Fantastic experience: I dont see why people complain about this gym. If it’s crowded during peak hours Idk what else you expect from an affordable gym in Lasalle like seriously the gym is fine Is it perfect? No. Do you have everything you need no matter the workout/fitness goals? Yes. Ive worked out at this gym for 2 years ish and the best times are most definitely after 10pm or as early as 5-6am might be lucky before 11am. Peak hours have teenagers and old people that take over machines and chill on them. End of year and beginning of year will have gym traffic at any given time of the day the rest of the 10-9months of the year it’s only during rush hour you might struggle. Its not the gyms fault it’s the fault of unserious people. Theres 2 vending machines if I’m Not mistaken that are always full. Every time i went theres always at least One employee cleaning. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is young and chill and helpful. I have nothing bad to say the reviews are just annoying. The boss is also welcoming Hope this helps :)

Negative experience: So I did go to the couple week ago to the Thursday free trial and everything was well but I forgot my wireless headphone I called the day after asking for it and a young guy told me on the phone that they had found it and they will keep it in the in the front for me came back for it end now they where no where to be found I feel like someone who was working there left with it so my$400 headphone just disappeared so yeah just for that that's not going to register there and y'all should be careful with your stuff at the end of the day is my fault but yeah kind of suck

Positive experience: It's a nice place and it's super clean. When there's a lot of people, it's hard to get the hold of a machine or to get 10 pound weights. Otherwise, everyone is kind. I've never been scared to get anything stolen or gotten weird looks. People ask politely and don't bother you.

Positive experience: Far too many members for the space. Working out here became impractical as a 1hr workout could easily become a 2h workout with wait times for particular equipment. Even during odd hours when you think it might be less busy. I'll be keeping an eye out for if they ever upgrade to a bigger space or open another location in the area as the prices are great and equipment is decent. But for now, what you save in money you pay for with time.

Negative experience: Way too many people, crowded all the time. Even if I avoid usual busy time, it’s crowded anyway (I go either in the morning or after 10hpm). You have to wait forever for any machines or equipment. Good luck to find an available yoga mat. A regular work out that I would do in 1h takes me 2h. You have to wait for everything, it’s frustrating. Forget about super sets in this gym, it’s impossible. Can’t wait for my membership to be over. Very bad experience

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing the staff are friendly and the equipment works all the time. You don’t have to worry about it being crowded as at all times there is enough space for you to work out. A lot of friendly people goes to work out here and I really enjoy it. After a hard work out you could get to use a message chair or a hydro massage chair if you have the platinum membership. The bathrooms are also clean at all times. Overall it’s a good place to go work out if you want a clean environment and a place you can stay focused in. There is also lockers there to just remember to bring your own lock if you stress about people potentially stealing your stuff, although I’ve never seen or heard anyone loosing anything. Join now to get in shape you won’t regret it.

Positive experience: 2 stars sounds harsh but the real issue with this gym is the low fees attract teenagers who come in groups of 4 to 5 and occupy machines for 45 minutes. Avoid going close to high-school end of day timelines which just so happens to be end of workday. If you're looking for quick and easy, I'd recommend spending a bit more to go to another gym and get some peace of mind to go when you want.

Negative experience: Ce n'est pas le meilleur Econofitness que je connaisse mais il y a pratiquement tout (machines, matériel, il manque des steppers et quelques autres petits trucs mais il est quand même plus au moins complet). Il est spacieux et 24h ce qui aidant. Il y a pleins d'ado qui s'y entrainent et qui n'y sont pas inscrits. Une carte peut être partagée avec 3 /4 personnes qui rentrent tous en même temps. Il sont bruyants et désorganisés. Ils prennent beaucoup de place ce qui est parfois dérangeant. Cependant, j'ai choisi d'accorder une seule étoile car le gérant est sélectif . Il peut-être également irrespectueux agressif et harcelant avec ses clients. J'ai vécu une situation qui m'a énormément affectée sur le plan psychologique et je viens de rédiger une plainte pour le service à la clientèle.

Negative experience: Was a member for 6+years. Everything fine until you need to contact customer service about a problem, in which case there is no customer service... Form on their site is useless. Tried 3 times over 2.5months and no answer. A manager at the gym told me he couldn't do anything and to use the form... A real person answered me on facebook and you guessed it... Told me to just fill out the form.

