Negative experience: I had to quit going to LifeTime Woodbridge for the following reason: 1. One of the personal trainer has been harassing me for 2 years. Inspite of complaining to management, he continued to harass me. The management did not do anything other than asking me to continue using the service. I then ended up giving up after opening file with RCMP and they asked me to change gym. 2. The main reason I liked to go there was for Boxing. They run the classes at boxing floor that are not on schedule and they then ask you to leave the floor so rudely or threaten that if I don’t leave, they will terminate my membership. No explanation given. I would never recommend LifeTime to anyone for these 2 reasons.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Life Time gym for a while now, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff here are exceptional — they truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles, and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience. The gym itself is spotless, which is a big deal for me. You can always count on clean equipment, well-maintained facilities, and an overall tidy atmosphere, which makes working out here a pleasure. A special shoutout to Coach Nav, who coaches the U11 and U12 basketball teams. His dedication to the kids is truly inspiring. Not only is he a great coach in terms of skills and strategy, but he also cares deeply about the personal development of each player. Fantastic experience: Lifetime is an excellent facility with everything you need to stay active and healthy as a family, even with children. The staff is welcoming, and the gym is large, well-equipped, and always kept clean, making workouts enjoyable and comfortable. Fantastic experience: The best gym I've ever been a member at. Great classes/yoga, beautiful facility, the staff is very friendly and accomodating and I love having everything in one spot i.e. hair salon, massage, cafe, gym, spa etc. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym that they actually look forward to visiting!!

Negative experience: Not the best experience to play the pickleball tournament at this location. Organizers will inform your scheduled games the night before the tournament. Part of their committee was involved in playing the matches eventually winning but never signed up for it! Medals were literally handed out to the women’s as if they’re not interested. There are other tournaments out there that’s way better than this one!

Negative experience: Worst gym! I thought switching from GoodLife to LifeTime was going to be a great experience. But it was awful. Life Time charged my account without my consent after I cancelled my membership. Scam artists! Don’t go to this gym go to GoodLife instead. I will be rejoining GoodLife Fitness.

Negative experience: Unimpressed with the unprofessional and deceitful organization of their men's singles pickleball tournament this evening (October 4, 2024). Due to one of the players being a no-show, one of the organizers (Pablo) stated to players in my son's bracket that they would be advancing to the quarterfinals automatically. Lo and behold, that same organizer (Pablo), eventually joined the bracket himself to sub for the player that didn't show up. Pablo eventually won all his games in the bracket and bumped our son out. It is quite unethical and a clear conflict of interest that one of the organizing committee members would join the tournament last minute, and might even end up winning the tournament and prize money.

Negative experience: Overall, this is a busy gym, and it would benefit from setting a limit on the number of people allowed at a time. The yoga classes are generally fine, but I would recommend avoiding classes with Rosemary T. She consistently starts late and lacks a calming presence. Her approach feels unprofessional, and, overall, she doesn't provide a great experience as a yoga instructor. Class started at 6:45 and she didn’t begin until 6:55!!!!

Positive experience: Wow wish we had this club in our smaller city. It truly can be a centre of healthy activities for the family. The lane swimming pool was cooler as needed, the large hot pool and playing pools both out and in. Not to mention three floors of other activities like yoga, exercise equipments galore…. The only two things that would make this centre truly a wow experience is a very cold pool like that of Montreals Westin hotel in Vieux Montreal AND a steam room! Otherwise this place is great.

Fantastic experience: Best spa/gym facility in the world. Only lacking employee availability in the spa/hair styling department. They need to hire on call contract workers to fill appointment requests. Multiple time under staffed in that department for my schedule. Which resulted in me not booking.

Negative experience: I've been a member at Lifetime for over a year now and let me tell you it's either a hit or a miss. Staff turn over seems to be high because I'm always seeing new faces and old faces seem to disappear. Nature of the beast though so I've never really thought much about it until now. This location has struggled to maintain high levels of cleanliness for longer than it should until the last couple of months. Towels were stocked, people were actually cleaning and the pool was super clean. I had the pleasure to chat with a nice man named Carlisle who I found out was an operations manager or something along those lines. He stood out because he always appeared to be working and making sure others were doing the same. I can't honestly say I've noticed any other manager except for another man whom I think is the general manager. When i do see him he's always hanging out with staff or chatting with members. In the last 2 weeks, we are back to the same lazy approach to running the club. A staff fraternity with zero direction. Can't even get a clean towel. I asked a cleaner when Carlisle would be around so I could share my concerns with him only to be told he's no longer with Lifetime. As a business owner myself, how could you lose one of the only few people who cared to make the client experience top notch. What a disappointment. Not sure a membership is worth it anymore if we are back to paying for a sub par club.

