Fantastic experience: We go regularly with our 3 year old. The kid’s pool is great! Great experience, especially for the price

Fantastic experience: Helpful and friendly staff, great range of equipment, and access to pool/sauna/steam room.

Negative experience: Staff experience so far has been less than great. I am aware it's a community gym however there have been very few chances to get a real workout in for having to deal with kids running all over the place, more could be done to monitor busy times and make accessibility more fair.

Fantastic experience: Such a great facility. We visited family in the area and spent a few hours at the pool. Lifeguards were wonderful and staff very friendly. Clean pool and changerooms. A great sitting area for those not swimming.

Fantastic experience: If you're in the area mountain biking and want to shower before driving home, this place is solid. Nothing amazing about the shower, but it's clean and quick. $5 for a shower, $2.50 if you need a towel.

Fantastic experience: I try to go daily when I am in whistler. The gym is well stocked with free weights and good equipment. The bonus for me is the sauna and steam room. Perfect for healthcare. I purchased a 20 visit card so I can scan in on arrival and no wait time

Positive experience: It's a great sports center, I just wished the gym was a bit bigger cuz it can get very busy sometimes

Negative experience: Went to the pool here and it was lame, the diving boards were closed, the kiddy pool was closed and the pool was freezing not very big either.

Fantastic experience: Great sports centre equiped with a nice gym

Negative experience: Not a great experience here. Was told slide and big pool was open it was not! Was told no picture taking allowed, that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! We come to whistler every year but we won’t be coming back here again. Save your money for other whistler experiences, this is a horrible one. Rude staff as well.

Negative experience: First of all, there a re no rules or regulations against old men from showering with no clothes on, (theres children in the bathroom and showers.) the towels are $2.50 so you can ether be wet or pay, and the leisure part of the pool was closed for 3 hours and they weren't cleaning it or doing any thing with it, it was just sitting there closed. the snacks are over priced too, no one's paying $15.00 or chicken strips. Theres also no where to dry your wet shorts.

Fantastic experience: Only have been to the rink here, but it's a great rink for watching! Heated seating area, lots of natural light. Nice and bright. Definitely one of my favourite hockey rinks! Food at the Cafe is also stellar.

Negative experience: I went on a week day evening and gym was packed. The treadmills were so close that young guy running beside me on his treadmill was sweating and it was landing on my treadmill. Also the change rooms were very dirty. They obviously need more people working and some system so gym not so crowded. The ten dollar drop in fee is not cheap. Will not be back. Whistler you can do better.

Positive experience: Local community swimming pool. The lane swimming is not crowded when I was there. All staff are friendly and helpful. But the water slide and leisure pool is not very large. The temperature in the change room is lower than I expected.

Negative experience: The gym is tiny, always overfilled and doesn’t have all the machines you need for a workout. The floor in the changing room is wet and dirty. The Staff at the counter is nice and with 10$ for a drop in still the cheapest in the area but the gym should be bigger or have a people limit so everyone can workout

Fantastic experience: Place to be on a rainy day

Negative experience: The actual gym is completely oversubscribed I came back to the same exercise machine 6 times literally over the course of a 1.5 hour gym session and always always someone on it. So you lose your flow and just miss out on exercises in your session this is even late on a Sunday night so it’s not a question of peak times. Peak times are even more oversubscribed. They have to sell less memberships or manage how many can enter gym at once or it’s not fair to sell walk in sessions for $9 a go if most machines are constantly in use.

Negative experience: If your going to drop to the gym you may want to ask to see it first as I paid first and went upstairs and the place was small and had way too many people. Really they should have a limit.They need to expand the gym considerably and put some new equipment in.

Fantastic experience: Shower use only 50% off 20 minute time restriction One of the only places to shower if you are camping out. Facilities seemed nice and mostly a local joint. Open until 9 everyday

Fantastic experience: Clean, good and affordable facilities. The fitness centre has a great view with lots of sunlight, as-well as a large amount of bikes and treadmills allowing a large amount of people to be in the space without it being full.

Positive experience: Excellent facility with ample parking. We went for some ice skating and very much enjoyed our experience. Good quality skates to rent and helmets available for free. Ice was in good shape and ambient music playing while you skate. Weekday was not too busy other than some young kids learning to skate. Keep an eye out when they are there as they are spontaneous and my suddenly veer of in your direction. Best to go when there are fewer kids, especially if you're a beginner. Great workout and fun experience. Well kept facility!

Fantastic experience: Every year I come to Whistler we pay a visit to this place - 30 years since we first came, and it is still a fantastic place for exercising or just taking the kids to relax in the pool after a day skiing. Love this place.

Positive experience: Seems understaffed as they close the kids pool frequently due to not having enough lifeguards yet keep it open for lessons. Other than that it is a clean facility with friendly staff and a good place to bring the family.

Positive experience: This is a fun place to take your family. However limit your expectations for the kids swim area. During the summer this is a great splash pad awesome experience there. Staff are nice and friendly there's a great lap pool sauna steam room and small water slide into the pool.

Negative experience: It's sad when you are stranded due to BC floods with no way to get home and this place would not let my family swim unless we purchased a minimum of a 10 day membership. The staff were not even remotely accommodating, in this unfortunate situation in BC. It's highly disappointing.

Negative experience: Dressing rooms are meh rink is pretty good. But atmospher is good most of the time but some of the teams are brutal to play againsed. Over all not fun to drive 1 hour to there.

Fantastic experience: Great staff at the front - explained everything and simplified the products matrix available. Facilities are good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Negative experience: Change rooms are filthy. You’d think during a pandemic they would try and at least pretend like they are cleaning. So gross.

Positive experience: Cool waterside at the outdoor spray park. Playground is alright. Nice view and not busy.

Fantastic experience: The staff when you check in are always friendly. The gym is well appointed, the pool is kept in great condition. The lifeguards are always cheerful and attentive. Love having a membership here.

Fantastic experience: Great place to bring your family to enjoy some excitement in the leisure pool. The leisure pool has a tot pool as well as a river and other water features. Feeling up for a swim they have a great 25m lap pool containing 6 lanes. There is a beautiful gym upstairs and a full size skating rink. Now even with covid they are still offering limited operations. Feel free to call Meadow Park Sport center to find out how they are dealing with covid and allowing the community to still get their exercise in.

Fantastic experience: Excellent covid protocols allowing for continued use of the gym for as long as conditions allow. Great selection of machines and weights and plenty of space to allow maximum number of participants. Edit open again with clear areas defined as workout zones per person.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, swim and ice skate, I would give 10 stars if possible! The vending machine is useful for snacks, I did swimming lessons, this is the place I have learned to swim I have been coming here since I was 4 or 5 cant remember maybe 3? Anyways this place is a good place to hangout and the hot tub is a nice place to relax same as the steam room.
