Fantastic experience: I took my 16-month-old to Balls of Fun, and he had an absolute blast! The playground is filled with ball pits, slides, toy cars, and plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. My son was especially obsessed with the ball pit…it was tough to pull him away! The space is clean, safe, and perfect for colder days when outdoor play isn’t an option. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommend for families with young kids!

Fantastic experience: As a mother of a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old, I've organized many birthday parties, and I can confidently say that this is the best place to celebrate if you have young kids! I hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday at Balls of Fun, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The manager was extremely helpful, coordinating with us every step of the way to ensure everything ran smoothly and allowing us to customize the party to our liking. The venue itself is fantastic—clean, tidy, and very kid-friendly. The staff was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout. Plus, it's reasonably priced, flexible with customization options, and you can even bring your own food at no extra charge!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time at Balls of Fun! This is a perfect place to host a kids birthday party! The facility is clean and well maintained with slides are perfect for toddlers to 11 yrs olds. My kids loved the tube slide and the trampoline. The staff was friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to host a fun kids birthday party or just wants to take their kid out for a fun filled day !

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to balls of fun since past few years. This place never fails to impress! It truly is a fun experience for the whole family! It’s a place for both kids and adults. Facility is nice and big, with lots of room for kids to move around. Staff is friendly. Place is secure so parents can easily relax while kids play or they can start a game or two of volleyball. Highly recommend for all ages!

Fantastic experience: Took my 7 yo and 7 mo to this place area and we had a great time! I love that they have something to do for all ages with play structures, basketball hoops, toddler area etc but we specially enjoyed playing volleyball with our elder one who had a blast! It’s very clean and the eating/parent waiting area offers a full view of the play section, so you don’t have to run after the kids the entire time and can keep an eye on them from afar. I recommend this place and will definitely be going here again!

Fantastic experience: We recently discovered Balls of Fun and couldn't be happier! My son and I made several trips here when we were visiting Mississauga. My son loved it - there was so much room for him to run around, practice his soccer, go on different slides and make some friends! It was a great space to get him to burn his energy. We loved how clean and well-kept it was. They were also several seating areas for parents, which made is easy to relax and keep an eye on my son. We also liked that we could bring our own food or purchase some snacks if we forgot ours. Lastly, we loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. Highly recommend this playground!

Fantastic experience: We recently visited Balls of Fun, and it was an absolute hit with our family! The ball-themed playground is so unique and engaging—it kept our child entertained for hours. The slides were an absolute favorite. My child had a blast going up and down them. The ball pit also provided lots of fun, and the basketball hoops and volleyball net were perfect for older kids and even gave us parents a chance to join in on the fun. For families with toddlers, the toddler play area is a safe and inviting space where the little ones can explore and play to their hearts' content. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making sure it’s both fun and secure for younger kids. I have to mention how clean the place is. The toilets are spotless and well-maintained, which is such a relief for any parent. Another feature is that you can bring your own food or even order in. There are tables available to sit at for having food, and there’s a microwave for parents to use, which made it super convenient for us to heat up meals and snacks for the kids. Overall, Balls of Fun is a must-visit if you’re looking for a fun and safe indoor playground. There’s a great variety of activities, and the attention to cleanliness is top-notch. We had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Brought my 3 year old niece and she loved the bouncing platform. It was a great place to teach her how to kick and throw balls

Negative experience: Currently standing in the greeting area for 10 min and nobody has come to greet me or let me in. I watched a few families walk out, but no one around to even answer the phone - I called twice as I stood in front trying to get their attention . No one knew where the staff was. I had to walk around and knocked on the staff store to find the employee hiding in the back on her phone. After she told me the pricing she didnt seem apologetic to waste my time, i walked out. My 3 kids were waiting in the car with my husband and were anxious to come in. Extremely unprofessional, not coming back.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. It’s pretty enjoyable for my kids and myself. Kids can’t get enough of the fun playing there and I get time to myself while they are at play. This play area is very safe and clean. It seems obvious that the staff has put a lot of effort into keeping the place neat and clean besides enjoyable at the same time. This is a must try!!