Negative experience: I’m so turned off by this gym and its inaccessibility. I wanted to try LifeTime out as I’ve been at Movati for awhile now. I can say with confidence Movatis equipment and staff are much better and more welcoming. I paid $50 for a day pass and I wish I could get my money back, due to it’s inaccessibility I pulled a muscle in my back, unable to do any exercises (only got to do one exercise). I had asked the staff if they have barbell pads and they had told me “yes but we don’t give them out”… pardon? Unsure why he even said yes to me. All throughout I did not enjoy this gym whatsoever, I workout 5 times a week so gym etiquette and manners are a big for me. Definitely will not be switching and I’ll be sticking with Movati.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. With life time gym And cenceled my membership, always shortage towels have to wait , found mold in steam sauna , paying 240$ every month Floors are dirty . I was taking on the phone with my mom i was forced to speak lil bit load because there was load music and ppl are screaming to each others. And One of the stuff came to me was screaming at me was very rud and telling me not using phone at gym. I was shocked and left gym. . NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE. Stuff absolutely no freindly’. Doesn’t worth paying 240$ Better go to Movati Gym 100$ much better and has everything same except, whatever Outside pool witch is not very important

Fantastic experience: Love this club, I was a guest. Received a warm welcome from the front desk, a tour. The staff was professional and so friendly. The amenities are top notch, clean change room. Classes were amazing and fun. Spend the day at the pool after the workout. The food was very good. Special thank you to John at the front desk who went above and beyond.

Negative experience: I don’t write bad reviews, however I have been contemplating this one for a while. I’m fine paying the price, it’s a nice gym at the end of the day I go for the classes which are amazing.. but on most days I can only go at night.. and let me say, do not go at night. Yes it’s way less busy, but not having a single washroom open at 10:45 when you close at 12 is crazy. I had to climb three flights to get to a washroom that was not locked IN THE CHANGE ROOM. Not to mention they start cleaning around you at 11. I get they have to clean, but the staff has no regard to people who are in the change room. There is one lady and I wish I knew her name, she was an Angel, and at least said excuse me. The others have a pissed off look on their face and do not care. The fact that most recent reviews are one star should speak volumes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Coach Marco is wonderful! He did great work with stretch which helped me recover from lower back pain. I highly recommend the services of his training techniques to maximize weight loss, strength, endurance and flexibility. I’m a very satisfied client!

Negative experience: I was a member before and thought it was not worth it because too crowded all the time plus people spitting in the shower and being disgusting... I just went back today as I paid for a $50 day pass; and wanted to use the outdoor pool (that was the only thing I was interested about). I go there; and they tell me it is not included!!! This was not clear when I booked and even looking at the T&C after the fact ! Is this even legal? You don't know what you pay for! ... Conclusion: no chance I get another subsciption there.

Negative experience: I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. Despite having a Signature membership in the States, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service during my visit to Canada. As a Canadian, this was particularly disheartening. The facility's interior was poorly maintained, and subpar cleanliness. And the customer service was extremely unpleasant! If you are in Canada, Save your money and consider another gym with better customer service. This location tarnishes the otherwise reputable Life Time brand. As far as this experience goes, Life Time is only better in the States and not in Canada. I wanted my brother and dad, who reside in Canada, to get the membership, but after this experience not anymore. It’s not worth it at all!

Negative experience: Have been a member for over a year. Over this period they raised price on existing membership. They changed rules for guests. You are allowed to bring guests only on weekdays, when gym is full with people. Now, instead of hiring more life guards, they close pools during hot day for 10 minutes every hour. No customer service support. When you pay 200 dollars per month for gym you expect more.

