Negative experience: Decent badminton center with average conditions, though it can be inconvenient to access without a car. The court rental rates have increased again this October, and with the new pricing, I hope the owners will consider replacing the long-expired water filter at the refilling station. An expired filter may not effectively remove bacteria or other contaminants, posing potential health risks. I actually felt slightly unwell after refilling my bottle last time, though I'm not certain if it was due to the water. Until it is replaced, I’d suggest customers avoid drinking from it.

Negative experience: The guy with dots in his face who sits n the front reception has very bad attitude and 0 sense of what customer service should be. Also the place is smelly and lack of ventilation. The only fan that they have sometimes goes off too. You know this place is bad when they have a half working single fan for the whole area.

Positive experience: Great place to play badminton, very clean and bright. I will say the customer service side is lacking a huge amount. Im not sure if its the owner but the person at the front desk is quite rude. He ignores customers and isn't very helpful. I think if they improved on this then they would definitely get 5 stars. Like I said, great place to PLAY. But the customer service alone almost turned me off this place for good. Ive accepted this now and just go to play and its still a good experience if you can look over that flaw.

Positive experience: They are converting some of Badminton courts to use for Pickleball ... Unfortunately, there is not enough space between courts to serve properly ...

Negative experience: I’ve called this place twice as per their request. You cannot book a court until 1 week before. Both times the same man answered the phone. From his tone, he was unprofessional, he rushed you and his tone was condescending. In the end, I did not get to book with this place. Customer service is very poor.

Positive experience: Decent place for badminton. 25 for non peak hours and 30 for peak hours (weekdays after 5 and weekends if I remember correctly).

Negative experience: I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the receptionist during my visit. His tone of voice and lack of willingness to assist made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. One of our friend was injured during the game and when we asked for help he hardly responded. He seemed disinterested in addressing my inquiries and his responses were curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.

Negative experience: First time here but the courts are crowded together. The space between each court is very narrow, which can fit just a bench. And that bench, that bench will hold ALL YOUR BELONGINGS for you and your friends! Just that one bench has more support than my parents have ever given me. The floors are harder than other ones I have been so it does put a bit more strain on your feet. The male washroom is cleaner than other places though.

Fantastic experience: I have been playing badminton for several years on and off with the Vancouver Bubble tea Meetup group on Sunday nights. The venue is modern, clean and spacious. The people are friendly and nice. The staff very professional and the cost is extremely reasonable. It helps that parking is FREE! Highly recommend it.

Positive experience: Easy booking. My only issue is, I wish they can tell the people who decide to come before their start time to wait outside. Go outside and stretch, don't crowd the courts. People who come on the floor just makes situations so dangerous when another group is still there. I'm not talking about covid situation, though them coughing and breathing onto our drinks and stuff it's gross but it's a security issue when they decide to sit right beside our belongings.. To me it just doesn't make sense when they are let in 15 mins early. I'm saying this cuz a friend got hit in the face cuz the guy was "stretching" while he went to get his stuff to leave, some people lack surrounding awareness.

Positive experience: They know which way to point the Fans for Air Circulation (outward), unlike Stage 18.(inward fail). So at least it's not hot af. They also allow non court shoes. Good for casual players and noobs. Naturally the floors are going to be a harder material than other pro courts. Noobs won't tell the differences anyways. So good job on Badminton Vancouver.

Negative experience: I hadn't been there in years til today because the floors were pretty hard on the knees and stuff. But going back it's still pretty hard compared to other places. And the linoleum-like floor is crazy slippery. The lights can get pretty bad on some clears too. Not my favourite, sorry. The staff seem nice enough though.

Negative experience: Courts are clean and nicely lit, and the layout designs offer a passable badminton playing experience (though the courts are on the closer side to one another than ideal). Unfortunately the front desk staff are perpetually hit or miss - the customer service moves slower than molasses in a way that is reminiscent of post-hangover behavior. Providing hand gestures and/or head nods rather than verbal responses is inexcusable and borderline offensive (imagine having to verbally enunciate for a customer service job), and long wait times for simple inquiries are overly common occurrences which dampen one's experience. With the plethora of other available options, one can easily do much better than here.

Negative experience: Good courts however space between courts is very minimal. However, good luck booking a court from a time slot between 8-10pm. I call a week in advance (the max allowable under their booking policy), sometimes within 10 minutes of them opening, and I'm told all 12 courts have already been booked. In my opinion the booking system should be done through an online form and there needs to be a fairer system where certain customers don't get preferential treatment for court times. *cough* apparently some people book through wechat *cough*