Fantastic experience: I had my twins 3d birthday party here, as a single mom I needed affordability and honestly I couldn't have asked for a better indoor playground. The room that we had was spacious and so clean. The playground area was also super interactive and fun for all the kids. I really appreciated the fact that there was so much space but the kids were always in eyes view. Their birthday was flawless, everything was organized and the staff were incredible. Since the kids birthday we have been getting monthly memberships where I can take the kids anytime and unwind from a long work day and the kids have an absolute blast. Also the staff literally keep us coming back, from the owner to the Frontline staff they always make sure to welcome us with open arms! Thank you for always making us feel so welcomed We love Balls of Fun!

Fantastic experience: Our family loves Balls of Fun! We have been coming here for so many years, and our children have grown up with balls of fun being part of our families activities... They ask for it, it's perfect for running off all that extra energy that kids seem to have. The people that run the place are kind, accommodating, wonderful and it's totally family oriented. Positive experience: Had a party for my daughter 6 years ago at balls of fun. Decided to have a party for my 1 year old in February 2024. The play area has not changed at all! Could use a refresh and some new equipment, balls etc. Seems a lot smaller now that they added a small party room and the entrance + coat room is really small with lots of traffic. The large room is small and not able to comfortably fit adults with their children. The staff is great and do good job of cleaning. I would bring the kids here for a play date but not for a party unless it’s a small party under 15-20 people.

It allows you to return as much as you want in 30 Days. For the people complaining about rowdy kids - it’s simple - watch your children. It is your responsibility to supervise them. Fantastic experience: Balls of Fun is our go-to spot for my three boys! It's super easy to get to, packed with awesome slides, balls, sports, balls, and a cool toddler room…also full of balls. The snack bar is a hit, and the staff is top-notch—approachable and friendly. Parents enjoy a comfy seating area while the kids have a ball. My boys sprint to the soccer game already in action every time. They also have the worlds biggest basketball net! It’s a perfect spot for a safe, family fun afternoon. Highly recommend for a relaxing time for the parents while getting to play with your children.

It's a good place to bring your kids its rarely crowded and allows u to have great 1 on 1 time with your kids. Birthday parties are a must there. Fantastic experience: Great place to bring your kids. Of the several play places we have gone to in the area, our daughter has the most fun here. It is also the safest, as they run around the wide open spaces. Very cool that there is a separate play room for very young children where parents can easily keep an eye on them. We always get the 30 day pass for $50 which is an excellent price.

Thistlewind Greenleaf, a level 7 druid from Game of Thrones realms, recently explored Mississauga's mystical Balls of Fun - Kid's Gym Playcentre & Playground. The place is a riot of color and laughter, with swings soaring like dragons and ball pits that rival the mysteries beyond the Wall. The staff, clad in neon, orchestrated merriment like bards of yore. Attempting to unravel ball pit secrets led only to enigmatic laughter – a riddle unsolved. Partaking in the feast of pizza felt as elusive as the Iron Throne, the cheese melting like wildfire, and the pepperoni dancing like Dornish sand snakes. Balls of Fun is a haven where chaos and joy entwine, a respite from White Walkers and courtly intrigues. Venture forth for whimsy, but beware the ball pit – its depths rival the dungeons of the Dreadfort. May your swings be high, and your pizzas as legendary as Ser Bronn of the Blackwater!

Fantastic experience: Perfect place for toddlers! You don't need to follow your child every second because everything looks safe for children at all ages