Negative experience: I put in the same locker code every single time I even took a picture to be sure. However the locker did not work and when I asked an employee at the front desk if they can open it for me with their keys it took 30 minutes as the person kept forgetting to call someone and I had to sit and wait there until 12 in the morning. I was very frustrated as I have to go home to my kids and they had to starve. because I had my ID my wallet in there I couldn’t leave, I had to call my mother to look after my children. I hate this gym and everyone who works in it. I Pay $200 a month to come here And I get worse service than most McDonalds. Then, after all this, I asked one of the workers to open it for me And he immediately said yes and that he didn’t know I was locked out, meaning the loser at the front desk didn’t tell him anything about how my locker Wasn’t working. I will be taking away my membership as I am not funding these losers pay cheques honestly, I’d rather go to Planet Fitness Than this piece of trash gym.

Positive experience: Overall a great gym, friendly staff, great variety of classes to choose from. Clean changerooms. Sauna light is super bright and unpleasant they changed the light bulb recently now its too bright but I have mentioned to management hopefully something can be changed, lots of members have been complaining about that. A red infrared would be an amazing alternative that would bring some serenity to members after a workout to detox and relax in.

Negative experience: I went there to take a look at the gym but front desk staff refused to give me a quick tour. They told me that I have to get an appointment and come back. Two young staff were at the desk and did not want to spend 5 minutes to show me around. This was quite shocking to me since I have never seen front desk staff sent away a potential client. I am reading the reviews and this is self explanatory. I kind of agree, they don't care about their clients or customer service.

Negative experience: Pretty horrible customer service experience, front desk associate named Thomas was trying his best not to let us in the club due to a guest pass glitch on my fathers account. Seems unnecessary the lengths he went to , to not lend a one time courtesy. Being a paying member for a high cost gym and not having common courtesy by front desk was a surprise coming from the US, where the service is usually pretty good at lifetimes near me. I never write reviews ever but this guys approach is laughable , self awareness is needed; giving paying members such a hard time does the exact opposite of customer service for paying members. He is probably a good guy, just needs to reevaluate his approach to situations.

Negative experience: Today my son cellphone got stolen and no one really cared. So many things get stolen recently including a pair of new sneakers my wife had and staff did nothing. We asked for an incident report and they told us we don’t have a procedure for that!? Update: when checked find my phone two days later, it was traced at an electronic/phone store near to the gym!? and then fully turned off.

Fantastic experience: I just joined Life Time in September 2023, however, I did come on a guest pass a couple of times last year before I joined. As someone coming from a fitness background (competitive dancer + secondary education in Kinesiology and Health Promotion), health and fitness have always been a priority to me. I absolutely love this gym, the classes are unmatched. There is something for everyone at this gym, whether it's Yoga, Pilates, GTX, weight-lifting, etc. All of the instructors are extremely friendly and knowledgable, the facility is spacious, and the outdoor pool space is beautiful. Yes, sometimes the studio rooms can be dusty, but I always see many employees constantly cleaning and taking care of the facilities. I love coming here!

Fantastic experience: If you’re anything like me, you have absolutely no idea where to get started in the gym. Or, maybe you just think you do… I wanted to get more active, stronger and healthier for my family. If you have any of these goals, (I’m talking to you millennials that just had kids and are trying to keep up), book with Cody. Hands down the man to see. He has an education in kinesiology, which means he actually understands the body, and how to maximize the effectiveness of every workout. He tracks your progress to ensure results. And you’ll see results. Stop pretending you actually know how to use the equipment with proper form. Go to an expert. Don’t believe me? Check him out, this kid is jacked! He’s also a pretty darn good guy. I’d also like to mention Luca in the aquatics department. Such a champ. He’s so good with our son during swim lessons. The whole department is awesome, but Luca is definitely a star. Book your swim lessons with him. The front desk team has always been super polished, polite and professional. They definitely deserve more recognition. Make sure you thank them when you see them. Kudos team, kudos.

Negative experience: The guest policy seems overly restrictive given the monthly fees. It's disappointing that the guest pass can't be used for the same person within 60 days so they can maximize on their profit.

