Negative experience: Several treadmills don't work. Other machines are broken, which I told them about but they ignored it. The men's washroom are never cleaned and smells like piss.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 years now and it’s a good facility- but it’s the people that make it better. One person i’d like to recognize is Farina. She always gives a welcoming smile to everyone entering the gym- and I always see her helping someone at all times, even when she’s not on shift. I would like to see her there more often as she makes it easier to come to the gym and workout with her superb enthusiasm and customer service. Lately I haven’t been coming in as often, but when i do it’s just to see Farina. The facility has declined since I started working out here, but she was a great addition to the team.

Positive experience: This gym is fine. Machines are seldom in disrepair, it has a pool. They have classes as well, but please wash your shower curtains more often. I've been ignoring this for weeks, but today, it actually smells moldy. Next to me in the shower, a nasty person left this. More shower patrol from staff, please. I've also touched someone's excrement on the shower nob before. It is absolutely indelible in my mind

Fantastic experience: On Thursday Dec 5th, during a class workout, I had a medical episode. Another member came to my aid and also went to get the front desk staff ( Rose and Amorel). Both women ran to the gym and stayed by my side. They were wonderful. They both remained calm, making a safe environment for me and making me feel comfortable. They stayed by my side until the ambulance arrived. A special thanks to Rose and Amorel. And another special thanks to Nancy.

Negative experience: Horrible experience I tried to call to cancle my membership and the girl on the phone was like " you need to email the manager if you want to cancle your membership" Girl gave me an fake email that didn't work I asked if I come in to the club would I be able to cancle it in person and she was like " I don't know" I then called another Goodlife location and they were able to cancle it over the phone So Why is one location able to do it but another can't Train your employees better!!!

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this Friday evening and it was busy as to be expected.. just used a change room, shower and bathroom facilities and it was clean and neat, well stuffed and not crowded. I will stop by again.

Negative experience: Customer Service: Negligible/Nil/Zero/Zilch/Non-existent. The front staff actively avoids eye contact because then they might have to say hello to you. Management needs to check any single day’s CCTV footage to see how many guests were greeted. It’s almost like every employee here has received this training on purpose. They only greet other coworkers when they walk in. Seriously, what a joke.

Negative experience: DISCRIMINATION AND THE WORST GYM EXPERIENCE I am highly disappointed with the state of this gym. Despite being a reputed brand, the standards here are shockingly low. Here's why: 1.Unhygienic Washrooms: The men's washroom is always dirty and unbearably smelly. It’s rarely cleaned, except at night. Other locations, like the Oakville branch, manage cleanliness well despite higher foot traffic. 2.Unsafe Steam Room: The steam room is dangerous; it burns the skin, which is unacceptable. Breathing inside it is nearly impossible, and the condition has remained unchanged for five months, with no action taken. 3.Unhelpful Staff: The staff are rude, inattentive, and more focused on socializing than helping customers. I lost my watch twice and was given no assistance. Calls to follow up were met with excuses, and the manager was never available. Broken Equipment: Many machines remain broken, even at night when fewer people are around. The equipment might be there, but nothing seems to work properly. 4.Lack of Customer Respect: The staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers. There’s no respect or sense of responsibility toward members' concerns. The only good thing about this gym is the variety of equipment, but nothing else matches the expectations of a "big brand." I have started going to the Oakville location even though Heartland is just 5 minutes away from me. Please take immediate action to improve hygiene, fix the steam room, and train your staff. I gave u 5 star first but now giving 1 star .. even though u guys wont do anything about it

Negative experience: The woman working the customer service / check in during the weekdays is quite rude to the members. I had multiple encounters with her not smiling, greeting people, interrupting while speaking to members, and just has a bad attitude. Makes the gym experience a bit less exciting when the people who work here are miserable to deal with. Otherwise, the other customer service staff are great.

Positive experience: I like the gym itself and majority of the staff. My biggest issue with this gym is that some of the staff not gonna say names really dont want to help when you have questions about anything (not workout questions). I came to this gym recently, and had questions on my membership. It was regarding membership for me somebody on my account. The person was able to give me the information I asked for myself after some hassle, but said they cannot find the information for the other person. I told this person that I am paying for their membership as well and the information should be there. After probably 10 more secs of looking this person was able to tell me what I was looking for. I like this gym and have been coming here for a bit, but the service is usually the same. I started going to the Meadowvale town centre goodlife recently and the staff there actively tries to help you with your questions, rather than trying to push you off. Although that gym is not as big, I will continue to go there more often as the staff is more inviting and helpful. Heartland GoodLife should learn from Meadowvale Goodlife on their deficiencies.

