Negative experience: The place is a disaster! Poor customer relations. There was a beer can in the parents area with what appeared to be spilled beer on the floor. Children were unsafe. Staff seems to be under resourced. I do not recommend. Will NOT be going back!

Negative experience: Completely unacceptable lack of staffing in the park at the Foamzone and Knockerballs areas. Clearly incompetently run compared to the Richmond location. Cannot recommend for younger kids given the safety issues.

Fantastic experience: This place is crazy. First time at a trampoline park. Music is awesome. I assume non-summer weekdays are relatively quiet, cuz it was quiet this time (December). They got lockers and other amenities if needed.

Fantastic experience: It’s our second time coming here and the experience is always fantastic! First was when we celebrated my son’s birthday during summer and it was wonderful, and second was just to treat our son into something as it is winter and not much activities outside so extreme air park is the best choice! It’s very easy to find and my son is always the happiest whenever he’s here. There are rock climbing, basketball and everything fun! Thank you extreme air park. Will definitely come back again and again!

Negative experience: My 14 year old and her friends had an absolute blast but this place is pretty disgusting. Trash everywhere, bathrooms filthy. There is almost zero supervision from staff in the jump area and the behaviour from the many of the jumpers was pretty chaotic and unsafe.

Negative experience: Facility is cool but staff service is lacking. Their policies are over the top. We booked for 12 people weeks in advance and two couldn’t make it. We show up and they say in still have to pay for 12. No wiggle room. I’m a business owner and I would never enforce policies like this as things happen. Even if it is written. Don’t think I will bring my kids group here again. Seems this is a typical thing for this place.

Negative experience: Poor experience with management. During a job process, the manager not only was not caring about my time and appointments he has made, but even after we finally talked on the phone and after the interview process, he said this week your shift will start, I will contact you tomorrow, never responded back, I did a few follow ups with no answer. Just a vibe when you feel, they really don't care.

Negative experience: Do NOT have a birthday here! Over priced and rude staff! Nothing says "birthday fun" like being treated like a criminal. 2 hours of non stop berating from the Manager. Should have listened to the other reviews before we came. We will not be back. UPDATE OCTOBER 22nd 2024 The manager has now stooped to an all time low of calling people racists when in fact that was most certainly not the case. Apparently leaving a bad review forced the so called managed to stoop to the ultimate lowest of lows. Lying about the actual encounter of what happened. And the day you are referring to is wrong so unless you have us confused with a different patron your accusations are false and un-merited!

Negative experience: EDITED** Today we came all the way from Chilliwack to enjoy a good birthday celebration for my son. The manager was completely rude and disrespectful. Above the music, and all the ppl we were not told to get a time sticker. He accused my friend of stealing, and kept telling her he was right and she was wrong. I’m not sure how he came a manager of a place that has to deal with customer service, and turn out like that. He then watched us like a hawk while we eventually got the stickers (on top of the rest of the time we were there) in all the business of today with 6 kids. This was our first time there, and I have to say it was not pleasant AT ALL. The “owner” or whoever is able to access the reviews is now lying, and saying a friend of mine was yelling and making a scene “ saying that they should go back to their country” this is UNBELIEVABLE. Nothing was said of that sort at all. The lengths these ppl will go… I’m surprised THEY had the audacity to label someone as racist on a public forum when they don’t even have anything on that person. I have NEVER dealt with people who had NO PEOPLE SKILLS whatsoever in my life.

Negative experience: The manager of this place is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, it was very busy and we weren’t given time stickers (this is our first time here and was not told this) He accused us of stealing instead of just nicely letting us know that we needed to get time stickers and socks from the front, the lack of communication from him and the way he approuches you was very very disrespectful. All he had to do was tell us we needed time stickers and new socks from the front. The amount of times he said he was “right” it felt like I was arguing with a teenage boy. When we figured it out with the very helpful lady at the front he walked away without apologizing and then continued the whole 2 hours to give us rude looks. After playing almost $188 to get in I expected more respect. On a positive note my daughter got hurt and one of the lovely female staff members approached us and got her a ice pack.

Fantastic experience: My son recently attended a friends birthday party here. He is autistic and can get overwhelmed in new places. Despite loving to jump on trampolines, he was too anxious to enter the jumping area without me. I went to speak with a staff member and explain the situation to see if I could go in with my son. The staff member was very understanding and allowed me admission with my son's Access2 card, allI had to purchase were the socks. My son, and the other kids at the party, all had a blast! The understanding of the staff was truly appreciated and made the night a success for my kiddo.

Fantastic experience: I visited the trampoline park today with my son and his friends. Unfortunately, my son and his friend ran into each other while I wasn't present, luckily the current operating manager Justin arrived and was well-trained in first aid, helping my son until I arrived. Despite it being a busy day, the staff member mantej at the front provided outstanding customer service. I'm very impressed with how the situation was handled and the professionalism of the entire team to take care of my son and check up on both the boys while dealing with the ongoing rush of customers.

Negative experience: Came here for a birthday party under the impression the two hour rental meant TWO HOURS. 10 minutes before the two hours was up, an employee approached the room telling us we need to " get out " using those exact words. Absolutely not the right way to approach the situation at all and super unimpressed. For the price paid to have parties here, I'd expect a more professional experience.

Negative experience: The absolute worst birthday experience I’ve ever seen. Paid an insane cost for what it was - you rent a party room but have to sit in a main lobby the whole time. Then a tiny party room, with cold pizza and to top it off a staff barged into us opening presents saying we have to get out so they can clean. Yes exactly like that. Then proceeded to say we can stand in the hall if it’s an issue. Spoke to management who pretty much said to bad. Disgusting service, horrendous price and terrible birthday experience my daughter left in tears. All 12 adults tried to explain to management it wasn’t okay the way we were treated and were met with absolutely disrespect. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Update: the disgusting response we received to our complaint email for their VP Operations.

