Negative experience: Disappointing experience. Impossible to find. Per online schedule, there was 8am WOD. When we finally found the box, the coach begrudgingly walked over to us, didn’t greet us, and simply said no WOD, come at 12 and turned us away. The gym could be better labeled, online information be updated, and perhaps a simple hello.

Fantastic experience: Si tu cherches un Gym de qualité avec des Coachs impliqués qui te donne goût de progresser, de te challenger jour après jour, le tout entouré d'une très belle communauté, alors ne cherches plus : c'est l'endroit qu'il te faut ! Merci encore pour tout Antoine & Sean <3

Fantastic experience: J'ai quand même attendu afin d'essayer d'y apporter un avis objectif avec un retour sur du long terme. Ils ont réussi à fonder une belle communauté. L'équipe des coachs reste à l'écoute de sa communauté aussi bien lors des cours que en dehors pour s'améliorer et répondre aux attentes des adhérents. Que ce soit en sport santé ou plus compétitifs. En perpétuelle évolution. Longue vie et prospérité a CF Iberville Pulse !

Even if you are not the fittest person in the world or even the fittest person in the class, everyone encourages each other to do their best. Sean and Antoine are super attentive coaches who give great advice of form and scaling. Workouts are killer!

Fantastic experience: Coaches Antoine & Sean make every single athlete let it be a new member, a drop in or a member that comes 5x a week feel like they’re at home. Their home is also YOU’RE home and they treat you like family. Their attention to detail and programming has made me improve greatly in so many aspects that I’ve never thought I’d be able to achieve. The detour from home is much worth it. I will recommend this box to everyone! ✨

Fantastic experience: Je recommande à 10000% J’ai démarré ma pratique du CrossFit chez Pulse il y a maintenant 3 mois car j’avais entendu que de bons retours sur les coachs et à raison ! Un coaching précis et adapté à chacun dans la bienveillance et la bonne humeur Et une communauté en or !!

Fantastic experience: De passage en vacances à Montréal, séance drop in un samedi matin à 10h. Très bon accueil, bon coaching et bonne ambiance avec les adhérents. Matos tous neuf. Avec les explications sur Instagram on trouve facilement la box, recommandé à 100% :)

L'ambiance qui y règne est simplement incroyable avec un accent mis sur le coaching tout en encourageant le dépassement de soi. À peine ouverte, cette Box connaît déjà un succès phénoménal, et honnêtement, ce n'est pas surprenant. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pouvez vous pousser au maximum dans un environnement accueillant et motivant, ne cherchez pas plus loin. La Box des coachs Sean et Antoine est tout simplement exceptionnelle !

Fantastic experience: This is CrossFit at its finest. Fantastic community, coaches devoted to fitness and people, a great space. As an adaptive athlete, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend!