Negative experience: I was planning to sign up for a membership at GL Fitness since it is the closest gym to my place. However, after reading the review below, I’m very disappointed. How can I trust and sign up for a gym with such poor communication skills? $700 is certainly a lot of money, and I sincerely hope you return the money to the customer.

Negative experience: I am still waiting for your response. We had to leave our home and move into a single room with my children, which has caused emotional harm to my family, and yet you are not responding. Will you be able to return the money so that we can at least have a nice Christmas? I want to express my sadness and concern because, at the beginning of the year, I went to cancel my membership as I could no longer afford the payments. To my surprise, when I went to the bank to withdraw money for my rent, it wasn’t there because the gym had resumed charging my account. When I went to the gym to resolve this, they told me that my account hadn’t been canceled but had been frozen instead—something I clearly did not authorize. Despite my visit and conversation with them, they continued to charge me again (a total of five charges). I am requesting your help, as this is money my family urgently needs, and we have not used the gym nor signed anything authorizing future charges when I requested the cancellation. Please help! I want to make this case visible on social media and will try to give it as much attention as possible, as some companies are only interested in the financial aspect rather than the human factor. You should have all the information, including my signed authorization approving the freeze (as verbal agreements hold no validity). Since I requested the cancellation, we have not used the gym. Is it really not important to you that you’re taking food and shelter away from a family with kids? Is it truly part of your company’s morals and ethics to take advantage of the misinformation given to customers in order to start unauthorized charges? For you, CAD $712 may be nothing, but for a migrant family like ours, it’s too much… I believe it’s important to start bringing this to light so more people know what type of company they’re affiliating with.

Fantastic experience: Would have been four stars - y'all need an Aquafit class! But five stars due to my personal trainer Pav. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to all things fitness, nutrition and health. Maybe that's due to him being one of only two level 4 trainers. However, I appreciated how he was also able to break those down to casual conversation while working out. He was quick to identify my physical limitations from the very first session. When feeling discouraged in my fitness journey, I didn't necessarily need a invigorating cheerleader but someone to keep it simple and help me focus. And he did that. He helped me identify one healthy lifestyle habit to pick up. He helped me understand how to target the right muscles working out, through a variety of different exercises (with machines, weights, bands, etc). Ultimately, I owe my ability and further interest to work out more independently in great part to his training. Thanks for everything Pav!

Looking back on my first day at GF Heartland Center, I could barely lift a small dumbbell and struggled with even the most basic exercises. But Anna’s scientifically-backed methods and carefully tested techniques made all the difference. Through her guidance, I’ve managed to shed inches, lose weight, and build a level of strength and confidence I never imagined possible. Negative experience: You lied to me when signing the contract. I was signed on something but later on you show me things I never seen. Too bad service and this cost me to pay much more than expected. Read the contract very well and make sure to have a copy when you sign.

Negative experience: an incident that occurred at your GoodLife Fitness location. On October 16th, I had a scheduled session with personal trainer Dallas at 6 PM. Regrettably, despite being present in the facility, Dallas did not attend the session and seemed to deliberately ignore me. This is not the first time I have experienced unprofessional behavior from Dallas, as he was also rude during a previous visit when my wife Haseeba Ahsan have personal trainer and she took us to Dallas for advance training . After 35 minutes wait I went back to reception and asked for how come I have got assist. I don’t need anymore I think I will figure out this facility . NP. Then one of the the lady said let me see where he is. She came back and said sorry for the bad experience. I said it’s ok. As a member who values the environment and services your gym provides, I have also sent an email to GM and assistant to look into this as it should not be happening

Negative experience: if I could give this place negative I would. Charging $600 for cancellation for personal training, when we came here 3 times before to cancel because my friend kept getting charged $500 bi weekly. I have no problem with GoodLife, I have a problem with the way that this was dealt with. I hate leaving negative reviews but I do not want anyone going through what my friend did.