Negative experience: The only good thing about this salon is that it's big. When we arrived, the air conditioning was weak. It was a Sunday and not busy, but there was barely any staff, and no one seemed to be supervising. They even closed the climbing area due to lack of staff. After I pushed them several times, they opened it for a few minutes. The place was dirty, with soap dispensers out of order, and it felt like they don't clean regularly. I’m not sure what the owner is thinking, but maybe this place is quiet on a Sunday afternoon because people only try it once.

Negative experience: Unsafe and unsupervised! No staff on the floor to supervise or enforce safety rules and parents can’t access the jumping area to help unless they’ve paid admission. The gladiator pit became extremely dangerous with a mixture of teens and toddlers. The older kids were getting into disagreements that led to kids shoving eachother. Again, there were no staff on the floor to supervise or intervene. When I inquired about the lack of supervision, they told me they did not currently have anyone on the floor. We left early and will not be back.

Negative experience: Just visit today. One staff girl was so rude she was Punjabi and we visit in the evening.there customer service is so bad and very messy place . We almost have to wait for 15 minutes in one line .

Negative experience: We visited the extreme park, and the experience was extremely negative. Older children who were there constantly bullied and even hit our group of kids. The park staff did nothing to intervene and did not react to the situation at all. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially in places where children's safety should be a priority. We are very disappointed and would not recommend visiting this place to anyone. The birthday party was ruined!!

Negative experience: Booked my son’s birthday party here and we were told pizza would be included for lunch and a large party room. Came in day of party and the place was overpacked and smelled horrible, come lunch time we get put in this tiny little room and there are no pizzas. I went and found a staff member to let them know we were ready for our pizzas and they told me pizza wasn’t included in our package. I pulled up the email that stated pizza was included and was told that nothing had been ordered so we were out of luck. Will not be back and will tell everybody we know to avoid

Negative experience: Last Saturday, some random teens who go there simply to bully younger kids; almost killed my 11-year-old son and gave his 10-year-old friend a bleed nose. Even when his friend's parents informed the front desk they didn’t took any action. When I went to pick up my kid from his playdate, he was in shocked. I reported the incident to the police and even though there are some security cameras in this place, the police officer said there is not much they can do. ☹️ So, for now I’m posting this review to warn other people about this place. I don’t recommend it at all.

Negative experience: Made reservation over phone. 100$. Both kids sick on there bdays so asked to reschedule following weekend. Head office had to respond saying non refundable or able to change dates. Nothing mentioned over phone. I guess the company doesn't make enough money they must do that... so now instead of making hundreds following weekend, they choose to take 100 from us and loss customers. Not the way I would run a company. Starting to make fake reviews now very professional.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. If you must go, wear a full hazmat suit. It is very unsanitary. Also, there seems to be a lot of violence regularly. I won’t let our children go there anymore. The last few times we attended Birthday party’s here, there have been fights breaking out. The young staff can’t handle the unsavoury individuals that seem to be frequenting this establishment. Do yourself a favour and book your Bday party’s at the movie theatre or the go carts.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing Experience Here We celebrate often our kids Birthday Parties and always the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe and we get what we expected. Justin always goes above and beyond..!!, we made a mistake showing up week earlier than our appointment and I have to say it, even though we was dealing with some issues that shouldn’t even have to happen, if the people at the trampolines respect the rules. Anyway, he asked us for a little bit of patience and not even 30 min later he had a room ready for us, ordered the pizza and on top of that a Cake!!!! But the nicest thing he did on top of everything at the entrance, after the mandatory paperwork, let our party kids have their time at the trampolines. Just wanted to Say Thank and Congratulations on your Dedication and Professionalism in every single detail Justin and Team 5 stars all day…

Negative experience: I took my 3-year-old to Extreme Air Park, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Despite being a parent supervising my child, I was charged full price. I was shocked by their policy, as most places offer a discounted rate or allow parents in for free when accompanying young children. The worst part was when my daughter was terrified by the loud sound of their megaphone. She started crying and wanted to leave immediately. We didn’t even get to change her socks before entering, and when I asked for a refund, they refused, saying I could give the ticket to a friend. Really?! Do they honestly think my friends would want to stay there after seeing my little one so upset? This place clearly lacks compassion and understanding, especially when it comes to young children. I wouldn't recommend it to any parent with young kids. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I won’t be returning.

The only downside is the crowding on weekends, which can lead to waiting for certain areas or activities. It might be worth going on a weekday if you prefer a quieter experience. Overall, Extreme Air Park is a fun and energetic way to spend a few hours. The safety measures, variety of activities, and overall vibe make it a great spot for a fun day out. Negative experience: We had a very bad experience. As parents accompanying children 5 and under 5, you have to pay the full price even if you don't play and only supervise. The customer service is unpleasant.

Positive experience: Came here on a random Monday with my girlfriend and had a blast. This place offers a very fun experience through its various trampoline and dodgeball play areas. While clearly made for kids, I myself still had a good time here. My biggest issue with this place come with it's prices. Prices for a two hour jump session are a little high and I believe that they should not be charging as much as they are. My other slight issue is that it gets very hot in the building. They have a couple large fans scattered across the building, but they should think about investing in a better air conditioning system for the summer months.

Negative experience: Wish I had of read all of the 1 star reviews before we stopped into this absolutely awful place. Please don't waste your money and support the horrible people who run this place. It is filthy and completely understaffed. The few staff that were there were not helpful at all. Dangerous situations for kids, especially younger ones, all over the place. You are risking the safety of your kids if you take them here!