Negative experience: I can't go further down then a star!!! But it seems like nobody cares here anymore for the ratings not to my surprise as they have no clue about loyalty and customer services! Members to this club are only the source for taking out money as much as the management can by hook or crook! Prime example is Trista Maracle who's clueless about customer services and loyalty. The cancellation process is so draining and confusing. They won't even let you cancel it and will trick you to put it on hold and then will charge you for the 2 months when it's time for membership to renew as per system without even notifying you! Ridiculous sickening to the gut! These people are like hyenas only after your money please stay away!

Negative experience: Used to be a member here. It was great back Pre Covid era but I noticed it really started to go downhill in cleanliness and staff attention to detail. For the price, it's simply not justified any longer. Also the cancellation process was absolutely horrible and drawn out. Sad because there's so much potential in this space.

Negative experience: How can a "High-End Luxury" gym be so dirty, smelly, unorganized and chaotic than a $15/month Planet Fitness gym in Brampton ? I used to drive from Brampton for this gym but this is the final straw, this gym has fallen so hard and low that it is actually not funny. The staff there look at you like a 4th world refugee if you ask for something. There is no reason to pay extra $165/month for a gym that is worse than a PF in Brampton...BRAMPTON. On the other hand, PF is not bad at all. I suggest to everyone that would like to "experience" this "luxury gym"......please don't and good luck trying to get them to stop charging you after you have cancelled them. Staffs are leaving high star ratings about themselves.

It’s not only the cleanliness of the gym, it is the quality of people attending! I seen many throw the towels on floor of showers change rooms etc, I feel bad for workers!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the area... super clean and very well maintained. Yes, the cost of membership is much higher but with it you get access to all the amenities, most group classes, pool, towel service, shaving creams, razors, lotions and all the personal care essentials. In the summer time you get to use the outdoor pool which is incredible. Several cabanas, pool loungers, water slides, hot tub, food and beverage station give you a vacation resort feeling. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

Negative experience: they need to add more of the machines that are popular during I do not understand why is there a sea of treadmill’s that is never being used. Why not use that space for machines that are more in demand instead of having so much space for treadmill that like I said no one is using! not to mention, it’s dirty and dusty everywhere.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with my recent visit. I was a member for 4 years when this club first opened. After living abroad, I returned with my wife and tried to visit using my brother's guest pass. The customer service we received from the front desk associate (brown male with black curly hair) was terrible. It impacted my overall experience so negatively that I walked out without using the facility or rejoining. The club needs to invest in staff with better customer service skills to maintain a welcoming environment. Funnily we wanted to use their yoga class.

Negative experience: Use to be my favourite gym, I was a member since 2017, loved the community, the trainers were the best Khalil, Hamilton, Maral, Mauro, and had the most amazing work out, felt like I was part of a bigger extended family. Overtime management became horrible and pushed me out the gym, front desk started being rude, lockers room became not clean, I shared my views to then manager Alyssa, who first ignored my email and finally when she met up she pushed me away and basically said I don’t make sense, and does not care if I leave the gym. I finally froze my membership and came one final time to cancel it after two months. I requested to use the cafe which they said that’s fine, I requested to use the change room which they allowed also. I decided to take a quick shower before I said my final farewell to the gym only to be chased down into the washroom by lifetime rep telling me he only gave me permission to use the washroom and not to shower! And pushed me out the gym. I felt really embarrassed and disappointed I wish they build the community , and the friendliness this gym use to have back in the day. A gym where it was genuinely fun to be at, meet and greet everyone and felt like a bigger community rather than a business transaction. I am sorry it was like this! I wish it changes next time arround.

Fantastic experience: Preface my rating by the excellent personal training by Cody. I’m so pleased with my progress and confidence in his abilities to see my capabilities, hear my concerns and issues and customise my plan accordingly. He has been on point with his knowledge and able to gauge my needs. Highly recommend Cody for personal training. I’ll add that access to equipment is excellent… at least at 6am!