Negative experience: Watch out for these people. What they tell you, is not what you sign and they will take your money for no reason. Completely unprofessional. It is funny that your answer for the bad reviews are the same: referring to call the 800#. However that gets you no where. You will just get the time around

Negative experience: They took money from me every two weeks and charged me 800 for cancelations the worst service ever don’t recommend going there the staff doesn’t help much either. They seem disinterested and unapproachable, rarely offering assistance or even a smile. Customer service is practically nonexistent, and any complaints about broken equipment or cleanliness are brushed off. To top it all off, the gym is overpriced for what you get. I expected much better for the amount of money I’m paying each month. I’ll definitely be looking for a new gym soon—one that cares about its equipment, cleanliness, and members.

Negative experience: GoodLife Fitness scammed me, plain and simple. They told me I could cancel my subscription when I explained I needed a personal trainer, and I followed their instructions to do so. After canceling, they still kept charging my account! When I reached out to customer service, I was met with rude and unhelpful staff who refused to do anything about the charges. They didn’t care about my situation, and it felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid dealing with the problem. It’s not just about the money—they clearly don’t value their customers or provide honest service. This gym seems more interested in squeezing every dollar out of you rather than offering the support they promise. I wouldn’t trust GoodLife Fitness again, and I highly recommend avoiding them. Stay away unless you want to deal with shady practices and poor customer service!

Positive experience: It's a good gym with some decent equipment. The pool is a great feature along with the group classes. The gym itself is usually pretty clean, and most gym goers are respectful except a couple of bad actors who dont wipe machines, use deodorant or rerack weights. The area where this gym loses points is the washrooms/locker rooms. They smell like absolute rotten ass and are always dirty. Water everywhere, towels on the floors, something out of order, hair in the sink. Nice workout area but i shower at home given the state of the washrooms

Positive experience: The gym is great and had all the equipment you can need. Majority of the stuff are also very nice and helpful but there is unfortunately a handful of people who work here that are very unprofessional, discourteous and some who are even flat out rude. It’s fair to expect that the staff don’t insult you or act like wise guys. It has happened one too many times. I also see a bit of a social clique that just chills while a contingent of the more professional people seem to do all the hard work. So good on the responsible people and please it would be nice of someone addresses these issues. Another major issue is that too many times you arrive and towel service is not available. This is not only at busy times it has happened many times at this location. Lots of the people I know who go here seem to agree with me on this and its a running joke within my family/friends at this point.

Positive experience: Love this place. You can always find issues with anything really, but I love this place. As a gym rat I love this place specially during the day time due to natural light and shape of the gym. Not to mention "fill in the blanks" they have it. Hot Yoga room, weights, turf, warmup area, cycling room, pool, sauna, cold plunge, sauna, lockers, jacuzzi, class session room, treadmills, big ass fans, plenty of parking etc. positive vibes and friendly staff all round!

Positive experience: Came here with my partner with a 3 visit guest pass as per a staff member there. Was enjoying the facility after the 2nd visit. Went to go on my last visit this evening and a lady with glasses and light blond hair said it was a one week pass which is not what I was told. Poor customer service as she didn’t even try to accommodate and was a bit rude. She did not even offer to sign me up. I was going to switch from another commercial gym, but my experience today made me reconsider. I doubt she will move up in the company.

Negative experience: We have cancelled our memership with them, but they still take out money from my bank account for my son who is going to University in another city. My so walked in August and ask them to cancel his membership. They took out money from my account September 8th. I called them and ask for receipt of my payments, they told me to go online and do it myself online. I requested a receipt online. My name does not show anywhere on the receipt. They are only showing my sons names. My organization is not accepting this receipt for reimbursement. I requested a receipt online. It does not show my name anywhere in the receipt. Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve been to. This particular facility has it all - from a stacked gym with lots of weights, machines, to a sauna, plunge pool, swimming pool, recovery room, massage chairs - the list goes on. Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Good Life Gym (Heartland Mississauga) I recently canceled my membership at the Good Life Gym location on Britannia Road West due to the consistently poor service and unacceptable behavior from the staff. The cleaning lady was extremely rude, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, Mike, he took her side instead of addressing the issue. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Furthermore, the gym is already overcrowded, with long lineups for machines. It's clear they're more focused on admitting new members than providing a quality experience for existing ones. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The combination of rude staff and subpar facilities makes it a frustrating and unpleasant environment. Good Life Gym should take steps to address these issues and prioritize their members' satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been consistently going to Goodlife for about a year now and I’d be lying if I said Farina wasn’t a huge reason why. Her constant smiles, inviting presence, genuine conversations and concerns for Members is why I’m able to workout and feel so comfortable at goodlife. She’s always checking up on me and asking how I’m doing and never fails to strike up meaningful conversations while providing great fitness knowledge. Negative experience: The gym is great overall but recently there is a large group of people (8-10) that come to the pool and receive swimming lessons from one guy in the evenings and they take up half the pool for 3 hours after 7pm. If I recall unless the individual teaching is a staff and it is a scheduled class, they should not be doing that. Random people can't just conduct classes when other paying members want to do their workout and be difficult when asked to create space for other people to swim their laps. Apparently management allows this to happen which seems quite unfair considering the pool is busy enough already, so having a massive group there practicing swimming drills for hours hinders my workout routine. Unimpressed.

