Fantastic experience: Katrina the front desk manager is amazing! She's always so cheerful and very helpful along with knowledge of the facilties and memberships. I invited my friend for a workout and she canceled her goodlife membership that day to switch over because of how comfortable Katrina Made her feel along with the members and other staff. If you have a weary friend family member or want to get started yourself I highly suggest asking for Kat!

Positive experience: It's a amazing gym, quiet most times and when it's busy it's not even busy like other gyms. Has a dry sauna and a steam room but the steam room is always down in the woman's side. Hopefully they fix it and it stays fixed for more than a day.

Positive experience: First, I want to commend Landon, who is truly exceptional. He is always kind, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit to the gym a better experience. On one occasion, after a particularly difficult day at work, Landon went out of his way to ask about my well-being and followed up the next day to ensure things had improved. That human touch is rare and highly valued. Employees like Landon not only enhance the customer experience but also elevate the reputation of Gold’s Gym as a brand. The company would do well to recognize and learn from such standout staff members.. Honestly, if it weren’t for the locker room issue, I would’ve given a 5-star rating—Landon’s impact alone deserves a 20. However, the ongoing privacy issue in the men’s locker room is unacceptable so I had to lower it to 3 stars. From certain areas on the workout floor, you might be able to see into the locker room where people are changing. Many members have raised this concern, but it continues to be ignored. For a brand as reputable as Gold’s Gym, addressing such basic privacy concerns should be a priority. To make it more interesting, currently the room has no door because it is being painted according to a poster. While the gym has a lot to offer, its lack of responsiveness to some feedback undermines its potential. Resolving this issue would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction

Negative experience: My very good friend was hit by a stolen vehicle head on while trying to visit a wedding in September. He ended up in the ICU. At the time we had 0 idea if he would survive let alone workout again. He had paid for his membership in full up front but when asked if we could pause it while he is in the hospital we were told they do not care what state he is in they will do lighting for him. He is now 3 months later still locked at home and unable to leave the house. I am highly disappointed. There should be a way to pause the membership.

Fantastic experience: My house burned down last week after I left my gas stove on overnight. As I was being engulfed in flames, I felt a strong hand grab me and yank me from the fire and flames. The mystery hero then ran off into the night. I noticed he dropped his gold gym ID and his name was Landon. I went to gold gym buffalo run to thank him but all he did was say it was his duty to protect members. I was confused cause I wasn't a member, but then I looked at my bank account and 30 dollars were removed already. This man had signed me up telepathically. Anyways, I go here regularly now and I see Landon benching 600lbs for reps every day. He is also super chill. The photo is my depiction of what I saw that night in my burning house.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member here for just under a year now, i originally signed up last november with the intention of working out here in January and workout at Douglasdale until they open this location up. Come 5 months later they finally open this location up in May, already off to a bad start but I understand trades can be tricky during times like these. When I started working out here I did not really have any complaints in terms of the gym itself aside from all the influencers which was more of an eyesore than a reason to not like the gym. The staff is usually great, however today’s experience is the reason I am leaving such a rotten review. I wanted to go to the gym with my friend who is not a member here, 3 weeks ago we called to see if he can come trial Buffalo run if he’s trailed Douglasdale, they said sure. Fast forward to today we come to redeem the mentioned verbal offer to trial this location. We get there and are told by the guy at the front that because he trialed Douglasdale 2 years ago he can’t do anything and my buddy is not allowed to do a trial, we ask him if there’s anything he can do to which he kept throwing the blame on “back office”. We do not care about “back office” we just want to workout. We asked him what the options are to which he said nothing other than get a membership which is ridiculous that my buddy can’t trial a gym he’s never been to. When I told him to be a nice guy and help us out he said “he’s a nice guy that doesn’t want to get fired” what a rotten attitude. Definitely will not be renewing my membership at a gym that’s a slave to “back office” instead of serving the clients. #goodlife=greatlife

Fantastic experience: First time inquiring at Gold’s Gym Buffalo Run and Dallyn at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. He was super friendly, knowledgeable about the services, and very welcoming. First impressions are everything, especially when you want to scope out a new gym because it can be intimidating. Dallyn definitely left an impression for what Gold’s Gym has to offer. If you have any questions and inquiries about requiring a membership, call and book an appointment with Dallyn. The facility was just up to par with their customer service. It is also nicely laid out and VERY CLEAN.

Fantastic experience: Now I’ve been going to the gym for just over a week. I’ve noticed how friendly everyone is, both the staff and the other participants. I happen to notice somebody collecting their AirPods from lost property at the front desk and remarked how lucky the person was. I was told that people are very honest and that they have even had a $20 bill handed in for loss property. I love the large number of and variety of machines. It means not having to wait long to get onto the machine of your choice. If I had one small comment, it would be that it’s always nice to see the owners of a business respond to reviews which I’m not seeing here. I’ve literally just signed up to join the new Golds Gym on the Tsuu T'ina Reserve. Front desk person Aleesya Was super helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with the sign-up process, explaining both the benefits and also the cautions involved in joining this gym. As the gym is new, the equipment is all brand new and looks well-maintained. Overall, the place is extremely clean and looks like it is being cleaned all the time. I will post again when I’ve had more experience with the gym. Factors that influence me in going there were the 24/7/365 Hours, closeness to home and the newness of the facility.

Fantastic experience: I signed up today and was helped by Alyseeya (I may have butchered the spelling) and have to say she was extremely helpful and super friendly. Also able to multitask as she was the only front desk person working to sign me up while helping other members without missing a beat. I didn’t feel like my experience signing up was hampered at all.

Had a trial workout and really enjoyed the boxing class with Robbie. Had some questions about the membership and Dallyn was very knowledgeable and made sure I was clear on everything I needed to know. Came in tonight to sign up and Dallyn was quick and efficient in the signup process and made sure everything was in order and good to go! I had a brief interaction last night and today with Aleesya during my visit who is also lovely and personable. Excited to start my journey with Golds.

Fantastic experience: I have a membership with them since the opening but only started going in September and have been using the treadmill only. I call the gym yesterday to try to get some help with an assessment. Aleesya answered the phone and we set up an appointment for 30 minutes later. Upon my arrival there I did not have to wait long for her to help me. She was very good in listening to my issues and started to give the best advice of what kind of what kind workout I should be doing to achieve my objectives. She went even more by actually doing the workout to show me how to use the equipment and help to build a workout plan for a week. At the end of the tour, I felt more motivated and confident to start my new workout. Highly recommend Aleesya at Buffalo Run!!