Negative experience: Full disclosure I am not the type of person who normally posts reviews but when things are this bad hopefully the review reaches the ears of the people who need to hear it. My family and I decided to come today and generally speaking, everything was okay for the most part until the later afternoon/evening. At one point into the later afternoon / evening there was an incendent where there was to be a child probably around 9-12 years of age who was kicking balls full force in any direction and hitting multiple people. Regardless if they were adults, children or toddlers. I assume there were multiple complaints about this as there were two broadcasts over the intercom to be mindful of your surroundings as the facility was very full with a large amount of children aging from approximately 1-6. After the second notice the same child mentioned earlier who did not head the warnings issued hit yet another child and the parent of that child had enough and confronted the parents of the problem child. The manager was notified and handled the situation 100% inappropriately. The manager had sided with the parent of the problem child saying things such as "there are a ton of balls flying around you can't be sure it was this child who caused it." The end result was that the gentleman whom child was hurt was asked to leave because of his article and tone which I personally believe to be justified. With the business being run like this it does make it hard to want to return.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I love this place! We have been coming here for a while now and renew our membership every month so we can come a couple a times a week. Perfect for the winter to have a place to play indoor and both my kids can play and explore in this gym for hours. It’s perfect for young children too, I have a toddler and a baby and they both can play together in the same space or even in the room for toddlers and babies which accommodates the younger ages. I even have so much fun here myself. It’s not like other indoor playgrounds there’s a lot of focus on balls and sports but still has slides and other things indoor playgrounds have too. The owner is very friendly and professional and my daughter loves her. I highly recommend this place and I will continue to come here with my kids :)

Comfortable to be in, so we are happy to make multiple visits a month - we tried the monthly membership. Its a great deal. Convenient hours of operation. It's our bad-weather-nothing-to-do, run-it-out go to.

Fantastic experience: My little one loves this place! We come here several times a week, and more so as it gets colder. She’s worked her way through all the play areas. From the toddler’s room, to the regular slides, the big twisty slide and even the big black slide that some parents are intimidated by (not me though ) Oh! And there are loads of balls. Balls of all kinds, everywhere. It’s nice! The owner is always professional and friendly and is a key reason for our repeat visits. Highly recommend this place to families with children 0-15yrs

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 1 and i come here almost everyday, theres lots for her to do and plenty of space for her to practice walking. Tania is so lovely and welcoming, she makes it feel very homey when I go there. Its very clean, theres no pieces of stuff on the carpet, no weird smells etc lol highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Not as big as some, but a fun kids play gym, friendly staff too and more on a personal level since it's smaller. So many balls for the kids to kick around (and me too). The balls are very light, not real which is good for the kids. For instance a soccer ball is not a real soccer ball but more like a beach ball / soccerball look alike. Similar for volleyballs, basketballs too.

Positive experience: Decent facility overall, it has a small kids (under 4) area and one for everybody. Though the workers need to do a better job of not letting big kids in the small kids area, especially if they are going to be throwing balls around like a maniac. First impression is that it is dated. Smells like old carpet as soon as you go in. The slides are ridiculously fast, even in the small kids area. Parents, be aware to NOT let your kids go down by themselves the first time. The maze under the big slides is so dark, something needs to be done about that. The price…the highest we’ve had to pay for any indoor playground. $15 and then some for kids over the age of 1 year old. $7.10 (if memory serves me right) per adult.

Fantastic experience: Lots of fun for all ages a d a variety of things for kids to do.

Negative experience: To be very honest for kids under 5 this place is a war zone. No type of rules, no supervision, no effs given by employees. We went there and my baby almost got hit with flying balls, hit with flying toys, jumped on, and trampled. It's like I paid to put her in danger then spent an hour trying to protect her from the same danger I just paid to put her in.... on the flip side, older kids (5-10) seem to love it.

Negative experience: The price to get in to use the facility is too much. It was $26.00 for myself and my 4 year old. Not worth the price and the ball pit only had 1 layer of balls.the maze area is really dark as well.

Fantastic experience: From Chicago here visiting family for the past few weeks I have been taking my kids to different play places. By far the Balls of Fun was the best. My son 2 and daughter 7 had a blast. It was age appropriate their alot of things for them to do and run around. The toddler Section was also very nice. Their was so many different kinds of balls and games and sports to play. She also had a little lego area as well. Also different slides and climbing to do as well. To the lady that was their also very nice. We will definitely be going back before we have to go back to the US.

Positive experience: The staff was super helpful and informative. I hadn’t been since before the pandemic began, and it is still so much fun, for the whole family. I love that you can go into the structure with the littles. From 2yrs old to 40 something. Fun for everyone.