Positive experience: Large gym with plenty of equipment even at the crowd at 5:00 p.m. time slot. This gym also features hot yoga, swimming, a sauna, steam room and even a cold plunge. Loses a point because at 5pm it can be tough to find an available locker and the shower can feel messy.

Negative experience: Welcoming teenagers in the summer who have zero gym etiquette is a complete mess. Waiting 20 minutes per machine is absolutely ridiculous. There needs to be a seminar ahead of their entry.

Positive experience: Pros Lots of parking 24 hours Cold plunge Recovery room Hot yoga Cons -Men’s washroom area is always disgusting -Men’s showers are moldy and disgusting -Men’s sauna does not heat up as it should, does not get pass the high 60s even when set to the highest setting -People always shaving in the steam room -People not showering before entering the pool area, staff never doing anything about it - People coming to the cold plunge in their workout clothes or their underwear and not showering before hand, staff never doing anything about it.

Negative experience: I want to preface this by first saying that this is a great public gym with a diverse collection of machines where you can get big in! Though, I would not recommend going for their training package, since they charge athlete level of prices for beginners. While, their trainers lack experience in training, since I looked pretty much the exact same as when I started. For reference, I am 5'7 and it is easy for me to gain muscle due to my short stature.

Positive experience: I have been going to this gym off and on since it opened and recently I have been going for a few months straight and I have to say some of the gym members have zero etiquette especially in the women’s change room … I’ll start with the sauna .. after my workout I enjoy going in to relax my muscles and mind , not listen to someone speak loud on her phone in her native language or any language for that matter, the sauna isn’t a place to chat on the phone disrespecting everyone around them.. there’s no sign either that says this .. also I find that people turn off the sauna while people are in there .. I turn it on as that’s what a sauna is for but zero respect for those that use the sauna for what’s it’s meant for … secondly I was done working out and came in the change room to find what looked like someone’s cut hair all over the counter .. I will post a pic if Google allows me to … disgusting and uncalled for and I really can’t believe women would do things that they should be doing in their homes, not in public … having said this I do enjoy the gym and i find most of the staff friendly.. just wish they would put what’s acceptable and what’s not in the sauna and change room which should be common knowledge but people need a reminder

Negative experience: This is a good branch of goodlife alot of equipments and alot os space, but it really ruins the reputation of the company if you have unprofessional and rude employees. In the heartland location a woman name Tara is so rude I just stop going into that location only reason is because she is rude and mean, my friends and i didnt know that they clean the pool around 2-3am and she was doing her ph testing on the pool and we hear her talking to another employee saying “ i dont know why this idiots have to come at this time, they should know by now we do the cleaning at this time” it was my friends and i first time coming in because we ususally go to the one by steeles at brampton. She was making mean eye contacts with us the whole time in the pool and when u asked her a question she would reply in a tone of like shes done with this job. Also the washrooms need to be cleaned omg it stinks !!! Other than that i wouldnt mind coming in here just for a cardio and some weights. ANTI TARA !!!!!

