Fantastic experience: New to CrossFit and I have felt nothing but welcome and supported. The coaches are great and have a real focus on making sure movements are done correctly (which is important for me as new to the sport), while also making sure I am challenged. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Had the opportunity to join CrossFit Grogar for the past month while I was back home for the holidays. My daughter and I were warmly welcomed and very quickly felt part of the crew. The facility is well equipped, organized and in perfect condition. Superb coaching by Michael and Jenny. Very knowledge and supportive. We will definitely join up again once we’re back on the ‘Rock’! Thanks again! It was a blast!

Fantastic experience: I dropped into CrossFit GroGar for a week on my vacation and it was a fantastic experience! Don't let the fact it's a garage gym trick you. It's a great facility with everything you need for a great workout! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to people of all skill levels. Coaches Michael and Jenny are very knowledgeable and are both eager and willing to help throughout the workouts. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start out in CrossFit or anyone dropping in from out of town!

Fantastic experience: I attended Crossfit GroGar's olympic weightlifting seminar last weekend and it was awesome! Coach Cotter is extremely knowledgeable, patient and did a great job making learning fun. Nobody wanted to leave at the end of the seminar, except we were all tired. I would highly recommend Crossfit GroGar!!

Fantastic experience: Signed up for the Olympic lifting seminar. I found it to be a unique and great experience overall. Getting essentially one-on-one coaching in a group setting and being shown how to make small corrections plus GroGar still allowed enough time to add weight to each movement to test what I had learned, would do it again 100%!