Negative experience: Balls of fun is a very bad place for kids and unsafe, and the whole place is dirty and it stinks especially the bathrooms, the staff are so rude and disrespectful, and the manager doesn’t care and she never helps when there’s a problem, for me I am not gonna go there again

The staff are rude and non professional with kids the owner is responsible for everything but she is not available around that is why you always have to wait to respond in case of a problem happened. Fantastic experience: I've taken my kid here several times and he absolutely loves this place. Pricewise, I don't find it more expensive than other places. They let the kids play to their hearts content instead of enforcing the 2-hour limit et cetera. I usually go with the 6-time pass or monthly pass in the summer, which will save you a decent amount of $. There are places closer to me than this place but I always take my kid here despite the long drive because their space is big and there's plenty of comfy chairs for parents to sit.

Fantastic experience: Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I had a small party there this weekend and it went perfectly fine. The place is a little pricey for what they offer but we had a good time. The staff was sweet and helpful and the place was clean, well lit and full of fun. It’s great for parents to have a little fun as well.

Negative experience: Compare to other places like little monkey's and kids sports. This place is a little to expensive for what it offers. To your comment.... Not following your comment I'm not talking about the arcade extras or food of the other 2 places. I'm referring only to what you get for the price of admission. The other 2 places offer more value for the cost of admission. Excluding aby items that have additional fees. It's my observation no need to get mad or defensive I have lowered to 2 starts from 3 due to the negative comments I received.

Positive experience: I suppose its okay....the air circuation isnt great (im here right now and it smells a bit). Also there absolutely should be some sort of a discount when its an hour to closing. Just spent 45$ for my 2 and 7 yr old to play for not even an hour by the time we got our coats off and got in.

Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter became a member earlier this month here and it has been a blessing so far. She absolutely loves this place, I am able to study in a separate area with tables while she plays with other kids and from there I am able to watch her the whole time which is a BIG PLUS. The theme days throughout the week is a nice touch I haven’t seen at any other playgrounds. The place has a really cozy feel to it and takes the cake for us. The staff are also so nice and easy to get along with.

Negative experience: worse place I have ever been for a kids party. The place just looked very run downed. The floor was freezing cold. The party room was so small, good luck having a party there. The room was also freezing cold which makes no sense if you have a baby. There was only one staff member who was nice the rest just seem to have attitude. One worker even had really baggy sweat pants on it wasn’t very professional look. Save your money and go elsewhere. I was a guest of a party.. Clearly, you’re one disorganized establishment that you can’t tell the difference between names of people who booked a room and people who are leaving a review. I was just a guest and that was everything I saw. We also didn’t appreciate we had to ask for many things that should have been provided. If we were 30 minutes late everything should have been on the table rather than us asking. Your staff member came and saw we were doing cake and said okay do you want to stay till 8 pm we said yes she and walked away. Nor where did she state there would be a charge .. You can’t just add charges and expect that to go smoothly. 75 dollars for 30 minutes in a closet ? We were 21 people, the one extra person couldn’t have caused it to be so crammed.

Positive experience: One of the few indoor playgrounds that are open for drop-in on the weekend. So that is a huge plus. Essentially it’s a large space with a variety of different sized balls and climbing structure with three types slides (the two larger ones are quite fast!). There is a toddler room with more of the same. Seemed clean. There was only one staff working on a Saturday at opening. She was kind. My rating may be biased as I am comparing with the beautiful, and plentiful, indoor playgrounds in Asia. I wish North America would prioritize kids and families like other countries do. Having an playground at Sherway or Square One seems like a logical thing to do, right?

Fantastic experience: Had really bouncy balls and they were squishy too. The place was smaller than my brain. Just don't get near nick HE LOVES the red ball if you touch it he will bite yours right off.

Positive experience: We went there with 4 kids for private bday party. Kids had fun Only issue so far I lost my gold chain there that has very sentimental value for me (designed by my brother and given to me for my first Christmas in Canada) We will see if it will be returned…

