Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great space to workout, CFL1 and CFL2 trainers, lots of parking and its on a side of town where you can go out for a run and no traffic will try to run you out, been going since 2018 might be based but still a great place come give it a shot ask for a class on the webpage