Positive experience: Good reasonably priced gym, generally speaking… but your website has a truckload of technical issues, let’s just say bugs. When you can’t change an emergency contact phone number, there is a problem. ‍♂️ I spent over 40 minutes entering personal info to renew my membership and the website generates a contract with all of my OLD info… wrong address, phone number… everything. It’s very annoying and a bad start to a new chapter of my fitness journey.

Negative experience: Je vais a ce gym depuis 2019 il ce degrade de plus en plus 99 % des clients nont pas leur serviette et nettoie meme pas leur machines ca serait apprecie de verifie les serviettes comme le fesait les employer auparavant et aussi ya Du monde qui rentre avec leur bottes d’hiver carrément au moment de faire la visite quand il ce sont les inscrits !!

Fantastic experience: I've just recently move out to live in Lasalle and this 24/7 is the very first gym that i used my platinum membership and so far its a excellent gym! The machines are working, a lot of intriguing gym members, its 7 minutes walk from my new apartment and its a 24/7 GYM!!! 10/10

Positive experience: Good for the price. Best to go early in the morning as there is only 1 real squat rack and 2 bench press stations

Negative experience: Garbage gym, half the machine are being repaired for multiple months and it’s always packed.. guess this is why you pay so cheap, I would save my money and work out elsewhere.

Negative experience: I've been to other Econofitness locations but this one is the worst one I've seen. There are soo many broken machines! Today every single thing I tried to do (eliptical, treadmill, stationary bike) all had several broken ones. I had to keep trying machines until I could get one that semi-worked and the stationary bike's pedal was broken so I just pedalled with one... It get very crowded in the evening and people often don't clean up after themselves. It's disappointing because its one of the only gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: My frist gym membership so take my 5 star review lightly. I find it clean and organized well enough. A few weight machines missing but for the most part it's an excellent collection of equipment. The massage chairs and hydro massage are nice after a long workout.

Negative experience: Place is clean, frendly. The reception today was very slow in decision making. The hydromassage Nr2 broke after 2 min of use, I've asked to start the hydromassage Nr1 for me. The person at the reception told me he can try to fix the hydromass.Nr2. I've repeatedly told it has an error on the screen, asking for technician. While I was discussing with the reception smb else entered in the hydromasage nr1, and starded to use it, so for the next 10 min I should wait? because I must convince the reception ? Prioritize the client time!!! Why should I wait for the reception to try to fix nr2 while nr 1 is available? Launch the hydromassNr1 the go and see what's happening with Nr2. Unpleasant experience at the end.

Positive experience: I've been going to Econofitness on and off for the past 6 years. It is unbearably crowded in the evenings, so I would suggest going before work if you work an 8-4 or a 9-5. Also, equipment is incredibly limited for lifters. There is only one squat rack and TWO Smith Machines?? Only two benches for benchpressing and sometimes you have to wait several minutes before you can use it, even during the quiet hours. Forget the wait time for the ONE proper squat rack in this gym. Always busy and you have to make sure that you secure your spot in "line" or else someone is going to slip in before you even though you were waiting for 20+ minutes. People who are only interested in cardio will be pleased though since there are a ton of treadmills and stationary bikes. The people at this gym are varied. Many of them are respectful of the rules and are quite friendly. However, you will occasionally meet the obnoxious gymgoer who poses and takes selfies in the mirror in front of you when you are trying to check your form. Really nothing staff can do about that I suppose. This is really just a comment on the culture of the gym. I exercise with my music on full-blast for my whole workout, so I try to avoid interactions when I'm there. The regulars that I've recognized are, for the most part, neutral. They mind their business. Lockers are extremely narrow, so prepare for that. Don't bring anything too wide. I used to skateboard to the gym and my board barely fit in there. For the love of god, BRING A LOCK. Do not leave your stuff unattended because someone will steal it. I fear my boots will be stolen every winter because of the high traffic. Staff was friendly whenever I interacted with them. Again, I try to avoid any and all interactions when I go there, so I have rarely spoken with them. The times I have, however, they were nice. Even when I (stupidly) walked in with outdoor shoes and someone complained, the staff kindly corrected me. For the cyclists out there, there is a bike rack outside, but it can fill up quickly during the busy hours. Price has really skyrocketed since I first started. I remember paying roughly $11/month when I first signed up, but now it's $20 ($10 biweekly) for a regular membership. I'm not sure if the gym reflects that value for someone who lifts free weights due to how underequipped they are. For this reason, I will be trying Buzzfit to compare since it's cheaper ($14/month) and they actually have more than one squat rack.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Econofitness, I was supposed to get a refund after I cancelled my membership, I received the cheque and deposited it in the bank one week later the bank told me that the provider blocked the cheque on their end, and I need to get another one, when I talked to the manager he told me that he'll talk to the support and contact me, now 3 months have passed and still no news!! Shame on you

