Fantastic experience: Came here on Thursday and the place looked very good. Some of the machines I saw I had never used before so was pretty excited to try it out. Had a very good workout. The treadmill was different from my home gym so it was hard to use at first but one of the staff showed me how to use it. Hydro massage was good aswell. Overall it was good and definitely plan on coming again

Positive experience: Why are there so much bad reviews? I came to this location on a Thursday morning and I’m so happy I did. It was empty! This location is very spacious, I did not have to wait for any machine really, I was able to get in, train, and leave in 1 hour. If this location was closer to me I would definitely train here most the time. I prefer this location more to others. There’s an only women section, I found the change rooms and bathroom area/showers to be cleaner than other GoodLife locations I have been to. Front desk friendly and helpful. No complaints. Bonus: tons of free parking

Fantastic experience: Heather M., Passionate Instructor and amazing person, soul guide to many, including myself. She leads by example. Yes, sometimes the water is cold in the pool or the yoga rooms are cold maybe a little heat will make the atmosphere better but I still go because of her. If you are looking to connect with a great instructor that leads by example, Heather is by far the best. I make time to come to her classes. This Goodlife gym is not bad. There are couple of things that I'm sure they know about and working on it (like the cold rooms or cold water in the swimming pool) but I'm sure they will fix it. Koodos to Heather always great energy and inspirational being.

Negative experience: By far, the worst location I have experienced thus far! The moment you walk in, you’ll feel that this place’s falling apart. It’s not well-kept at all, cleaning staff is no where to be found, spacious place but limited machines, dirty towels are everywhere at the locker rooms, cracked and leaky walls, etc… This location needs a major upgrade

Negative experience: The amenities here are broken too frequently, the change rooms are dirty way too often with towels all over the floor and lockers, its redeeming factors however are that most of the staff is kind and quick to tend to your needs, (the females ive noticed are better, as well as the one Indian gentleman with the beard and the guy who always wears the hat) they also offer a plethora of workout and relaxation options ( When they are functional)

Fantastic experience: I joined GoodLife because I did not like fitforless for many reasons. Unlike fitforlife, GoodLife provides staffing from open to close. When I signed up with fitforless I used a kiosk but when I signed up, at GoodLife I was greeted with a happy, bubbly young lady who made me feel so comfortable and welcome. At GoodLife the staff help you train and learn the different machines and different workouts. I love this location because there is a pool and I just feel so comfortable here. Even though it is like a 2 hour trip for me I always make time in my week to come this way just to go here. I absolutely love this location and would not change it for the world. I can officially say I am a member of GoodLife for life.

Negative experience: I came on Oct 27 at this Goodlife , apparently they open at 8:00 am , but nobody has showed up to opening the place yet , it is 8:14 am. Somebody forgot to set up his alarm ⏰️

Negative experience: "Hi, I am a member of the gym, and today I asked about the towel service. To my surprise, I was denied a towel, only to realize that my membership does not include towel service. While I understand this policy, I thought an exception could be made, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. I encourage GoodLife Fitness to review their membership options and consider including towel service for all tiers of membership. Today's experience was quite disappointing, especially since I’ve been a loyal member for a long time

Negative experience: I came to swimm around 9p.m. It was no clean towels available. Was suggested to go swimm and after come back to pick up towels

Positive experience: Sadly it seems that the expansive facilities come at a cost to experience. It is the triple-crown of Goodlife: Pool, Sauna (co-ed) AND gendered steam rooms. The equipment may not be the most expansive and the cardio area might be a little too big relative to the resistance/weights, however at it's peak it is probably the best 'health spa'-esque gym within a 10km radius. However beware the disrepair. At last visit the main gym area was suffering from mold and serious renovation scarring, with the mirror wall being taped over for renovations. The male locker areas have some serious standing water issues and the steam room will drop to dangerously-low temperatures regularly. Not a great place for group fitness, however perfect for those who want to hit the steam/sauna or pool.

Fantastic experience: I really wish they would extend the hours on the weekend it closes way too early, but the gym is fantastic overall , great amenities

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to good life and LA fitness and the sanitation is way better at GoodLife. I love the steam room! When I go it always seems cleaned while at LA fitness it’s always needed to be cleaned 24/7. GoodLife needs more variety when it comes to arms and chest machines but other then that it’s amazing

Negative experience: This location used to be great. Then water leak happened which was ignored for MONTHS up until black mold was growing on the ceilings. Then they started to dry in out. Now the gym is half disassembled and they are in no hurry to fix it. Oh, the AC in the group fitness room never works.

