They’ve truly thought of every detail to enhance the member experience.

Fantastic experience: This is the best fitness center I’ve found in Canada so far. Include all the amenities with different classes. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about your fitness journey. The variety of classes offered keeps things fresh and exciting – whether you’re into weightlifting, yoga, or high-intensity workouts, there’s something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Love coming to Fuzion! It’s very clean, with kind and helpful staff, and fun group fitness classes.

Positive experience: Fuzion is great. They have great options for memberships including the pause feature for 6 months which is really convenient. They’ve also managed the space well, leaving room for a ladies section if you are interested in that! It’s also very clean and well maintained. The employees are also respectful and attentive if you need assistance. All this AND they have amazing fitness classes, I recommend the restorative yoga!

Negative experience: This gym seemed great at first, but dealing with their billing has been a nightmare. I emailed to cancel my membership weeks ago, and they're still charging me. It's so frustrating to feel stuck in a contract I clearly tried to end. Honestly, the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. It's definitely not the kind of place I'd recommend if you value straightforward service. There are plenty of other gyms out there that actually respect their members.

Negative experience: I want to start by saying I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and overall experience at the gym. However, I have noticed an issue that I feel could be addressed to improve the environment for everyone. There have been several occasions where I’ve seen clothes and used undergarments left on the floor, particularly around the sauna and shower areas in the womens section. It not only creates an unpleasant sight but can also be unhygienic for other members. I find it quite off-putting and believe it detracts from the otherwise positive atmosphere at the gym. I kindly suggest that the management put a system in place to prevent this from happening, perhaps by providing more clear guidelines or designated spaces for personal belongings. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope this can be resolved to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that most members expect.

Negative experience: We had a bad experience with this gym. They hide all the details during the registration process. There is an Annual maintenance charge of around 60$ and also if we cancel before one year, they will charge 99$.

Fusion being a smaller gym and having excessive fees and various charges, which can add up quickly. It's worth spending your money on a gym that offers clear value.

After you join, they start charging unnecessary fees repeatedly. Truly the worst gym experience. All the positive reviews are fake, as the gym offers free drinks in exchange for reviews.

Negative experience: Don't waste your money here. I purchased a 6-month membership, and Fitness or Fit4Less is better than this. It costs $50 per month and has a $99 cancellation fee. The sauna never worked during my 6 months of membership. Don't be manipulated by the sales staff. Other reviews are fake because you get free drinks on your Google review.

Negative experience: One of the worst gym fee structure! They would tell you to pay $19 biweekly but at the same time they are charging $15 bi-weekly from other members. You cannot cancel the membership immediately because gym owner has a rule of charging $100 cancellation fee if you do it before a year completion. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