Negative experience: The one star is simply allocated to the employee at the check in area who was sweet and unfortunately working all by herself at this centre. If I could give zero stars, I would. Beyond disappointed. It’s quite small if you’re use to going to an indoor gym like Lil’ Monkey’s. The toddler room doesn’t have a ball pit, rather different sized bouncy balls and a infant activity table (one they sit in) that’s missing all the activity pieces of the top! Not useful and should be thrown out. What’s the point if they can’t do anything with the ‘activity’ centre? In the toddler room, there is a slide that shoots your child right off at the bottom. Granted they do have a sign that says slide is slippery, but geese. I’m surprised a child hasn’t been seriously injured being shot off the bottom of the slide. You would think if you need to have a sign that cautions parents that the slide is very slippery and to be very careful when using, the owners would change up the slide to prevent injury. Maybe one that doesn’t shoot a small child off like a cannonball? There was one employee working at the centre when we arrived and throughout the duration of our stay. We arrived just after opening. She was lovely but all alone and busy checking people in. There were older kids running through the centre knocking over little toddlers with no regard for safety, while their parents sat on chairs on their cell phones. Side note, Parenting 101: interact with your children. If you can’t pay attention to your child(ren), then don’t go. The centre lists clear rules one of which being the safety of all, and if you can’t follow the basic rules you will be asked to leave. The one employee working could obviously not be in two places at once and the parents clearly couldn’t be bothered to manage their older children. My child was run over multiple times. Now I certainly don’t feel comfortable reprimanding someone else’s child, so it would have been appropriate for a parent to intervene, encourage their child to apologize, and remind them of the rules. I mean, that’s what I would do. We left about 20 minutes after arriving as I felt it was very unsafe for smaller children. The employee checking everyone in apologized and didn’t make us pay, which was also a ridiculous amount of money $45! For a 3 year old and a 12 month old, plus a parent. You can get a 10 pass at little monkey’s for just over $100 that doesn’t expire, and that’s for 1 toddler, a 1 year old, and 2 parents!! Anyway, I won’t be returning and I caution others to be mindful when attending.

Negative experience: Way overpriced for a small kid's gym, paid $34 for 1 kid and 2 parents which is ridiculous. The average for an indoor place is $20 for 2 parents and Child. Bunch of balls on the ground with a couple of soccer nets and basketball hoop. Only reason why I went because Jambaloo was closed, and my kids was crying. I was the one crying after the payment.

Fantastic experience: Best place that my daughter enjoys all the time, the front desk very welcoming and the owner sometimes their and she is amazing how to engage kids to play and enjoy, Keep it up

Negative experience: Took kids here recently and was amazed to see how they charge adults a fee as well even if they sit in the sitting area. Somewhat greedy of them especially because none of the other comparative places in the area do that. Not the trampoline parks, not Aladdin etc. The facility is great, as are others in the area. But the pricing is poor/illogical.

Positive experience: Just been here with my 2 little daughters and husband. The pictures online make the place look a little better than it is, it’s not to criticize rather than to set realistic expectations. The toddler area (0-3) has slides that are not at all safe for toddlers. They goo way too fast and the kids hit their heads at the end because their body literally flies off of it..not safe for toddlers. The main playstructure is accessible and fun for the kids. Balls flying literally everywhere means you have to expect you or the kids will likely be hit by balls (soft balls but if they’re going too fast or hit too hard they still hurt). It’s not a bad place just not as safe as you’d expect from an indoor playground especially the toddlers area. Staff very friendly and welcoming and people in general seem to have fun here, we did too but thought it was right to be truthful as well.

Fantastic experience: Came here just before school started on a rainy day. My daughter is 3.5 my son is 10 months. Amazing fun for both age groups. Love that there’s a whole separate area for the babies with lots of activities and fun things for them to do. (Slides, climber, balls etc). Ask me who had the most fun- obviously my husband!!!! Adults are welcome to play with all equipment too! We bought a monthly pass because of how much fun the kids had. The lady at the front (I believe her name is Tanya) was so accommodating and sweet. Had so much fun we booked my sons bday party here too!!

Positive experience: Very fun. Kids loved it. Got 4 stars because I was forced to pay as an adult bringing 2 kids was 44$. Other places don't force the adult to pay. Went back adults still pay.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. It's designed to allow free play for younger and older kids alike. The vibe is warm and welcoming and the owner (Tanya) is incredible with sharing her knowledge and experience working with kids. Tanya is kind and very friendly and defines what it means to have customer service excellence. Thank you for creating a space that is happy, fun and educational. It's always a pleasure when we visit. Highly recommend giving this place a try!