Negative experience: Thanks for bringing this up. This is always a problem. Every other day jacuzzi is under maintenance. One day my son call the good life and they said the same thing that its working and when he came there, it was under maintenance. I drove him all the way there for jacuzzi. I was really mad that day.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. We call them and ask for if jacuzzi is opened and they said yes. We came all the way from half an hour drive and when we reached the jacuzzi, it was closed and on maintenance and we told them and one of the associate (girl) was showing attitude for no reason even she know we call them. 3 person was talking with the girl respectedly but she wasn’t showing any respect to us. I come to gym every other day and associate alway show respect. This girl looks like recently joined. Also want to say please tell us the schedule in advance for maintenance or other because ppl come from far away.

Negative experience: This location has everything, A good size of swimming pool, sauna, Steam room, a hot tub, the hair dryers in the ladies' room. Sauna is DOWN steam is DOWN hot tub is DOWN hair dryers are DOWN soap dispensers are BROKEN. Only the swimming pool is still working at this point. Every time the sauna or steam room are down, it Takes months to get them fixed. Water leaks from the roof everywhere. The hot tub is locked out when the Aqua fitness Is scheduled on prime time, People have no other facilities to use when everything it's down, We voiced our frustration, the male manager said that we can go elsewhere to find the facilities we wanted. The staffs are nice, but what can they do when the management is so poor.

Negative experience: This place has it all, steam room, sauna, hot tub, swimming pool. But only the swimming pool is working. Everytime when it's down, it will be down for months. Water leaks every where, Poorly maintenance. It's time for this place to retired. Members beware before signing up.

Negative experience: This is the worst goodlife for my 18 years membership. The sauna is broken, the swimming pool floor is scrapped, change room cabinets all dislocated, and more. When I complained to the front desk, the associate named Kristen became completely agressive after I told her the state of the gym is “a shame”, and she said “if you don’t like it, leave. “ and yelled at me to “get out”. GoodLife management has a lot of work to do on the customer service in this location. Not once I come here without dealing with a broken something, and now an aggressive associate literally told member to “get out”.

Negative experience: Machines are always under maintenance, staff doesn't really care, can't say when was the last time i found the steam room working.

Positive experience: The sign says 24hrs but they open at 6am and 8am on weekends, OFFICE HOURS!!!! When will this gym be 24hours again?

Positive experience: This location has retirement home vibes and is a dull place overall. Maybe a paint job would make it look better, but grey and diarrhea orange are kind of depressing. Weight section is below average, most of the equipment feels like crammed in a small space, and although they have amenities such as steam room, jacuzzi, pool, sauna and so on, there's not much use of them quite frankly, because for example, in the steam room, it only emits steam when the pope dies, so u might be sitting in that disgustingly dirty room for like 10-15 minutes without any steam. Stuff was friendly, and please don't take my review personal. On paper the gym is great, but in reality it's a bluh. Ciao

I've found Kristen is very helpful and always greets us with a smile. Kristen has such a positive attitude and always stops to make time for a quick check in.

I’ve been going here pre and post Covid for years. Highly recommend to see Nik for all your advice he helped me with various tips and information regarding fitness nutrition and amenities information. :)

Fantastic experience: I've moved around a lot in the GTA, and every goodlife has something thats missing it from being tbe best. At Keele and hwy 7 I found that thing thats missing, and its Kristen who works there. She is always walking around and being attentive when it comes to cleanliness, reracks weights left behind and gives pointers on a more optimal way to train. My experience at goodlife has been better thanks to Kristens deduction not only to the club, but her members. Thank you for making this the best goodlife in the GTA and canada!

Positive experience: It's the best GoodLife I've trained, with lots of Hammer Strength machines and one from Nautilus, excellent, it's a shame it's not 24 hours a day.

Negative experience: How are you going to have a huge 24/7 sign on the front of your gym if it's not 24/7. I don't care that other clubs are open, I'm trying to go to yours which says 24/7 on the front outside.

Negative experience: I visit for the first time at evening but unfortunately poor customer service it’s was a young medium lady with glasses she was totally rude ! To be honest I cancel my membership right away!

Fantastic experience: Kenisha helped me over the phone as I was trying to figure out how to put a family member onto my plan, she was patient, friendly and understanding to the situation that was being addressed. It was refreshing to have an associate to talk to me and understand my questions. I would go here literally just because of her Thank you!

Positive experience: I visited for the first time yesterday morning and appreciated the empty gym, which allowed me to complete my workout efficiently. The men’s locker room and bathroom were well-maintained, as was the steam room. However, the sauna being gender-neutral due to its connection to the pool/hot tub might be a downside for some. My only complaint is regarding the lack of ventilation in the men’s room, as steam buildup is causing “black” water spots on the ceiling, which could become a concern. Despite this, the towels were above average compared to other locations . I would consider returning in the future.