Negative experience: The gym seems like it will be worth the cost of the membership until you start using it regularly. The lock rooms and bathrooms are not clean, the wipe containers are always empty, and there appears to be no rules or enforcement of young kids being in the workout areas especially by the weights. Having guest passes is supposed to be included in your monthly fees yet they can decide when that is applicable. So many other gyms out there that offer the same for less. When we cancelled our family plan, instead of management writing to apologize for losing us, or thanking us for our business, they wrote to advise us of what price we would be “forfeiting” as fees are going up and ask if we’d like to hold the account FOR A FEE while we decide. Even after completing the survey they sent after cancelling no one from management reached out to address my complaints. Only focus is money not the client experience. Absolutely ridiculous

Negative experience: Friendly and hardworking team but the facility is definitely understaffed. The men’s change room in particular is a complete disaster. Matter of fact, the sauna is something to be studied. With all the mold in there, it’s likely having some adverse effects on people’s health.

Negative experience: the gym is nice, and the equipment is pretty good, but the cleanliness is horrendous. The showers are disgusting, often times you will find toilet paper or q tips on the floor or other gross things you don't want to see. Even worse than the cleanliness is the gym etiquette When it comes to cleaning the equipment, nobody is wiping anything down after using a machine, (there also seems to be a lack of accessibility to sanitation wipes throughout the gym) most of the time people won't even have the decency to re-rack weights, they will just leave it. overall - it's a nice gym, just severely lacks in the hygiene department. Management should really spend the extra money for more cleaning in the changerooms and staff to enforce re-racking of weights. The standard is not up to par especially spending $200+ a month for a membership.

Fantastic experience: No gym compares to this one! From the welcoming smiles at the front desk, the amazing kids academy staff, activities for my kids, Sam's energy getting me through alpha classes, steam room, change rooms, honestly I could go on and on. BUT I must say as a Mom, having peace of mind knowing my girls are having fun and looked after while I focus on myself is what I LOVE most of Lifetime. Positive experience: Despite the price compared to other gyms, you do get a lot and it is good value if you fully utilize them. The men’s washrooms need to be cleaner though. Shower floors are always disgusting.

Positive experience: I’m disappointed how overpriced the gym is and they do not have that much to offer, washroom is not sanitized very well(so many tissue paper on the floor, washrooms are filthy and will make you not use it because of how disgusting it is, not enough towels, shower room smells very bad — literally smells like pee, not enough sanitizer to clean the gym equipment), I went there at around 7-8PM thinking there might be less people but it’s jam-packed. Overall — with their price point, I would totally not recommend this gym at all.

Negative experience: This club is over priced by about $100. I just moved and was a member of Movati. The gym has everything Life Time has except for the outdoor pool, only has an indoor one, plus the weight area is bigger and better. The price is half of what Life Time charges. Movati even includes palates in the membership and Life Time charges additional for it. This price does not make any sense. I am very disappointed. I was also very disappointed in the sales person when I called for the membership. I asked how they justify their price against Movati and she couldn't even answer me. I so wish they had a Movati in Vaughan.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly people, nice facility. Staff are awesome. Let's elaborate, the people who work here make it worth every penny. They smile when to greet you, they will smile, they love their jobs. Trista, Thomas, Paige, are all amazing and the list goes on. I've been training with Jooyoung, and let me tell you, great trainer. He will work you as hard as you want, and will help you achieve your training goals. Mike is the head of personal training, and this guy rocks. He is humble, he will help you, he will just have small talk with you. My wife and I love this gym. Some of you will say price is high, but I assure you, can't put a price on health and service. My monthly cigarettes bill used to be higher. #whatsyourexcuse!

Fantastic experience: Clean, friendly staff, prompt responses to inquiries. lost my water bottle once and it was found within minutes of calling the front desk. infant reservations are annoying and they have too many infants signed up to deal with but they do their best to accommodate everyone. Shoutout to Trista! great problem solver and seems to actually care about the members happiness and continued commitment to the gym. I likely wouldn’t reviewed the gym at a 2*or 3* if she was not in management.

Fantastic experience: Life time is an amazing gym, I took the personal training service with the coach Vel Morales for a couple months, and I enjoyed it, she did an awesome job explaining to me all the work outs and was very focused to correct my postures to make the exercise in the right way. Fantastic experience: I have joined Life Time in Woodbridge since September of 2022. I joined the club because I wanted Navid to coach my son who had just started to like playing basketball. My son connected with Navid from the beginning. Every practice with Coach Nav is full of energy and feeling of self accomplishment. He teaches them new skills and techniques in a way that's easy to understand. My son always comes home from practice talking about how cool the drills were and how much he learned. What's really special about Coach Nav is how he encourages each kid on the team. He celebrates their successes and helps them when they're struggling. He's patient and kind but also firm, and my son feels really comfortable asking him questions or for help. Seeing how much my son improved, my nephew wanted to work with Navid as well. I'm grateful that my son has such an amazing coach. Coach Nav is not just teaching basketball; he's also teaching important life lessons about discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and having fun. We're lucky to have him!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, feels like a resort. Heated pool is big and not very busy. Basketball court is good aswell. Lots of equipment in the gym available. Kids academy is good, only problem is they close early.

