genuinely forget card at home and i request to let me in even i show membership detail which i got on email but they behave so rudely.

Negative experience: The staff today, November 19 2023 at around 1215pm did not let me in. I know you need your card but I genuinely forgot it at home and I can provide them my details and show them my ID. It is my first time I forgot it. There was no staff at the frontdesk so I had to call over the phone. Someone picked up. He did not let me in since I don’t have the card. I tried to call back again so that I can explain again I can provide my ID and they can check it in their system — someone picked up the phone and hang up right away. I just can’t understand why the staff would not let me in if I can provide them my ID/information. Not very good customer service.

Positive experience: It’s a great place to workout. It’s not too crowded as well and it’s very spacious. It’s much cheaper than other alternatives. There are tons of cardio machines as well as free weights. It is lacking a few basic equipment for non-black card members which sucks. But most equipment is more than good enough for most people.

Fantastic experience: Staff should have cordless phone or massage chair should have automatic card reader to activate. Everytime you want to use the massage chair, staff are never there.

Positive experience: Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, has almost everything you need. Solid and affordable gym in the area Edit: Lacks hand sanitizer pumps that seem to be a standard at all gyms, I recommend that they add hand sanitizer pumps throughout as I've seen many people do not follow proper gym etiquette and properly wipe down their machines.

Positive experience: Love this gym, clean and everyone is respectful, only reason why no 5 stars is morning staff is always always late.. its 7:31am and still nobody.