Positive experience: I have been going this gym for almost a year now, and 3 stars rating is the best I can give. The sauna didn’t work over a month. Every week, once or twice they are running out of towels. Even though it is a small location, it is not too crowded (mostly), that’s a plus

Fantastic experience: I want to praise this employee "Kristen" who works at the front desk for this location she greets me by my first name along with a friendly smile every time I enter the gym. She's always smiling and needs to be rewarded by management for her impeccable customer service!

Negative experience: Everything is down, but to repair them will take months to have them running back, especially in the winter, very frustrated. Super poor management. THE LADIES STEAM ROOM IS STILL DOWN SINCE JUNE, FIRST THEY WERE PROMISED BACK UP FOR JULY 6, 2024 THEN JULY 15, NOW JULY 29 AND IS STILL DOWN, THE MANAGEMENT KEPT SAYING THEY'RE WAITING FOR PARTS, BUT I'M NOT SURE IF THEY'RE COMING FROM CHINA OR ANOTHER WORLD??

Negative experience: This gym ever so often the steam.sauana.hot tub aren’t working This is sad .cuz ppl drive all way for intent to use the steam room and upon arrival it’s broken .especially during the winter time .

Negative experience: Pros: Huge parking lot, equipment is usually in service. Cons: Strong putrid smell in the sauna (either urine or ammonia). Ridiculous weekend hours (6 pm closing, considering that many people now work 6-7 days a week and aren't done work until 5 pm?) Times need to be extended to more reasonable hours for this location.

Positive experience: Been to this locations a handful of times, but only found out recently the amount of actual rooms they had available. Such as group studio, mediation studio, cycle, cardio cinema, personal trainer studio, etc. overall experience of this gym has been okay as I’m just in to get my workout done and out. Haven’t been welcomed from staff or noticed this location to be somewhat messy with weights out of place, and change room to be messy. This gym has all the equipment that you’ll need to get your most of your standard workouts done as well. Lighting can be better in the main gym layout along squat racks, dumbbells area. Definitely a good gym compared to a lot of others franchises.

Negative experience: Stop taking selfies. Especially in the change room, I don’t wanna be in the picture. Common sense is not common anymore. And I have never seen so much rudeness in my life, at this location.

Negative experience: Be very careful , looks like u have to brng your own towels as this is 2nd time I've come in and no towels. She tells me to what 15 mins for new towels. I wait 15 minutes then she tells somebody they will have them in 15 minutes. Why bother lying to me if you really don't know and make me wait in the lobby for towels that are not coming. Just communicate the truth, really not right especially when I'm on corporate plan for full services.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the cleanest goodlife locations. The change rooms are also cleaner than other near by locations. The swimming pool is long enough for lap swimming. If you go off hour, you can guarantee to find the equipment of choice.

Fantastic experience: I had good experiences here with KAT and CJ today, and basically every staff I have interacted with. They were friendly and approachable. I always foam roll and sometimes use resistance bands to warm up. After asking for those items several times, I noticed they made my job easier by placing them on the desk when I arrive. Little gestures like this are small but sometimes make my day especially when I am tired as heck 6 am in the morning and don't feel like working out. STAFF always makes every effort to keep the place tidy and clean as well, always bringing dirty towels to the front every hour. I had a hard time today watching KAT clean up after a member spilling a whole jug of water on the floor, but she cleaned it up with no complaints. I would've flipped a desk if that happened to me. Members.... please clean up after yourself or at least help out... EQUIPMENT wise, the equipment is a bit old (might be a turn off for some), but I am glad they have a hack squat (many goodlife locations do not have this). They only have 2 benches for barbell bench and are a little crooked but they get the job done. They have a nice pool and steam room. No other complaints. 5 stars because the friendly staff and pool make up for the 4 star equipment. Someone needs to GIVE KAT A RAISE!!!

Fantastic experience: This location has a large variety of equipment and free weights (including dumbbells up to 120 lbs) catered to optimize your workouts. In addition, the staff have made it their mission to cultivate a clean environment and a welcoming atmosphere. One of their staff members, Nick, is a constant motivator and always surpasses the golden standard of service. Your workout is gruelling enough, so step into a space that will get you through it.

Fantastic experience: I just joined this gym and I have nothing, but great things to say about it! Being a new member of this gym I noticed the cleanliness of this space. I was given walk around by Nick who gave me a run down of the facility which helped greatly and answered all of the questions I had. Fantastic experience: I signed up for a regular plan recently with one of the members Jimmy Phan! One of the most seamless but intriguing applications I have ever done for a gym membership. Jimmy made sure I was comfortable with my choice and even showed me what it would be like to have my credit card charged so that I would not have to directly deposit membership fees! Definitely recommending this gym to the rest of my friends as I’m consistently greeted and always treated well.

Fantastic experience: I thought about upgrading from Fit4Less to Goodlife nearby, and I was really impressed with the facility! Huge shoutout to the staff there for being so friendly, especially Nick for taking the time to show me around and explaining how all of the newer equipment works to me!