Negative experience: We've been members at Lifetime in Woodbridge almost since its inception. It's disappointing to witness the decline in their service quality over time. My primary use is the pool, and my daughter attends swim lessons there. The family changing room is consistently overcrowded and not maintained well. On numerous occasions, towels have been unavailable, leaving us waiting for fresh ones. My daughter's swim class is from 7:30 to 8 pm (the only time spot available for her level), which is precisely when children under 12 are required to exit the pool area. It's challenging to manage this, especially when the family changing room is packed. Moreover, the temperature in the changing room is noticeably colder than the pool, which isn't comfortable. I have communicated this to their attention, but they simply ignored it. I once held this place in high regard and recommended it to many, but given the current level of service, we've decided to cancel our membership and look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed in this gym today. Tuesday at 7 pm is one of the busiest times at any gym. Now I understand people sign up for classes and spaces are needed like the many Lifetime studios. But there was a boxing class going on as I was setting up for my squats. I was going in for my third set and a trainer told me I have to leave the area for his class. First of all. It was a boxing class. Second they didn’t even use the rack. So you’re telling me we all pay the same price yet a trainer can come take up all upper level platforms for his boxing class. At the busiest time in the gym?? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. That class needs to work in its space (boxing area), change its time in the day.. or CANCLE.

Positive experience: Some staff are very unprofessional. The steam room also needs to be completely aired out to restart a cycle. 190 PER month and I was accused of stealing a water. Later on they apologized and said it was a misunderstanding.....

Negative experience: Great amenities and people. However, it is very dirty for a premium gym. There is never any hand sanitizer available and the mens change room is filthy. As soon as you walk in you'll notice dust bunnies accumulated along the sides of the tiles thats been there for days/weeks. The basketball gyms are a slip & slide and the pools have sand and debris at the bottom. With 20 years of custodial background, It is very evident that things do not get cleaned daily/regularly. For the amount that they charge ($180.00) on a monthly basis, there is no excuse! Wouldn't recommend, much better options available.

Fantastic experience: I got a personal trainer name Cody , after three months working with him all my main pain in my shoulder and knee goes out and i feel very healthy now. he is very accurate and professional to work as a trainer. he always pay attention to all the details and monitor your body during the training . he is very responsible.

Negative experience: I went to this gym for a year or so and the facility is definitely great. Lots of equipment and classes but the cleanliness is not up to par like other gyms. I find it extremely busy which is not the gyms fault but they have a lot of extra programs in the kids for the summer. I feel like it’s a daycare in the summer. Sometimes a gym should focus on its core business. I don’t recommend it for the price. Charge more if you have to but elevate the standard.

Positive experience: staff is great, friendly and helpful. the classes are great in my experience and there is a good amount of machines and equipment available however there are WAY too many cardio machines and not enough strength training. unfortunately over time the quality of both the facilities and members has vastly declined. showers are green, sauna permanently reeks of body odour, the state of the mens locker room is brutal. i usually would attend between 6-7am and honestly if you want to have a peaceful workout free of delays this is the only time to go. it is a madhouse from 9am to close. ample parking available, place has potential but is unfortunately hamstrung from poor upkeep and members who mistreat the facility despite the high costs Edit: worth mentioning that the strength machines here are absolute top of the line and will change your workout. Again, cannot say enough good words about the staff here especially the guys in the trenches in the men’s room. They are all awesome Edit again: cancelled my membership as they have raised fees again

Negative experience: After attending for 2 months, I just cancelled my subscription. First of all, it is always overcrowded during the evening time. There aren't enough benches in the workout area and people do not respect each other while using the equipment. I don't understand why the whole third floor is dedicated to only special group programs. Secondly, I didn't like the commonity, either. They act so annoyingly. Thirdly, people leave the places dirty and they don't care about it. After all, I do not think this place is worth this much monthly subscription fee.