Negative experience: The stuff at the reception is rude and uncooperative. The lady in glasses, Tammy I think. As a first time visitor, I was lectured for walking through the gate which had a blue arrow on it with the stuff at the front desk standing after the gate. So it is far from obvious how to get to them. Then I was asked to pay $25 for a visit, even though I had a 3 day trial at another location. No way to reason with them, guess I’m happy I didn’t sign up with GoodLife after all :)

Negative experience: Have to talk to the owner later but they started refusing people entry at 9;30pm even though it states they closed at 10pm for the long weekend. My access to other locations I was able to to get in by 9:45pm at another location..just wanted to use the sauna for 15 min.

Negative experience: Note: I’ve been going to this gym for over 3 years. Please, DO NOT use this gym as your main every day gym. We will start with the quality of the equipment. Most things are in good shape, but most members have zero gym etiquette and will not clean up after themselves. Next, Overall environment. The place is packed. Lots of people have no idea what they are doing and it’s not very motivating if you are new to the gym. Try Oakville Place one. Lastly, staff communications. Next, there are constant closures of the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge If you go on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, this is OK but other than that, please do not go here if possible.

Negative experience: I have been going to gym for over 6 months and its good every staff member is very nice and polite. Fantastic experience: One of my favourite GoodLife location! There’s multiple squat racks with a platform for deadlifts, several benches and free weights. More than enough cardio machines, a hot yoga studio, a separate studio, a swimming pool (no deep end or shallow end), a hot tub and a cold plunge smaller pool (in the video shared). A co-ed steam room and separate saunas in the change rooms. They’ll also give you as many towels as you want! I love coming here for a full workout and doing cold/hot immersions with the steam room and cold plunge!

Negative experience: Amazing facilities and amenities. And yet - the mens locker room was closer to a garbage disposal room in a condo. Management - your facility is amazing, yet your standards show your arrogance. Because your members have no other choice, you hold us hostage to your standards of cleanliness - which are straight out of Saw 1.. Empty soap and toilet paper dispensers, water all over the sink and floors, towels everywhere, garbage in lockers, infrequent chlorine pool checks. Sure people are messy - whats your excuse Goodlife Heartland? Ps. Take note - any other Goodlife from Islington, Bay/Bloor to Liberty, literally ANY Goodlife - they would be asking themselves "Why?". Disappointing yet easy to remedy, lets see.... Update: They have responded with a generic response below...so no hope. Saw 2...coming to this Goodlife near you.

Positive experience: Although this gym gets pretty busy at times, it is a well maintained facility. The gym is always clean and has a variety of classes and machines. I recently did personal training with Nicole and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her as a PT to those considering.

Fantastic experience: This location/facility is one of the best GL gyms in Mississauga. It's very spacious and has numerous types of equipment that you don't have to wait until someone else is done. There is plenty of equipment to go around. I also want to mention that the place is spotless and well maintained. There are two staff members I always see who are very dedicated and hardworking when it comes to the upkeep of the environment. Victor and Kevin are constantly cleaning and ensuring the environment are safe for all members. I had some convo with Victor, and you can tell by his action how much he cares and how dedicated he is to keep the environment clean and safe. If there is a way I can review these two staff members, I will give them both five stars for their dedication and hard work.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this location from time to time since 2022 when I first signed up with GoodLife, and have been to 20+ other locations all across the GTA. I would give this place a solid 4.5, but am putting 5 stars to offset the rating. I can understand how it can be unappealing for some being in a prime location in between Brampton and Mississauga, making it very crowded during peak hour and cleanliness can be tough to maintain for the staff at times. Another slight disappointment is that they only have two deadlift platforms, so it can be a bit tough to get the platform if that is something you like to use. (I just end up deadlifting in the open with a mat). As for the staff, I had decent experiences with them, nothing terrible, but also nothing exceptional. Personal reasons I love this location is for the cold plunge, as a hot-cold therapy enthusiast, this is something I have yet to find in any other GoodLife, so I am glad they have it here. They also have a hack squat (one of my favourite machines for legs) which only about 50% or less of GoodLife locations have. Great location, equipment, and amentities overall, always had great workouts here. I can tell the staff work hard to keep the place clean with the large volume of members, but of course there can always be room for improvement.

Negative experience: Advisor Alex who was working on February 13, 2024, at 6:30pm is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional! I called requesting for help and the front desk agent was unsure of what to do so transferred me to the next available advisor. Right off the bat I was greeted coldy and asked “is there a reason why you need to talk to me”. I was taken a back but proceeded to explain my situation. He had absolutely nothing to offer, put me on hold and transferred me back to the front agent so he could go on his break! What kind of nonsense is that? GOODLIFE you need to conduct some customer service training and do some secret shopping to see how your brand is being represented Because the ability to problem solve is poor! I'll be calling head office!

