Fantastic experience: I travel for work, so I've been to many different Anytimes. This was is very very clean and brand new with all updated and new machines. 10/10 recommend. There is also a tanning booth here.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gym in Kelowna. Great Gym equipments and even better customer service. Naomi and Tom consistently create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Naomi greets everyone with a warm smile and maintains a positive approachable demeanor. She is quick to resolve any issues and always goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience for members. Similarly Tom is always seen with a smile greeting and engaging with gym members making everyone feel at ease he's constantly helping and maintaining the gym and ensuring its clean and organized. Both Naomi and Tom's professionalism helpfulness and dedication contribute to a consistently great experience for all members.

Fantastic experience: Been in this Gym since 2023 of August. Kept my head down, they let me train. Best gym in my opinion. Reasonable prices, and the washrooms are clean People who complain with annual contracts are probably just not committed eenough.

Positive experience: I honestly think this is a great gym.. I tried them out for the trial stage, customer service was great, they had a lot of equipment and free weights.. I recommend this gym to anyone who can afford it and work outside a 9 to 5.. ———— I DIDN’T get a full membership because of my own preference.. number one being the price: it is $39.99 bi-weekly, with a $167 upfront (for key fob, and sign up fees), and a bi-yearly $70 fee for cleaning.. that is just out of budget for me.. all gyms I have joined in the past ranged from $20-$50/monthly, and I wanted to keep my budget within this range.. another reason, is the lack of sanitizer sprays, wipes, and garbage cans in the gym.. I’m a germophobe and prefer to wipe machines before and after I use them (I don’t trust other people’s hygiene).. again, this is preference.. lastly, the gyms I joined in the past had change rooms with lockers IN the change rooms… this is again preference… this AF location has two shower rooms which acts as their change rooms (shared for all genders), with lockers & cubbies near the entrance of the gym— you have to walk past the lockers to the shower room, come back to lock up your stuff, and then walk back again since the change rooms are by the weight area……. The layout is fairly inconvenient, and changing in the shower rooms is just not ideal especially if you’re hauling work stuff.. ———— Again, great gym… just not for me

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite gym of Anytime Fitness. The owner and staff are super friendly and nice, always willing to help out. The gym is so clean and the machines are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Clean facility, great equipment, referral programs, good music if you forget your headphones, a tanning bed, and fun competitions throughout the month. The staff is exceptional, and I have to mention Damoun especially, thanks for all the help!

Fantastic experience: Although on the pricy side, with memberships starting out the gate $160, then $55 bi-weekly, or $1150 for the year. (As of Sept 2024.) We were permitted free trial, where I was amazed by the environment of the gym, and the behavior of the manager was top-notch. Each weight machine layed out how to do the exercises and what muscle groups you would be working, I could almost promise if you want to isolate a muscle group and work it. This is the place to go. Highly recommended, I want to say the price is almost worth admission I'm just not in the place to get a membership that steep. Have a great day!

Fantastic experience: The Commerce (Kelowna) location of Anytime Fitness is excellent. Clean facilities. New equipment. Bright with high ceilings and ample space. I come here once a year while on a work trip and have noticed the improvements via renovation to the washroom area and the changed layout of the stationary machines which makes the space seem larger.

Fantastic experience: Best anytime I’ve been to. The recent updates and ALL new machines are amazing! Great selection coming from a bodybuilding perspective! I can’t wait till the Lake Country sees similar machine upgrades!

From cleanliness to completely new machines, it’s had a real glow up. The staff is great too, Naomi and Tom are welcoming and supportive, as well as answering any questions you may have.

The equipment and the gym itself has recently been updated, the atmosphere is super welcoming and not intimidating at all. The place is huge and there’s everything you’d ever need. However, the new owner has completely transformed the gym. He personally takes feedback from customers and works closely with the employees. He is very humble, and the manager is equally kind, greeting everyone warmly. The entire team is putting in great effort to improve the gym, which I really appreciate. Positive experience: So this is a follow up to an original review I have deleted. I had a few issues in terms of the contract, what I was made aware of, etc etc. This was then resolved with a phone call with the manager, who was nothing short of delightful, helpful and considerate. I really appreciated that, as I am aware my first review came across as quite rude and disrespectful. For that, I apologise. However, I would like to request that in the event that I or someone else leaves an unhappy review, please do not pick it apart and accuse us of things neither of us understood, due to lack of communication. Please just contact me privately over a phone call or an email, and I'm sure anyone would be happy to discuss peacefully what had happened, and to clear up conclusions. It keeps things professional. Negative experience: Often dirty, frequent damage to shared facilities like sinks and water fountain. Potential gang activity multiple people standing around not working out. Staff seem friendly but are somewhat cowardice and unable to confront problems or address issues before they escalate to canceling memberships without explanation and avoiding conversation about it. Charged me for services and then cancelled membership after I made a comment about the owners vehicle looking fast (maclaren) I'm assuming Paige(manager) and the owner are having some sort of affair or close knit relationship because she was in the car when I made the comment about it. I think they are participating in organized crime and scamming people and charging more than what they provide. The enhancement to the club seems to be lacking. All my interactions with staff have been shallow like they do not have passion for their job or life.

Fantastic experience: Ever since the new owner took this gym over - it’s been my fave place to workout. Lots of space, unique/high-quality equipment and a great vibe. They seem to care about having good equipment: so many free weights and machines that I can’t find in many gyms (booty builders, stand-up hamstring machines, etc). I’d say this is the best value if you need a gym membership!

Fantastic experience: After the renovation the gym turned into a totally different space. Variety of machines for cardio and weightlifting. Monthly prices reflect the quality of the space. Super friendly owner and staff. All in all great space to workout in.

Brand new equipment, more culture, I find 99.9% of people working out here are friendly, kind and respectful. The owner took time to get to no me personally and make me feel like I'm a appreciated customer. 10/10. The staff are also amazing.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my membership, the gym has not only refused to process my cancellation but also attempted to charge me further. Additionally, the safety measures at this facility are inadequate; I've lost two pairs of shoes during my visits, which speaks volumes about the security and management's attention to member property. I would not recommend this gym to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of safety protocols.

Fantastic experience: Started hitting the gym about a month ago, this gym is perfect for me, due to my work schedule, I need my gym to be open when I have time for it, so Anytime fitness fits the bill. I recommend to anyone who is looking for flexibility in their schedule.