Negative experience: Not worth the money. This place has really gone downhill after they shut down and reopened for COVID. From the Shortage of towels at night to the way they have maintaining the locker rooms, and the way that they smell. Today was one of my last straws, as I checked the times of operation on Google maps at 4:45 before I left my house (Which was open at 6am and closed by 12am. Note: that there normal operating hours are 4am to 12am, so they are on “Holiday hours” which is understandable) and decided to have a work out, shave then shower to go out for the night, just to find out that at 6:00pm (1/2 hour into my workout from 5:30pm) they are closed. leaving me barely any time to rush and shower, never mind about shaving. Which I find extremely unprofessional from what they are advertising about this gym at $180 a month. Aside from the outdoor pool, that is very nice, but also seasonal to use which is also understandable. That a $30 membership at a 24h gym that I was going too, looks A LOT more appealing to me at this rate. Not to mention the way they announce that the gym is closing on other nights by what it sounds like kids yelling on the PA system, not being able to make out what is being send, with weird music in the background. I am a member at this gym for the past 4 years and it is sad to see how poorly this place has transformed for the worst. I use to really enjoy spending my time at this gym. Don’t waste your money.

Negative experience: The gym is just simply way too busy, and that’s cool that people want to be active, but they have such limited machines and benches for the time the gym does fill up, that it is impossible to get a workout in. There is just way too many cardio machines, the whole right side of the second floor could really be used better. The entire middle section needs more cable machines, and on the left, it’s dumbbells which are always unorganized in the morning. At least make the third floor more accommodating for lifting, the space there can really be put to use better… because the gym is just way too busy for the space it does offer. They have done nothing to fix this, not a single change. Just take more members at any cost. That’s all they care about.

Men's room is short on towels, have to visit the family room sometimes just to grab towels. Lots to be desired considering you're charging $160/month. Good gym if you like basketball/swimming

Negative experience: Went in for a tour ready to sign up however, I left without a membership and glad I didn’t just sign up online. The amenities at Lifetime are great, but the upkeep of them are definitely not. The men’s changing rooms smell like wild water kingdom bathrooms. For $160/month, you would expect cleanliness at the very least. This gym is advertised as a luxury club but it is far from that. I had high expectations walking into this tour. You’re expected to bring your own Basket and soccer balls as they stopped providing them. Not to mention the poor girl giving me a tour of the gym had called for a male associate several times to give me a tour of the men’s changing rooms. We stood outside waiting and waiting. When the associate did give me a tour I was greeted with an awful smell and hair stuck in the drains. I’m very surprised at the lack of professionalism and cleanliness of this club. For the amount you’re paying, you’re getting the same experience as you would at your local LA fitness., if that. The management change is very much so evident. It’s upsetting to see how this gym has gone downhill over the years. Lifetime needs to take a hard look at the reality of this gym. You would think Lifetime would put their best foot forward and make a decent first impression. If you’re looking for a luxurious gym that’s worth the price, I suggest opting for Movati Athletic instead.

Fantastic experience: I really love this gym! As a parent it makes me so happy that my child and I can enjoy activities that are both fulfilling socially and help us be healthier too. My 5 year old loves the variety of programs, there’s lots of educational activities too. I also enjoy being able to do self care things like sitting in the steam room or jacuzzi etc without having to worry about my child. Everyone’s been very friendly and helpful so far too. Recently I had an amazing spa experience with Amanda, or “Mandy”. Her nail services were amazing! She’s such a kind and genuine person, and I felt so well taken care of. Really went above and beyond to create and enjoyable relaxing experience too. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible Experience in two different occasions. Both times They refused to sign me up without a credit card. they disappointed me and showed no interest in signing me up as a new customer. They Refused to accept cash and visa debit as a valid payment and refused to offer a single day membership temporarily until I was able to provide a credit card.

Positive experience: Been a member for a few months , it was okay , but now it feels crowded I have to wait for a bench, machine or any equipment after 3pm until atleast 10pm, they need more equipments that’s not cardio related, more bench’s and stuff would be nice.