Negative experience: The person name carlos, racist , rude - doesn’t know how to talk with clients, except carlos everyone is nice, but he is the worst employee you can ever have.

Positive experience: Clean and well equiped. Really busy in the morning. (8-10am)

Negative experience: Really bad place, got my wallet stolen, no help from staff, staff does not even want to check the cameras to find who is doing this and to block that person from stealing, really bad place and bad culture, do not recommend.

Positive experience: It's a no frills gym that has affordable membership rates. Equipment is reliable, never any equipment out of order. At times, it can be busy, so I choose my workout times carefully for using bench press equipment and squatting equipment. They have a lot of cardio machines that can be used even at the busy times of the day. Final conclusion: It's a good value for the price.

Negative experience: I was a member of this gym for over 3 years. Until One day, I forgot my lock and decided to leave my stuff in the locker anyways. That’s the day someone stole my wallet. I went to seek the help of manager (Carlos) and asked if they could look at the recordings. (There are clearly cameras pointing at the lockers…) His answer?” We can’t do that because then I need to file a report to econofitness.” Wait what? You don’t want to help me because that necessitates filling a report?! Look, I’m not saying that this is econofitnesse’s fault but the least I expect is that they help just a bit. There are people getting their stuff stolen in your gym and you don’t even care?! What the heck are those cameras for if you’re not going to use them !? Never stepping a foot in that place again. Cancelled my membership and so are many other people.

Negative experience: This gym supposedly has rules but aren't enforced, people without towels. It's not ideal for weights, 1 squat rack and 2 bench presses, they let in way too many people for there to be room. Broken things from urinals to machines take forever to be fixed, not very clean in the lockers and carpets. Lockers are tiny, staff is friendly but service is poor. Lots of cardio equipment so ideal for that but that's about it. Update: still no confirmation of my cancellation unless I call them to ask, the email address is right, this is the quality of service to expect.

Positive experience: Over crowded Ok Gym, the staff should be on site at 6am instead of 8. some machine are broken and it takes forever for them to fix it. max dumbell weight is 75lbs Door system out of date, it requires the physical card instead of a cell phone application with NFC tap on a positive note, it's very clean and there is enough equipment for a good training

Positive experience: Lots of people. Lots of weights and machines. Some of them are out of order. I have trust issues about cleanliness. The gym is spacious and it is open 24hrs.

Fantastic experience: What you expect from $24/month for Gym? Econofitness give a loooot for real! And this branch is less crowded, the people are decent, the equipments are clean, and has great customer service. We love the hydro massage and the chair massage for sure.

Negative experience: This gym does not enforce any rules. People are constantly working out barefoot, taking shirtless selfies, screaming and actually chasing each other around. I have spoken with the front desk staff and management however nothing changes. I have now requested to have my gym membership cancelled as nothing has changed. Your manager Carlos is refusing to cancel my membership unless I pay cancellation fees. I DO NOT ACCEPT. Enforce your own rules!!! Here is a photo of a man doing back rows with no shoes. Positive experience: Great place to exercise. I've only been one so far and spent about an hour and a half there and everybody mind their own business. No one seemed to be judging each other. The staff was really nice. The equipment were clean. None of it was broken and they offered plenty of services and for the pricing it's pretty good

Positive experience: It's ok. Definitely not the best gym around. Very small, always full, lacking equipment. Half the time you just wait in line for your turn. However it's pretty clean which is appreciated. A decent option in the area

Positive experience: Im a big fan of these gym but… Well this is the first time I showered at this location and while the shower stall itself was clean… the changing room was not really clean, all around the side wall the floor was really gross and the room drain was blocked and dirty, this is an easy fix if an attendant had been present at the time I would have pointed it out to them.