Fantastic experience: Hello. Neighbours. I’m from sedan sq. Yesterday i was at the GoodLife Fitness Centre at Heartland location. I rode my electric scooter and locked it on the bike rack in front of the gym. Around 9 PM when I got out of the gym, I saw a guy riding my electric bike and I tried to stop him, but he took off regardless of me stopping him . Long story short my bike got stolen attaching a picture as well to this message if anybody has seen or have any clue or if they’ve seen any of that word please reach out to me. It did cost about $1400 and the company is high boy max pro two . This is written on the electric bike as well. I feel devastated that it got stolen from our area. Heartland is not too far but so far I have filed the report with appeal, regional police, and checked with the gym. Please, if you have any information to contact the main desk or staff at the gym, I would appreciate any help or clues can provide . Negative experience: Don't accept extra sessions during your presentation as a new member. They advised me to take that session, and I ended up with money paid out without a refund, even though they told me every time a refund was possible, but the person in charge wasn't there. I've been looking for the person for 4 months because he doesn't have constant shifts and I just have to catch up! conclusion : Money paid -No refund-& No session given! I already have contacted the below given number by owner as per owner response ! and found out its automated msg used as technique to show people that they are welling to help ! BTW this msg will pop up when you give them low rate only!

Fantastic experience: So far the best Goodlife location I've been to, they offer a cold plunge tub, a co-ed steam room, dry sauna, pool and a hot yoga room alongside all of the normal amenities you would find at the other locations. Definitely my favorite at the moment, I wish there was one like this in the Markham/Richmond hill/pickering side of town.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with a sauna room, co-ed steam room and cold plunge. Chantal assisted me with my membership and was extremely helpful in explaining my membership details as well as provided a great tour of the gym. One of the more modern Goodlife location in all of GTA.

Fantastic experience: I have not been in the gym in a year with many attempts under my belt I thought to go into a class and my first class was with Ella doing hot yoga and cycling Jennifer was body combat it was the best decision I made with help and understanding from both instructors it was the Very best experience and I can’t wait to keep going back to both of Their classes

Positive experience: Space in the gym is great and so many facilities, but the washrooms are so tight, especially for a gym that has a pool, really need a rework of the change rooms.

Negative experience: My last visit was early Nov. I told fromt desk on my way out Im checking into rehab and need to freeze account for 2 months. I just got out and seen bank statements i was charged every 2 weeks. MANAGER ASH is a sick human and put me down telling me I was wrong and didnt recieve and email confirmation.

Fantastic experience: really great experience at this gym, the employees are all so welcoming and made me feel comfortable going to the gym. i have to say chantelle was very nice helped me with everything i needed help with!

Fantastic experience: I trained with Dallas for the past year and it has honestly been the best experience. Since day 1 he has provided me so much knowledge and taught me a lot about nutrition. Every single goal I had going into training has been accomplished. The most exciting part was being able to finally complete a body weight pull up. I recommend his training to literally anyone getting into fitness

Negative experience: One of the most uninviting and repulsive gyms I've ever been to. Reported an incident on December 27, 2023 to the front desk about a member who was doing something extremely inappropriate. Not only did I see it myself, but a stranger ALSO noticed it happen too. The stranger came up to me and asked if I knew the guy that I was suspicious about. This witness then proceeded to inform me that they caught him taking images of me at the squat rack. There was a witness PLUS evidence which is a pretty solid case to investigate. Wouldn't waste my time on some random member at the gym. 6 days later on January 2, 2024, Goodlife called and asked for a personal statement. Great! Nothing had been proceeded within the entire week. Let's move forward. 12 days since the incident, still no update; no phone call or email. Shoutout to Jolene, general manager, who did not end up working "promptly" as promised. Honestly, would advise others to check out another gym if you want to feel safe and valued. Imagine if this happened to your young daughter, girlfriend, and/or friend, pretty disgusting!

Fantastic experience: One time, Dan made an exception to help put my coat away when I forgot my lock. On another occasion, he quickly guided me to the lost and found to recover my gym bag and coat. Thanks so much!