Positive experience: Friendly staff. A good place to workout if you are a beginner or need 24/7 access due to your schedule. The place has served me well but I now feel like I need to move on. Equipment is limited and takes a long time to fix (corporate structure I imagine), and now the one water fountain only pours hot water. It’s been at least 2 weeks and I’m sure it will be at least another 2 before it is fixed.

Fantastic experience: Just signed a membership now, am taking my health very serious and I hope econofitness will help me in this journey. I will give more reviews soon, but for now, the customer service was on point

Negative experience: What can a say, it’s a pretty good deal for the machines available but the service is the WORST! Bad management, the employees are always rude and treat the clients really badly, specially the girls on the morning shift!

Negative experience: Very rude manager, she needs a lot of work of her customer service. Honestly the worst customers service I have received from her. As mentioned, she is rude, condescending, belittles everyone she talks to. All the other employees are very nice. If she hates her job so much she should leave instead of making everyone's life miserable. Econofitness should look into this manner and fire her. Please get a new manager for this location as she is very bad

Negative experience: Le gym est bien. Mais le circuit 30 minutes n’est aucunement respecté. Je me suis inscrit a ce gym justement pour ce circuit, mais impossible de le faire. Les gens du gym vont monopoliser les machines même s’il ne font pas le circuit et ne respecte pas le temps affiché sur l’écran. Il est juste à côté d’où les employés sont et ils ne disent jamais rien pour faire respecter le circuit… jai un mois pout annuler mon inscription et je crois bien le faire. Depuis mon inscription il y a deux semaines j’ai réussi a faire le circuit qu’une seule fois sans interruption.

Negative experience: Le personnel est chaleureux. L'.équipement est généralement en bonne condition. Le seul problème est au niveau de la propreté. C'est accepté de ne pas utiliser les serviettes pendant les entrainements et de ne pas nettoyer après le passage. J'ai rapporté par écrit ce manque de rigueur au niveau de la propreté à la direction et jamais aucun retour. J'y suis retourné cette semaine et c'est toujours le même constat. Je devais essuyer la sueur des autres avant d'utiliser les appareils.

Negative experience: These guys do not let you leave the membership. Earlier cancellation fees was $30. Now when you go to cancel the membership, basically you have to pay the next month's installment and you have to pay $60 cancellation fees. The thing that was worst in my eyes is that on their website they do not specify clearly how much they will be charging you when you go to cancel.

Positive experience: Nice gym, a bit crowded though and not much place to walk around and not many squat machines or yoga mat areas, but overall nice

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. New membership card didn't work for some reason. They won't let me in at 6am because their system is opening at 8am and they can't do anything else so I need to wait 2hrs outside... They simply don't care because it is already overcrowded. Look for another gym...

Negative experience: First visit today since COVID closure, we were encouraged by the rules listed on the website that it would be safe. But they were not checking anyone's vaccine passports, even though today was an open gym day where anyone could visit. When I asked at the front desk is they usually check vaccine passports, she said yes, always. "And when the police come to check all the people without vaccination proof will get a ticket." (It's a mystery how they get in I guess... )Then she went back into her office and 3 more people walked in the open gate without scanning their membership cards or showing anyone a vaccine passports. In addition, cleaner provided for machines had instruction on bottle saying it must stay wet on surface 10 minutes to disinfect. But since the spray bottles are tied to the cleaning station, you can't spray the machine directly. You need to apply a bit on a brown paper towel and wipe. No way it will actually be wet enough to disinfect the machine. I might keep going, only when the gym is empty and I won't be near anyone. But won't renew if it stays like this. I wrote gym about this, but their response time is estimated at 4 weeks, so I thought a Google review might get to them faster.

Negative experience: Gym trop bondé. Pas cher, mais pas très propres. Employés nonchalants quand il y a un problème et ils ne font pas respecter les règles du gym (hygiène, Covid, etc.). Pour régler les problèmes, tout le monde pelote dans la cour du voisin.
